Surf City Police Chief Mike Halstead has retired effective immediately following an emergency meeting called in reference to a Facebook post he made. Major Ron Shanahan will take over as Interim Chief.

According to Town Manager Larry Bergman, Halstead was asked to retire and Council was considering terminating him if he did not.

Town leaders and Halstead have agreed to 60 days of severance pay following his decision to retire. Bergman explained council agreed to that primarily because it would take awhile for his retirement to kick in.

Bergman said the police department has rules regarding social media.

The department’s policy states employees are free to ‘express themselves as private citizens on social media sites’ as long as it does not ‘negatively affect the public perception of the department.’

Bergman, you say?

Interesting.

I’m not saying Larry Bergman is obviously a Jew and that this is clearly yet another case of Jewish ethnic activism against a proud and masculine White male who is instinctively viewed by Jews as a threat to their collective existence, but it might be worth asking him about it.

Open letter from a Police Chief,

this Black Lives Matter group is nothing more than an American born terrorist group brought on by the lie of the hands up don’t shoot during the criminal thug Michael Brown incident.

The FBI and other Government Law Enforcement groups need to step up and put a stop to this. The Government and blacks would not tolerate the White Supremacist group to march through the streets and call for the murders of a race of people and a group of public servants.

I agree there is a race problem in this country. It is not brought on by police officer doing their sworn duty, it is brought on by the government, the President and his cronies Al Sharpton, who is a criminal tax evader (but has the support of our so called President), Jessi Jackson, Eric Holder and that ignorant S.O.B. I put allot of the blame for these cop murders on the media and the way they report police related shootings. There is no need to list or even state the race of a person shot by the police. When a black thug is killed by the police they are all over it as is Mr. Barack Obama. However when a police officer white, black or any race is murdered for doing his job the media is short with it’s reporting or not at all. When a white person is killed by a black officer you hear nothing. Has our so called President spoke publicly about these murders of police officers by blacks, HELL NO he has not.

Step up Mr. President, or step down because we do not need you. Has our Attorney General spoke against these murders, no of course not because she was appointed by Barack Obama. Now let me say this, and this is not a threat but common knowledge.

I have instructed my officers to be vigilant, if threatened take appropriate action. If that means shoot a thug, then do it and answer for it while you are still alive not dead. Law Enforcement is fed up with this murderous society who want to take out those who protect and serve.

During a “Netroots Nation” conference on Saturday, Democratic presidential candidate Martin O’Malley was booed on stage for saying “all lives matter.”

The interview was hosted by that illegal Filipino troll thing who made the MTV video attacking Whites, I can’t think of his name. Maybe it’s Jose Sanchez.

The then activist made a long statement, before people in the crowd read off the names of black women who died in police custody and did multiple “If I die in police custody” chants and “Black lives matter” chants.

At 36:25 into the video, O’Malley was finally able to answer a question about what he would do about police misconduct. After O’Malley said, [relevant remarks around 39:20] “Every life matters. And that is why this issue is so important. Black lives matter, white lives matter, all lives matter,” the crowd booed and shouted at him.

Having realized that he’d said something someone didn’t like, he did the only honorable thing and immediately apologized for suggesting his life, or the lives of any non-Black, matters.

Johnson is an accomplished investigative journalist, and was soliciting donations to do further hit pieces on DeRay, who is known to incite riots in the name of “civil rights.”

“Only a fool would think I was trying to do harm,” Johnson told The Mirror. “Are you fucking kidding me? I’m going to kill somebody for 500 bucks?”

“I think she’s a dumb bitch who manipulated a situation with DeRay for her own ratings,” he then told the Daily Caller. “Frankly, CNN’s numbers aren’t the best.”

Johnson attempted to create a second Twitter account, and this was quickly banned as well. He has been banned, as an individual, over a purposeful misinterpretation of something he said. This is political persecution by Twitter, plain and simple. He did not violate the site’s ToS in any way, unless you accept the delusional Negroes claim that he was publicly planning an assassination – in which case, it seems to me, the guy should already be in jail. But he isn’t. As far as I’m aware, police have not even been contacted about this event by anyone at all, including DeRay, who claims to believe Johnson is plotting his assassination.

By a motion of 4-1, the local County Board of Education has voted to suspend a teacher, Kelly Tucker, for making an anti-Ferguson post on Facebook. Tucker is a teacher at Eight Street Middle School in Tifton, Georgia. The suspension will last five days, in which time she will not receive pay, and she will have to go through a diversity training course.

Keith Barr of the Tift County Board of Education said Tucker’s post did not warrant the original 10-day suspension after hearing evidence Monday, and Tucker’s 25-year teaching record vouched for her.

Tucker posted a statement on Facebook reportedly about Ferguson unrest in early December that said “It’s turned into a race matter. What about the thugs that beat the father in his vehicle because he didn’t slow down? What about the thugs that shot the college baseball player because they were bored? The list can go on and on. If the dude hadn’t stolen, he would be alive. I think signs should read, ‘Take the hood off your head and pull up your dang pants and quit impregnating everybody.’ I’m tired of paying for these sorry (expletive) thugs. I would much rather my hard earned money that the government takes go to people who need it, such as (abuse of) adults and children, not to mention the animals they beat and fight too. That’s all I’m saying,” as reported by the Tifton Gazette.

BOE officials said the post included a picture of Ferguson protestors at a Christmas parade holding a sign that read “Black lives matter.”

Stacey Beckham said the post was later brought to the board’s attention by parents, community leaders and Tucker’s coworkers. One student was ultimately pulled out of Tucker’s class because of parent complaints.

Afterwards Superintendent Patrick Atwater recommended Tucker be suspended without pay for 10 days because the post violated the school’s code of ethics. Tucker took the decision to the board.

This is the new America: free speech is technically legal, but your speech is all monitored by the state and if you say something that goes against the mainstream narrative, you are punished at work. Usually you get fired, this woman is getting off extremely light for having questioned the Martyrdom of Saint Michael of Ferguson.
