A mother suffered severe internal bleeding and died after staff at an abortion clinic discharged her following a procedure – despite her vomiting, feeling dizzy and falling on the floor.

Aisha Chithira, 32, had flown from Ireland for the termination at the Marie Stopes clinic in Ealing.

Despite feeling sick and dizzy after the procedure, staff reportedly told the mother-of-one, that she could not stay overnight and then helped her into a taxi.

She later died of internal bleeding.

Dr Adedayo Adedeji and nurses Gemma Pullen and Margaret Miller were charged with manslaughter but the case was dropped in 2016.

Coroner Dr Sean Cummings has since criticised ‘repeated failures’ at the clinic, which recently had the UK’s first ‘buffer zone’ imposed around it.

He said that observations taken by a nurse after the termination showed Ms Chithira’s pulse and blood pressure were normal, meaning her symptoms were ‘difficult to diagnose’ and ‘the severity was missed’.

He added that Ms Chithira’s death was the result of ‘the manifestation of a recognised complication of the procedure resulting in sometimes subtle and atypical symptoms and signs which were not appreciated as potentially sinister at the time.’

‘There were repeated failures of recording of observations by different clinicians involved in her care.’

A disgraced children’s doctor whose blundering led to the death of a six-year-old boy with Down’s syndrome in an NHS hospital has been allowed to continue practising medicine in Britain.

A row has broken out over the decision not to strike off Hadiza Bawa-Garba, 41, who wrongly diagnosed Jack Adcock as having gastroenteritis – when he had the life-threatening condition of sepsis.

She then mistakenly placed the boy under a ‘Do Not Resuscitate’ order when he suffered a cardiac arrest. Although the DNR error was spotted by a junior colleague, Jack died 90 minutes later.

Yeah, I’m sure this was a “mistake.”

Inquiries revealed Bawa-Garba had confused Jack with another patient who was aged two and had been discharged earlier from Leicester Royal Infirmary.

But the doctor’s career has been saved because medical watchdogs believe she poses a ‘low risk’ to patients.

Bawa-Garba, from Leicester – who qualified as a paediatrician in 2006 – had faced being struck off after she was found guilty of manslaughter at a criminal court. Following her conviction, she walked free after her lawyer said she expected her medical career was ‘in tatters’.

But this week at the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service in Manchester, Bawa-Garba escaped with a 12-month suspension for misconduct after claiming she had shown ‘extreme remorse’ following the tragedy in February 2011.

The hearing was told the DNR mistake did not cause Jack’s death but he died ‘significantly sooner than he otherwise would have’.

He wouldn’t have died at all if he had an actual doctor, who would’ve given him a correct diagnosis and proper treatment!

Two senior colleagues said Bawa-Garba was ‘an excellent and competent doctor.’ She did not give evidence at the tribunal.

In a Facebook post Jack’s mother Nicky accused the doctor of ‘murder’ and added: ‘Cannot believe it we are absolutely disgusted and I’ve made it very clear I wish to appeal. Do you want her treating your child because in 12 months. I bet she is smiling right now. Killed my son through neglect.’

Earlier panel chairman Mr Miran Uddin told Bawa-Garba: ‘The purpose of fitness to practise proceedings is not to punish a doctor for past wrongdoing but to maintain proper standards in the profession and to protect the public. The tribunal must look forward, not back.

‘Your clinical failings, serious as they were, are capable of being remedied. You continued to practise without further incident after these events and there were no concerns prior to this event.

What? What does that even mean? If you kill someone, you get away with it because someone THINKS you won’t do it again? What is this retarded shit? BTW, in case “Miran Uddin” doesn’t sound Anglo-Saxon to you, it’s because it isn’t:

Jack, who lived with his parents and younger sister Ruby in Glen Parva, Leicester, was said to be a ‘lively and energetic’ boy who attended a mainstream primary school.

But on February 18, 2011, Jack showed symptoms of diarrhoea, sickness and breathlessness and was admitted to hospital’s children’s assessment unit.

Although he had sepsis and urgently needed antibiotics, Bawa-Garba – originally from Nigeria – wrongly diagnosed him as having gastroenteritis and failed to look at an X-ray for over three hours which showed he had signs of the highly dangerous infection.

She also did not review ‘seriously abnormal’ blood tests results which showed the youngster was suffering organ failure and later allowed him to be mistakenly given medication usually used to treat high blood pressure.

That evening Jack suffered septic shock and a ‘crash call’ went out to medics to revive him only for Bawa-Garba to call off CPR because she mistakenly believed there were instructions not to resuscitate him.

Efforts to help Jack were halted for up to two minutes until the junior colleague picked up the mistake but by then it was too late.

“See, goyim? These were just minor mistakes, no need to worry next time you take your filthy little Nazis to the hospital.”

At the time of the court case Jack’s mother Nicola said: ‘Never in a million years did we expect our son to die. He went into hospital with sickness and diarrhoea and never came home.

‘Jack was neglected from the moment he entered Leicester Royal Infirmary. It makes me so angry to think my son could still be here today if they had done their jobs right.

‘I will never forgive myself for taking him there. I could have cared and looked after him better than they did.’

His father Vic added: ‘I had to watch my little man go. I miss him every day and I will do for the rest of my life. Since we lost Jack, I’m a changed person. I wish I could forgive them but at the moment I can’t and I don’t think I ever will.’

Pro-tip for not dying: Next time you or someone you care about is so sick that you have to go to the hospital, pick the White doctor. If there’s no White doctor, pick the Yellow doctor. If there are neither White nor Yellow doctors, go home, get lots of rest, drink tea and eat liver with onions and lots of pickles.

Human lives shouldn’t be put in the hands of creatures that never invented anything more complicated than a mud hut.

A doctor who will remain on the Sex Offender Register until 2018 for three assaults against hospital staff has been allowed to return to work.

Dr Benjamin Obukofe, 46, was given a six-month suspended prison sentence at Leicester Crown Court for the assaults, which he carried out at the Spire hospital, in Oadby, between 2006 and 2007. He was also placed on the sex offender register for seven years.

Obukofe had been suspended from working as a doctor since the allegations emerged in 2009. But a fitness to practice panel which reviewed his case at the Medical Practitioners’ Tribunal Service, in Manchester, has now cleared him to return to work.

The doctor will be subject to 12 conditions for three years, which will keep him closely monitored by the General Medical Council.

Obukofe can only work within the NHS under the close supervision of a consultant.

But he will not be subject to restrictions requiring him to use chaperones to examine women, because he attacked female staff members rather than patients.

At a review hearing last year, Obukofe maintained his innocence, despite a failed appeal against his conviction in 2011.

Giving evidence, he said: “Let me be clear. I do not assert that I have breached the law.

“I do not assert that I have committed criminal behaviour. I do not assert that I have committed sexual assault against these two people.”

He did not give evidence at the latest hearing, but the panel, chaired by Dr Harvey Marcovitch, decided Obukofe had learned his lesson and was fit to return to work.

Dr Marcovitch said: “In all the circumstances, the panel is satisfied that the salutary lessons that you have learned from the consequences of your misconduct and conviction, as well as the absence of any suggestion of similar behaviour, either before your conviction or subsequently, make it highly unlikely that the actions which led to your conviction will be repeated.

“The panel is satisfied that this sanction, together with its finding of impairment, which is significant in itself, will convey to the public, to the profession, and to you, that the behaviour which led to your conviction was unacceptable but that, in all the circumstances, you should be allowed an opportunity to return to carefully monitored and restricted practice.

“It considers that, in your case, return to carefully supervised practice would not damage the reputation of the medical profession in the eyes of the public.”

The tribunal heard that Obukofe has arranged a clinical attachment with Guy’s and St Thomas’s NHS Trust.

He will have to attend a review hearing towards the end of his three years’ conditional practice before he is allowed to work unrestricted.

One of Obukofe’s victims, a ward trolley hostess, was 17 when he brushed up against her and touched her bottom.

An administration worker was subjected to two sexual assaults when Obukofe wrapped his arms around her placing his head on her neck and kissed her cheek on another occasion.

The medic denied the charges, but was found guilty of three counts of sexual assault at Leicester Crown Court in April 2011.

Judge Simon Hammond, sentencing, told Obukofe his offences were at the lowest level, but were aggravated by the fact they happened at work.

He was cleared of another four similar charges involving two nurses and a ward clerk.

Thousands of women who were secretly filmed by a doctor during gynaecological exams are to share a payout of $190m (£111m).

Nikita Levy, who worked at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore for 25 years, was accused of secretly filming and taking photos of more than 9,000 women, often using a camera hidden in a pen.

He killed himself last year as authorities decided whether to file criminal charges over what happened at one of the world’s top medical centres.

A federal investigation led to roughly 1,200 videos and 140 images being discovered on computers in his home.

The lawyer representing the patients said the women were distraught when they found out they had been filmed.

“All of these women were brutalised by this,” Jonathan Schochor said.

“Some of these women needed counselling, they were sleepless, they were dysfunctional in the workplace, they were dysfunctional at home, they were dysfunctional with their mates.

“This breach of trust, this betrayal – this is how they felt.”

A DOCTOR hired by police to examine victims of sexual assaults is accused of inappropriately touching patients, a professional misconduct hearing was told.

Adekunle Adeosun, 58, a former doctor at Dipple Medical Centre, in Wickford Avenue, Pitsea, is faced with five professional misconduct charges relating to allegedly sexually-motivated inappropriate treatments he carried out on girls between 2006 and 2009.

One of the alleged victims was as young as 12 at the time.

The medic, who lived in Uplands Road, Benfleet, was a director of the South Essex Emergency Doctors Service until late 2007.

He could be banned from practice if he is found guilty of inappropriate sexual behaviour with five female patients after a two week Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service hearing that began yesterday.

One charge centres on an allegation made while he was a forensic medical examiner for the Met Police at its Newham Sapphire Unit for victims of sex attacks in east London.

It is alleged that on July 19 2009 he saw a woman, known only as “Patient D”, concerning sickness and vomiting.

The hearing was told he requested she remove her upper clothing and bra without sufficient clinical justification and he did not explain at all why this was needed. It was also claimed he placed his hand on top of her right breast and did not offer her the chance to undress behind a modesty screen.

Around six weeks later, on September 3, 2009, while working for Primecare as an out-of-hours GP, he saw “Patient E”, then aged 12, about abdominal pain.

He is accused of also getting her to remove her bra without clinical reason.

Allegations have been made by three other girls.

The first incident was alleged to have happened on September 3 2006, while he worked at the Young People’s Advisory Service Clinic at Great Oaks, Basildon.

The tribunal heard he saw “Patient A”, who was having her first Depo-Provera contraceptive injection, and asked her to pull her trousers half way down, cupped her left buttock and repeatedly dabbed the injection site on her right one.

Six months later, on March 15 2007, while working for the outof- hours service at Thurrock Hospital, it was alleged he requested a 14-year-old girl who came in with a possible chest infection to remove her upper clothing and bra without clinical justification and failed to explain why this was needed.

The tribunal heard of another similar offence against a woman who came into the Dipple Medical Centre in October 2007 making similar allegations, including that he placed a stethoscope inside her bra and onto one of her nipples.

The service says his conduct in relation to all five offences was “inappropriate and sexually- motivated and his fitness to practise is impaired because of misconduct.”

A spokeswoman for NHS England Essex area team said: “Dr Adeosun is not on the Essex Medical Performer List and is no longer practising as a GP in Essex.

“While GMC proceedings are ongoing it would be inappropriate to comment further.”

It is unclear if Dr Adekunle Adeosun has been investigated by police over the alleged offences.

An Essex Police spokesman said it had no record of him, while the Met Police did not respond at the time of going to press.

An NHS England spokeswoman added: “It is not for the NHS to refer these cases to police, but individual patients who were advised to contact the General Medical Council and police.”

Dr Adeosun left Dipple Medical Centre after being made bankrupt by the HMRC over an unpaid tax bill.

The then Primary Care Trust axed his contract after he was made bankrupt at the High Court in October 2010 following an HMRC petition concerning £247,000 alleged unpaid tax.

Dr Adeosun, who had 2,000 patients, got the disputed sum down to £90,000, but still had to lay off 16 staff and close his practice – despite more than 250 patients signing a petition for him to keep his contract in spring 2011.

His financial problems continued and in October 2012, after he was discharged over the first bankruptcy, he was made bankrupt again over an undisclosed sum.

At the time of his first bankruptcy, Dr Adeosun, who was also a private landlord with a number of rental properties, said it was unpaid rent by tenants who had damaged some of his properties that caused his woes.

The Echo tried to contact him at his home in Uplands Road, Benfleet, yesterday.

However,aman who answered said: “We bought the house off him last September. We didn’t know anything about this, but people are often coming round chasing unpaid debts.

“He left no forwarding address and we understand he has left the country.”

A newborn twin boy died because managers at an overstretched maternity unit failed to make proper checks on whether a bungling doctor was up to the job.

Dr Olufemi Dina was allowed to work only under the supervision of a consultant after being blamed for the death of a young mother following childbirth, and also after falsifying medical records.

But with a severe shortage of staff, managers at the unit where he had been working as a locum for three days allowed him to take charge of delivering Natalya Almond’s twin boys.

The first, Lien, was born safely, but his brother, Arron, was deprived of oxygen when his head got stuck for 20 minutes, and suffered severe brain damage.

Yet Dr Dina still placed him on his mother’s chest – only for her to see to her horror that he had turned grey and wasn’t breathing. Arron died after three weeks on a life support machine.

After a lengthy battle to learn the truth, Mrs Almond and her husband Neil, from Darwen, Lancashire, have now been awarded more than £50,000 after the hospital accepted Arron would probably have survived had he been delivered competently.

Dr Dina, 49, who was found to have ‘communication problems’ because English is not his first language, was later banned from practising for lying to investigators. But the Almonds are furious that none of the staff who put him in charge of such a complicated birth have been disciplined.

‘You put your trust in these people and believe that they know best,’ said Mrs Almond, 27. ‘Now we know managers at the hospital knew he wasn’t competent enough to deliver my twins but simply left him to it.

‘We feel the people who let him work that night are partly responsible for what happened.’

A foreign doctor who killed a patient while working in Britain was branded ‘grotesque’ yesterday for taking legal action against one of his victim’s sons because he called him an ‘animal’.

Daniel Ubani was on his first shift in the UK providing out-of-hours cover when he injected David Gray, 70, with ten times the safe amount of pain killer diamorphine.

An inquest later found he was unfamiliar with the drug and had poor English.

The Nigerian-born medic was struck off by the General Medical Council but was able to continue working in his adopted country of Germany after the authorities there let him off with a nine-month suspended prison sentence and a small fine.

Mr Gray’s furious sons Stuart and Rory, confronted their father’s killer at a medical conference in Lindau, Bavaria, where he was plugging his cosmetic surgery clinic the day after snubbing the GMC hearing.

In dramatic scenes, the brothers called him a ‘charlatan’ and a ‘killer’ and demanded he explain his ‘colossal blunder’.

Shortly before they were thrown out, Rory muttered to his brother that Ubani was an ‘animal’ – something he believes he was unaware of until it was mentioned in legal documents long after the incident.

Ubani, 71, is now suing Rory, who lives in Germany and works for the country’s weather office, for lost earnings.

He is claiming €1,148 for the loss of a speaking fee after leaving the conference in 2010 and €2,250 for legal fees – a total of around £2,700.

The action also includes a demand that Rory will not describe him as an animal in future after he ignored a lawyers letter insisting he confirmed in writing he would not use the word again.

Bizarrely, the case is almost identical to one Ubani brought against the Grays in August 2010.

On that occasion his claim for compensation was thrown out and he had to pay the brothers’ legal costs.

The German court also ruled they could refer to him as a ‘charlatan and a killer’ but not describe him as an ‘animal’. Ubani later lost an appeal at Munich High Court.

Rory, 49, told the Daily Mail: ‘It is grotesque. He has already taken this to court once and lost everything except the bit about calling him an animal. He wasn’t even aware of that until I produced a transcript from a camcorder recording I made at the conference.

That was not how things turned out, of course. Illegal immigration increased, and more Americans lost their jobs. Only corporate America benefited from the cheap, illegal labor. So why, if immigration and free trade are bad for the proletariat, whom the left claims they support, is the left not condemning immigration and free trade? The answer comes to us in Orwell’s Animal Farm. The leftist pig who is running things proclaims: “All animals are equal but some are more equal than others.” It’s all about race. The white, blue collar workers are no longer part of the proletariat because they are not “the people.” I recently heard a ‘60s Marxist lamenting that the left no longer supports the white working class but only supports the Hispanics and black working class. Such theologians come from the ‘race has nothing to do with Western culture’ school of thought, but if race had nothing to do with Christian Europe, then why didn’t the red Indians, the black Africans, the yellow Asians, and the brown Mexicans develop Christian cultures? And why, now that the whites have become negro worshippers rather than the Christ bearers, have the colored races not picked up the Christian mantle? Why is Islam and Voodoo triumphant in Africa; the old time religions of sexual perversion, cruelty, and Fu Manchu-ism triumphant in Asia; and the blood faith of the Aztecs reappearing in Mexico? Why is it necessary to state the obvious? Race matters. The Europeans must reestablish their blood relationship with Jesus Christ, or the European people will be consumed by the colored hordes, who will not preserve the true faith – quite the contrary, they will have a religion of Satan.

My father is currently on his death bed in one of those modern monstrosities called a hospital. The tortures of the damned in Dante’s Inferno pale in contrast to the tortures inflicted on the poor souls in modern hospitals. Run by nameless bureaucrats who have only a financial, statistical interest in generic humanity and staffed by hard-hearted Asians at the higher levels and savage blacks at the lower levels, our hospitals are monuments to the inhumanity of man to man that the liberals told us would pass away once the Christian white man passed away. At my father’s deathbed, I felt an incredible desire to anesthetize myself from existence – to divorce myself from humanity, because my humanity was giving me pain, the pain of watching my father die slowly by inches and the pain of knowing that this too was my promised end. Only His words of the life eternal and the witness of His people that He was truly the Suffering Servant who redeemed the world gave me the trembling, shaky faith to stay within the confines of humanity and continue to “see life feelingly.”

We are all on that sad height that Dylan Thomas wrote of so eloquently and feelingly. That depth of feeling, a spiritual horror at the extinction of a human personality, is the lasting, irreplaceable legacy of the antique Europeans to all mankind. From that deep, deep European longing for the “touch of a vanished hand, and the sound of a voice that is still” we derive our faith in Christ. We are all, we Europeans, part Ivan Karamazov, rejecting God because of suffering and death, but are we not also part Alyosha Karamazov, loving the Man of Sorrows and placing our hope in Him? We Europeans once chose that better part represented by Alyosha Karamazov, and we must go back to that Faith, the one, true, life-sustaining faith, and leave the propositional Christianity of the theologians and the barbaric heathen faiths of the colored tribesmen in hell where they belong.

I think the liberals’ incredible, intense, Shylockian hatred of the white man and their reverence for the colored barbarians stems from the fact that the white Christian Europeans did not provide their people with an anaesthetic to help them deal with the fact that all mortal men must suffer and die. The Asians were able to distance themselves from humanity with Confucianism and amuse themselves with their cults of cruelty while the black and brown tribesmen found oblivion in sex and blood. The antique Europeans, the white Christian warriors of the spirit, disdained spirit-deadening opiate creeds and faiths. Armed only with their vision of Christ Crucified, Christ Risen, they looked the great Gorgon Death in the face and saw that death was swallowed up in victory through Christ. Without that vision, the white man is a pathetic caricature of a human being, slavishly worshipping the colored races and trying to lap up the blood from their heathen altars in the hopes that those nightmares about pain, suffering, and death will cease. But the nightmares won’t stop – they will just get worse – and the liberals will step up their attack on white people and intensify their slavish adoration of the black race in a desperate effort to end the nightmares.

We do not have to passively submit to our own extermination. The liberals’ nightmare, life without the opiates of the colored races, is not our nightmare. Our nightmare is a world devoid of the faith, hope, and charity that existed in Christian Europe. Such is the nightmarish world we live in, but those of us who carry the vision of another world in our hearts must fight for it. The vision of Christ, our only hope in this world and the next, comes to us through the people of our racial hearth fire. We must abide there and fight there if we are to prevail against the pestilence of liberal despair and colored barbarism.

(1) My father lives urban, so he caught the brunt of our brave new world. Cold-hearted bureaucrats make up the hospital rules that dictate illegal aliens get treatment while old white men who paid for the illegals’ medical care are left to languish alone in emergency waiting rooms. If you do get a room, you will be treated by Asian doctors and black aides. Is this the promised end? The masters of cruelty presiding over a staff of black barbarians?

If you live in a rural white area, you might have better luck than my father, but can there be any doubt the hospital my father went to is the utopian model of the future? Not only have the liberals failed to alleviate the physical pain that goes along with sickness and death, they have also succeeded in undermining man’s hope that his suffering and death will be redeemed by Christ. Sentry, are you there?The liberals say, “No, He is not there, but you can leave all your money to the N.A.A.C.P. to insure that diversity will continue.” And the clergy tell us, “He may or may not be there, but you can leave all your money to some Christian organization that supports diversity.” What a comfort! The old European way to die is still the only way to die:

Freya Wells, from Wallington, south London, was taken to Kingston Hospital with breathing difficulties, vomiting and diarrhoea in November 2012.

The inquest heard a senior doctor over-ruled a more junior doctor’s suggestion to give Freya intravenous drugs. Freya died the next day from septic shock.

At West London Coroner’s Court a narrative verdict was delivered.

Assistant coroner Dr Sean Cummings said Freya’s death was contributed to in a major part by neglect.

During the inquest, Dr Hilary Towse, a paediatric senior house officer, told the court she tried to convince paediatrics registrar Dr Rosita Ibrahim to call for a consultant to examine the girl in the early hours of 22 November.

She also said Freya should be given fluids and intravenous (IV) drugs rather than oral medication, but Dr Ibrahim disagreed with her.

Dr Ibrahim told the court that, despite Freya’s high heart and respiratory rates, she followed guidelines which stated that children suffering from severe pneumonia should be given oral antibiotics to reduce their discomfort.

She added she had planned for the next dose of antibiotics to be given by IV.

Dr Ibrahim told the court: “I realise now it should not have been the case. She should have received intravenous antibiotics right after her vomit in A&E.”

Dr Cummings said he would be writing to the General Medical Council recommending that Dr Ibrahim be suspended pending a formal investigation into her actions.

A disgraced doctor who killed a British man due to an appalling blunder over his painkillers is suing the dead man’s son in Germany because he missed a post-conference dinner.

Rory Gray and his brother Stuart disrupted a speech he was giving at a conference on plastic surgery in the German town of Lindau in 2010, calling him a ‘charlatan and killer’.

Both men were arrested but later released.

Dr Daniel Ubani is demanding 2,800 euros – plus legal and court costs – from Rory Gray who lives in Germany.

Ubani, who lives in the former western German industrial town of Witten, came to the UK in 2008 as a locum because he wanted extra money.

He was working for an out-of-hours medical service  when he gave 70-year-old David Gray a fatal injection in Cambridgeshire.

Ubani confused the amount of painkiller he should give renal patient Mr Gray; in the end he gave him ten times the dosage of diamorphine he should have done.

Mr Gray died within minutes at his home in Manea, Cambridgeshire, on 16 February 2008.

Coroner William Morris later ruled his death ‘gross negligence and manslaughter’ and issued 11 recommendations to the Department of Health for the improvement of out-of-hours GP services

An arrest warrant was issued in the UK for Ubani to be extradited to stand trial.

But he cut a dubious deal with German prosecutors that allowed him to receive a fine – by post – together with a nine month suspended jail sentence for causing death by negligence.
