Even in the most violent big city in the United States, law enforcement officials say it’s highly unusual for a pre-teen to be charged with manslaughter, as was the case Wednesday with an 11-year-old boy who allegedly killed a 3-year-old boy while playing with a gun in his father’s backyard.

Welcome to the kosher zoo. Sure, we expect the living fossils to “bust” on each other while sitting in cars or walking down a street, but when a “standing around gone wrong” involves a total combined age of 14 we’re forced to briefly look up from the kosher sports, cluck disapprovingly and maybe wonder for a second or two why we’re forced to live with these animals and then reinsert the jewish i.v. and go back into the coma.

“I cannot remember a time where we have charged someone so young with taking a life,” said Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy, who’s worked in the prosecutor’s office for more than 30 years. “Very unfortunately and very tragically, the alleged facts in this case demanded it.”

Bad luck and the downfall of great men via a single personality flaw. That sure sounds like the negro monster currently being deployed into the Whitest remaining areas. The 11-year-old was visiting his father’s house in the 16000 block of Eastwood on the city’s east side Monday, playing with 3-year-old Elijah Walker in a car parked in the backyard, when the shooting occurred at about 1:40 p.m., according to prosecutors and a police report of the incident obtained by The News.

The fact that this pre-teen killer actually knew and visited his father is far more unbelievable than the typical behavior that followed.

The alleged shooter, a seventh-grader at the Brewer Academy, initially was identified as Elijah’s brother, although police later said the two boys weren’t related.

Make sure you get the correct identical looking and behaving piece of “diversity.”

If he is convicted, he could be sentenced to a juvenile detention facility up to age 21; or a “blended sentence” could be applied, in which he would serve his sentence until turning 21, and then a judge would determine if he’s rehabilitated or if additional prison time is warranted.

Whether the “blended sentence” involves a book report or not remains unknown as of this writing.

Police are continuing to investigate the case to determine if they will also seek negligence charges against one of the boy’s parents, according to a source close to the investigation.

Since it’s “races” to try to hold the negro to the minimal standards of White behavior, probably not.

Police also are investigating reports that the 11-year-old pulled a gun on a neighbor during an argument last week, the source said.

Good kid, turning his life around. So tragic, like something Sophocles might have imagined.

Meanwhile, federal authorities are trying to trace an AK-47 assault rifle taken from the shooting scene to determine if it was used in any other crimes, the source said.

Angie Wolf, director of justice strategies at the California-based National Council on Crime and Delinquency, said 11-year-olds don’t yet understand the consequences of their actions.

Funny, at that age I had a pretty good grasp on the “Don’t murder three-year-olds” concept. The negro, at any age, suffers from poor impulse control, lack of future time orientation and a propensity toward violence. This has consequences, like the Detroit ruins.

“An 11-year-old’s frontal cortex isn’t near developed yet,” she said.

The officer then talked to the 11-year-old, who “stated that he was playing in the car in the backyard with Elijah when the gun went off and Elijah was shot in the face,” the report said.

Elijah was taken by ambulance to St. John Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

A senior fireman has been arrested for hitting four boys with a golf club after they threw candy at his son on Halloween, police say.

Captain Carl Holmberg was trick-or-treating in Revere, Boston, on Friday with his wife and six-year-old when the group aged 11 to 17 confronted them.

According to his charge sheet, the captain of 15 years reacted by attacking the children.

Two were hospitalized and an 11-year-old boy as left with welts on his head.

Holmberg is charged with three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and one count of assaulting a child, MyFoxBoston.com reports.

His wife Serena Holmberg tearfully told WCVB through her letterbox that he was defending himself in the incident at 7.30pm.

Eight teens pleaded guilty during Juvenile Court; one teen was sent to rehabilitation and placed in DCS custody; one teen entered an Alford Plea.

The teens are being tried in Juvenile Court and will not be identified. The litigation took place Tuesday for their involvement in the September Poplar Plaza Kroger attack.

The teens were sentenced to perform 40 hours of community service by Aug. 3, 2015. They must remain in school and submit a letter of apology to probation officers, that will be delivered to the victims.

If the teens do not get into anymore trouble with police, the charges will be dismissed. All eight were ordered to stay in court all day to watch proceedings and get an understanding of what happens to other juveniles who break the law.

“I want to say that I’m sorry for being with that bad crowd,” one of the teens said. “I learned today that when I see a group of people doing something bad I should walk away and call someone for help.”

Attorneys defending the teens say the punishment is fair. “Once the emotional reaction settled down, then we were able to collectively look at what we were dealing with. We are dealing with a problem in our community.”

Trial started at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Character witnesses and the teen’s mother took the stand. The mother told the judge her son deserved punishment, but should not be thrown under the bus.

Then the teen himself took the stand. He testified he hit the Kroger employee who was filming the event and then kicked him. All this happened after the teen left Cici’s where he was celebrating his birthday.

“You made a decision that night to attack someone until they were unconscious,” the judge said. “You alone are responsible for your choice.”

The judge then sent the teen to a hospital for rehabilitation and put him in DCS custody.

In the court hallway, when the dust settled, the teen’s mother apologized to the Kroger employee.

His response: “I forgive you.”

One teen entered and an Alford Plea and will be taken into DCS custody. He had several other charges from other incidents.

An Alford Plea is a term used in the American court system where a person enters a guilty plea without admitting to actually being guilty.

The Black youth have come up with an hilarious new game called ‘Fire Challenge’, where they pour flammable liquid over their bodies and then set fire to themselves.

It really is a much more productive way for them to spend their time than playing ‘Knockout.’

This particular incident below actually made it onto the TV news, so hopefully that will encourage more of them to try it and keep them from causing trouble elsewhere.

More than 11,000 children aged just 10 and 11 have avoided prosecution for violent crimes.

The Ministry of Justice says 9,099 boys and 2,224 girls were warned, reprimanded or cautioned in the last seven years, but were not taken to court.

Last night, justice campaigners said it was staggering so many kids were being let off without facing prosecution.

Mother Theresa Cave, who campaigns against knife crime in schools, said: ‘These children should not be allowed to walk away with a slap on the wrist.’

Some 120 children – barely over the age of criminal responsibility – have been warned for sex attacks, including nine rapes.

Another 1,160 boys and 137 girls have escaped prosecution for malicious wounding, 219 for arson and 51 for drugs offences.

Seven boys and girls were warned for conspiracy to murder, 11 boys for gun offences and three more for possession of obscene material.

Meanwhile, 30 youngsters have been warned for fraud and five for forgery.

They are all indictable offences which would carry lengthy prison sentences if committed by adults.

Mrs Cave, who has campaigned for victims of violent crime since her 17-year-old son Chris was stabbed to death in Cleveland in 2003, said young children were often led into serious crime by peer pressure.

Santa Monica school district officials will reinstate a teacher who was placed on paid administrative leave after video clips showed him locked in a tussle with a student in a classroom.

Mark Black, who was put on leave April 4, will return to his duties at Santa Monica High School on Monday when students come back to campus following spring break.

The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District launched an independent investigation after videos shot on cellphones showed Black swatting at a student with his arms, grabbing the teenager by the thigh and then crashing into desks and the classroom wall as he tried to take the student to the floor.

“Based on what we have learned, it is appropriate to return Mr. Black from paid administrative leave, at this time,” Supt. Sandra Lyon said in a statement released Friday.

The statement said the decision to return the popular teacher and wrestling coach to the classroom was based on “the preliminary findings of an internal investigation” and the district anticipates receiving the investigator’s final report by the middle of next week.

Lyon has emphasized that the district followed its standard practice when it placed Black on leave immediately after the incident came to light. Since the altercation occurred on the Friday prior to spring break, Black has not missed any workdays, officials said.

“I want to make it very clear that Mark Black was not fired or suspended from his job,” Lyon said, “he was simply placed on leave with pay during the investigation.”

Blair Moore, an 18-year-old student, pleaded not guilty to multiple misdemeanor charges last week in connection with the fight, including two counts of threatening a public school official, one count of possession of a box cutter on school grounds and one count of possessing marijuana on school grounds, Santa Monica Police Sgt. Jay Moroso said in a statement.

The student was also charged with a single count of “force or violence against a school employee in retaliation for an act performed in the course of his or her duties,” police said.

In a statement hours after the incident occurred Lyon called video clips of the fight “utterly alarming” and the teacher’s use of physical restraint “unacceptable.” She then announced that she had placed the teacher on leave and pledged support to the student’s family.
