Rap star Jay-Z has been accused of raping a 13-year-old girl with fellow music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs at a party in 2000, NBC News reported on Sunday, citing a lawsuit. 

The suit was reportedly filed in the Southern District of New York in October, and originally listed only Combs as a defendant. It was refiled on Sunday to add Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter.

According to the anonymous accuser, reportedly identified as “Jane Doe” in the document, the assault happened at an MTV Video Music Awards after-party in 2000. At the time, the alleged victim was 13 years old, the news outlet noted.

And now, this anonymous person is 40.

Anonymous accusers are a joke and an insult to the entire legal system and civilization itself.

Any allegation like this made anonymously should just be dismissed out of hand. A court tried to do that in 2008 and it was overruled, and now every rape hoaxer destroys their victims anonymously, keeping their identities a secret even after the victim is proved innocent.

The lawsuit reportedly specified that the girl did not have a ticket, and was trying to gain access to the show at the Radio City Music Hall or an after-party by asking various limousine drivers to help. One of them allegedly told her that he was working for Combs and that she “fit what Diddy was looking for.” The driver reportedly invited her to a party after the show and told her to return to his car later in the evening after he transported Carter and Combs.

The suit claims that the driver later picked her up and drove to a white house with a U-shaped driveway. The accuser was forced to sign a document she believed was a nondisclosure agreement on arrival to enter the party, where she was offered a drink that made her feel “woozy, lightheaded and felt [like] she needed to lie down.” 

According to the document, shortly after she went into a room to rest, Combs and Carter entered with Diddy saying: “You are ready to party!” Carter then allegedly removed her clothes, held her down and raped her while Combs and an unnamed female celebrity looked on. Combs also raped the girl, the suit alleged, as Carter and the woman watched.

The lawsuit was filed and updated by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents more than a hundred other applicants who have made various sexual misconduct allegations against Combs. The rapper is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he awaits trial. It is the first suit in which the lawyer has named another high-profile defendant. Buzbee declined to comment on the latest developments to NBC News.

“Carter received a letter from Plaintiff’s counsel requesting a mediation to resolve this matter” before the suit was refiled Sunday, the media outlet noted, citing the document.

You’ll all remember that as much as I dislike Alec Baldwin, I said from the beginning that this case was bullshit.

Actors point guns at each other and pull the trigger constantly. It happens hundreds of times in some films. It’s not the actor’s responsibility to make sure the guns are loaded with blanks. That is the job of the staff, and in this case, the producers hired a woman for the job, and unsurprisingly, someone died.

Baldwin was always the victim here. He has to live the rest of his life knowing he killed some woman when it was literally not his fault at all in any way.

He’s getting off on some technicality. But I think everyone knew this case was bullshit, and people just hate Alec Baldwin so they wanted him to be persecuted, generally.

A New Mexico judge has dismissed involuntary manslaughter charges against Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin, ruling that the prosecution withheld crucial evidence. 

In October 2021, Baldwin fired a revolver while rehearsing a scene on a film set, killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and wounding director Joel Souza. Baldwin denied wrongdoing, saying he had been assured the gun did not contain live rounds, and was safe to use.

The prosecutors argued in court that Baldwin “violated the cardinal rules of firearm safety.” The actor’s defense team, meanwhile, described the incident as an “unspeakable tragedy,” but stressed that Baldwin “committed no crime” because live rounds were never supposed to be delivered on set, according to ABC News.

The defense team asked the court to dismiss the case, arguing that the prosecution failed to disclose that it had been given a batch of rounds when Baldwin’s lawyers requested a review of ballistic evidence. Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer agreed that it was a major flaw in the prosecution’s handling of the case.

“The state’s wilful withholding of this information was intentional and deliberate,” Sommer said. “This disclosure over the course of trial is so late that it undermines the defendant’s preparation for trial. There is no way for the court to right this wrong.”

Matthew Perry has died at the age of 54, TMZ has reported.

The beloved “Friends” star was reportedly found dead in the jacuzzi of his home in the ritzy Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles just after 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that first responders rushed to the address after a call reporting a cardiac arrest. It’s currently unclear who phoned 911.

The sources said no drugs were found at the scene and no foul play is suspected.

In a statement, the Los Angeles Police Department told The Post: “We responded to the 1800 block of Blue Sail Rd for a death investigation on a male 4:10 p.m. this afternoon. He was in his 50s.”

Perry — who was not married and had no children — had a long history of drug and alcohol abuse.

He opened up about his decades-long battle with addiction in a memoir titled “Friends, Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing,” which was published last year.

“Addiction” is not real, by the way.

People who claim to have addiction actually have something called “I Refuse to Get My Shit Together Syndrome.” It’s the syndrome where you refuse to get your shit together, while claiming that you’re not responsible for your own decisions.

This is actually relevant, though I have a lot more to write today.

Most likely he “relapsed.” He was claiming to be “sober,” and people who claim that always (or virtually always, it’s something like 99% of the time) always “relapse.”

AA and other “addiction treatment” centers teach that you have a disease where if you have one drink of alcohol, the disease forces your hands to pour more alcohol into your mouth.

Therefore, if you believe this, because you only have power over the initial drink, if you violate their gay and retarded program of “never have a single drink because then the disease will take control of your hands,” if you ever take one drink, you believe you can’t stop. Because you believe you can’t stop, you don’t stop. Because you believe in “behavior disease,” you are able to surrender control of your own decision-making process to some other voodoo force.

Anyone who knows someone who got into AA knows about this. It needs more words. Examples and analogies and so on. But I don’t have time.

Anyway, he would mix pills – presumably benzos – with the alcohol. Other articles are saying he drown. Presumably, he “relapsed” and was drinking and pilling heavy (these AA people go heavy on the “relapse” period), and drown in the bathtub.

It’s really hard to drown in a bath tub no matter how drunk you are, unless you are also very old or otherwise seriously ill. But if you add benzos, yeah. You can pass out and basically sleep through the drowning, or have so little power in your arms and legs you can’t pull yourself up for air.

Frankly, I think families should start suing AA for killing people. It’s literally a brainwashing cult that teaches you you can’t control your decisions. It’s difficult to imagine anything more destructive. Scientology doesn’t have these results. I don’t think Scientology has killed anyone. AA has killed millions of people.

I can’t even go into what Friends did to society here, even though I’m sure that’s what everyone wants. Or, at least what anyone older than 30 wants. This was a mass phenomenon and actually more destructive than Sex in the City.

The photograph was from 2016 and captured the actress carrying two pizza boxes while sporting an outfit consisting of a top, heels and shorts. The paparazzi snapshot was then edited into looking like her midsection was shortened and her legs were overly long. The shot was reminiscent of the “Family Guy” character Legs Go All the Way Up Griffin, so the cartoon from the show and Moretz’s pap shot were mockingly put side-by-side. Thus, a meme was born.

Heres’ the issue: that bitch was a child actress, and basically she just looked normal – if slightly within the Uncanny Valley (features too big for her face).

So then she grows up, and it turns out that her body is totally misshapen.
