Police Officer Brian Moore was shot in the face and killed by the creature when he asked it what was in its waistband.

A Queens grand jury has indicted the man authorities say fatally shot a young cop in the face when the officer asked to see what was in his waistband.

Demetrius Blackwell, 35, will be brought to Queens Supreme Court from jail at 2 p.m. Thursday to answer to the indictment, which charges him in the murder of Police Officer Brian Moore three ways, under three separate statutes.

Demetrius Blackwell also shot at the dead police officer’s partner through the car window.

The top murder charge, aggravated murder, accuses Blackwell of intentionally killing a police officer in the line of duty. If convicted of that charge, Blackwell would be thrown in prison for life, without the possibility of parole. That sentence would be mandatory, meaning a sentencing judge would have no option to give him less.

Blackwell is also charged with first-degree murder for allegedly intentionally killing a police officer, and second-degree murder for intentionally causing someone’s death.

Officer Brian Moore is in critical condition after being shot in the head by the animal.

The man accused of shooting an NYPD officer in the head Saturday was arraigned Sunday, but did not enter a plea.

Demetrius Blackwell, 35, was ordered to be held without bail. He is charged with two counts of attempted murder, assault and weapons offenses, WCBS 880’s Jim Smith reported.

Officer Brian Moore, 25, was recovering from surgery Sunday. He is in critical but stable condition at Jamaica Hospital, CBS2’s Ilana Gold reported. Doctors told CBS2 it could take them a few days to determine the extent of his injuries.

A couple of hundred of Moore’s colleagues in blue packed the courtroom Sunday, with cops pouring out in hallway, WCBS 880’s Jim Smith reported.

Demetrius Blackwell just turned around and blasted the White man in the head.

Patrick Lynch, president of the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, said they are going to be there for every court appearance to make sure that justice is served.

According to investigators, Moore was behind the wheel of his unmarked patrol car with his partner, Erik Jansen, around 6:15 p.m. Saturday in Queens Village. Both were wearing plain clothes and spotted Blackwell walking and adjusting something in his waistband, police said.

“Officer Moore positioned the vehicle behind the suspect and inquired about the suspect’s actions,” NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton said. “The male immediately removed a firearm from his waistband and turned in the direction of the officers and deliberately fired several times into the vehicle.”

A bullet hit Moore in the head. The officers did not get out of their car or open fire.

The UK is full of Black and Brown war criminals hiding from justice in their own countries.

Britain doesn’t just give Non-White traitors and Black homosexuals free housing and welfare under the guise of helping ‘Asylum seekers’, but also has hundreds of the world’s worst war criminals hiding out there and breeding. The ex-Head of the UK Border Force has drawn attention to the huge amount of these foreign psychopaths that are currently sucking on the teat of Western welfare and escaping justice in their own countries.

From Daily Mirror:

Official figures may significantly underestimate the number of suspected war criminals living in the UK, the ex-head of the Border Force has warned. Of the cases confirmed by the Home Office, suspects originated from countries including Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Rwanda, Serbia and Sri Lanka.

Brian Moore told BBC Radio 4’s Today programme that tracing people suspected of war crimes who are now in Britain is not the “priority it should be”.

Mr Moore, the force’s former director general, claims official numbers rely on those who volunteer information.

The Home Office said it is constantly trying to improve screening methods.

Mr Moore told the programme he had concerns about how the UK tracks people who “wield the cudgels, apply the electrodes, or systematically commit rape” during conflicts abroad and then flee to Britain.

Last year, the Home Office revealed how it some 100 war crimes suspects making UK immigration claims.

However, Mr Moore said the true figure was likely to be significantly higher and called on the government actively to seek witness statements from victims of war crimes who have also claimed asylum in Britain.

Between January 2012 and April 2013, the Home Office researched nearly 800 cases where individuals were suspected of war crimes and crimes against humanity.

It made “adverse recommendations” against 99 people who had applied for British citizenship, asylum or leave to remain in the UK. A further 16 war crimes suspects had applied to enter the UK.

Between 2005 and 2012 more than 700 suspected war criminals were identified by UK immigration officials.
