Belgian Prime Minister and Protector of the Elderly, Sophie Wilmes

Most of the people dying from this virus are very, very old.

Countries with older populations have the most coronavirus deaths, by a longshot.

This data from Belgium confirms it.

Daily Mail:

Half of all coronavirus deaths in Belgium are taking place in nursing homes, figures have revealed.

Belgium has so far reported 33,573 confirmed cases including 4,440 deaths.

Of these total fatalities, 46 per cent were in nursing homes, the latest data showed.

It comes as the the country’s stay-at-home order was extended until at least May 3.

The lockdown has seen schools, bars and restaurants closed since mid-March, as the country’s per capita death rate has risen to among the highest in the world.

Mass gatherings, including concerts and sporting events, have been banned until the end of August.

Announcing the decision, Prime Minister Sophie Wilmes said she would hold new crisis talks next week to discuss a ‘progressive’ loosening of measures from early May.

Belgium is one of few countries in Europe that includes in its daily tally of coronavirus-related deaths all non-hospitalised people who displayed symptoms of the disease even if they had not been confirmed as having had it.

That may help to explain why Belgium, a small country of about 11.5 million people, now has the fifth highest coronavirus death toll in Europe, ahead of more populous nations like Germany and the Netherlands.

Highlighting fears that many other nations may be under-reporting deaths, Britain released data on Tuesday suggesting its true death toll is probably much higher than government figures, which only record hospital fatalities.

With an overall mortality rate of around 12 per cent, Belgium would be the hardest-hit small country in Europe, according to data.

…

After repeated calls from regional bodies, the Belgian government said all staff and residents at nursing homes would now be tested, in a process expected to take about three weeks.

Government officials said a fifth of nursing home residents and 14 per cent of staff had been confirmed as having coronavirus based on some 11,000 tests conducted on Tuesday.

It is pretty clear by now that the purpose of destroying Western economies through the insane lockdown and social distancing policies is to allow old people to do whatever it is that old people do with their barely-functioning bodies for a couple more months or so.

The future of the young has been sacrificed to buy a bit more time for people who already lived their lives.

UK: One Third of Old People in Care Home Die of Coronavirus, Another Third Currently Infected https://www.anglinarchive.com/2020/04/16/uk-one-third-of-old-people-in-care-home-die-of-coronavirus-another-third-currently-infected/ Thu, 16 Apr 2020 00:00:00 +0000
Everyone is DYING in this GLOBAL WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC.

Daily Mail:

A third of the residents at a virus-hit care home have died in just ten days.

In a stark example of the crisis in the sector, six passed away as staff struggled to contain an outbreak.

…

Some 85 per cent of carers at Philia Care Home in Peterborough have either fallen sick or had to self-isolate after coming into contact with carriers.

The home had 18 residents at the start of the month. Six died in a ten-day period from April 3.

Eight of the remaining 12 are believed to have been infected, although three of these have recovered. Staff try to stay healthy, but many struggle to get hold of personal protective equipment (PPE).

At one point, they even resorted to making home-made visors from plastic file wallets held over their faces with Alice bands.

Bosses yesterday warned inadequate financial support and the dramatic loss of residents was creating a funding crisis that could result in closure – and would be repeated in homes up and down the UK.

The DISEASE is DEADLY.

It is KILLING LOTS OF PEOPLE.

Twenty-four residents have died at a care home in around three weeks.

A third of victims at Bradwell Hall Nursing Home had tested positive for Covid-19, with others dying after suffering ‘pneumonia-like symptoms’ having not been tested

Most people alleged to have died of coronavirus are very old people.

We also know that virtually all people who died “of coronavirus” in Italy had at least one preexisting condition, meaning that they were already sick — chronically ill, in most cases. With an average age of 80.

The media often reports on the few odd edge cases of young people either dying “from the virus” or getting very sick in an attempt to promote the idea that anyone could get the virus and that no one is really safe. The people who are not elderly or chronically ill dying from this are statistically negligible.

On top of that, Iceland tested 10% of its population at random and found that half of infected show no symptoms at all, and that the death rate of this supposedly scary virus is not really even higher than that of the flu.

When you put all of that together, you’re left wondering why on Earth are people allowing the destruction of their countries just to extend the shelf life of people who are about to die anyways and that, in most cases, already lived their lives.

I have good news for you.

If you’re completely and absolutely healthy, chances are that Corona will let you live.

But I also have bad news for you.

If you have any kind of illness, chances are that Corona will kill you.

Daily Mail:

99 per cent of coronavirus deaths in Italy are patients with existing medical problems, a study by the country’s health service has found.

Research into 355 deaths found that only three of the victims, 0.8 per cent, had been clear of illnesses before they were infected.

Nearly half of them – 48.5 per cent – already had three or even more health conditions before they were diagnosed with Covid-19.

Another 25.6 per cent had two other ‘pathologies’, while 25.1 per cent had one.

The research by Italy’s National Institute of Health is consistent with previous findings that people with existing illnesses are more likely to die from coronavirus.

According to the study, the most common of these problems in Italy include high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes.

Some 76.1 per cent of the patients who died of Covid-19 had previously had problems with high arterial blood pressure, the study found.

More than a third – 35.5 per cent – had diabetes, while 33.0 per cent had suffered from ischemic heart disease.

Nearly a quarter, 24.5 per cent, had suffered from atrial fibrillation. Less common examples included dementia and liver disease.

Scientists have not yet established why people with high blood pressure are more vulnerable to the coronavirus.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the U.S. says it needs ‘more data to become available’ to investigate the link properly.

The CDC also says that nearly half of American adults have hypertension, and that more than 114 million Americans have diabetes or prediabetes.

There’s obviously going to be an important overlap between diabetes and high blood pressure, but the CDC numbers are enough to paint a clear picture.

Corona appears to be on a mission to purge the world of boomers and fat people.

It is not clear whether high blood pressure directly raises the risk of fatal COVID-19, or whether it simply pops up so often because it’s so common among the elderly, who are already the most likely to die on account of their age.

For example, between 72 and 80 per cent of over-75s in the US have the condition.

…

The Italian study also found that the average age of people who died from the virus in Italy was 79.5, although it was slightly higher for women than men.

It’s no wonder that people are calling this coronavirus the “boomer remover.”

It makes sense that governments are freaking out about this virus, because governments are mainly comprised of old people with diabetes and high blood pressure.
