Oklahoma’s medical examiner on Wednesday ruled that nonbinary teenager Nex Benedict died by suicide in a death that friends and family said came one day after a beating at school that culminated a pattern of bullying due to their gender identity.

The case of Benedict, 16, has drawn scrutiny from LGBTQ advocates who believe school officials may have overlooked abuse and has led to a civil rights investigation by the U.S. Department of Education to determine if any laws were broken or whether the school district failed to respond to harassment.

The summary report released by Oklahoma’s chief medical examiner on Wednesday found antidepressants and antihistamines in Benedict’s system in addition to blood about the nose and mouth.

The summary also cited, “Other significant conditions contributing to death (but not resulting in the underlying cause given).”

Owasso police said in a statement that investigators had suspected suicide from the beginning but withheld comment pending the autopsy.

So it was a minor beating. Not the sort that would cause brain bleeding.

Children are humans and there is no reason their parents should be allowed to decide if a doctor cuts their dicks off.

Britain’s Court of Appeal ruled Friday that doctors can prescribe puberty-blocking drugs to children under 16 without a parent’s consent, overturning a lower court’s decision that a judge’s approval should be needed.

Appeals judges said the High Court was wrong to rule last year that children considering gender reassignment are unlikely to be able to give informed consent to medical treatment involving drugs that delay puberty. The December 2020 ruling said that because of the experimental nature of the drugs, clinics should seek court authorization before starting such treatment.

The Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, which runs the U.K.’s main gender identity development service for children, appealed against that ruling.

On Friday the Court of Appeal agreed with the trust. The judges said it was “inappropriate” for the High Court to have given the guidance and said it was up to doctors to “exercise their judgment” about whether their patients can properly consent.

The trust welcomed the decision, saying it “affirms that it is for doctors, not judges, to decide on the capacity of under-16s to consent to medical treatment.”

Doctors decide if kids should be turned into trannies.

A BBC programme aimed at nine- to 12-year-olds includes the astonishing claim that there are ‘over 100 gender identities’.

The film, ‘Identity – Understanding Sexual and Gender Identities’, is being offered on the corporation’s website as part of its relationships and sex education package.

It comes despite Government guidance published last year which advised schools to exercise caution when teaching children about gender issues.

The programme, which features children asking adults about sexuality and gender on behalf of their peers, suggests the different identities include ‘bi-gender’, ‘gender-queer’ and ‘pansexual’.

The film also tells children that becoming transgender is a way to be ‘happy’ while making no mention of the growing legal and medical concerns about the rising number of children saying they want to change gender.

One section of the film includes a pupil asking: ‘How many gender identities are there?’ It is answered by ‘Kate’, described as an RSE [Relationships and Sex Education] teacher, who tells two children: ‘There are so many gender identities. So we know we have got male and female, but there are over 100 if not more gender identities now.

‘Some people might feel that they are two different genders, people might think they are bi-gender. You have got some people who might call themselves ‘gender-queer’ – just like, I don’t want to be anything in particular, I just want to be me.’

If you’re unhappy, chances are that you’re not transgender, because mutilating your body and injecting hormones would make you happy.

It’s really like a real life trip to Never, Never Land.

This is all settled science, by the way, so don’t try to argue against it.

We know for a fact that there are over 100 genders and that kids need to be aware of this. Science dictates that kids aged 9 to 12 need to understand that they have the option to cut off their penises or breasts before they fully develop, and to jump into puberty blockers so that they can stop their normal biological development.

We’ve conducted some studies and came to the unanimous conclusion that this is what kids need.

Injecting children with these drugs permanently sterilizes them, not to mention completely destroys their life and raises their risk of suicide by 50 times.

The BBC is pushing the boundaries of children’s television by broadcasting a drama about a 12-year-old transgender girl’s move to secondary school.

First Day, which launched on CBBC this week, stars the transgender actress Evie MacDonald as Hannah Bradford, who tries to relaunch her life after being targeted by bullies at primary school.

Charities praised the show as groundbreaking for representing the lives of transgender children but some campaign groups accused the BBC of broadcasting “propaganda”, saying that the series could leave young viewers confused.

The BBC purchased the four-part series from Australia, where it was first broadcast on the ABC this year.

Hannah finds acceptance with a group of friends at her new school but is targeted by a girl who knew her as a boy at primary school.

She is banned from using the girls’ toilets and is unable to attend a friend’s sleepover because the host does not yet know she is transgender, but ultimately shakes off her bully and finds pride in her identity.

Stonewall, the LGBT charity, said it was “thrilled” that First Day was being broadcast in the UK as “representation is so important”.

However other lobby groups which believe that biological sex is observed at birth, not assigned, expressed concerns.

Kate Harris, of the LGB Alliance, said: “It takes a fundamentally one-sided approach to a really complex issue. It’s asking children to accept that a boy who feels like a girl is in fact a girl.

“The way it’s presented is that anybody who doesn’t accept that Hannah is a girl must by their very nature be really mean, nasty and discriminatory against someone who belongs to a vulnerable minority.”

A school has been accused of secretly allowing a 13-year-old girl to attend ‘radicalising’ mentoring sessions that convinced her that she was transgender.

Ashleigh and Ged Barnett allege that until the one-to-one sessions began last September, their daughter appeared comfortable in her body and showed little interest in transgender issues.

But they say she had changed completely by November, sporting a short haircut and talking about feeling that she was really a boy.

They were confused by the transformation until they met her headteacher to discuss another matter and learned that their daughter had been having weekly sessions with the head of the school’s LGBT group.

Last night, Mrs Barnett, 50, accused Hoe Valley School in Woking, Surrey, of allowing the teenager to be ‘brainwashed’. The school denies the claim.

‘Our daughter was egged on to feel that she’s a boy in a girl’s body,’ Mrs Barnett said.

‘The teaching assistant also pointed her in the direction of a YouTube website of a trans activist, which featured a video where they showed off their mastectomy scars and told how well the operation had gone.’

The couple said they were furious when they found school staff had let the teenager attend the sessions ‘behind our backs’.

Mrs Barnett said: ‘The school didn’t think it was fit to tell us. We are her parents, but responsibility to care for our child has been taken away. The attitude is that it’s the child’s choice and it’s got nothing to do with us.

‘Children at 13 or 14, especially girls, are sometimes not happy in their own bodies – that’s what puberty does to you. They are very vulnerable. It only takes one person with an agenda to plant a little seed that they are “in the wrong body”.’

Mrs Barnett also claimed that the teaching assistant encouraged their daughter to change in a boy’s cubicle and that staff began using a male name for her.

She alleges the teaching assistant had no formal counselling qualifications and only received training from local charity Eikon that provides ‘LGBT+ awareness sessions’ for schools.

In recent email correspondence with the couple, headteacher Jane Davies said she believed their daughter should be left to use the changing facilities she preferred.

‘We will continue to provide a safe environment for [your child], but it is not our place to alert you to how she feels,’ she wrote.

‘It is important that you understand that she is old enough to make her own decisions.’

Yes, she is old enough. She consented.

13-year-old girls can make their own decisions, which is why they need one-on-one coaching sessions to realize that the solution to their existential crises is to surgically remove their breasts.

If parents don’t decide for their kids, then other authority figures will decide for them.

Schools are now openly telling parents that their children aren’t actually theirs, and that, in fact, they belong to the government.

A Georgia Republican lawmaker has introduced a bill that would make child transgender surgeries and drugs illegal.

On February 27, Georgia State Rep. Ginny Ehrhart (R) introduced the Vulnerable Child Protection Act (HB 1060) in the Georgia House of Representatives.

The legislation would ban health care professionals from performing transgender surgeries on a minor child – such as mastectomy, vaginoplasty, castration, penectomy, etc. – “for the purpose of attempting to affirm the minor’s perception of such minor’s sex, if that perception is inconsistent with such minor’s sex.”

In addition, the bill would make illegal the administering of medications, such as puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones, to children for the same purpose.

“This form of child abuse is becoming a serious problem in Georgia and is evolving into a national crisis,” Ehrhart told the local CBS affiliate about her bill in October.

This is a violation of the United Nations’ views on human rights.

Every child, no matter who it is, has a right to inject himself with female hormones and chop, chop, chop his dick and balls off.

It is time for Americans to stand united against the patriarchy.

A professor at the University of Louisville is suing his employer after being fired from a top position for expressing views on gender dysphoria and saying children who insist they are transgender should not instantly be believed.

Dr. Allan M. Josephson was formerly the head of the school’s Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychology, but was demoted to a junior faculty position after university activists “sounded the alarm” over views he expressed during a 2017 panel discussion on gender dysphoria in children – and in February the university decided not to renew his contract.

Josephson’s lawsuit alleges that activists and a few of his colleagues demanded that he be “disciplined” for the comments which had “troubled” them. But what were the egregious comments which sparked the professor’s demise?

Speaking at the panel in 2017, Josephson said that children as young as seven, eight and nine years old could not necessarily be trusted to decide they are a different gender.

“We don’t let them vote, we don’t let them drive — and so we’re going to let them at the age of eight or nine decide that they’re no longer male or female? Unbelievable.”

Josephson hit back against the idea that if a child is insistent about being a different gender, then it must be true, saying there are many other psychological issues that could be causing them to express those feelings.

He gave the example of one female patient who had been “abused badly” as a child and decided she wanted to identify as male because “bad stuff happened” when she was a girl. “I didn’t want anything to do with that person and what had happened to me,” he said, quoting the patient.

But with transgender activism, parents are now getting the message that they should instantly accept and “affirm” what the child says about its gender without question. He also said that transgender “ideology” can be “neglectful of the need for developing the coping skills and problem-solving skills” that children require.

You see, Dr. Josephson, we don’t let them vote yet, and we don’t let them drive yet. Letting children choose their own gender and whether or not to mutilate their genitals is the first step towards children driving an children voting. After all, why shouldn’t they be able to drive and to vote?

As long as they consent to it, they should be able to do it.

Think about it this way: if the child can consent to getting his or her genitals mutilated by a doctor, the child is already consenting about the use of his or her genitals and about what other people can do to their genitals.

You see where this is going, right?

Giving kids the right to choose what they and others can do to their genitals literally empowers kids, and as we’ve all already learned these past few decades, empowering is a good thing.

Empowering kids will bring out the best in kids, too, and that is a good thing. Think about the amount of kids in America, all those kids could be driving, voting, working, having sex with other kids or adults, and overall being productive members of society.

Instead of importing brown foreigners to work in all of these factories, we could just empower kids.

Sure, some adults would have sex with these empowered kids, but as long as the kids consent, that wouldn’t be rape. It would be legal.

This is how society works now.

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Canada ordered that a 14-year-old girl receive testosterone injections without parental consent. The court also declared that if either of her parents referred to her using female pronouns or addressed her by her birth name, they would be considered guilty of family violence.

As previously reported, Maxine* was encouraged by her school counselor in BC’s Delta School District to identify as a boy while in seventh grade. When Maxine was 13 years old, Dr. Brenden Hursh and his colleagues at BC Children’s Hospital decided that Maxine should begin taking testosterone injections in order to develop a more masculine appearance.

Although Maxine’s mother was ultimately willing to support hormone injections, her father Clark* was concerned about the permanent ramifications of cross-sex hormones. Suspecting that his daughter’s mental health issues might be more the cause than the effect of her gender dysphoria, he ultimately decided that it would be better for her to wait until she was older before she embarked on any irreversible course of treatment.

At that point, Hursh informed Clark that he would begin testosterone injections on the basis of Maxine’s consent alone, claiming that he had a right to do so under the BC Infants Act. Clark promptly sought an injunction to prevent this. On Wednesday, however, a judge deemed Maxine “exclusively entitled to consent to medical treatment for gender dysphoria,” regardless of the opinions of either of her parents.

Further, the court stated that “Attempting to persuade [Maxine] to abandon treatment for gender dysphoria; addressing [Maxine] by his birth name; referring to [Maxine] as a girl or with female pronouns whether to him directly or to third parties; shall be considered to be family violence under s. 38 of the Family Law Act.”

Yes.
