A Republican Florida state senator has proposed a bill that would require paid bloggers who cover Gov. Ron DeSantis, his cabinet or lawmakers to register with the state or face steep fines.

State Sen. Jason Brodeur’s Senate Bill 1316 would also force bloggers to disclose who is paying them to write about Florida’s elected officials and how much they are pulling in.

The bill defines “elected state officer” as “the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, a Cabinet officer, or any member of the Legislature.”

It defines a blog as “a website or webpage that hosts any blogger and is frequently updated with opinion, commentary or business content.”

The proposed legislation would not apply to newspapers’ websites and other similar publications.

“Paid bloggers are lobbyists who write instead of talk,” Brodeur told the news outlet Florida Politics, which first reported on his legislation. “They both are professional electioneers. If lobbyists have to register and report, why shouldn’t paid bloggers?”

Under Brodeur’s bill, bloggers will have to register with the Florida Office of Legislative Services or the Commission on Ethics within five days of publishing a paid post, and then file monthly reports on who paid them and the amount of compensation.

Bloggers who fail to submit the monthly reports on time would be fined $25 per day — with the amount being capped at $2,500 per posting — to be paid within 30 days.

This is probably a joke, I guess?

It’s so funny that mainstream media is exempt, because they only ever help DeSantis. The “negative” reporting on DeSantis has been the biggest boon to his career and his presidential campaign. The media acted like he was the one doing the most extreme anti-gay laws, the most extreme anti-vax laws. In fact, there are more than a dozen governors who are better than him on these issues. But conservatives see the media attacking him and think he must be good.

Honestly, I don’t even know what bloggers we’re talking about here, but I seriously doubt the bill would only target paid lobbyist-style bloggers.

There is no quote from DeSantis about this yet, apparently. You’d think he’d want to quickly distance himself, but it’s at the top of the Post, and he’s not doing that.

Maybe he really will try to get this through?

They are all fat men with hormonal disorders, these journalists. And presumably, they all fuck children. I don’t know what other kind of person looks like that. “Normal homosexuals” often appear to be in good physical shape, and they at least engage in basic personal grooming. They are counting on the continuation of a world dominated by globohomo corporations and empowered females, because their survival depends on it. The journalist is a creature whose entire existence is driven by fear.

We don’t have to go back to the Hyperborean Age for these people to end up in a very difficult situation, where they just couldn’t go around looking like fat whiny slobs. Simply middle America rising up and reasserting control would take away their ability to prance around with their titties all hanging out of their ironic T-shirts as they arrange meetings to sodomize 7-year-olds on kink websites.

Further, these people are low-grade morons. The writing quality on these Jewish news media blogs is nigh inconceivable. And they just generally have no idea what the fuck they’re talking about.

Tariffs being a “tax on American companies, not China” is almost too stupid of a statement to even respond to. It’s just a weird slogan meant to confuse people who don’t understand how the globalist free trade system is designed. But: why is an ultra-leftist journalist white knighting for multi-national corporations?

The part about Trump saying tractors connect to the internet being “bizarre” is mind-boggling.

Why does he not know what the internet of things is?

Could he not google “tractors internet” and find that indeed, just like cars, all modern tractors connect to the internet, that this assists majorly with production output, and that rural areas not being able to connect to the internet is a problem?

Basically, the news has gotten so fake, that these people just don’t even care. They will just say whatever. There is no requirement at places like Vox or Huffington Post that anyone should have any idea what the fuck they’re talking about.

Journalism is a mind-weapon. These people are at war with the public to protect this globalist system because the globalist system protects them from the reality that, in a world dominated by masculinity, they would have very serious problems.

On Sunday, I wrote about the doxing of podcaster Grandpa Lampshade by the evil axis of HuffPo bloggers, Verizon, antifa and apparently, the FBI.

I want to go back and mention something about this event.

This was in the HuffPo article:

On Tuesday, Jeffreys was at his job at the auto parts store several miles up the highway, his wife’s bright orange muscle car parked outside. When HuffPost reporters approached him to confirm his identity and ask about his racist alter ego, he agreed to talk outside on the store’s front steps. He was visibly nervous.

“Who’s doxing me?” he asked, holding a paint can and using the far-right’s preferred term for any journalism that exposes extremists.

He was worried about anti-fascist activists in the area and claimed he had received death threats. He didn’t want to lose his job. He said he’d ended his show and wanted to be left alone to take care of his family. He claimed that he’d never called for violence on the podcast — but he had, several times.

When asked about the podcast episode after that massacre, the one where he questioned the purpose of killing “random Jews” instead of “high-profile Jews,” Jeffreys said that people bent on violence can’t be swayed with appeals to morality. Better, he said, to talk strategy.

“I’m not responsible for crazy people doing crazy shit,” he said.

After speaking with HuffPost, Jeffreys took old episodes of his show offline. But he is still responsible for promoting an ideology in which violence against Jewish and non-white people is not only justified but ultimately required.

So, he did confirm his identity to the journalists, which is why they went to him in the first place, by their own admission.

This is someone who did not have his face out there at all. HuffPo got the pictures they published of him from public Facebook accounts.

Based on what they wrote about how they doxed him, I don’t think they would have been able to confirm his identity without him confirming it to them.

In the podcast he did on this event, he said that the FBI visited him before the doxing.

In all likelihood, the FBI themselves told HuffPo who he was, but they can’t say that in their article. Instead, they claimed that they found him because years ago, his wife used a real name account to advertise the show, and they claim that some real name email was used somewhere.

However, he has the same name as dozens of people on Facebook. He could have simply told the HuffPo reporters “I don’t know what the fuck you’re talking about,” and I do not think they would have been able to print this story.

He also confirmed his identity to the FBI. And the other possible course of events is that the antifa, bloggers and multinational telecommunications giant hunting him did find the real name email account and told the FBI they thought he was this guy in Texas based on his accent. The FBI straight-up told him that they were visiting him because antifa was spamming them with reports on him.

So it is possible that the FBI hadn’t confirmed who he was. If the FBI used spying techniques to identify him, even though he wasn’t charged with a crime or under investigation, that would be illegal. Obviously, the FBI does a bunch of illegal shit, but I don’t know if they would do it in this case. It is perfectly legal for them to go try to talk to him if they already have a clue who he is.

He should have absolutely refused to talk to the FBI. It is fucking insane to willingly talk to the FBI, under any circumstance.

He should have said: “I want a court-appointed lawyer.”

To which they would have said: “You’re not being charged with anything.”

To which he should have said: “Then am I free to go?”

When we tell you “don’t talk to the cops,” this isn’t some joke or some game. This is very, very serious. You are never obligated to talk to the FBI and there is absolutely nothing good that can ever come from doing it.

Nothing bad will happen if you don’t. And any number of things may happen to you if you do.

If the cops approach you, you are not special, you are not in some unique situation where this rule doesn’t apply to you – you are exactly what we are talking about when we say, six million times, “DO NOT TALK TO THE FUCKING COPS.”

Anyway, yes, these are separate issues, and it is possible that the cops didn’t confirm his identity to antifa/bloggers/Verizon. We don’t know.

But look: you are not obligated to talk to anyone, ever. Even if you are arrested, the US Constitution says that you have a right to an attorney – and the cops even tell you that when they are arresting you.

I understand that it can be nerve-racking when you get in such a situation, and you may not know what to do, so you need to plan it beforehand. Plan it in your mind. Work it through so that if you do get approached by police, bloggers, whatever, you are ready to say nothing.

Of course, I don’t know all of the details of Grandpa Lampshade’s situation, and it is possible that he would have been doxed either way. Based on what I can see publicly, he would not have been doxed if he’d refused to talk to anyone, but maybe he would have been. Probably, antifa would have printed the information on one of their blogs without confirmation as they regularly do, but he could have just denied that.

But even if he would have been doxed anyway, there was no benefit to him in talking to cops and bloggers.

These people are on an absolute rampage, and they are going to keep doxing smaller and smaller people, because the big people are already all doxed, but they want to continue trying to publicly humiliate randos and destroy their lives. And even if you’re just someone who comments and has written a couple of blog posts or done a couple of radio shows, they will print that you are a big-time leader in the “neo-Nazi white supremacist movement.” And you will be fired from your job, and you may be attacked at your home by antifa terrorists.

So you need to be ready for this situation.

To be clear:

1. If someone calls your work to talk to your boss, deny it.
2. If cops show up, ask for a lawyer.
3. If journalists show up, ask them to leave.
4. Don’t panic-delete everything immediately after being approached, as this is confirmation (and they have it all saved anyway).

Even if you end up doxed, doing these things will not – IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE – have hurt your situation.

Grandpa Lampshade Will Continue His Show

Grandpa Lampshade had quit his podcast after the FBI visited him, but since he got doxed anyway, he’s decided to keep doing his show.

Some might think Samuel Pepys started it all.  To bring you up to speed Wiki informs me Samuel Pepys was born on 23 February 1633 near Fleet Street in London, the son of a tailor. He was educated at St Paul’s School in London and Cambridge University.  After graduating, Pepys was employed as secretary to Edward Montagu, a distant relative who was a councillor of state during the Cromwellian protectorate and later served Charles II.  In 1655, Pepys married 15-year-old Elizabeth Marchant de Saint-Michel, daughter of a Huguenot exile.

He is famous for his diaries, which cover the years 1659 – 1669, but also enjoyed a successful career as a naval administrator and Member of Parliament.  Pepys began his diary on 1 January 1660.  It is written in a form of shorthand, with names in longhand.  It ranges from private remarks, including revelations of infidelity to detailed observations of events in 17th century England – such as the plague of 1665, the Great Fire of London and Charles II’s coronation – and some of the key figures of the era, including Sir Christopher Wren and Sir Isaac Newton.  Fear of losing his eyesight prompted Pepys to stop writing the diary in 1669.  He never actually went blind.

You might ask is this leading anywhere particularly.  Interestingly enough it is about freedom of speech.  Most people in Pepys day were uneducated and many could not read or write. There were educated people who did question the world’s creation or facts in the bible and were put to death or sent into exile.  Our modern Heretics or Doubters are the ones who question ‘questionable’ events that took place in WW2 and who have been imprisoned in Austrian Jails for doing so. In Pepys day the educated minority were the clergy and children of the aristocracy or successful Merchants.  I do not know if keeping diaries was a big thing generally but Pepys certainly gained a lot of notoriety with his scribbling’s.

We fast forward 355 years and most of us can now read and write unlike in Samuels’s day.  There is a lot more risk for commentators writing about contemporary times on pain of infringing a multitude of laws enacted to protect people who on hearing the truth might experience discomfort, upset or offence causing hot flushes and personal stress.  Perceived threat of Racial, ethnic and/or religious prejudice, or who unthinkingly challenge the medically challenged or infringe any one of a thousand phobias which were not visibly apparent in Pepys day, I can only assume the reason being that most races in Pepys day were not forced to live in a stifling, dangerous Multi-racial society, a society where governments who cannot face the truth make a decree of outlawing it.

“Coming out” was not common in Pepys day, they preferred to “stay in” if you follow my meaning.  It is Dissenters and Doubters that run the risk of incarceration, naively flirting with the luxury of what was once known as “Freedom of speech” they now find they are the hunted as a Mr Snowden and his revelations of wholesale spying by the American intelligence agencies on its own people and as did a Mr Ernst Zundel and a Mr David Irving will also attest arrested for the terrible, unforgiving crime of questioning past history.

We have been here before with the Spanish Inquisition.  It is said history repeats itself.  Realists see life as black and white, it is the truth or it is a lie. History immortalises in times past, brave English women like Boadicea, but we also have contemporary brave English women of the 21st century named Emma West who saw a glaring anomaly and naively or not voiced her concern; she was arrested along with her child.

For Bloggers, their words are not written and manipulated surgically to fullfil a political agenda known as brainwashing, they are the modern day Diarists, they also risk pain of imprisonment and have been forced to flee into exile just for telling the truth.  They write it as they see it as did Samuel Pepys.  I admit there are bloggers that write what they see as the truth but not necessarily paying too much attention or caring of the facts.  Their critics refer to them as Conspiracy Theorists.

I believe that the modern day Internet Diarist, the Blogger, will have his or her views archived and 300 years into the future readers of history will understand how the madness started and how it unfolded, who were the enemies and who were the traitors.  The bloggers will write the history, hopefully the truth. Their allegiance is to no-one.  In three hundred years’ time will anyone read my words?

Pepys died in Clapham on the outskirts of London on 26 May 1703, “Three Hundred and Twelve years prior to the colonisation of London that left the English people a minority in their Capital City.” Meanwhile, have no fear it will be the Bloggers who will have chronicled the names of our enemies and our traitors.
