This is the disturbing moment a pregnant mother is captured on video violently smacking her toddler-aged son to the ground as he cries hysterically.

Alazai Gardner, 21, of West Memphis, Arkansas, is seen in cell phone footage captured by an unidentified woman slapping her child in an angry rage. Footage of the upsetting abuse surfaced online Saturday evening.

The unidentified witness later told Fox 13 Memphis she began filming the abuse after seeing Gardner smack the little boy ‘multiple times’.

The witness rushed to the police station to reveal the video immediately afterward.

Gardner was arrested late Saturday and booked to the Crittenden County Detention Center.

The mother has been charged with felony second-degree battery.

This is what black “parenting” looks like when the parents are present. The sad thing is that the people most outraged about footage like the one seen in this case are coincidentally the ones most supportive of importing all shades of black in the form of “refugees” to pay pensions or whatever. They don’t realize that importing grown dark-skinned people results in those people having kids and raising those kids the way they’ve been raised in the shithole they come from, which then repeat the processes.

If people have a problem with the way blacks parent their children, maybe don’t flood the country with blacks? Because trying to force our way of parenthood in them is not only racist but also a form of rape through forced cultural appropriation.

…and that’s not who we are. We’re better than that.

A monkey kidnapped a two-year-old boy from a house in India so it had someone to play with- then hugged the boy and refused to give him back.

The primate and the baby can be seen sitting by the roadside as the monkey tries to peel something from the child’s hair.

A woman who spots the baby and can be seen approaching the primate to rescue the baby, who was thought to have been taken from a house in Haryana, but the monkey refuses to let it go.

Small monkeys literally treat toddlers better than nigger parents treat their toddlers.

A father who allegedly abandoned his two children in the wreckage of a car crash after they were seriously injured, has been arrested by police.

Detectives believe Umbar Ali was driving a Vauxhall Zafira, which was involved in a collision with an Alfa Romeo in Bradford, West Yorkshire on Saturday night.

Two children, aged two and four, were discovered by police officers in the Zafira alone.

They were taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Officers believe Ali, 39, from Bradford is the father of the youngsters.

The accident happened in Queen’s Road at the junction with Valley Road, Manningham, at around 9.30pm.

Ali is thought to have fled the scene, sparking a manhunt.

A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said: ‘We can confirm a 39-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.’

He said the man has been detained on suspicion of failing to stop at the scene of an accident.

Officers had been concerned that Ali may have been injured in the accident and could require treatment in hospital.

Two people in the Alfa Romeo, aged 34 and 32, were freed from the vehicle by firefighters and taken to hospital with suspected spinal injuries and a broken collar bone.

A Memphis mother is out on bond, accused of helping her teen daughter beat up a 15-year-old girl.

Police say Angela Thomas led a whole group of teenagers to the 15-year-old’s house and even joined in on the attack, which also hurt the girl’s father.

The Crane family, who lives in the Berclair neighborhood, says they are living in fear of not knowing what could happen next after being attacked by eight teenage girls and a mother.

Billy Crane’s 15-year-old daughter has a black eye and a busted lip.

“The mother runs up and is cussing me in my face and at the time, the little kids just ran around and up in the house,” said Crane. “I was stunned. I was like what? In my house? Then the mama followed in behind them.”

Police say Thomas joined in on the beating of the 15-year-old.

Billy says he struggled to get her and the rest of girls out of his house.

“I got scratches all over my neck and back.”

Billy says after the girls beat up his daughter, they came outside and one of them grabbed a brick and threw it at him.

“I saw it out it of the corner of my eye, a brick coming and just tried to dodge it.”

The brick hit him in the arm, leaving a yellowing bruise.

Billy says this violence Thursday evening came after weeks of his daughter being bullied at Kingsbury High School.

He’s even reported Thomas’s daughter to police for the torment, but Billy says nothing was done.

Now his 15-year-old is sleeping in the middle of the house, away from windows, because he is afraid bullets will be next.

”When they were leaving, they were saying they were going to shoot the house up, so now I am worried about that. How do you protect your kids against getting shot?”

Thomas got out of jail Sunday by paying a $15,000 bond.

Police haven’t said whether any of the juveniles were arrested for the attack.

Kingsbury administrators say they had no reports of the bullying, but plan to look into it.

A murder trial is set to start on Wednesday for a New Jersey man charged with tossing his 2-year-old daughter into a creek while she was still strapped in her car seat.

Arthur Morgan III of Eatontown is accused of weighing down the seat with a tire-changing jack so that it would sink.

He’s charged with killing his daughter, Tierra Morgan-Glover, in November 2011.

Her body was found in a creek inside a Jersey Shore park after he failed to return the girl to her mother following a trip to see a movie about dancing penguins.

An autopsy determined that the child was alive when she hit the water.

Morgan fled to California following the child’s death. He was found by a fugitive recovery task force.

Prosecutors say Morgan had asked the girl’s mother if he could take Tierra to see the movie Happy Feet Two.

When he did not return her after a few hours, the mother called police.

A warrant charging Morgan with child endangerment was issued before the girl’s body was found.

But an abduction alert for Tierra was not issued because the state had no reason to believe the child was in danger until she was found dead.

According to prosecutors, Morgan tossed the car seat, with his daughter strapped snugly inside its protective belts, from an overpass into the chilly water of the creek.

A Nigerian father has been arrested after he allegedly padlocked his son’s mouth shut to stop him screaming while he battered him to death.

Chris Elvis, 30, allegedly accused four-year-old Godrich of being an ‘Ogbanje’ or ‘child of evil’ and blamed him for his bad luck in recent days.

The security guard beat his son, burned him all over his body with a hot iron and then locked him in a plastic drum, according to court documents.

The child’s mother called police after returning from the market to find her son’s horrific death.

Elvis tried to act mentally ill when he was arrested, but the authorities said his condition was normal, according to International Business Times.

He is being held in custody after being charged with murder.

The charge sheet reads: ‘That you, Chris Elvis, on February 10, 2014, about 5pm at 7, Adetola Adelaja street, Meiran Lagos, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did unlawfully kill one Godrich Elvis, aged four years by using hot pressing iron to burn him all over his body and putting him inside a plastic drum and locked the drum with padlock and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 221 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, Nigeria, 2011.’

The alleged incident took place in the Meiran area of Lagos.

The mother of a thug who killed an autistic man  dismissed his crime as ‘no big deal’ last night.

In a display of callous indifference, Sherron O’Hagan said she did not know ‘what all the fuss was about’.

Her son Lewis Gill killed Andrew Young with a single punch in an unprovoked attack captured on CCTV.

He was given just four years but a public outcry may lead to a longer sentence.

The Attorney General says he will examine whether the jail term was too short.

Dominic Grieve’s office was deluged with more than 110 complaints within hours of the case becoming public.

Mr Young’s mother Pamela has dismissed the sentence as an ‘absolute joke’ – Gill could even be free within two years.

But Mrs O’Hagan, speaking from her home in Sutton, South London, yesterday insisted her son was a ‘good kid’.

The 41-year-old mother of three told the Mail: ‘It was just an accident. It’s not a big deal. This will all be forgotten tomorrow. He’s my son, what do you want me to say? He didn’t mean to kill him and that’s that.’

Mrs O’Hagan, who was not married to Gill’s father Richard McKenzie, added: ‘This story will be the lining of chips tomorrow. I just don’t understand what all the fuss is about.’

Gill, a convicted robber, punched 40-year-old Mr Young to the ground on a busy Bournemouth street on November 6 last year.

Shocking CCTV footage shows him calmly walking forward to deliver the deadly punch after Mr Young reprimanded his friend for cycling on the pavement.

Mr Young, who had Asperger’s and the mental age of a 14-year-old, fell back and cracked his head on the pavement.

He died the next day with his 71-year-old mother at his bedside.

Gill, 20, pleaded guilty to manslaughter and was sentenced to four-and-a-half years by Judge Keith Cutler at Salisbury Crown Court.

With half his sentence served on licence, and allowing for time already served, he could be out in just two years.

The sentence was condemned by Victims’ Commissioner Baroness Newlove, whose husband Garry was killed by a gang vandalising his car.

‘I’m appalled by this disgraceful act of violence – my thoughts go out to the victim’s family and friends at this time,’ she said.

‘It’s entirely right that the sentence will be reviewed for this shocking crime.

‘I know how traumatic it is to go through the courts as a victim – when you are already so hurt and vulnerable. That’s why I urge everyone involved in this case to put victims first in the pursuit of justice.’

The Young family’s MP, Tobias Ellwood, welcomed Mr Grieve’s review as well. ‘It would be wrong for me to make a judgment about how long the sentence ought to be, it is not the role of an MP to do that,’ he said.

‘But the message needs to go out that this kind of behaviour should not be tolerated. I would be the first to advocate people standing up and speaking out when they see wrongdoing in their community and that is one of the reasons that a sentence like this is totally out of line.’

Mr Grieve has until March 21 to decide whether he thinks the sentence was too soft.

If – as seems likely – he does, the case will go to the Court of Appeal where three senior judges could lengthen it.

A former actress claims she didn’t know her husband murdered the 27-year-old mother of his two young children until he pushed her to help hide the body parts more than a week later.

Amanda Hayes, 41, took the stand in her defense, saying she only agreed to help hide the chopped up body parts of Laura Ackerson when her husband Grant threatened to kill her as well.

But prosecutors said Hayes never tried to expose her husband’s heinous act, and even seemed happy in pictures taken after they disposed of the body .

More than that, they say the couple planned the murder after a troubled custody battle over Grant’s two young sons with Ackerson.

Hayes is facing charges of first-degree murder and accessory after the fact for the July 2011 death. Her husband Grant was convicted last year of murder and is currently serving a life sentence.

After closing statements Monday, a North Carolina jury began deliberations. They will meet again to discuss the case Tuesday morning.

Hayes’ defense attorney asked the jury to acquit his client on both charges, saying her ‘classic sociopath’ husband acted alone in the murder and Hayes was forced to help hide the body parts when threatened the lives of her and the children.

When Hayes took the stand, she described the night of Ackerson’s death.

According to Hayes, Ackerson had come over to their apartment and Grant grabbed Ackerson, causing the 27-year-old to fall and hit her head.

That’s when Hayes grabbed the children and left the apartment so that Grant could call an ambulance.

Unbeknownst to Hayes, by the time she got back Grant had strangled Ackerson to death with an apple adapter chord. At some point he smuggled her body out of the house wrapped in a carpet to chop up the body and store the pieces in coolers.

It wasn’t until six days later, on July 18, that Hayes had realized what her husband had done.

The couple and the children had taken a trip to visit Hayes’ sister in Richmond, Texas and drop off some furniture.

‘He’s concealed everything he’s done from Amanda,’ her attorney said. ‘She arrives in Texas, happy, content to see her sister without any hint whatsoever that Grant has killed Laura.’

Grant stored the coolers with Ackerson’s body parts in them behind some of the furniture they shuttled in a rented U-haul van.

A man convicted of murdering University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee film student Nathan Potter was wrestled to the ground, pepper-sprayed and taken under guard from a courtroom Friday after he was sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole.

Seandell Jackson spat a string of obscenities at Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Rebecca Dallet as three deputies and Milwaukee police Detective James Hutchinson dragged Jackson to the floor of her courtroom.

Moments before, Jackson’s attorney, Patrick Earle, had asked Dallet to weigh into her sentence the 19-year-old Jackson’s youth and, as Earle put it, his “lack of impulse control.”

As authorities struggled to subdue Jackson, members of his family stood in the back of the courtroom and taunted Potter’s family.

“I hate you!” a woman yelled toward the Potters. “I hate you all!”

“God’s the judge,” another woman yelled toward Potter’s mother and father, who held each other and wept.

“God’s the judge.”

In February, a jury convicted Jackson, 19, of being party to a crime of first-degree intentional homicide and attempted robbery in the shooting death of 21-year-old Potter.

Assistant District Attorney Mark Williams showed Dallet videos of Jackson’s reaction when the jury delivered its verdict.

In the videos, Jackson turns to Potter’s family, mouths an obscenity and smirks. The video also shows Jackson being led from the courtroom a few minutes after the verdict is announced. As he reaches the courtroom door, he turns toward Potter’s family and laughs.

“Is there such a thing as pure evil?” Nathan Potter’s father, John Potter, asked Dallet.

“There is the tape.”

Jackson shot Potter in the chest in July as Potter walked to his Riverwest apartment in the 2500 block of N. Dousman St.

Jackson and an accomplice, Derek J. Thomas, were attempting to rob Potter. Potter had no money.

Dallet, her voice raspy from the fumes of the pepper spray, also sentenced Jackson to five years in prison for attempted robbery. In addition, she sentenced Jackson to five years in prison for an unrelated non-fatal shooting that occurred the same day that Potter was killed.

No one was seriously injured in the courtroom melee, though Hutchinson, the chief detective in Jackson’s case, was hit in the eyes by the pepper spray.

Jackson was sentenced in the morning. Hutchinson was back in Dallet’s court for Thomas’ sentencing in the afternoon.

So was Sarah Potter, Nathan Potter’s 13-year-old sister. She told her mother and father that she had been afraid someone was trying to kill them during the morning fracas.

Gulping back tears, Sarah told Dallet that she and her 11-year-old brother, David – who has autism – cannot understand why anyone would even hurt her older brother, whom she called “a loving and caring man.”

“We can’t sleep knowing he’s gone,” she said, sitting at the defense table beside her father.

John Potter said later that David wants him to keep all the lights on in their home all the time.

“He asked me to remove all the windows,” John Potter said.

Thomas, 20, pleaded guilty in March to felony murder.

Williams told Dallet that Thomas played a limited role in the murder.

“Mr. Jackson was the shooter,” Williams said. “Mr. Thomas was a follower.”

While Williams asked Dallet to sentence Thomas to 12 years in prison, Nathan Potter’s mother, Denise Potter, said he deserved to the maximum penalty for felony murder, which is 35 years.

“ ’Help me!’ (were) the last words he ever said,” Denise Potter said.

“Derek did nothing,” she said. “They ran away.”

Dallet followed Williams’ recommendation, adding eight years of extended supervision.

Cordell Carter will remain in jail after turning himself in Wednesday morning.  Amherst County Sheriff Jimmy Ayers says Carter is being held without bond and will not have a bond hearing.

Ayers says 30-year-old Jennifer Johnson died of a gunshot wound.  Both of her sons were inside the home on South Amherst Highway at the time. Ayers says one of the sons, who is six-years-old, is a child Johnson and Carter had together.

Witnesses tell the Sheriff’s Office that the couple had a rocky relationship, which included a domestic call in November 2012.  Sheriff Ayers says there is a record of deputies serving a protective order at that address but they don’t know who it was against.

Update:

Officials confirmed that Cordell Carter turned himself in to the Amherst County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday morning.

Law enforcement all across Central Virginia had been searching for Carter since Tuesday afternoon.

Investigators say Carter killed Jennifer Johnson, 30. She was found dead at her Amherst County home Tuesday.

Deputies in Amherst County also confirm Carter is in custody.

The search for Carter stretched across several jurisdictions including Campbell County, Amherst County, and Lynchburg.

Lynchburg Police searched a home on Federal Street around 9 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Officers set up a perimeter around the home while K-9 and tactical officers when inside.

Sources tell ABC 13 the home is one of two properties Lynchburg Police searched Wednesday morning, both turned up nothing.

ABC 13 crews were on the scene as they were called to Jennifer Johnson’s home. We still don’t know how Johnson died or her relationship with Cordell Carter.

The Sheriff in Amherst County was attending a funeral when Carter turned himself in.

ABC 13 expects to hear more from the sheriff once he gets back.

Amherst Co., VA – The suspect in the murder of Jennifer Harper Johnson has turned himself in, law enforcement officers tell ABC 13.

Cordell Lionel Carter, 49, was wanted in Amherst County and was considered armed and dangerous.

Agencies spent most of Tuesday evening and part of Tuesday night into Wednesday morning trying to locate Carter.
