A Las Vegas substitute teacher and a teen student unleashed a barrage of punches on each other after a classroom argument over a reported slur spilled out into a crowded hallway in front of other students.

Re’Kwon Smith, 27, is accused of brawling with the Valley High School student on Thursday when he asked the teen, who allegedly shouted out a racial slur, to leave the classroom, according to 8NewsNow.

The altercation turned physical when the student allegedly placed his hands on Smith.

Video obtained by the outlet captured both parties swinging at each other before Smith connected several times on the pupil, eventually knocking him down.

After knocking down the unidentified student, Smith stood over him seemingly yelling as the student balled up and cowered behind his hands.

Smith remained hovering over the student, landing several more punches until a campus safety monitor and other students helped their classmate off the floor, according to Fox 5 Vegas.

“You’re going to jail, [slur],” the laughing student reportedly shouted as he was escorted away.

Smith was slapped with several charges stemming from the fight, according to jail records.

He was charged with battery resulting in serious bodily harm, assault of a school pupil on school property, interfering with a student from attending school, and threatening to do bodily harm to a public school student.

The student was also arrested on unspecified charges.

If blacks are going to do this, they should have their own schools.

An Indianapolis elementary school teacher allegedly orchestrated a “fight club-style” punishment between classmates including a 7-year-old special needs student, disturbing video showed.

The child’s mother filed a lawsuit in Marion County against George Washington Carver School and teacher Julious Johnican alleging that the teacher condoned other students to duke it out in the classroom on multiple occasions, according to a lawsuit obtained by Fox 59.

The unnamed mother, whose son deals with “disabilities, including sensory sensitivities, an executive function disorder, and probable learning disabilities,” had first warned her about the “fight club-style” discipline in his classroom at the beginning of the school year.

However, when his mother inquired about the disturbing allegations, the school administrators ignored her son’s claims for months.

She claimed Johnican mistakenly revealed footage on his phone of her son being attacked during a parent-teacher conference on Nov. 1.

The teacher had meant to show a video demonstrating the safety of his classroom environment after concerns were raised, but accidentally began playing audio of one of the attacks, according to the outlet.

In the horrifying video, a suspected classmate is seen throwing repeated punches at her defenseless son while shouting, “Don’t mess with me.”

Then, his teacher is heard shouting, “That’s right. You get him,” to her son’s attacker.

Toward the end of the short clip, the attacking boy tells the teacher, “I’m gonna get him again.”

Johnican, still filming, replied, “I know you want to get him when he does things.”

Johnican, a substitute teacher, several administrators, and the district itself have all been named in the lawsuit, as the woman claimed they failed to keep her son safe and administrators ignored his allegations.

The lawsuit claimed Johnican “encouraged” and “instigated” a “reprehensible ‘fight club’ type of discipline within his classroom over three months,” according to Fox 59.

The lawsuit also alleged that the teacher had held him down on at least two occasions while other students attacked him.

Why is this even against the law?

Those kids are brats.

A high school teacher in Texas has been arrested on child sex trafficking charges for allegedly offering runaway students a place to stay and then forcing them into prostitution.

Cosmetology teacher Kedria Grigsby, 42, who worked at Klein Cain High School, was taken into custody Monday and charged with three counts of child trafficking and three counts of compelling prostitution of juveniles, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez announced.

She was working with her 21-year-old son, Roger Magee, to build a “prostitution enterprise,” according to prosecutors.

“It appears Grigsby recruited troubled juveniles from local high schools by offering them a place to stay, which would be a hotel,” Gonzalez wrote on X.

“Additional teen victims have come forward stating that Grigsby was also attempting to recruit them while attending school.”

Her arrest came nearly two years after her son was arrested on similar charges of child trafficking, sexual assault of a child and compelling prostitution.

Investigators say they found text messages between mother and son — as well others with three alleged victims, ages 15, 16 and 17— discussing prostitution payments being made with Zelle.

Seriously, the “respect black culture” thing is partially a joke, but if you’re going to have blacks on the loose, you’re going to have this sort of thing.

You either have to have white people babysitting the blacks, or you should just ignore this, because it’s not really white people’s problem anyway.

The principal of a small Pompano Beach charter high school was charged this week with sexually assaulting a female employee in October, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office.

Detectives say Peter Nicholson, 55, of Coral Springs, was at Flagler High School, 1951 W. Copans Rd., when he forced himself on the employee as she worked in the office.

According to the report, Nicholson began to rub her back and “then placed her against a wall and started to kiss her face area.” The woman told Nicholson “several times to stop, but he refused,” according to the report.

He forcibly pulled down her pants and had sex with her against her will, the report said.

BSO spokeswoman Dani Moschella said the woman, who went to police Feb. 21, waited several months to report the Oct. 26 incident because she was afraid of losing her job.

“Experts say it’s common for rape victims to delay reporting or never report it all,” Moschella said. “We commend this victim for coming forward.”

Through the investigation, detectives learned that Nicholson apologized to the woman and told her that he shouldn’t have abused his power.

Moschella said Nicholson was arrested Wednesday, but was out Thursday on a $5,000 bond.

A 23-year-old high school basketball coach Thursday was facing criminal charges after she allegedly had a sexual relationship with a minor.

Lauren Matheney, of Perris, was arrested Wednesday on charges of oral copulation with a minor and annoying or molesting a minor, according to the Murrieta Police Department.

An investigation into Matheney began on Jan. 21 after a patrol officer noticed a suspicious vehicle parked near the intersection of Keller and Menifee roads and found the suspect inside with a 15-year-old child.

“Further investigation revealed Ms. Matheney was a coach employed by Perris Union High School District and working as the JV Basketball Coach at Paloma Valley High School,” Lt. Tony Conrad said.

The school district was notified of the relationship the next day and suspended Matheney from her coaching duties.

“Simultaneously, parents who have students on the basketball team were made aware of the situation. Now that Matheney has been arrested, she has been terminated from her coaching position.”

Matheney, who graduated from PVHS in 2008, was hired by the district in Aug. of 2013.

Matheney is free on $25,000 bail and was scheduled to appear in court Friday morning.

A man accused of sexually abusing a 9-year old girl who was one of his Taekwondo students has been found not guilty.

Adrian Spellen was found guilty on one count and a mistrial on child molestation and aggravated child molestation.

The victim, who is now 11 years old, testified on Monday. She told jurors Spellen summoned her into a front room of Powerkicks Martial Arts in Lithonia and molested her on four different occasions.

The prosecution has option to re-try the case.

Spellen is free to return to his home.
