If you’re going to *checks notes* implant a computer chip in your brain, you probably want the safest one, right?

Right???

Well, Elon Musk’s brain implant is not the safest!

There is another way to get that sweet, sweet brain implant!

New York Post:

A man afflicted with ALS has become the first person in the world to control an Amazon Alexa digital assistant through his thoughts — thanks to a brain implant created by a New York-based neurotech startup.

Synchron — a company specializing in medical technology solutions — has implanted its brain-computer interface (BCI) in a blood vessel on the brain of Mark, a 64-year-old man living with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.

ALS (formerly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease) is a neurological disorder that affects motor neurons, the nerve cells in the brain, and the spinal cord, according to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke.

Since implanting the device — which did not require open brain surgery — Mark has become the first human to use his thoughts to control an Amazon Fire tablet.

Mark can stream shows, make video calls, play music, control smart home devices, shop online, and even read books by mentally tapping on icons on the tablet, the Brooklyn-based company said in a press release to Business Wire.

Synchron’s BCI was implanted in a blood vessel on the “surface of the motor cortex of the brain via the jugular vein,” which the company said was a “minimally-invasive endovascular procedure.”

The implant allows Mark to “wirelessly transmit motor intent” from his brain to “personal devices with hands-free point-and-click.”

This technology existed years ago. It’s not even new. I remember videos of cripples using the mouse on a computer with their brain in like, 2005.

They say Musk’s implant and now this new implant work differently, though experts have claimed that everything that has been on display so far is simply old technology.

Of course, everyone is hyping it up now, because they want to roll these out and start controlling people’s thoughts as soon as possible.

These chips will literally censor your own thoughts, just like they censor your thoughts on social media right now.

Probably, one of the reasons Elon wanted to “stand up for freedom of speech” with Twitter was that he wanted to gain trust so people would allow him to implant chips in their brains.

This is not good technology. If there ever was a real brain interface – which might not even be possible, we don’t really know – it would be able to control your thoughts. You would have advertisements in your dreams.

This is lunacy.

Elon Says Second Human Trial of Brain Chip to Start Soon, Despite Various Disasters https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/07/12/elon-musk-says-second-human-trial-of-neuralinks-brain-chip-to-start-soon/ Fri, 12 Jul 2024 00:00:00 +0000

Elon Musk’s @neuralink is preparing to implant its brain-computer interface device into a second human patient, aiming to enhance cognitive functions and allow direct interaction with computers.

Despite only 15% of the implant’s channels functioning in the first patient, Musk… https://t.co/6OlbBdQ3AA

I keep thinking about how the Tesla “Full Self-Driving” actually says in the fine print that you have to keep your hands on the wheel at all times or the car will crash and you will die.

How do you apply that to a brain chip?

“Keep your thoughts focused at all times or you will have a mental breakdown”?

The Guardian:

The Neuralink CEO, Elon Musk, said on Wednesday that the company would soon test its pound-coin-sized implant and brain-computer interface on a second patient. The unnamed patient’s surgery is slated for “the next week or so”, Musk said.

Surgery on a different patient intended to be the second participant in Neuralink’s human trial had been scheduled for late June but was delayed when they experienced unspecified health issues contraindicating the procedure.

The same day, the company announced that the wires attaching the first Neuralink patient’s brain to the implant in his skull had become “more or less very stable” after detaching months ago.

“Once you do the brain surgery it takes some time for the tissues to come in and anchor the threads in place, and once that happens, everything has been stable,” said the Neuralink executive Dongjin “DJ” Seo during a live stream late on Wednesday on Twitter/X.

Neuralink, founded by Musk, had said in May that a number of wires inside the head of Noland Arbaugh, who is paralyzed from the shoulders down, had pulled out of position. The company did not specify why the detachment had occurred. Neuralink’s implant uses 64 wires to link to the brain; just 15% of them were working after the connection severed.

Air was trapped in Arbaugh’s head after the surgery, Neuralink executives said. In light of that and the detachment, the company would implement new risk mitigation measures such as skull sculpting and reducing the carbon dioxide concentration in the blood to normal levels in its future patients, the company’s executives said during the live stream.

Elon Musk is the single biggest and fattest fraud in all of human history. I have watched these CyberTruck videos. I’ve watched probably twenty hours or them. This shit is absolutely ridiculous. He is selling these things for $100,000 and they are absolute garbage. If he was selling them for $15,000 as a joke, it would be like “okay well, I don’t really think that’s funny, but okay.”

Instead he acts like it’s the Batmobile, and nothing works, and there is no service. If the mysteriously-placed gearbox falls off they tell you to use double-sided tape to put it back on.

You’re going to let this asshole put a computer chip in your brain?

I’ll tell you this: Joe Rogan is a moron. I have heard him go on and on about how Elon is an Ultra-Genius, and how his brain is constantly working, coming up with new math equations. Meanwhile, the only thing we know about him is that he makes very poorly designed vehicles and rockets, and smokes pot and plays Diablo 4 all day.

Hooking your brain to the internet is probably not a really good idea in the first place. But if you were going to do that, you would want it to be done by Google, or some Chinese company. You would not want Elon Musk to do that to your brain.

Elon Musk Again Vows to Put Computer Chips in Everyone’s Brains https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/06/17/elon-musk-again-vows-to-put-computer-chips-in-everyones-brains/ Mon, 17 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0000

I’m not putting a computer chip in my brain.

But I would think even if someone wanted that, they would want Google or Apple to do it, rather than the guy responsible for the Cybertruck.

RT:

Cell phones will become obsolete in the future, being replaced by chips that are implanted directly in the human brain, billionaire tech entrepreneur Elon Musk has predicted.

His Neuralink biotech company implanted a brain chip for the first time in 30-year-old quadriplegic Noland Arbaugh back in January. The surgical procedure involved placing the computer chip – which is about the size of a coin – in the region of the brain which controls the intention to move. The chip is then used to “record and transmit brain signals wirelessly to an app that decodes movement intention.”

Musk shared his latest prediction in response to a post published on X (formerly Twitter) by a parody account named Not Elon Musk on Sunday. The original message read: “Would you install a Neuralink interface on your brain to allow you to control your new X phone by thinking?”

Musk replied by claiming that “in the future, there will be no phones, just Neuralinks.”

Maybe he also thinks that in the future, there will be no cars, only Cybertrucks.

He’s not very clever.

Elon Claims Neuralink Let Man “Tweet with His Thoughts” https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/03/24/elon-claims-neuralink-let-man-tweet-with-his-thoughts/ Sun, 24 Mar 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Elon is now claiming that guy with the brain implant is tweeting his thoughts using Telepathy.

From what I understand, he didn’t actually just send out his thoughts, but rather, used his thoughts to use an on-screen cursor and click through every letter on an on-screen keyboard. That is a lot different than what it sounds like Elon is saying, which is that the chip can understand full words from the brain.

From everything I’ve seen, he’s only got this cursor.

Related: Watch: Man Allegedly Uses Elon’s Neuralink Brain Chip to Play Chess

The tweet sounds like he has a Twitter app installed in his brain.

By the way, this “moving the cursor with your brain” thing was done years ago by several different researchers.

New Scientist has an article explaining that this is not new:

Reinhold Scherer at the University of Essex, UK, says it is too early to tell if Neuralink’s first human trial has succeeded because the company “does not publish enough information to form an informed opinion”.

“While the video looks impressive and no doubt required a lot of hard R&D work to get to this stage, it’s unclear whether what’s been shown is new or groundbreaking,” he says. “Control looks to be stable, but most of the research and experiments they have showed so far are mainly replicating past research. Replication is good, but there are still major challenges ahead.”

Neuralink is far from the only group investigating this idea. Many academic groups and commercial start-ups have already run human trials and succeeded in correctly interpreting brain signals into some kind of output.

One team at Stanford University in California placed two small sensors just under the surface of the brain of a man who is paralysed below the neck. Researchers could interpret the man’s brain signals when he thought of writing words with a pen on paper, and convert them into readable text on a computer.

Actually writing words is a lot more impressive than moving the cursor. If Musk had gotten to that level, they would show the clip, even though they won’t publish any research data.

Everyone is acting like Elon has done something amazing with the cursors, because apparently they haven’t read about this other research.

Elon is saying you’ll be able to buy this and have it implanted and use it to control your phone in like, 2030. This seems really unlikely.

It’s important to remind people: Elon Musk is deeply tied to the US Military Industrial Complex, developing rockets and spy satellites. For the record, Stanford University is one of the main schools used for defense-related research. Presumably, the military would say they want to use this technology for a super-soldier/mech type program, but they presumably also want to convince people to install these in their brains so they can manipulate their thoughts.

Definitely, you don’t want one of these chips in your brain.

That said, I do think the capacities are going to end up being rather limited. The kind of thing that these people envision, which is using AI with your thoughts, directly accessing information by thinking about it, would, in my view, drive a person insane very quickly.

The same thing is true for life extension technologies. I do not think they will work beyond 120 years, which is the high-end of what the human body is currently capable of. All of these various “transhumanist” type schemes appear to have fundamental problems.

Further, if brain chips and AI actually did allow for people to upgrade their intelligence in this way, the people in the government would be using it as a weapon against you, regardless.

Furthermore

Apparently, the question of what a “tweet” is called on “X” has been answered: it’s a “post.”

What genius branding!

Moving the cursor was actually possible several years ago, in some other research lab. I don’t remember the details, but you can find videos of it.

This is actually very simple, and doesn’t mean that humans are going to be able to use brain implants to download information into their brains.

Probably, at some point, you will be able to give people bionic limbs that are controlled by the brain implant, but the general cyberpunk fantasy of brain chips is never going to be real.

The Guardian:

Elon Musk’s brain-chip startup Neuralink live-streamed its first patient implanted with a chip playing online chess.

Noland Arbaugh, the 29-year-old patient who was paralyzed below the shoulder after a diving accident, was playing chess on his laptop and moving the cursor using the Neuralink device.

He had received an implant from the company in January and could control a computer mouse using his thoughts, Musk said last month.

“The surgery was super easy,” Arbaugh said in the video streamed on Musk’s social media platform X, referring to the implant procedure. “I literally was released from the hospital a day later. I have no cognitive impairments.”

“I had basically given up playing that game,” Arbaugh said, referring to the game Civilization VI, “you all [Neuralink] gave me the ability to do that again and played for eight hours straight.“

Why not Civ V? Isn’t Civ VI kind of trash?

Anyway, I guess that’s cool that the guy can play games. But this isn’t really about that, is it?

The fact that Musk is now working on a military spy satellite program which is very villainous shows that he has no problems cooperating with the US government to engage in activities which harm the world.

It’s obvious that the government is also backing this program because they want to implant people with brain chips that will control their thoughts.

Elon Musk Says First Human Trial of Neuralink Brain Chip Showing “Promising” Results https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/01/30/elon-musk-says-first-human-trial-of-neuralink-brain-chip-showing-promising-results/ Tue, 30 Jan 2024 00:00:00 +0000

The first human received an implant from @Neuralink yesterday and is recovering well.

Initial results show promising neuron spike detection.

— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) January 29, 2024

Elon Musk totally failed to give anyone free speech. He’s failed the electric car war (he’s getting blown out by the Chinese). His AI is total garbage, and a failure.

But maybe he’ll succeed at using computer chips to control people’s thoughts?

Reuters:

Elon Musk, Neuralink’s billionaire founder, said the first human received an implant from the brain-chip startup on Sunday and is recovering well, in a post, opens new tab on social media platform X on Monday.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration had given the company clearance last year to conduct its first trial to test its implant on humans.

“Initial results show promising neuron spike detection,” Musk added.

The startup’s PRIME Study is a trial for its wireless brain-computer interface to evaluate the safety of the implant and surgical robot.

I have questions as to whether or not this will even work. You could probably pump advertisements into people’s dreams, but Elon had all his advertisers canceled when he accused the Jews of trying to exterminate the white race.

The idea that you’re going to be able to download information into your thoughts on any kind of scale seems ridiculous to me. It would drive people insane.

The game “Cyberpunk 2076” (which is better now, by the way – they fixed it) features “cyber-psychos” who are people who go insane from brain implants. My thinking is that this will be the norm, rather than the exception.

It will probably work to give people cyborg limbs, however. That’s pretty simple. Much simpler than connecting people’s thoughts to the internet.

You know, this VR stuff doesn’t work for video games. It make you vomit if you play it longer than 15 minutes. VR, like brain chips, was predicted to be a game changer, and no games were changed by it. (We’ll see if the Apple VR works for watching movies and working. I’m thinking it won’t work very well at all, but I could be wrong. We’ll know in a few days.)

Regardless, I don’t think anyone should have a computer chip implanted into their brain.

— Neuralink (@neuralink) May 25, 2023

Oh sure.

Great idea.

Put computer chips in people’s brains.

What could go wrong?

Reuters:

Elon Musk’s brain-implant company Neuralink on Thursday said the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had given the green light to its first-in-human clinical trial, a critical milestone after earlier struggles to gain approval.

The FDA nod “represents an important first step that will one day allow our technology to help many people,” Neuralink said in a tweet. It did not elaborate on the aims of the study, saying only that it was not recruiting yet and more details would be available soon.

Neuralink and the FDA did not immediately respond to Reuters requests for comment.

Musk envisions brain implants could cure a range of conditions including obesity, autism, depression and schizophrenia as well as enabling web browsing and telepathy. He made headlines late last year when he said he was so confident in the devices’ safety that he would be willing to implant them in his children.

On at least four occasions since 2019, Musk predicted Neuralink would begin human trials. But the company only sought FDA approval in early 2022 and the agency rejected the application, seven current and former employees told Reuters in March.

The FDA had pointed out several concerns to Neuralink that needed to be addressed before sanctioning human trials, according to the employees. Major issues involved the lithium battery of the device, the possibility of the implant’s wires migrating within the brain, and the challenge of safely extracting the device without damaging brain tissue.

Telepathy seems cool.

But it probably will not work. These chips are going to cause humans to develop serious mental illnesses, at best. At worst, the government will be able to use them to control your thoughts.

It’s a bad scene.

WEF Says It’s Time to Start Putting Microchips in Kids https://www.anglinarchive.com/2022/08/25/wef-says-its-time-to-start-putting-microchips-in-kids/ Thu, 25 Aug 2022 00:00:00 +0000

Just to be clear: these people definitely do run the world.

Even libertarian commentator Tom Woods admits that now. He used to be all against “conspiracy theories,” now every show is about how the World Economic Forum controls the world.

So, it matters when they say things like “we want to implant computer chips in your kids.”

RT:

Human implant technologies will soon become a commodity, a blog post published on the World Economic Forum’s website last week suggests, arguing that there are “solid, rational” reasons for microchipping children with location trackers.

The author, Vice President R&D of the Interuniversity Microelectronics Center (IMEC) Kathleen Philips, argues that augmented reality technology “has the ability to transform society and individual lives” and despite sounding “scary,” will undergo the same “natural evolution” as wearable tech.

“Hearing aids or glasses no longer carry a stigma. They are accessories and are even considered a fashion item. Likewise, implants will evolve into a commodity,“ she wrote.

Philips believes an augmented society is more or less inevitable and that the real question is how it will be regulated. “The limits on implants are going to be set by ethical arguments rather than scientific capacity.”

As an example of such “ethical” regulation, the author points to the question of whether or not children should be implanted with microchips. “There are solid, rational reasons for it, like safety,” she writes, noting that for some it might be a “bridge too far.”

As for who will oversee the ethics governing the use of such technologies, Philips states that “ethics should not be preached from an academic ivory tower.”

“Overarching or independent institutions should guide policymakers and researchers in the augmented society on the do’s and dont’s and help build the ethical framework on societal aspects of augmented reality technology,” she wrote.

Philips provides examples of such regulation by pointing to the Council of Europe, which recently launched a strategic action plan for issues raised by the application of neurotechnologies, as well as the Rathenau Institute, founded by the Dutch government, which assesses the impact of technology on our lives.

So it would be wrong for academics to decide ethics, and they should instead be decided by unelected government bureaucrats.

To be clear – we are not just talking about computer chips for tracking people here. We are talking about a cyborg neural interface device, where people’s brains will be connected to the internet. This is supposed to create “infinite knowledge” by allowing people to like, access Wikipedia with their thoughts. However, there is no way for these chips to be a one way street, so it is just obvious that these weird freaks are planning on using these brain implants to control your thoughts.

It’s possible they could take full control of your body, actually, like some kind of demonic possession. But if they are able to control your thoughts by injecting ideas and regulate you emotions by screwing with the chemical processes of the brain, they won’t need to control you like a robot because they will be able to form your views and give you dopamine rewards for doing what they want you to do, while causing emotional distress – depression and terror – if you don’t do what they want you to do.

People seem to feel uncomfortable talking about this issue of a cyborg agenda. I’m not really sure why, other than that it sounds crazy. But is it really crazier than child trannies? I don’t think so.

It is crazy, but it’s not me saying it. Just like I never promoted child trannies, I just said these people are doing that. If you don’t believe these people are saying this, or don’t believe they are actually powerful, then you need to study this stuff a bit more, because that is not debatable.

Whether or not it is actually possible to control people’s brains with a microchip is a fair line of inquiry. It seems to be possible, technically, but I tend to think that these people will develop very serious mental illness and effectively become non-functional. Probably, removing the chip will cause brain damage, and even if it doesn’t, the mental health effects will be irreversible.

In my opinion, there are certain laws hardwired into the universe, and certain things that people just can’t do. I don’t think you can become immortal or become all-knowing.

Number one anti-Elon YouTuber Thunderf00t has done infinity videos about how Elon Musk’s Starlink cannot possibly be used for normal internet usage.

That’s a series of satellites he’s putting into the sky, saying it will be used to bring the internet to like, African villagers or something.

Here’s a funny video about it.

But what if… track with me here… what if the goal of this satellite system is NOT consumer internet use, but is instead to link up to the brain chips he wants to implant in people?

That would make sense, no?

People with brain chips are going to need a constant internet connection, but they’re not going to need the bandwidth of say, watching YouTube.

Right now, Starlink makes no sense at all. It is totally impossible, under the current model he’s working with. However, the brain chip thing – that makes perfect sense.

RT:

Neuralink, the US neurotechnology firm co-founded by billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk, has begun recruiting key employees to run its clinical trials, signaling that it’s inching closer to starting human testing of its brain implants.

The company has posted advertisements to hire a clinical trial director and a clinical trial coordinator. The ads note that the staffers will “work closely with some of the most innovative doctors and top engineers, as well as working with Neuralink’s first clinical trial participants.” Neuralink said the director will lead and help build its clinical research team and will develop “regulatory interactions that come with a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.”

Musk, who ranks as the world’s richest person with a fortune estimated at $256 billion, said last month that he expects to have Neuralink brain chips implanted in humans sometime in 2022, pending approval for testing plans by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Imagine thinking that the brain chips are being developed to improve your life.

The absurd has turned deadly.

A black NFL player murdered a white family without the media making a scandal about it, and all the human rights organizations remain silent about the Capitol Stormers being tortured in prison.

It was fun for a time to point at the absurdity of what was being pushed into the mainstream. Men pretending to be women, looking gross while beating up real women in sports, women pretending to be men and failing miserably, people losing their minds over someone calling them the correct pronoun, old sluts crying because they’re no longer fertile, people throwing money at homosexual kid strippers, and more.

But now we’re past the point where what pushed these things has turned deadly in the literal sense.

The Mark of the Beast is coming.

Vaccination passports will determine who’s allowed to work, shop, buy, and sell, and people will be offered a brain chip so that both their right hand and their forehead are marked.

Following current trends, it is easy to imagine that anyone who refuses vaccinations will be treated as a terrorist who puts the population at risk.

Anything they’ve done with masks, they can do with vaccines, because the goal of masks and vaccines is the same. Resisting mandatory vaccinations will be harder after not resisting mandatory face masks.

There is no clown world anymore.

Only Jesus Christ can save you, because you’re in the Bunny World now.
