Lisa Pisano

If some scientists tells you “you can either die or we can put a pig organ in your body,” the decision should not be difficult.

You shouldn’t have gotten that fat in the first place, retard.

New York Post:

A woman who received a pig kidney transplant — along with an implanted device to keep her heart beating – has died, her surgeon announced Tuesday.

Lisa Pisano was near death from kidney and heart failure when surgeons at NYU Langone Health performed the dramatic pair of surgeries in April.

The New Jersey woman initially seemed to be recovering well but about 47 days later, doctors had to remove the pig kidney and put Pisano back on dialysis after the organ was damaged by her heart medications.

Despite the dialysis and implanted heart pump, Pisano eventually entered hospice care and died Sunday, NYU Langone transplant surgeon Dr. Robert Montgomery said in a statement.

Montgomery praised Pisano’s bravery for attempting the latest pig organ-to-human experiment, what’s called xenotransplantation.

The research aims to one day shore up the dire shortage of transplantable organs.

…

Several biotech companies are genetically modifying pigs so their organs are more humanlike, less likely to be destroyed by people’s immune systems.

Science has gone too far.

We have enough.

We need to start rolling this back.

We need some kind of Mad Max type reset.

The Science Now Growing Human Brain Cells in Rats https://www.anglinarchive.com/2022/10/13/the-science-now-growing-human-brain-cells-in-rats/ Thu, 13 Oct 2022 00:00:00 +0000

Just in case you didn’t know, all of the restrictions about creating humanoid cyborgs and mixed human-animal crossbreeds have either been removed or did not exist in the first place.

Academia is currently in the process of creating various human-animal crossbreeds, and they will soon have cyborg elements.

Have you guys seen the trailer for this game Scorn?

Basically, in the future, everything is going to look like that.

Unless Kanye West defeats the Jews, that is.

AP:

Scientists have transplanted human brain cells into the brains of baby rats, where the cells grew and formed connections.

It’s part of an effort to better study human brain development and diseases affecting this most complex of organs, which makes us who we are but has long been shrouded in mystery.

“Many disorders such as autism and schizophrenia are likely uniquely human” but “the human brain certainly has not been very accessible,” said said Dr. Sergiu Pasca, senior author of a study describing the work, published Wednesday in the journal Nature.

Approaches that don’t involve taking tissue out of the human brain are “promising avenues in trying to tackle these conditions.”

The research builds upon the team’s previous work creating brain “organoids,” tiny structures resembling human organs that have also been made to represent others such as livers, kidneys, prostates, or key parts of them.

To make the brain organoids, Stanford University scientists transformed human skin cells into stem cells and then coaxed them to become several types of brain cells. Those cells then multiplied to form organoids resembling the cerebral cortex, the human brain’s outermost layer, which plays a key role in things like memory, thinking, learning, reasoning and emotions.

Scientists transplanted those organoids into rat pups 2 to 3 days old, a stage when brain connections are still forming. The organoids grew so that they eventually occupied a third of the hemisphere of the rat’s brain where they were implanted. Neurons from the organoids formed working connections with circuits in the brain.

Bright green: human brain cells.

Human neurons have been transplanted in rodents before, but generally in adult animals, usually mice. Pasca, a psychiatry professor at the Stanford School of Medicine, said this is the first time these organoids have been placed into early rat brains, creating “the most advanced human brain circuitry ever built from human skin cells and a demonstration that implanted human neurons can influence an animal’s behavior.”

To examine a practical use of this approach, scientists transplanted organoids into both sides of a rat’s brain: one generated from a healthy person’s cells and another from the cells of a person with Timothy syndrome, a rare genetic condition associated with heart problems and autism spectrum disorder.

Five to six months later, they saw effects of the disease related to the activity of the neurons. There were differences in the two sides’ electrical activity, and the neurons from the person with Timothy syndrome were much smaller and didn’t sprout as many extensions that pick up input from nearby neurons.

Researchers, whose study was funded partly by the National Institutes of Health, said they could do the same sorts of experiments using organoids made from the cells of people with disorders such as autism or schizophrenia — and potentially learn new things about how these conditions affect the brain, too.

Dr. Flora Vaccarino of Yale University – who previously grew lumps containing cerebral cortex that were made with DNA from people with autism – said the study moves the field forward.

“It’s extremely impressive what they do here in terms of what these cells can actually show us in terms of their advanced development … in the rat,” said Vaccarino, who wasn’t involved with the study.

They are going to grow a massive artificial human brain to get around the problems with AI. A massive human brain could have a 1000 IQ and then run all of the robots they are building.

They will also install super brains in animal cross-breed cyborgs.

It’s all happening now.

First Viable Monkey-Human Embryos Presented by Acolytes of SCIENCE https://www.anglinarchive.com/2021/04/16/first-viable-monkey-human-embryos-presented-by-acolytes-of-science/ Fri, 16 Apr 2021 00:00:00 +0000

God, have mercy on us, I beg you.

This story was reported in Nature, but the Daily Star report is more Daily Stormer speed (ultra-speed):

In a move that some scientists say raises serious ethical questions, researchers have for the first time embryos that are a hybrid of human and monkey cells.

Juan Carlos Izpisua Belmonte, a professor in the Gene Expression Laboratories at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies in La Jolla, California, says that the research could one day slash waiting lists of organ transplants.

“The demand for that is much higher than the supply,” he says.

Writing the scientific journal Cell, he describes how his team injected 25 iPS, or induced pluripotent stem cells, from humans into a number of macaque monkey embryos.

Over 100 of the embryos remained viable, enabling the scientists to study how the different types of cells interacted.

“Our goal is not to generate any new organism, any monster,” Belmonte stressed.

“And we are not doing anything like that. We are trying to understand how cells from different organisms communicate with one another.

“This knowledge will allow us to go back now and try to re-engineer these pathways that are successful for allowing appropriate development of human cells in these other animals,” he added.

See? They’re not tying to create a monster. They’re just after KNOWLEDGE.

It was evil when the Soviets tried, but it is a noble endeavor now.

They even show an image highlighting the human cells (red) in the “macaque” embryo:

Between this, the vacuum-powered killings of unborn babies, the Mark of The Beast, and all of the other stuff happening right now, I wonder how much time we have left before Romans 1:18.

“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;”

Scientists Look to Create Human-Monkey Chimeras https://www.anglinarchive.com/2019/07/03/scientist-look-to-create-human-monkey-chimeras/ Wed, 03 Jul 2019 00:00:00 +0000 Pomidor Quixote

Some scientists are proposing the creation of human-monkey “chimeras” so they can better investigate how to make boomers live forever.

National Post:

The monkeys in Douglas Munoz’s Kingston lab look like other monkeys.

They socialize and move around and eat and drink in the same way. They don’t fall over or stagger around. In fact, the only thing separating the macaques from their unaltered lab mates is the elevated level of a specific human protein implanted inside their brains — proteins that accumulate in the brains of humans with Alzheimer’s disease.

The monkeys have been injected with beta-amyloid, a molecule that, in high-enough amounts, is toxic to human brain tissue.

Munoz and collaborators are studying the earliest changes in those monkey cerebrums. Normally it takes several decades for Alzheimer’s to unfold in human brains. The researchers don’t have that kind of time. The injections speed things up.

If left alone, eventually the monkeys will start to show signs of Alzheimer’s. They make more mistakes on memory tasks and their reaction time slows.

Alzheimer’s research relies heavily on rodents. Munoz is trying to develop a monkey model of Alzheimer’s, because one of the biggest reasons for the staggering string of flops in the search for an effective treatment for the brain-ravaging disease is the species gap. The rat brain is a long way away from the human brain. Not so much a monkey’s.

Munoz, Canada Research Chair in neuroscience at Queen’s University, has reported his work using brain molecules. Others are implanting monkeys with fragments of human brain tissue extracted from people who died with Alzheimer’s.

Now, however, some are going further, and proposing the creation of human-monkey chimeras — part-human beings with entire portions of the brain, like, say, the hippocampus, entirely human derived.

This all sounds unnecessarily complicated. Why reinvent the wheel? Just use brown “people.” There’s loads of them crossing the American border every day. Just grab some of those monkeys.

For Munoz, the idea of biologically humanizing large portions of a monkey’s brain is seriously unnerving. “To be honest, it just really ethically scares me,” he said. He believes in animal research as a fundamental way of understanding how the brain works. However, “For us to start to manipulate life functions in this kind of way without fully knowing how to turn it off, or stop it if something goes awry really scares me.”

However, in a new book on the science and ethics of chimeras, Yale University researchers say it’s time to explore, cautiously, the creation of human-monkey chimeras.

“The search for a better animal model to stimulate human disease has been a ‘holy grail’ of biomedical research for decades,” they wrote in Chimera Research: Ethics and Protocols.

“Realizing the promise of human-monkey chimera research in an ethically and scientifically appropriate manner will require a co-ordinated approach.”

To some, that may seem all fine and good. However, some scientists aren’t waiting for the ethics to be worked out.

In April, Chinese researchers announced they had inserted a human brain gene into monkey embryos, a gene critical for human brain development. The experiment provoked revulsion, and fascination. Ethicists and philosophers condemned it as hugely morally risky, while the scientists behind the work are said to be keen on implanting even more human genes into monkey embryos, including one presumed to play a role in human intelligence.

Ethical concerns are inefficient and the Chinese are efficient. They’re already creating genetically-engineered human babies.

They waste no time.

Chimeras were once only monsters out of Greek mythology. Today, stem-cell technologies and gene-editing tools like CRISPR may make the generation of these once fantastical creatures possible.

In fact, scientists are already using “xenotransplantation” techniques to create human-pig chimeras, in the hope of one day generating human organs for transplant.

On the one hand, this could help find a cure for Trump’s Alzheimer’s. On the other hand, this may produce hyper-intelligent telepathic gorillas.

The question we should all ask ourselves is: Do we really need another species of humanoid ape hanging around?

Aren’t they just going to demand free healthcare as they murder one another and rape human women?

Vegans and the likes of them would eventually manage to give the chimeras human rights and whites would have to provide for yet another group of subhuman apes.

We already have browns and blacks and all the shades in-between.

There’s all of this stuff that we could do that would maybe be beneficial if Jews weren’t around, but that would most likely be detrimental as long as Jews are around.

This is why the Chinese are in a great position to delve deeper into interesting stuff, such as their alleged UFO technology investments.

I say we leave this one to them. At least until we fix the Human Rights mess and all of this Jewing going on in the West.

Besides, even if Yale researchers managed to find a cure for Alzheimer’s using human-monkey chimeras, they’d never let Trump have it.
