Anders Breivik is a strange case.

He was put in prison in Norway, but no one ever bothered to explain what he had done wrong.

Far-right Norwegian terrorist Anders Breivik has had his parole application rejected.

A district court ruled that the mass murderer, who killed 77 people in a bomb and gun massacre in 2011, must stay behind bars.

‘The risk of violence is real and significant and equal to what it was when (Breivik) was first sentenced,’ the court in Telemark said in its unanimous verdict.

Breivik killed eight people with a car bomb in Oslo before gunning down 69 people, most of them teenagers, at a Labour Party youth camp in July 2011.

He was sentenced to 21 years in 2012 but was eligible for release after serving just 10 under Norwegian law.

Last month the 42-year-old faced a parole hearing where he professed to having white supremacist views and flashed Nazi salutes, while claiming to have renounced violence.

Prosecutor Hulda Karlsdottir argued Breivik is still ‘a very dangerous man’ and ‘has not shown any genuine remorse in court’.

A psychiatrist who has observed him since 2012 said Breivik cannot be trusted, and a prison official told the hearing ‘there is an imminent danger’ that, if released, Breivik would again commit serious crimes.

Breivik’s lawyer Oystein Storrvik said his client should be released to prove he is reformed and no longer a threat to society, and that is not possible to prove while he is in total isolation.

Mr Storrvik called it ‘a paradox that a person is treated so badly in prison that he never gets better. He never gets out’.

Tuesday’s ruling can be subject to appeal.

With a shaven head and dressed in a dark suit, Breivik made a white supremacist sign with his fingers before raising his right arm in a Nazi salute to signal his far-right ideology as he entered the court.

He also carried signs, printed in English, including one that said “Stop your genocide against our white nations” and “Nazi-Civil-War”.

Addressing the court, Breivik blamed his crimes on online radicalisation by a leaderless network of far-right extremists, which he said had motivated his attacks.

“I was brainwashed,” Breivik said.

“The order was… to re-establish the Third Reich. And how to do that is up to each soldier,” he said.

Breivik, who described himself as a parliamentary candidate, also said that he would continue his fight for white supremacy and Nazi dominance, albeit via peaceful means.

Tuesday’s hearing was Breivik’s first public appearance since 2017, when he also displayed Nazi salutes in court.

Breivik, 42, is serving Norway’s maximum sentence of 21 years, which can be extended indefinitely if he is deemed a continued threat to society.

This is especially true with someone like Breivik, where the court totally failed to explain what he had done wrong, and just put him in prison anyway.

Doing a Nazi salute is bad optics, of course. But it doesn’t really matter, because Norway has maximum sentences, and they’re going to have to let him out in 2031.

Of course, they will probably change the rules and be like “sorry, you have to stay in prison, and also, you can’t have a next gen gaming console.” Not that you can even play WoW on a console.

After an explosive report by The Washington Post claimed Donald Trump referred to African countries and Haiti as “s***holes”, CNN presenter Anderson Cooper decided to tackle the subject.

“I want to take a moment to talk about Haiti, one of the places the president of the United States called a ’s***hole country,’” he started the segment.

Cooper then spoke about his experiences with Haiti and the country’s people, revealing his maths teacher was a Haitian immigrant who was later assassinated when running for president of Haiti.

The presenter also spoke about visiting the country multiple times throughout his career — reporting on the 2010 earthquake — also venturing there on holiday.

“Like all countries, Haiti is a collection of people,” he said. “It’s rich and poor, well-educated and not, good and bad. But I’ve never met a Haitian who isn’t strong. You often have to be in a country where a government has abandoned its people, opportunities are few, and mother nature has punished the people far more than anyone should ever be published.”

An asylum seeker diagnosed with tuberculosis who visited a kindergarten several times in Bünsdorf, Germany, may have infected as many as 18 children and four adults with the disease.

The migrant, originally from Yemen, spent five months from January to May in the community, meeting families and spending time at a local kindergarten. Brought to Bünsdorf by the local church, the man is said to have had an infectious case of tuberculosis and children aged three to six may be affected, leaving parents outraged, Eckernförderung Zeitung reports. 

The man was given asylum in a church hall in the town and the kindergarten is located next door. In June, the man showed signs of the disease and an investigation was carried out to find if children and staff had been infected.

Why stop at housing the retarded sub-human, when you could also let it loose around children? What kind of racist would think that’s a bad idea?

Christin Hettich from the Health Office held an information hearing earlier this week when it was found the bacterial form of tuberculosis diagnosed in the Yemeni man was highly contagious.

“Tuberculosis is a disaster for the sick and the community,” said local pastor Thies Feldmann. The pastor said it was not unusual the Yemeni had access to the kindergarten and youth groups in the church

The worst disaster on any community are kikes and cucks.

The situation inflamed the already tense atmosphere at the camp which led to a large-scale riot involving hundreds of migrant men.

Amongst Syrians fleeing the civil war, an even more horrific flesh-eating disease spread amongst the migrant camps bordering the country. The disease, known as leishmaniasis, is said to affect hundreds of thousands of men, women, and children in the region.

The flood of diseases has only just begun, and given how our own governments and (((media))) are intentionally trying to exterminate us, I imagine it’s already much worse than we think.

At the migration office in Sweden, just hours before launching the attack for which he was sentenced to life imprisonment, Ukbagabir heard that his application for asylum would be rejected.

“I regard it as a crime against me, when everybody else is allowed to stay in the country except me,” the killer said during the trial.

“To show that I was treated unfairly, and in order to feel at peace, I attacked.”

This must be what they mean when they refer to pedo-worshipping as the “religion of peace.”

It emerged earlier this year that the 37-year-old migrant’s lawyer requested his client should be transferred to his native Eritrea after Ukbagabir received threats, and was reportedly beaten multiple times by other inmates.

But documents seen by Expressen reveal the African is now seeking compensation for comments posted on social media which he says have threatened his safety.

“He is supposed to be dead, not just injured”, an unnamed man wrote on Facebook last winter in a post relating to Ukbagabir, for which he has now been charged with libel.

In other posts, the anonymous 45-year-old “wrote disparagingly of the killer’s skin colour”, and had wondered how hard it could be to “break the neck” of the African migrant.

“The post was such that one could expect Ukbagabir be exposed to more violence, as a result,” said the prosecutor.

“And an aggravating factor that must be taken into account is how the motive for the crime was to violate the plaintiff’s race or colour.”

Dubbed the ‘Ikea murderer’ by the press, the Eritrean is demanding 5,000 Swedish krona (£450 GBP) from the accused as compensation for the Facebook posts.

It’s almost impossible to describe how stupid this is.

The court upheld his claim that some of his treatment amounted to “inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment”.

After the judgement, Breivik’s lawyer, Oystein Storrvik, called for his solitary confinement to be repealed.

Breivik, a right-wing extremist, killed 69 people at a summer camp for young centre-left political activists on the island of Utoeya in July 2011.

Earlier that day, he set off a car bomb in the capital, Oslo, killing eight people.

In her ruling, judge Helen Andenaes Sekulic said the right not to be subjected to inhuman treatment represented “a fundamental value in a democratic society” and also applied to “terrorists and killers”.

Breivik had challenged the government over his solitary confinement, which saw him kept alone in his cell for 22 to 23 hours a day, denied contact with other inmates and only communicating with prison staff through a thick glass barrier.

His prison regime deviated so markedly from that enforced upon any other prisoner in Norway, regardless of the severity of their crimes, that it had to be considered an extra punishment, the judge said.

However, article three of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) required that prisoners be detained in conditions that did not exceed the unavoidable level of suffering inherent in detention, given the practical requirements of the particular case, she said.

The prison authorities had also not done enough to counteract the damage he had suffered from being in isolation, she said.

Regrettably, the bastards are still refusing to allow him contact with the outside world, so fan letters will continue to be denied.

When Breivik appeared in court yesterday, police had to set up barricades to hold back the throngs of young women trying to rush the place.

Human rights activists will continue to work toward securing Breivik’s freedom and making him the Prime Minister of Norway and also Sweden.

In a recent poll, a staggering 82% of White Norwegians and Swedes said they were “intensely excited” about the possibility of a Breivik premiership. Another 11% said that it would be “pretty cool.”
