You’ll never believe it, but Slovenia is going full anal – overruling the will of the people with the court system.

I think Ireland was the only country to vote for so-called “anal marriage” (they were at least the first, and I don’t think anyone has done it since, but I could be wrong). In every other democracy country, the government tries to get it through with a vote, the vote fails, maybe they do another vote, that fails, then the court comes in and forces it.

And as we know, no one can question the top court, because in a democracy, that overrides the people’s will. Except if the court says that “privacy” and “abortion” have two different definitions, in which case you are allowed to gang-stalk and intimidate the top judges.

A top court in Slovenia ruled that bans on same-sex couples getting marrying and adopting children are unconstitutional in the small European country and ordered its parliament to amend the law within six months to guarantee they can.

Constitutional Court judges ruled 6-3 on both issues Friday, saying that Slovenia’s laws allowing only opposite-sex marriages and adoptions violated a constitutional prohibition against discrimination.

Discrimination against same-sex couples “cannot be justified with the traditional meaning of marriage as a union between a man and a woman, nor with special protection of family,” according to the ruling carried by the Slovenian Press Agency.

The ruling, which the court said has immediate effect, breaks ground for LGBTQ rights in Central and Eastern Europe, where several countries have constitutional bans on same-sex marriage and none before now has allowed couples of the same sex to wed.

While the court gave the legislators six months to amend existing laws to conform with the ruling, the required changes would be ready in a week or two, Luka Mesec, the minister of labor, family, social affairs and equal opportunities, said.

“The Constitutional Court has ordered us to do it, and we will do it with the greatest pleasure,” Mesec said.

A married same-sex couple have become the first in Taiwan to legally adopt a child neither of them are related to, after they challenged local laws in court.

Wang Chen-wei, Chen Chun-ju, and their daughter, nicknamed Joujou, were surrounded by press at the Taipei household registration office, as the couple formally signed adoption paperwork after a long battle. Clutching Joujou, her face hidden behind a hoodie, face mask and sunglasses, Wang and Chen told of their bittersweet victory.

“I have everything now. I am married and just like heterosexual couples, we can have our own children,” Wang said. “But we were born to have and enjoy all of this, we are not a charity case. We shouldn’t have had to fight for it.”

Taiwan legalised same-sex marriage in 2019, becoming the first jurisdiction in Asia to do so, but did not remove all inequalities for LGBTQI people. Full legislation rather than an amendment was passed. It includes a provision that allows someone to adopt a spouse’s biological child, but says nothing about adoption rights if neither partner is the biological parent. The provision does not exist in other marriage laws.

The result is that in Taiwan any single person can apply to adopt a child, and any married heterosexual couple can apply together. But for married same-sex couple, the only option is to divorce and one of the couple adopts as a single person. They can then remarry, but current law does not allow the partner to adopt and be registered as a parent, leaving them without equal rights.

“Gay adoptive families are forced to choose between children and spouses, and between adoption and marriage,” Chen and Wang wrote on Facebook shortly after signing the adoption papers.

Wang and Chen have been together for more than 16 years, and embarked on the adoption journey together. They delayed their marriage in order to complete Wang’s adoption of Joujou, and then took the case to court to have Chen recognised as a parent.

On 25 December, the Kaohsiung juvenile and family court ruled that a child should not be discriminated against because of their parents status, and that the law did not expressly prohibit the adoption of adopted children. The ruling allowed Chen to adopt Joujou and be registered as a parent alongside Wang.

A judge has delayed the sentencing of a man convicted of murdering University of Iowa student Mollie Tibbetts after defense attorneys filed court documents accusing prosecutors of failing to disclose that police were investigating a sex trafficking “trap house” involving a man linked to a missing 11-year-old boy.

Instead of sentencing Cristhian Bahena Rivera, who was expected to receive life in prison without the possibility of parole, Judge Joel Yates will hold a hearing on Thursday on a defense motion to set aside the verdict and schedule a new trial.

A jury convicted Bahena Rivera, a 27-year-old Mexican national farmworker, in May of first-degree murder in the 2018 abduction and killing of the 20-year-old student.

On Tuesday, Bahena Rivera’s attorneys filed a motion, alleging prosecutors failed to disclose a separate investigation was occurring at the time of Tibbetts’ disappearance involving a man allegedly operating a sex trafficking “trap house” in New Sharon, Iowa, 27 miles from Brooklyn, Iowa, where Tibbetts went missing on July 18, 2018.

The 50-year-old man the defense attorneys identified by name in their motion was once the live-in boyfriend of the mother of 11-year-old Xavior Harrelson, who vanished from a rural Iowa trailer park on May 27, a day before the jury found Bahena Rivera guilty.

He’s still missing, by the way.

They just had an event for him in June.

A lot of kids seem to go missing from poor families in America, never to be found.

Maybe it’s time to start reconsidering the “blood libel” cases of times past?

Jews have been repeatedly charged with kidnapping and torturing Christian children to death in satanic cannibal rituals. What’s more, the Israeli Jew Professor Ariel Toaff wrote a book a few years ago claiming that at least some of the murders were real, and it was only being covered up for political correctness purposes.

The motion also claimed that an investigation by the defense found that, in the past few years, at least 10 children have been reported missing in or near Poweshiek County, Iowa, the same county where Tibbetts was stabbed to death and dumped in a cornfield.

The defense attorneys filed court papers last week asking for a new trial based on information from two witnesses who came forward to law enforcement in May saying they independently spoke to a man who claimed he and a 50-year-old sex trafficker killed Tibbetts and framed Bahena Rivera.

One of the new witnesses purportedly claimed the real killer — who was in jail with the witness at the time — told him that he first saw Tibbetts bound and gagged at a sex trafficking “trap house” owned by his alleged accomplice. The man claimed, according to the defense motion, his alleged accomplice grew worried after federal authorities searching for Tibbetts showed up at a house next door to his.

“That Mexican shouldn’t be in jail for killing Mollie Tibbett, because I raped her and killed her,” the witness claimed the confessed killer told him, according to the earlier defense motion.

In their motion filed Tuesday, defense attorneys attached a police search warrant affidavit for the New Sharon home that they say “corroborates the ‘trap house’ account.”

A second individual contacted the Mahaska County, Iowa, Sheriff’s Office with a similar story involving the same man who reportedly confessed, but deputies said the witness appeared to be under the influence at the time and dismissed the story as not being credible.

Both witnesses contacted investigators within hours of each other on May 26, the same day Bahena Rivera testified at his trial that he was kidnapped by two masked men who forced him to drive them to where Tibbetts was expected to be jogging. He claimed that when they found Tibbetts, one of the men stabbed her to death, put her body in the trunk of Bahena Rivera’s car and made him drive to a cornfield, where the young woman’s badly decomposed remains were discovered a month after she went missing.

Bahena Rivera admitted on the witness stand that he placed Tibbetts’ body in the cornfield but was not involved in her murder. Bahena Rivera claimed during his testimony that he didn’t tell investigators about the masked men because they threatened to harm his former girlfriend, the mother of his daughter, if he did.

In his closing argument, prosecutor Scott Brown called Bahena Rivera’s testimony a “figment of his imagination.” A jury deliberated seven hours over two days before finding Bahena Rivera guilty.

The defense motion filed Tuesday argued that Bahena Rivera’s “claim based on newly discovered evidence has turned into a due process violation arising from the prosecution’s failure to turn over reports involving trap houses and kidnappings in or near the Poweshiek County area.”

So, uh.

Weird!

To be fair, Mexicans raping white women is not really something you hear about very often. I guess it happens, but mostly it’s the blacks that are on that beat. The guy didn’t really look like that sort.

Conversely, he looks like exactly the sort you would grab and frame-up – and the fact that the prosecutor was withholding evidence that matches with his own story is pretty big news.

Of course, the prosecutor would be withholding evidence to get his conviction. Of course he would also be doing that if he was in on the satanic pedophile conspiracy, or if someone told him to keep quiet.

I will say there is some confusion about how she would be at a trap house getting raped and then they would catch her jogging. That is, unless she was kidnapped and raped at the trap house and then let go free, and that’s when the 50-year-old sex trafficker decided he needed to kill her. I’m not clear on these details. I will say, I wouldn’t be surprised if that bitch Tibbets was getting involved in any kinds of grimy shit, as she was a very grimy slut. (It’s also not clear how the sex-trafficker was in jail with the Mexican.)

I guess it is still more likely that the Mexican did do it, but the story of a child-kidnapping and murder ring is obviously more interesting on its face.

Whatever the case – the Mexican will end up being sentenced for it, even if he didn’t do it. And obviously, if it turns out this is just a total Mexican hoax, he will be sentenced. I don’t think we’ll ever know the truth.

Some people then try to tie Pizzagate to Jeffrey Epstein, but that seems to be a tenuous connection. Firstly, though some Epstein girls were under age, none of them were children. Secondly, there was no indication of any kidnapping or coercion, let alone murder. Epstein was also doing something more obvious – working for Israel to allow American politicians and other powerful people to submit blackmail on themselves, which would then get them the blessing of the Jews.

The thing that does link Epstein to Pizzagate is his satanic temple on his private island.

Furthermore, it is all “the elite,” meaning that it would all be ultimately related.

It’s interesting stuff. Pizzagate has never even been addressed, let alone “debunked.” The media just announced that it was debunked. But they never explained the weird code in these emails, let alone with pedophile material on the Comet Pizza owner’s instagram page (and associated pages).

Anyway, despite the fact that a lot of goofy and clearly fake stuff has been spread by QAnon relating to the satanic pedophile conspiracy, I’m basically at the point at this point where I believe there is a large-scale underground conspiracy of satanic child rape and murder.

Obviously, there is also normal rape and murder which is not necessarily satanic, but they’re talking about 11-year-old boy!

The other thing is: if you have people working together to do kidnapping/rape/murder, then you’d think they’d end up getting linked into the larger network of people who do such things, no?

Furthermore: the place where Tibbits was killed and these other kidnappings are supposedly happening is only a 3 hour drive from Boy’s Town, Nebraska.

These types of stories were the basis for the first season of the HBO show True Detective, which I think was all in all very good.

It might not be a coincidence that since making that show, Matthew McConaughey has become a much more vocal Christian and has spoken out against the Jewish war on Christian culture.

The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) sent out an “Amber Alert” featuring the Chucky Doll from the horror-comedy film series “Child’s Play” as the suspect in a kidnapping case.

This is kind of funny, though I’m sure people are saying “it’s not funny to joke around about child kidnapping.”

In fact, however, most of these “Amber Alerts” are not real child kidnappings. The government has made a joke out of this system a long time ago.

The “Amber Alert” was named after Amber Hagerman, a 9-year-old girl kidnapped and murdered by a pervert in Arlington, Texas in 1996. (They then created a backronym, saying AMBER means “America’s Missing: Broadcast Emergency Response”). The alerts are broadcast on television, on LED signs at the side of roads, and they’ve even started sending people SMS messages in some jurisdictions.

However, while this might seem like a great thing, given that no one likes child kidnappers and everyone wants to help get back children that have been kidnapped by murderous perverts, the reality situation is a bit more complicated.

In actual fact, in the overwhelming majority of Amber Alert cases, there is no pervert involved. According to statistics released by the federal government, in 68% of these alert cases, it is either the mother or the father who is responsible.

The father is responsible twice as often as the mother, because in over 80% of cases, the disgusting family court system, an arm of the feminist occupation government, awards custody to the mother.

In order for the father to get custody, he either has to have millions of dollars to drop on lawyers, or the mother doesn’t want the kids because they will get in the way of her party lifestyle.

So, yes, it is a regular situation that after the family court awards custody to an abusive mother, the father will come try to rescue the kids. The mother will call the cops, and then you have an Amber Alert.

Whether it is the mother or the father, I don’t think this is the same as a murderous pervert, and putting it in the same category is obviously a bigger and much more dangerous joke than posting Chucky.

When you look at the rest of the breakdown, many of those groups are clearly non-perverts. The grandma and grandpa aren’t perverts – they’re trying to rescue the kids from an abusive single mother. The mother’s boyfriend and stepdad categories could be a pervert, of course, but I can guarantee that in the majority of those cases, the man is trying to protect the kids from the mother.

Then you’ve got a list of other family members taking up various percentages, and they are also none of them perverts. Maybe they’ve done some illegal, and they need to be arrested, but it shouldn’t be used as a trigger for an alert system specifically designed to find children that were kidnapped by dangerous perverts who are likely to rape and murder them.

Furthermore, this isn’t just children – it also includes teenagers. So you’ve got a percentage of those cases that are “the abductee’s ex-boyfriend,” i.e., a teenage girl ran off with her boyfriend. You’ve also got pimps on there, which again, I mean, yes, that’s a legal matter if a teenage girl runs off with her pimp. But come on. This alert implies a child has been kidnapped by a murderous pervert.

So, you break this down, and you have a situation where virtually no Amber Alert implies that a small child has been kidnapped by a pervert. As said, the one group that could represent that kind of situation is the mother’s boyfriend and stepfather categories. Maybe I guess also the neighbor.

What’s more, in most of the cases, the child hasn’t even been gone for 24 hours. So, a woman could be throwing a fit, screaming and beating the kids and the boyfriend, and so her cuck boyfriend could grab the kids and say “come on kids, your mom clearly needs some time alone, let’s go get some ice cream and let her cool off” and then – boom – Amber Alert.

So, over the course of the last three decades that we’ve been doing this Amber Alert thing, the public has learned to just totally ignore it completely. So if some pervert does kidnap a small child, no one will know, because they’ve become accustomed to ignoring it.

It was actually a great idea. There should be a special alert system for when a small child is grabbed in the park by a pervert. These perverts often do very weird things with their kidnap victims, including taking them out to public places, and someone could see them and call the police, and the child’s life could be saved. But due to feminist interference, and the build up of all these dramatic, ridiculous, hysterical laws ostensibly designed to let women run buckwild all over the place, the alert has completely lost meaning.
