A Colorado baker who won a partial U.S. Supreme Court victory in a case where he refused to make a cake for a gay wedding lost an appeal in another legal fight in which he rejected a request for a birthday cake celebrating a gender transition.

The Colorado Court of Appeals ruled on Thursday that the refusal by Jack Phillips and Masterpiece Cakeshop to make a cake requested by Autumn Scardina did not constitute free speech. The court also found it was illegal to refuse to provide services to people based on characteristics like race, religion, or sexual orientation.

“We conclude that creating a pink cake with blue frosting is not inherently expressive and any message or symbolism it provides to an observer would not be attributed to the baker,” said the court, which also rejected procedural arguments from Phillips.

The cake shop initially agree to make the cake but then refused after Scardina explained it was going to be used to celebrate her transition from male to female, the court found.

Phillips said the cakes he makes are a form of free speech and plans to appeal the ruling.

“One need not agree with Jack’s views to agree that all Americans should be free to say what they believe, even if the government disagrees with those beliefs,” Jake Warner, senior counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom, who represented Phillips, said in a statement.

Imagine that the supposed national identity of America is “freedoms.”

That’s what they say when they promote war with Russia – “America is the most freedoms country of all.”

A Colorado baker who won a partial victory at the U.S. Supreme Court in 2018 for refusing to make a wedding cake for a same-sex couple went on trial Monday in yet another lawsuit, this one involving a birthday cake for a transgender woman.

Autumn Scardina attempted to order the birthday cake on the same day in 2017 that the high court announced it would hear baker Jack Phillips’ appeal in the wedding cake case. Scardina, an attorney, requested a cake that was blue on the outside and pink on the inside in honor of her gender transition.

Her lawsuit is the latest in a series of cases around the U.S. that pit the rights of LGBTQ people against merchants’ religious objections, an issue that remains unsettled by the nation’s top court.

On Monday, during a virtual trial being conducted by a state judge in Denver, Scardina said Phillips had maintained that, as a Christian, he opposed making the gay couple’s wedding cake because it involved a religious ceremony but would sell any other type of product.

She said she called Phillips’ Masterpiece Cakeshop to place the order after hearing about the court’s announcement because she wanted to find out if he really meant it.

When her lawyer Paula Greisen asked whether the call was a “setup,” she said it was not.

“It was more of calling someone’s bluff,” she said.

In opening arguments, a lawyer representing Phillips, Sean Gates, said his refusal to make Scardina’s cake was about its message, not discriminating against Scardina, echoing assertions made in Phillips’ legal battle over his refusal to make a wedding cake for Charlie Craig and Dave Mullins in 2012. With Phillips getting media attention since then, he could not create a cake with a message he disagreed with, Gates said.

“The message would be that he agrees that a gender transition is something to be celebrated,” said Gates, who noted later that Phillips had objected to making cakes with other messages he opposed, including Halloween items.

He cannot be allowed to disagree with other people’s right to mutilate their own genitals and obtain sexual pleasure from the act of playing around with poop in the rectum.

If we allow people to disagree, People of Sodom will die.

One would have assumed that after Jack Phillips refused to bake a cake for a gay wedding and the Supreme Court ruled in his favor, the faggot community would stop trying to buy cakes to support the business of such a bigot.

But one would underestimate the psychosis of transgenders.

A Christian baker in Colorado is being sued for the third time after allegedly refusing to make a cake to celebrate a gender transition.

Jack Phillips, who owns the Masterpiece Cakeshop in Lakewood, has previously made national headlines for refusing to bake cakes that are against his Christian faith.

He is now the subject of his third lawsuit after transgender woman Autumn Scardina filed a court documents last week accusing him of refusing to make her gender transition cake.

It comes after the Supreme Court ruled in the baker’s favor last year after he was sued for refusing to make a wedding cake for a same-sex couple.

“Autumn Scardina” was born with a penis.

Scardina, the transgender woman who filed the recent lawsuit against the baker, placed the order for a cake celebrating her gender transition on the day the Supreme Court handed down its decision.

She filed a lawsuit after that order was declined but the suit was dismissed.

The lawsuit she filed last week is her second attempt at suing Phillips for what she says is discrimination and unfair trade practices.

‘Masterpiece Cakeshop said before the Supreme Court they would serve any baked good to members of the LGBTQ community. It was just the religious significance of it being a wedding cake,’ her attorney Paula Griesen said.

‘We don’t believe they’ve been honest with the public.’

The lawsuit filed by Scardina claims that Phillips and Masterpiece Cakeshop had confirmed they would happily make the exact same cake requested by her for other customers.

It’s a tricky situation.

If the baker really did say that he’d serve baked good to LGBTQ degenerates then he was pretty much asking for some random tranny to put its insanity on display in front of him.

It would be better if people could just straight-out say that interacting with LGBTQ “people” (beyond the practice of throwing them off of rooftops) goes against their religion or whatever.

Works for MOSLEMS, apparently.

Trannies are not harassing their cake shops.
