A UK man was reportedly hit with a fine after silently praying for his “deceased” son in what has been dubbed a “censorship zones” surrounding the nation’s abortion clinics.

Physiotherapist and Army veteran Adam Smith-Connor shared footage of his interaction with two council officers who confronted him about simply standing and praying outside of a British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS) clinic in Bournemouth.

According to the BPAS website, they’re Britain’s “leading abortion care charity,” which offers “abortion treatment” paid for by the National Health Service (NHS) to 97 percent of the women who undergo the procedure.

In the video, a female officer repeatedly asked Smith-Connor what he was praying about, to which the man responded that he was praying for his “deceased son.”

According to the questioning officer, this seemed “pertinent” enough to the topics banned by what the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) calls “censorship zones” to warrant trouble.

Such zones exist in several other countries, including Canada, Australia, and France. According to the ADF, a legal advocacy group, multiple censorship zones have been attempted in the US, with many being thrown out due to being unconstitutional.

In Smith-Connor’s footage, the officers can be seen warning him about the zones, which are officially noted as areas under the Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) which sets a perimeter around abortion clinics where “engaging in any act of approval/disapproval,” including praying, is prohibited.

The man even once worked in a hospital’s abortion unit prior to reforming his views on it.

“I would never have imagined being in a position to risk a criminal record for praying silently. In the past, I assisted with abortions in hospitals as part of my army medical training, but now I pray for those who perform abortions because I realize how harmful abortion is to women and families, and that every single human life is valuable – no matter how small. Most of all, I’m moved to pray because of what happened to my son, Jacob,” Smith-Connor said through ADF.

“22 years ago I drove my ex-girlfriend to a facility and paid for her to have an abortion. It was a pivotal moment in my life. The consequences of my actions that day came back to grieve me years later, when I realized I had lost my son Jacob to an abortion I had paid for. Recently, I stood outside a similar facility and prayed to God for my son Jacob, for other babies who have lost their lives to abortion, for their grieving families, and for abortion clinic staff,” the man added.

ADF is now challenging the £100 fine handed down to him as a punishment for praying.

“Nobody should be criminalized for what they believe – especially not when they express that belief silently, in the privacy of their own minds,” said Jeremiah Igunnubole, Legal Counsel for ADF UK.

“Just like in the case of Isabel Vaughan-Spruce last month, Adam could now face prosecution for holding thoughts, and lifting those thoughts to God in prayer, within a censorship zone. The rapid proliferation of orders criminalizing volunteers such as Adam and Isabel should be a wake-up call to all those who value freedom of expression – even freedom of thought – no matter their views on abortion.”

This doesn’t work anymore on liberals.

They do not believe you should be allowed to disagree with them, so you can’t say to them “yeah but what about my freedoms tho?”

They do not believe you should have any freedoms. They hate you with a primitive sort of hatred and basically, they want you dead.

It is the Jew mindset in action.

The British police usually pair female officers with male officers to hide the fact that the females are completely useless.

Pairing two female officers together to investigate dangerous criminals is just insane.

A man has been handed a three-year prison sentence after viciously assaulting two police officers in Bournemouth.

Hamish Alton Ellis, also known as Amen Melchizedek, 46, pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm and causing grievous bodily harm at Bournemouth Crown Court on May 12.

PC Sarah Donnelly and PC Carrie King attended a report of a disturbance involving a man and a woman in Iddlesleigh Road in Bournemouth at 9.09am on Thursday, December 26.

When they approached Ellis, of Webbs Way, in an attempt to arrest him, he struck PC King in the face and knocked her to the ground. He then continued to kick her while she was on the pavement.

Ellis then swung his arms and deliberately punched PC Donnelly to the face knocking her off balance.

Additional officers arrived and arrested Ellis.

Both officers were taken to hospital for treatment to facial injuries. PC King sustained a fracture to her face and PC Donnelly sustained a possible fractured nose.

A female estate agent who avoided jail for glassing a man – despite it being her 18th conviction for assault – has been given yet another let-off for breaching her suspended sentence.

Yasmin Thomas, 21, left victim Ronnie Lee with a deep gash very close to his eye after she set upon him with a broken glass following a row in a nightclub in Bournemouth, Dorset.

With all her previous convictions for assault and battery before she was 18, a judge branded her history ‘breathtaking’ – saying it was one of the worst he had ever seen of a woman her age.

Yet she walked free from court in August after being handed a 12-month sentence suspended for two years, 80 hours of community service and ordered to go on an anger management course.

Thomas, who was fired from her job as a result of her actions, has now been hauled back before the same court after breaking the terms of her ‘compliance sessions’ three times in two months.

However Judge John Harrow, who sentenced her four months ago, said he was prepared to give Thomas ‘a chance’ and allow her to walk free from court.

While working White people are struggling to keep the roofs over their heads, foreign criminals and traitors to their own countries are being housed in hotels in Britain.  More than 150 of the savages have been moved into two Bournemouth hotels.

Bournemouth has one of the highest concentrations of elderly White people in the UK.  If they are going to put these jungle people anywhere, it should be right next to Cameron, Clegg or Miliband’s house, not right in the middle of our most vulnerable members of society.

This is just asking for trouble, knowing these creatures propensity for raping and killing elderly White people.

How many Whites have to be victimized by these animals before the British people stand up and say “no more”?

A total of 88 are staying at the Roundhouse Hotel in Meyrick Road and a further 67 are being accommodated at the Heathlands Hotel on Grove Road, East Cliff.The measure has been described by the Home Office as “short-term” due to overcrowding in London.

It is anticipated that the asylum seekers will be in Bournemouth for no more than two weeks and that they will not have access to statutory services such as schools and social services.

Officials from the UK Visas and Immigration department are due to meet up with Bournemouth council officials to discuss the matter on Tuesday.

Bournemouth West MP Conor Burns said the asylum seekers were part of a group of 800 that were being housed in a hotel in Croydon, but were now being dispersed to other locations.

Because tourism played such a key role in the town’s economy, Mr Burns said: “I am very concerned by this. “

“I will be talking to the Minister for Immigration to make sure Bournemouth is not a targeted destination for asylum seekers in the future. ”

This is not ideal. I would have preferred they weren’t there. But I have been assured these are exceptional circumstances.”

He said he did not know from which country the asylum seekers were from.

They themselves probably don’t even know which countries they are from.  These people have an average IQ of 60, making them roughly only 20% as intelligent as a common porpoise.

Instead of being encouraged to produce more children of our own, we are constantly being told that we need to import non-Whites into our countries in order to look after us when we get old.

One of the many problems with this idea is that they are incapable of actually doing that, as we see here with a care home that was run by a Mr Abdul Jaffer that failed every single aspect of a Care Quality Commission inspection.

Instead of being banned from looking after old people and deporting those involved for torturing our elderly, the care home is still being run by the same owners!

CARE home inspectors issued five warning notices to a Poole nursing home after finding a catalogue of serious failings.

Avalon nursing home in Branksome Park failed every single aspect of a Care Quality Commission inspection in August and was ordered to make immediate improvements.

The owners say they were upset by the report and have taken immediate action to rectify problems.

They have now been re-inspected by the CQC and say they are confident the new report, which is due to be published any day, will be much more positive.

Inspectors visited the home in June and found problems with some patients not receiving their medication for several days and others not being helped to eat and drink sufficient amounts.

They also criticised the home for being dirty and under-staffed.

The report claims one resident had been “unlawfully deprived of their liberty” by having their hands heavily bandaged with no evidence the correct procedure had been followed.

Inspectors also found an “unlawful” Do Not Resuscitate order where there was no indication the person or their representative had consented to this. And another resident deemed to be “aggressive” was being unlawfully restrained by staff who had not been trained in safe restraint.

If we are not producing enough young people to look after our old, then there is something seriously wrong with our society.

The solution to the problem is not to replace our young people with foreigners who hate us, but to look at the reasons why we are not reproducing and rectify them.

Judges today ruled that a four-year sentence given to a man who killed an Asperger’s sufferer with one-punch in an unprovoked attack was not unduly lenient.

Andrew Young, 40, died after being punched once by Lewis Gill in Bournemouth in November last year.

His sentence, imposed in February at Salisbury Crown Court, was referred to the Court of Appeal by Attorney General Dominic Grieve, who argued today that it was not a proper reflection of the gravity of what Gill did.

But three judges in London decided there should not be any change to the four years being served by Gill, 21, of Sutton in south London, who admitted manslaughter.

The incident happened outside a Tesco Metro store in Charminster Road after the victim had challenged a cyclist who was riding his bike on the pavement.

Graphic design student Gill, described as a “powerfully built young man” who had previously trained as a boxer, punched Mr Young in the face, causing him to fall backwards, hitting his head.

He suffered a fractured skull and died the next day in Southampton Hospital.

Lord Justice Treacy, announcing the decision of the court, said: “We have concluded that the sentence imposed below is not one which can be described as unduly lenient.

“Indeed, it seems to us that the sentence imposed was one within the reasonable range available to the trial judge, properly weighing the relevant factors and the guidance of this court.”

In February, Gill was given a further six months – three for handling stolen goods and another three for committing an offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence.

Lord Justice Treacy said: “We readily understand that this is the sort of case that arouses public concern.

“If there are public concerns going beyond this case then it may well be appropriate for the wider issue to be the subject of detailed consideration and consultation by the Sentencing Council in the future.

“It is open to the Secretary of State for Justice or other interested bodies to invite the Sentencing Council to do so.”

During the hearing, Mr Grieve outlined a number of “aggravating factors” in the case.

He said the victim was vulnerable because he suffered from Asperger’s syndrome, telling the court: “It is accepted that the offender had no means of knowing the detail of the victim’s condition, but it was clear from the victim’s unusual behaviour, as seen on the CCTV, that he was vulnerable.”

The punch was delivered with deliberation in a place where a “great many” members of the public were present.

This is the shocking moment a pedestrian was killed by a single punch after he got into a row about cycling on the pavement.

Andrew Young, 40, became involved in an argument with cyclist Victor Ibitoye after he told him that cycling on the pavement was dangerous.

The cyclist rode off but moments later his friend, Lewis Gill, approached Mr Young, who suffered from Asperger’s Syndrome, and punched him in the face without provocation.

CCTV footage shows Mr Young falling backwards and striking his head on the road surface.

Gill, 20, can then be seen to walk away after looking back to see his victim lying motionless on the ground.

The attack took place in a busy shopping area of Bournemouth, Dorset, and several passersby rushed to Mr Young’s aid.

He was rushed to hospital where he died the following day from head injuries with his mother at his bedside.

Gill pleaded guilty to a charge of manslaughter and was jailed for four-and-a-half years.

After the hearing, Mr Young’s mother Pamela described the sentence as a ‘joke’.

The incident took place at 4.25pm on November 6 last year outside a Tesco Express in Charminster, Bournemouth.

Mr Young was said to be able to speak several languages but had the social skills of a 14-year-old due to his condition.

The court heard Mr Young told Mr Ibitoye during the argument that riding his bike on the pavement was a ‘dangerous activity’.

Mrs Young said: ‘He was very particular because of his Asperger’s and he wouldn’t have liked seeing someone riding a bicycle on the pavement because it was dangerous.’

After the brief argument Mr Ibitoye cycled away from Mr Young and apparently had no idea what Gill was about to do.

Kerry Maylin, prosecuting, said: ‘The defendant claims he was worried about Andrew Young because he thought he was being menacing.

‘He said Andrew Young put his hand to his pocket and he thought he was going to pull out a knife or a gun.’
