No one will explain why this is possible.

These people talk about “the science” constantly, and then things like this happen – something where everyone wants some kind of scientific explanation – and they just go silent.

It sure makes you wonder if maybe “reality” isn’t a bit different than what they’re telling you.

AP:

A gray cat living an extraordinary life of visits to the beach and trips to the lake went on his biggest adventure alone: traveling hundreds of miles from Wyoming to California.

But how the feline named Rayne Beau — pronounced “rainbow” — made it home two months after getting lost in Yellowstone National Park during a summer camping trip remains a mystery.

Benny and Susanne Anguiano and their two cats arrived at Yellowstone’s Fishing Bridge RV Park on June 4 for the cats’ first trip to the forest. But soon after they arrived, Rayne Beau was startled and ran into the nearby trees.

The couple looked for him for four days, even laying out his favorite treats and toys. When they finally had to drive back to Salinas, California, on June 8, Susanne Anguiano said she was crushed but never lost hope she would find him.

“We were entering the Nevada desert and all of a sudden I see a double rainbow. And I took a picture of it and I thought, that’s a sign. That’s a sign for our rainbow that he’s going to be okay,” she said.

…

In August, the Anguianos received amazing news when a microchip company messaged them that their cat was at the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Roseville, California, nearly 900 miles (1,448 kilometers) from Yellowstone. He was only about 200 miles (322 kilometers) away from his home in Salinas.

The cat would have to have some kind of psychic powers, or be guided by supernatural forces. Those are the only two options. Or, it could be both. But there is no other explanation. It couldn’t smell its way home.

This happens a lot with pets. It’s usually dogs, but cats have done it before too. It’s a whole genre of animal behavior, these hundreds of miles long trips.

The people who tell you they have everything about the world figured out, understand the way planetary bodies affect earth’s weather (they have no effect, according to them), understand genetics so completely they can alter your genes to prevent you from getting the flu, understand the soul-switching that happens to trannies, they will not comment on cats and dogs doing “miracles” which they call “mysteries.”

It’s almost like Science is a big delusion, and we humans don’t really know all that much about the way reality works.

Ancient Memes: Medieval Paintings of Cats https://www.anglinarchive.com/2021/11/13/ancient-memes-medieval-paintings-of-cats/ Sat, 13 Nov 2021 00:00:00 +0000

One of the internet’s favorite types of memes is cat memes.

What you might not know is that cat memes were popular before the internet. In fact, they were popular all the way back in Medieval times.

Today, I want to share with you my collection of Medieval cat memes.

The question is: did these people not know how to draw cats, or did cats just look completely different in the Middle Ages?

This collection is dedicated to the cat that I saw get hit by a truck today. It clearly already had health problems, meaning it was probably old. But still, it was a sad sight. We love our cats. Rest in peace, cat.

Japan: Koko the Cat Becomes Police Chief for a Day After Saving Old Man’s Life (GOOD NEWS) https://www.anglinarchive.com/2021/04/15/japan-koko-the-cat-becomes-police-chief-for-a-day-after-saving-old-mans-life-good-news/ Thu, 15 Apr 2021 00:00:00 +0000

Master Chief has got me on the Good News beat.

And have I got some good news for you…!

You know that saying that all cops are bastards?

Well, I found the exception that confirms the rule.

Sputnik News:

Last year, Koko’s owner noticed that was staring suspiciously at a ditch – it turned out an elderly man was lying in it, out cold. Fortunately, rescuers arrived in time and saved the OAP, all thanks to the cat.

If it were a black cat, it would’ve just stolen his wallet and left.

The police department in Japan’s Toyama city appointed a cat named Koko as police chief for a day, NHK reported on 13 April. The honour was bestowed on Koko for his bravery after he helped save an elderly man.

During the ceremony to appoint Koko as the boss, he was sporting his own police uniform, including a peaked hat, which fitted puuurrrfectly. The cat then left his paw print on a certificate to declare his commitment to fighting crime in the area.

Despite only assuming the position for the day, Koko had time to teach some kids about traffic safety at the local school. His owner then answered students’ questions after the class.

Koko looked like he was feeline great about his new role and was obviously happy to fuurrrther his career with the police force.

Oh now that’s just too much, Russky.

But yeah – feelgood story of the week.

I wish we had cat cops in America instead of murderous female cops.

Cougar Murdered by Racist Cops for Defending Self Against Seattle Cyclists https://www.anglinarchive.com/2018/05/20/cougar-murdered-by-racist-cops-for-defending-self-against-seattle-cyclists/ Sun, 20 May 2018 00:00:00 +0000 Andrew Anglin

For years, liberalist Seattle cyclists have made a hobby of riding their bikes up into the mountains and running down helpless mountain lions.

Of course, the one time a cat tries to stand up and defend himself, he is hunted down and murdered by the cops.

BBC:

US wildlife officers in Washington state have shot dead a cougar that killed a cyclist and mauled another.

The two cyclists were in North Bend, about 30 miles (50km) from Seattle, when the attack occurred. The injured man used his mobile phone to seek help.

The rider who died was dragged away by the cougar to its den, said King County sheriff spokesman Sergeant Ryan Abbot.

Wildlife officials said it was only the second fatal cougar attack in Washington state in the past 100 years.

Tracker dogs were used to locate the animal, hours after the attack.

Sure, sure.

The cougar attacked the cyclists, unprovoked.

TOTALLY BELIEVABLE.

Nevermind the statistics showing that a cyclist is 68 times more likely to attack a cougar than the other way around.

A liberalist Seattle cyclist stands over the corpse of a cougar he just ran down with his bicycle, smiling supremely

But you won’t see any “Cougar Lives Matter” protests over this, will you?

No, you won’t.

Because America is a cyclist supremacist country, controlled by cyclists to the detriment of cougars.

Austrian Man Jailed for a Picture of a Nazi Cat https://www.anglinarchive.com/2016/08/12/austrian-man-jailed-for-a-picture-of-a-nazi-cat/ Fri, 12 Aug 2016 00:00:00 +0000 Andrew Anglin

Your standard Nazi cat.

Earlier this year, after a British man was arrested for having a Nazi dog, many people were like, “yeah, but where are the Nazi cats?”

Well friends, an Austrian man has found one.

And he’s been jailed for posting a picture of it.

RT:

A Salzburg court has found a 38-year-old Austrian man guilty of posting a selection of Nazi-inspired photos, many with allusions to gassing people, onto social media. One of the images featured a cat raising its right paw in the style of the German fascists.

The grand jury sentenced the man to 18 months, 15 months of which are suspended, for violating the Nazi Prohibition Act by repeatedly posting on the internet around 20 photos and related neo-Nazi slogans.

The Nachrichten.at daily described the images as “extreme right-wing propaganda,” and said they were spiced up by “cynical and dehumanizing slogans.”

“It is not so much about a single photo, but rather an impression of the overall context,” Markus Neher, the Attorney General, noted, APA news agency reported.

The defendant, whose name has not been revealed, pleaded guilty and apologized in court, Nachrichten.at reported.

A house search carried out by police also found items of clothing with Nazi symbols belonging to the man, including the numbers “88” (aka “HH”, an abbreviation for “Heil Hitler”).

The Austrian government may indeed be failed to keep asylum seeking terrorists from raping little boys and girls, but at least they’re dealing with the real threat – Nazi cat pictures on the internet.

Rory the Cat’s Life Saved with a Blood Transfusion from a DOG After Eating Rat Poison https://www.anglinarchive.com/2013/08/20/rory-the-cats-life-saved-with-a-blood-transfusion-from-a-dog-after-eating-rat-poison/ Tue, 20 Aug 2013 00:00:00 +0000 Daily Mail

Critical: Ginger tabby, Rory, similar to this one pictured here, was saved by a blood transfusion from a dog.

On screen they are usually portrayed as mortal enemies, but a cat that was dying after eating rat poison was saved thanks to a blood transfusion – from a dog.

The rare operation was carried out by New Zealand vet Kate Heller, who realised that Rory the cat would not survive unless he was given an immediate blood transfusion.

Unfortunately his blood type was not known and to have performed the delicate operation with the wrong type of blood – which for cats falls into categories A, B or AB – could have proved fatal.

But decisive action was imperative because without it Rory was in equal danger of using up the last of his nine lives.

Rory’s owner Kim Edwards rushed him to Tauranga Vets after she heard him howling in pain and unable to move.

When she got there she found the blood laboratory was closed and it was not possible to determine Rory’s blood type.

After consulting colleagues, Miss Heller decided to take a chance and perform the operation on the sick feline using dog’s blood.

She said: ‘If we didn’t do it, he would have died, so we had nothing to lose by giving it a go. It was a do or die, but it’s very uncommon.’

Studies have shown that cats might not have such an adverse reaction to it no matter what the type, than they might to the wrong type of cat blood.

Is This the Beast of Trowbridge? Couple Catch ‘Puma-like Creature’ on Film and Claim They Watched it Catch and Eat Prey https://www.anglinarchive.com/2013/08/18/is-this-the-beast-of-trowbridge-couple-catch-puma-like-creature-on-film-and-claim-they-watched-it-catch-and-eat-prey/ Sun, 18 Aug 2013 00:00:00 +0000 Shari Miller

  • Herbert and Doreen Smith were left shocked after seeing the huge animal
  • Many have claimed to have seen the Beast of Trowbridge over the years
  • Sightings have also occurred in Staverton and Westbury Leigh

The picture apparently showing a big cat dubbed the Beast of Trowbridge was last night claimed to be a fake.

Although it certainly appears to be a black and furry four-legged beast, doubt has been cast over whether it really was photographed prowling near a certain Wiltshire town.

It emerged the photograph – possibly of a cougar – may have in fact been taken in Lapeer County, Michigan, in the US- and first published in 2007

Brush with the beast: The couple were just feet away from what they believe could be the Beast of Trowbridge, a puma or panther spotted for years in the area.

Herbert and Doreen Smith claim they saw the unusual animal while walking in Murhill Woods, in Trowbridge, Wiltshire last week and took the photo.

Mr Smith, 71, said they observed the animal catching and then eating some prey.

He said: ‘Our first impression was sheer astonishment. We really could not believe our eyes at what we were seeing.

‘The animal was eating what we believe it had just caught.

‘There was a lot of rabbits about so I expect it was having breakfast.

‘I was about 20ft away from it while it was eating. It looked up at me for a couple of seconds, then resumed eating.

Expert: Big Cat investigator Frank Tunbridge said it looked like a cross between a black leopard and a puma.

‘If it wasn’t for my wife tugging at my arm to get me out of there, I would have stayed observing this magnificent animal.’

The Smiths are not the first to spot the creature which has been dubbed the ‘Beast of Trowbridge’ by locals and there have been numerous sightings over the years.

Described as a puma or panther, the animal has also been seen in nearby Staverton and Westbury Leigh.

After looking at the pictures, Big cat tracking expert Frank Tunbridge said the animal looks like a cross between a black leopard and a puma.

He said: ‘It is what we would call a British Big Cat.

‘Looking at the curve of the tail it is very feline. Cats lay down to eat like that, unlike dogs or foxes which usually stand up.

‘It is difficult to judge the size as there is very little in the photo to suggest proportions, but the couple who saw it certainly say they were shocked and presumably they would have known if it was just the size of a domestic cat.’

Mr Tunbridge, of Gloucester, added that it is entirely possible for big cats to survive in the UK.

‘I go out into the field all the time and I know how they live.

‘Big cats do not need antelopes or zebra to survive on. They can live off hares, rabbits, pheasants, moles, and of course there is plenty of those in our countryside.

‘In the summer when there is plenty to eat, they survive on the smaller mammals, but in winter when there is less food around they will go for the bigger prey like deer.’

He said it is widely thought big cats came to roam the British countryside after they were released by people who bought them as pets in the 1960s and 70s.

‘They were kept by the pop stars and models and people with money when there were no rules and regulations,’ he said.
‘In those days you could buy a puma cub for about £250 from a pet shop in Bristol with no questions asked, or a black leopard from an animal dealer.

‘When the Dangerous Animals Act came in in 1976, rather than have their pets destroyed they would take them out to the Cotswolds or the Forest of Dean or somewhere similar and just let them go.

‘They bred and cross-bred after that.’
