Paul Golding, 38, was ordered to pay a £21 ($26) surcharge and £750 ($918) in costs, and given a nine-month “conditional discharge” by Chief Magistrate Emma Arbuthnot at the Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London on Wednesday.

He was charged with “willfully refusing to comply” under Schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act. Police testified that Golding had refused their demand to unlock his iPhone and Apple computer when they stopped him at Heathrow Airport on October 23 last year, as he returned from a trip to Moscow.

Paul Golding, the leader of the fringe far-right group Britain First, has been charged with an offence under the Terrorism Act after refusing to give police access to his phone.

He was stopped at Heathrow airport in October while returning from a trip to the Russian parliament in Moscow by officers from the Metropolitan police’s counter-terrorism command.

He refused to give the Pin codes for a number of his electronic devices. Golding, 38, is charged with refusing to comply with a duty under Schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act.

A Met spokesman said Golding, of Bexley in south-east London, was charged by postal requisition on Wednesday. He is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 27 February.

In a statement Golding said he was not a terrorist and described the charges as “an abuse of legislation”. Schedule 7 allows police to interrogate, search and detain anyone for up to six hours at UK ports.

It is designed to determine whether an individual is involved in the “commission, preparation or instigation” of acts of terrorism.

It’s obviously an abuse of legislation, but all terrorism legislation is written to be abused. If the government actually wanted to stop terrorism, they wouldn’t have flooded Britain with Moslems. No one can take any of this seriously.

Paul Golding does take it seriously though, and for that he is paying the price.

If you’re any kind of political figure, it is stupid to fly through a Western airport with any electronics. They will force you to open them and they will copy everything on them, and use that information to persecute your contacts, or just dox them in the media. If you refuse to open them, you get charged with terrorism.

If you’re a political figure going on a trip, buy a cheap phone when you arrive then destroy it before you get on the airplane. These people no longer make any pretext of respecting personal privacy.

Jayda Fransen, the former deputy leader of ultranationalist right-wing Britain First group, was convicted of inciting hatred for a speech about Islam in Belfast in 2017, while leader Paul Golding was acquitted.

Fransen was also separately convicted for additional comments she made while filming at the peace wall in the city. District Judge George Conner said her speech at the ‘Northern Ireland Against Terrorism’ event was a “vehement attack against a religious group,” the BBC reports.

She told attendees that Muslims are “baying for our blood,” and that “Islam says every single one of you wonderful people here today deserves to be killed.” Fransen added that it was time to come together against “the one common enemy.”

“I’m satisfied these words were intended to stir up hatred and arouse fear,” Judge Conner said at the trial.

In December 2017, Fransen also claimed that the “Islamification” of Britain would see walls like the peace walls separating Catholic and Protestant neighborhoods in Belfast popping up around the UK. She said it was “descending into civil war” and that it was time to “rise up against the biggest threat against the entire world.”

Fransen was jailed for four months in March 2018 after being convicted of three counts of religiously aggravated harassment for distributing leaflets and posting videos during a gang-rape trial in England.

So I guess it’s “Islamophobic” to say terrorism exists in the same way it is “anti-Semitic” to say AIPAC exists.

“Britain First” was an anti-racist group that was only against Moslems, mainly because they do terrorism, robbery, stabbings, underage sex trafficking and so on and so forth.

Fransen is just a typical fat British slag with a tongue ring, eccentric hair dye and an inch of makeup (I’m sure she also has a tramp stamp on her lower back too) who is like “this shite is buggered m8.”

But Donald Trump won’t say anything about her being sent to prison for political reasons in Orwellian UK.

The British government is saying that the threat of Islamic terrorism in their country is going to remain high and even rise in the years to come. Apparently importing millions of Moslems from the third world did not create the multicultural utopia that the Jews promised us.

The threat posed by Islamist militants to Britain is expected to remain high for the next two years and could even rise, the interior ministry said on Sunday, on the first anniversary of an attack that killed eight people in central London.

The current threat level to Britain is assessed as severe, meaning an attack is highly likely. The government said it had foiled 25 Islamist militant plots since June 2013 – 12 of those since March 2017 – and was currently handling over 500 live operations.

Fortunately, the British government has some abstract new counter-terrorism plan developed by some really smart people to help solve this.

Britain will publish a revised counter-terrorism strategy on Monday designed to cope with what it said was a shift in the threats the country faces as militants of all ideologies adopt new tactics.

“In summary we expect the threat from Islamist terrorism to remain at its current, heightened level for at least the next two years, and that it may increase further,” the ministry said in a statement.

The threat level was raised to “critical”, its highest, twice in 2017.

A review found existing counter-terrorism policy was well-organized and comprehensive, but suggested ways it could be improved.

“The threat from terrorism is constantly evolving. Globally, terrorist groups and networks of all ideologies continue to develop organically, exploiting social media, technology and science to further their aims and ambitions,” the ministry said.

My counter-terrorism strategy would be a simple one point plan. It would involve the immediate removal of all non-Europeans from the country. After all, all of these terrorist attacks are conducted by brown and black individuals. If you remove these racial groups, the likelihood of a terrorist attack will be reduced to almost zero. But somehow I’m guessing that this strategy will not be included in this fancy plan that’s been developed by these so-called counter-terrorism experts. They wouldn’t want to get fired from their job for racism or jailed for hate crimes. So the only plan that would actually solve the problem is not going to get proposed.

Oh and what’s this? You’re telling me there’s right-wing terrorism also?

The statement said the threat from “extreme right-wing terrorism” was also growing and four plots had been disrupted since March last year.

This is clearly an exaggeration. I can’t think of a single prominent right-wing terrorist attack that has recently occurred on British soil. On the other hand, I can think of numerous Islamic terrorist attacks that have occurred all over the UK in just the past few years. The London Bridge attack is just one of many.

Furthermore, every recorded instance of “right-wing terrorism” in Europe has been a response to the presence of brown people.

On top of that, the British government has arrested nearly every prominent nationalist and moderate right-wing figure in the country. Even the leadership of Britain First and pro-Israel Zionists like Tommy Robinson have been put in prison. The state has certainly been much more forceful in terms of going after political dissidents than these enclaves of Moslem invaders that are everywhere.

So: we have the British government warning the public about Islamic terrorism – yet they are simultaneously jailing political figures who are exposing this same problem. And then to make matters worse, they’re allowing Moslems to hold positions of power within the government. This is the most illogical and insane set of policies imaginable.

At this rate, maybe the British government should just announce that they’re turning the country into an Islamic caliphate. The country is well on its way to becoming one considering how things are trending as is. Take a visit to London if you don’t believe me.

Police are investigating reports the leader of far-right group Britain First was beaten up in prison – exactly a week after he was jailed for hate crimes.

Paul Golding, 36, was allegedly attacked by two inmates at HMP Elmley, on the Isle of Sheppey, Kent, according to sources.

The 36-year-old has now been separated from other inmates at the category C prison by being moved to another unit, PA understands.

The force said it did not confirm the identity of victims but added: “The victim is alleged to have been punched by two other inmates, causing him to suffer minor facial injuries.

“Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.”

They arrested Paul Golding over HateSpeech charges. And yes, I’m writing it as “HateSpeech” now, because the UK has become Airstrip One and there is simply no denying it anymore.

I know you don’t need me to remind you, but Britons need to be careful out there.

They were both arrested in May last year as part of an investigation into the distribution of leaflets and online videos posted during a trial at Canterbury crown court in the same month.

Three Muslim men and a teenager were convicted of rape and jailed as a result of those proceedings.

On Wednesday, the judge Justin Barron said Golding and Fransen’s words and actions “demonstrated hostility” towards Muslims and the Muslim faith.

Yes, Britain’s already established that demonstrating preferences for and against things is a grave crime.

The only way to be sure to commit no crime is now to have no likes or dislikes, to be completely free of judgment or rational thought.

The “hate crimes” of Fransen and Golding involve nothing except distributing leaflets, shouting at people and making videos about it.

“I have no doubt it was their joint intention to use the facts of the [Canterbury] case for their own political ends. It was a campaign to draw attention to the race, religion and immigrant background of the defendants.”

The fact that these politicians promoted their views using “facts” is very unsettling to the establishment figures, because they can only promote their own policies using subterfuge and lies.

The situation in Britain is now that the political forces in power are simply outlawing all opinions that fall outside their own ideology, effectively making all true opposition parties illegal.

This means that parties can only compete with money and connections, which obviously favors the establishment.

Kelli Best said she lost her child two days after Jayda Fransen shouted “racist remarks” through her letterbox.

Folkestone Magistrates’ Court heard Ms Fransen had been directing the comments at Ms Best’s partner, a Muslim man due to face trial for rape.

The new policy itself is quite insane. It basically means that they’ll be banning almost anyone that has a political view to the right of Karl Marx. Think I’m joking? The policy is so vague that they can apply it to ban almost anybody they want.

So if you expose the savage like nature of various non-Whites, they’ll ban you from the service. Having a Pepe the Frog or Groyper avatar could get you banned. Even hurting someone’s feelings could get you banned. And you don’t even have to post wrong think on Twitter to be subjected to this policy. Offline wrong think can also get you banned.

This policy ensures that fewer and fewer people are going to use the service. One of the original appeals of Twitter was the conflict that occurred between people with differing political views.

The fallout from the financial disaster that “ban fucking everyone” is going to cause is going to increase calls for government intervention in the social media space. Home Secretary Amber Rudd said she hoped Mrs May’s criticism “would have some impact on the president”.

But she rejected calls for his state visit to be called off.

How is it that these are the descendants of the men who built a global empire? It’s utterly sickening to see what’s going on in the British parliament these days. By re-tweeting her, he’s showing support for the nationalist opposition in the UK, which seems like a major diplomatic statement on top of being very politically incorrect.

He injected the American political bloodstream with a series of three videos including “Islamist mob pushes teenage boy off roof” and “Muslim Destroys a Statue of Virgin Mary!” on Wednesday morning.

None of the videos were immediately verifiable and Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf reported that the third video “Muslim migrant beats up Dutch boy on crutches!” was in fact “fake news.”

It covered the clip from the website Dumpert in May, and said that the original video, which led to the arrest of a 16-year-old from the Dutch city of Monnickendam, said nothing about an alleged ethnic attack.

What do you believe, “De Telegraaf” or your lying eyes? These retards are saying that the video is “fake news,” because it was posted with an accurate description of the contents whereas the original reporting on the story pretended like this was not ethnically motivated.

The fact is that these videos have a realistic quality to them that no explaining away on the part of the press can suppress. Their propaganda value is great, and by putting them out like this Trump is helping to radicalize his base. If he keeps going like this the average normie Trump supporter will become increasingly indistinguishable from Alt-Righters.
