Three middle schoolers from southern Maryland have been charged with hate crimes after they displayed swastikas, performed Nazi salutes and made derogatory remarks about a classmate’s religion, according to county prosecutors.

Officials with the Calvert County State’s Attorney’s Office said the harassment began in December and the students refused to stop despite repeated requests. The victim ultimately reported the behavior to Maryland State Police, which investigated and filed charges against the students.

The defendants, all 13, are students at Plum Point Middle School in Calvert County, which serves students in sixth through eighth grades and is located about 50 miles (80.5 kilometers) southeast of Washington, D.C. Their names are being withheld because they’re underage.

Officials said the charges will be forwarded to the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services for appropriate action.

Prosecutors announced the charges in a news release last week.

“Maryland was founded on the principle of religious toleration,” State’s Attorney Robert Harvey said in a statement. “It is frankly astonishing that nearly 400 years later some people continue to persecute others based upon their religion.”

The school system’s website includes a statement on how it handles allegations of racism and other forms of discrimination.

“Calvert County Public Schools explicitly denounces racism, bullying, discrimination, white supremacy, hate, and racial inequity in any form within our school community,” the statement says.

A report released in March 2023 by the Anti-Defamation League found that antisemitic incidents in Maryland had nearly doubled over the past year. Similar instances of antisemitism also have increased nationally in recent years.

In response to the 2023 report, Maryland Gov. Wes Moore called the increase “absolutely unacceptable.”

“I want everyone in Maryland to hear me clearly — hate has no home in our state,” he said in a statement at the time. “I refuse to allow these alarming actions to go unnoticed.”

It’s unbelievable that this is happening in America. There is no explanation at all as to how it is legal, but in several different cases, they have just started throwing “harassment” charges at anyone who makes fun of Jews.

Hopefully, these kids will get good lawyers and get an apology issued, because this is an atrocity. More likely, the kids will lose the case, and this will become the norm: “it’s illegal to make fun of Jews.”

Parents opposed to Wales’ new Relationships and Sexuality Education starting next term have taken further High Court action to allow them to withdraw their own children from the classes. Their legal team has filed an injunction to stop their children being given RSE lessons in primary schools until a review is heard.

The new curriculum for schools in Wales, which begins in September 2022, means parents will no longer be able to remove their children from sex education classes. The Welsh Government says RSE will be age appropriate. Campaigners say it is wrong to discuss issues like gender and sexuality with the youngest children.

In May the campaign group Public Child Protection Wales, won a High Court victory when a judge ruled the Welsh Government’s RSE policy must be tested in the courts and a judicial review will be heard later this year. That review has not been held yet and with RSE lessons due to begin next month the campaign’s barrister Paul Diamond has been back to the High Court to seek an injunction to stop them until the review.

Parents campaigning against the new Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) topics say they are are ‘inappropriate’ for primary age pupils. Kim Isherwood, a mother of two and spokesperson for Public Child Protection Wales, said: “We have asked the Welsh Government to postpone until the review. But they have refused.

“We feel our request is reasonable and we have applied for an injunction in order to protect children. We are waiting for a response for our application for an injunction to block the lessons until the review is heard.

“There is no parental opt out from these lessons, which are also embedded in the rest of the curriculum. We think that’s wrong.”

RSE will be a mandatory in the new Curriculum for Wales and will be taught in both primary and secondary schools. That replaces the current requirement for sex education in secondary schools.

Opponents have said it’s not clear what materials will be used and they fear teachers, or outside agencies coming in to schools, won’t have adequate training to deliver age appropriate RSE. They are also concerned that under the new curriculum RSE will be embedded across subjects.

A Welsh Government spokesperson said: “We are proud that our new curriculum and wider reforms are supported by respected organisations such as the NSPCC, the Children’s Commissioner, Welsh Women’s Aid and qualified experts in the field of child safeguarding.

“Learners will only learn topics that are appropriate to their age and development. At a younger age, for example, children will be taught about treating each other with kindness and empathy. As they grow older, they will gain an understanding of topics such as online safety, consent and sexual health – all of which will be handled in a sensitive way.

“A phased roll out of the reforms will commence in September 2022. We are aware that an application to the High Court for an interim injunction (interim relief) for the claimants’ children to be excused from RSE lessons in September 2022 has been made. We are considering that application and will respond accordingly. We remain confident our reforms are proportionate and lawful.”

The Welsh Government said the new RSE code does not ignore biological sex: “The code recognises and requires schools to teach about biological sex. The accompanying Statutory guidance, glossary and supporting materials, include explicit reference to biological sex and to women. The principles in the code apply generally to both boys and girls, men and women, which is why there aren’t large numbers of specific references to boys and girls.”

It said three years olds will not be part of classes on sexuality and gender and in any case the mandatory school starting age is five.

“At the early years, education is about relationships and focuses on the building of self-esteem by encouraging learners to value themselves; recognise and communicate their feelings and form friendships. For example, at age five, children currently in the Foundation Phase learn about relationships with parents, family and friends – not romantic or sexual relationships. This is mirrored in the new curriculum. It is not compatible with the code to teach 3-year-olds about sexuality or gender.”

What are the new rules on relationship and sex education in schools?

Relationships and Sexuality Education will be a mandatory from age 3-16 in the new Curriculum for Wales and will be taught in both primary and secondary schools.

That replaces the current requirement for sex education in secondary schools. Under RSE, learners will learn about sex in a biological sense and also the concept of sexuality and what constitutes a healthy (and an unhealthy) relationship.

Teaching of RSE will be guided by a statutory code which was approved by the Senedd and published in January.

Nursery schools and kindergartens in Japan are struggling to teach preschoolers about sexual minorities, a challenge highlighted by the case of a 6-year-old boy who stopped attending a nursery after being bullied for dressing in girl’s clothing.

The boy enrolled in a municipal nursery school in Otsu, Shiga Prefecture, in April 2019. His parents later learned that he was being taunted by classmates, who would call him names such as “boy-girl.” In barely legible handwriting, the boy scrawled “left out,” “beaten up,” “go away” and other messages on a piece of paper he showed his parents.

But when the parents consulted with the municipal government, they were told that “bullying did not apply in this case” since a law aimed at preventing school bullying was only applicable to elementary school students and older.

After the parents’ repeated pleas for the situation to be addressed, the city in November 2020 admitted the presence of bullying at the nursery and apologized that its “response to the problem had been inappropriate.” By then, however, the boy had refused to go to school for nearly a year and a half.

The law in question, which came into force in 2013, was enacted following the 2011 suicide of a second-year junior high school boy who had been bullied at a school in Otsu.

Although the law was not enacted with nursery school students in mind, “bullying can occur in early childhood,” said Toshiyuki Kasugai, graduate school professor at Ritsumeikan University and chair of a committee set up by the Otsu government to protect children from bullying.

For that reason, nursery schools and kindergartens should address problems faced by sexual minorities among preschool children “based on the principles of the law,” said Kasugai.

As understanding has progressed regarding sexual minorities, such as lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender individuals, parents have become more accepting. As a result, there is likely to be an increase in cases like the one involving the boy in Otsu that will require nurseries and kindergartens to address the needs of sexual minorities among preschool children.

The nursery the boy attended tried teaching the children about gender identity issues, and requested that they “value the feelings of their friends,” but still was unable to stop the taunts.

The coach’s halftime speech is long known to be a motivational tool in the sports world. Many sports movies, such as Hoosiers, Remember the Titans, or Friday Night Lights include a pivotal scene in which the coach makes an impassioned speech to his team, igniting a furious comeback. But what makes an effective halftime speech in real life? A new study finds that anger is actually more effective during halftime speeches than inspiration.

Researchers at the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business analyzed hundreds of halftime speeches and final scores from high school and college basketball games, and found that players seem to perform better after a harsh, more negative halftime speech from their coach. In fact, researchers discovered a significant relationship between the level of negativity a coach projects during a halftime speech and second-half scoring outcomes. The more negativity, the more the team outscored their opponents, that is at least up to a certain threshold point.

“That was even true if the team was already ahead at halftime,” lead researcher and Haas professor emeritus Barry Staw comments in a media release. “Rather than saying, ‘You’re doing great, keep it up,’ it’s better to say, ‘I don’t care if you’re up by 10 points, you can play better than this.’”

In all, 304 speeches from 23 teams were used in the study. Each halftime pep talk was rated by the extent to which coaches expressed several different emotions, from positive (pleased, relaxed, inspired, excited) to negative (disgusted, angry, frustrated, afraid).

The research indicated that while negative halftime speeches led to higher scores in the second half, there is, of course, a point where all of that negativity begins to bring the team down. Whenever coaches displayed “extreme” bouts of anger, frustration, and negativity, it ended up hurting their players’ performances. So, its clear from the researchers’ findings that negativity, up to a certain point, can help players perform, but too much negativity is ultimately going to be detrimental to the team.

In addition to just analyzing speeches and game performance, the researchers also conducted a controlled laboratory experiment regarding self perceived motivation. A handful of select halftime pep talks were played for certain participants, who were then asked about how motivated they felt. Inline with the main study’s findings, negativity seemed to motivate participants, but only up to a certain level of intensity. When coaches became too angry or negative, motivation tapered off.

Staw and his team say that they believe negative emotion can be a more effective motivator than many currently believe.

You don’t need a license to be a jerk, but this study certainly points in the direction of uncomfortable truths.

Beronica Ruiz, 35, of Passaic, was brutally attacked after she complained to the school’s vice principal about three students who threatened her son and told him to ‘go back to Mexico,’ the woman’s attorney said Friday.

Ruiz was hospitalized for two days after the 13-year-old student – one of three who had been taunting her son – allegedly jumped her while she was with her baby and the 12-year-old boy.

An American school is more like an insane asylum that you have to endure for most of your young life. And not everyone makes it out alive.

A sixth grade boy has committed suicide after enduring years of bullying.

Andrew Michael Leach, 12, left a suicide note and hung himself last Tuesday at his family’s home in Southaven, Mississippi, a suburb of Memphis that is just over the state line from Tennessee.

His 16-year-old brother found the body, family members said.

Andrew’s mother Cheryl Hudson told WREG that bullying was rampant at Andrew’s school, Southaven Middle, where she said both sons had been cruelly tormented.

I did a quick search on google images of Southaven Middle and the problem immediately became clear to me.

The school is infested with niggers. 

It’s not quite at the level where blacks outnumber the Whites, but more in that dangerous middle area where blacks are a sizeable and disruptive minority, but parents still think that the school is “a good school” i.e. still White.

But scrolling for news mentions of the school, it seems that students have started bringing weapons and talk of mass shootings have led to pre-emptive school shutdowns.

And so we come to this kid, who apparently was “bullied” until he committed suicide.

That kid obviously was getting harassed by NIGGERS.

‘From what we are hearing, there was a group of kids that would go around calling him fat, ugly and worthless,’ the grieving mother said.

Asked if she’d ever approached school administrators about the bullying issue, Hudson told the station: ‘I only spoke with the school’s 6th grade principal. I didn’t know how to handle it. His dad did talk to a teacher one time.’

She said it was not the first such instance at the school.

‘A few years ago there was a young girl who hung herself from a water tower due to bullying,’ she said. ‘There have been several attempts since then with other kids.’

I’ve never seen groups of White boys go around causing fat 12-year-olds to commit suicide. I mean, maybe vapid White whores-in-training in their middle teens, but even then, that’s rare.

First of all, this kid wasn’t fat. I’m a big fat-shamer myself, but this kid is clearly just pre-pubescent chubby. In five years, he almost certainly would have grown two feet and all that fat would have evaporated naturally. A lot of White kids hit puberty waaay later than non-Whites, which is why it simply isn’t fair to keep Whites and non-Whites in the same schools.

Blacks grow much bigger much faster because they’re animals, not really humans and don’t have much to develop.

By the time they’re fourteen, you’ve got a full-grown Silverback out there causing trouble and “bullying” White kids…

What I wanted to get across to our younger readers is this: it’s not your fault.

School is awful, just fucking god-awful. Social hierarchy is determined by your familiarity with pop-culture and ability to mimic black behavior. If you are introspective, not into whatever the fad is at the time or just more than one standard deviation from the mean IQ of your peers, you’re gonna have a very bad time.

I know I did. 

I went to a school that was virtually indistinguishable from Andrew’s. It was built with that same red brick and the building design was basically a giant rectangle with cordoned off sections and constant security guard patrols. It probably had the same ratio of niggers in it and the same toxic stew of White Guilt propaganda, cat ladies running the administration and Vibrant Diversity.

I counted down the minutes, hours and days until I could finally get out and get away from it all.

If it weren’t for my father busting his butt to get me into a private school for the last four years, I don’t think I would have made it through without getting shanked or something.

But the blood of the martyrs is the seed of the new Church.

In other words, all of this was not for nothing. One way or another, you were born into this time for a reason. And what you will experience throughout school and your young adult life will open your eyes to the truth.

You’ll see what your comfortable Boomer or Gen X parents never could.

In response to the bully’s insult, Lance “roasted” him by cracking some kid-safe jokes about him.

Then the boy punched Lance in the back of his head.

The teacher saw the incident and seated bully #2 away from Lance. Then she screamed at Lance for cracking jokes about him. She sent Lance to the school guidance counselor’s office.

Yeah! The little spic boy got double-teamed by the bully and his teacher accomplice! This is the kind of atmosphere we need to maintain if we want these people to leave of their own accord.

Bullying works.

Can we make America White again purely with bullying? I don’t know. But it’s certainly worth a shot.

The guidance counselor told Lance that he needed to ignore people when they talk negatively about his ethnicity. Why are school administrators allowing hate among our children to continue? Since when has solely the act of ignoring a problem solved it?

He shouldn’t ignore it. Ignoring bullies never works – they just keep doing it.

No, the only solution is clearly to just go back to Mexico, where he’ll be bullied for being a little bitch instead of for being Mexican.

A couple of weeks ago, another boy or bully #1 told Lance, “Go back to your country!“

Ah, so #1 finally comes on the scene. I wouldn’t call him a bully though, as he was simply being helpful in pointing out how Pedro can avoid being bullied in the future.

One of the Trump administration’s greatest achievements in the short time they’ve been in charge of America is to have created a climate of fear and hostility for brown people, encouraging them to leave – or never come here in the first place.

After all, who would want to be in a place where they’re systematically bullied and harassed by both the citizens and law enforcement agencies?

If this process continues to accelerate, by the time Trump is finished with his second term most of these brown people will have left of their own accord.

The cucks are now at our mercy.

The Republicans have been a party of cucks and traitors for decades now, resolute in their drive to ignore the will of the American people. In spite of the overwhelming unpopularity of the “replace the entire population with brown people” agenda, they’ve stuck to it with unwavering zeal to please their Jewish and corporate masters.

But that time is coming to an end.

Yes, the president endorsed a candidate who endorsed putting Blacks back into slavery.

Trump says he “studied, watched and admired” the career of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. He nevertheless endorses Moore, who thinks we could do without the 13th Amendment (abolishing slavery), 14th Amendment (ensuring due process and equal protection) and 15th Amendment (granting African American men the right to vote).

Trump says he is the greatest president ever for the LGBT community. He still endorses Moore, who has said “homosexual conduct should be illegal.”

We should not overlook, in the tumult over alleged sexual predation, the degree to which out-and-out racism and bigotry of all forms — and let’s not dress it up economic populism or xenophobia — have become normalized in the GOP. It’s not simply that the president and the Republican National Committee are supporting an accused sexual predator; they are supporting someone who admits to, boasts about and is unashamed to admit his contempt for racial equality.

Yes – because that’s what the people want. They could get away with ignoring the will of the people as long as everyone was doing it. But when faced with an alternative that they can’t destroy, they are powerless.

The rise of Trump has shown that it’s possible to run and win on a populist platform.

At this point, if the GOP tries to stop this, they will be signing their own death warrant.

This political and moral degradation has happened in stages. The collapse of decency and tolerance didn’t start with Moore. Trump proposed the Muslim ban (now on its third incarnation), and he turned the war against jihadists into a battle against Islam. (He declared in November 2015: “We are not loved by many Muslims.”) He labeled Mexicans murderers, attacked an American-born judge because of his Mexican heritage and systematically has gone after black athletes for behavior that no rational person would think to be worthy of consideration, let alone condemnation, by the president. He introduces moral equivalence between neo-Nazi and anti-neo-Nazi protesters.None of that is disqualifying for a president, Republicans conclude. They voted for him once, and a large majority would vote for him again. So when Moore comes along to declare that Muslims should not be allowed to serve in Congress, he is greeted by a collective yawn among Republicans. His overtly racist comments about slavery fly under the radar.

The Republican establishment has tried to sabotage populism at every turn.

It’s not that they don’t want to stop this nationalist turn – it’s that they’ve tried and failed repeatedly.

There’s no stopping this train.

Bullying works. They now know very well that their whining is only tightening the noose around their necks.

The remaining GOP hacks will either have to hop on the populism train, or be destroyed.
