Cops never relax around blacks, but they still end up dead.

Ultimately, these creatures will always be a threat to us as long as they remain in our countries.

Star-Telegram:

The two surviving suspects in the Friday shooting of a Fort Worth undercover police officer now face charges of capital murder, police said Saturday.

Garrett Hull, a 17-year veteran described as the “cement” of his robbery unit, died Friday night after being shot early Friday morning as he tried to apprehend three robbery suspects.

Police shot and killed Dacion Steptoe, 23, during the incident. He died in the driveway of a house in the 3500 block of May Street, about a block away from the Los Vaqueros bar he and two other suspects robbed, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner and police.

Neither of the suspects who survived, 23-year-old Samuel Mayfield and 33-year-old Timothy Huff, are believed to have fired a weapon during the confrontation, police said.

Police Chief Joel Fitzgerald said Mayfield had active warrants for assault causing bodily injury, possession of marijuana and theft when he was arrested.

Mayfield also faces charges of 10 counts of aggravated robbery, because there were 10 patrons in the bar, and one count of attempted capital murder, because another officer was near Hull when Steptoe opened fire, police said.

Huff is also facing 10 counts of aggravated robbery and one count of attempted capital murder.

Officer Perry Renn was killed during a shootout with the Black career criminal.

The man charged in the death of Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Officer Perry Renn now officially faces the death penalty.

Earlier this month, Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry said he would seek the death penalty in Major Davis Jr.’s murder case.Davis is charged with murder, accusing of shooting and killing Officer Renn in July at 34th Street and Forest Manor Avenue.

Davis had an appearance in a Marion County courtroom Tuesday morning where afterward officials confirmed to 24-Hour News 8 he now faces the death penalty.

“It is clear that there are those in our city who believe that our police officers are fair game,” Curry said earlier in August. “Make no mistake, we will prosecute you to the maximum extent possible under the law.”

davis-perp
Major Davis Jr. has been arrested countless times for drugs and guns since the age of 16.

Curry said there were two aggravating circumstances that support a death penalty case: that Davis killed Renn while Renn was on duty as a police officer, and that the murder was motivated by an act Renn performed while acting in the course of his duty as an officer.

A jury trial in Davis’ case is scheduled for Dec. 1.

This is the second death penalty case Curry has announced this summer. In July, he announced Kenneth Rackemann would face the death penalty if convicted in a quadruple murder.

Deputy U.S. Marshal Warren “Sneak” Lewis was shot three times through a closed door, by a Black suspected killer.

A man has pleaded guilty to murdering a sheriff’s deputy who also served as a deputy U.S. marshal.

Lamont Deshawn Byrd (pictured left), 21, pleaded guilty Monday in Raleigh to one count of first-degree murder of an officer of the United States, announced U.S. Attorney Thomas G. Walker.

Byrd killed Warren Basco “Sneak” Lewis (pictured right) –a deputy with the Nash County Sheriff’s Office and a special deputy U.S. marshal– on June 9, 2011, investigators said.

According to investigators, Byrd, Kion Tyearl Dail and two other juveniles shot Thomas Terrell Hinton in the chest on June 2, 2011 in Kinston, killing the victim. The suspects then allegedly stole the victim’s bicycle.

On June 9, 2011, Kinston officers and U.S. marshals searched a residence on West Lenoir Avenue to find the suspects. The upstairs apartment at the home was empty, but two shotguns were located. Laboratory testing revealed that Byrd had possessed the weapons, investigators said.

The half-asleep Lamont Deshawn Byrd pleaded guilty to the killing.

Later that day, law enforcement officers went back to the residence to search an apartment that was downstairs. But as Deputy U.S. Marshal Lewis was coming down the stairs, Byrd shot three times through the closed door, hitting Lewis all three times, investigators said.

After realizing he had shot an officer, Byrd was heard saying, “See what you made me do?,” investigators recalled. Byrd then handed the weapon to another individual to hide, authorities said.

The suspects came out after a 20-minute standoff, said investigators. The weapon used to shoot Lewis, a Berretta .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol, was found in a banker’s box in a closet and had Byrd’s DNA on it, according to authorities. The gun had been stolen from a residence three weeks prior.

Lewis was taken to a hospital, where he died from his injuries. He is survived by his wife and two daughters.

According to the plea agreement, Byrd has also been charged in state court and will plead guilty to murder charges.

Byrd’s sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 3. He faces a life-term of imprisonment followed by up to five years of supervised release.

Jeff Westerfield had recently attended to a domestic disturbance between the Black animal and his mate.

Authorities say a suspect with a lengthy criminal record has been charged in the death of a Gary, Ind. police officer earlier this month.

Lake County Ind. Sheriff John Buncich said Carl Blount, 26, faces one count of murder.

“The work that went into this is unbelievable,” Buncich said while crediting a variety of police agencies Thursday. “Each and every one of these investigators were driven by the ardent desire to find those responsible for the murder of one of our own.”

Veteran Gary Police Officer Jeff Westerfield was shot and killed in the driver seat of his patrol car at 26th Avenue and Van Buren Place on July 6. Westerfield was one of several officers who had responded to a domestic disturbance between Blount and his girlfriend hours before.

Police took people into custody early on. Buncich said Blount has an extensive criminal record dating back to 2007 that includes allegations of resisting arrest and battering officers. When asked to explain Blount’s motive in Westerfield’s slaying, the sheriff replied: “He’s just a violent individual.”

Carl Blount shot the Police officer because that is what violent sub-human animals are prone to doing.
Carl Blount shot the Police officer because that is what violent sub-human animals are prone to doing.

The suspect’s half-brother implicated Blount in the slaying, Buncich said.

Family members of Westerfield expressed relief that a suspect has been charged.

Prosecutors will consider making the slaying a death-penalty case, the sheriff told reporters at a news conference.

“I am pleased that the suspect has been charged, and I hope this brings a certain amount of relief to the family and the men and women of the Gary Police Department,” Gary Mayor Karen Freeman-Wilson said in a written statement. “However, we are still mourning the loss of one of our own and expect that Blount and anyone else involved be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”

There’s still work to be done on the case, Buncich said. The .40-caliber handgun Blount is believed to have used in the murder — stolen from Indianapolis — has not been recovered, authorities said.

Police are still looking for information that would help convict Blount. Local authorities have offered a $10,000 reward, and federal authorities have offered a separate $10,000, the sheriff said. Information can be phoned to these numbers: (219) 755-3346 and (800) 750-2746.

Cpl. Jimmie Norman was chasing the Black suspect when he turned around and started firing a gun at him.

Jurors have found a man guilty of capital murder in the fatal shooting of a Bellaire police officer in 2012.

It didn’t take long for the verdict to be reached against Harlem Lewis, who fatally shot Corporal Jimmy Norman and business owner Terry Taylor. Police say Lewis shot and killed Corporal Norman and Taylor, who owned an auto repair shop, outside that business during a traffic stop on Christmas Eve 2012.

Lewis, 21, was also shot during the pursuit that followed, but has since recovered from his injuries.

Jurors now must decide if Lewis will receive the death penalty. The sentencing phase begins Monday.

Earlier today, prosecutors and defense attorneys made their final cases within about 30 minutes this afternoon.

Judge Mark Kent Ellis agreed to let jurors consider a murder charge in addition to the original capital murder charge. This means if Lewis is convicted on the murder charge, he could spend up to life in prison and be eligible for parole. Jurors can also send him to death row.

During closing arguments, defense attorney Patrick McCann told jurors, “The tragic circumstances of Mr. Taylor’s death, we own, Harlem got up there and told you that. He also told you he didn’t want to hurt the officer and the gun went off.”

Harris County DA Devon Anderson countered in her closing, saying, “This is a capital murder because two men went to work and they both were murdered for absolutely no reason. It’s time to convict him of capital murder.”

Harlem_Lewis_III_t670x470
Harlem Harold Lewis has a history of drug use and behavioral issues – he’s Black, basically.

Earlier today, Lewis testified in his own defense, spending about about an hour answering questions from his attorneys and prosecutors.

In the first set of questions, Lewis’ attorneys asked him if he’d been scared the day he shot both Corporal Norman and Taylor at the end of that traffic stop.

On the stand, Lewis testified he didn’t mean to shoot Norman. He said it was a struggle.

McCann asked Lewis, “As a result of the struggle with you, what happened?”

“The gun went off,” said Lewis.

Prosecutor Anna Emmons questioned Lewis aggressively, asking “You executed him, didn’t you?”

“Yes, ma’am, out of fear,” said Lewis.

“Out of fear? You chose to do this,” said Emmons.

“Yes ma’am,” responded Lewis.

We spoke with McCann outside the courtroom.

“Certainly it showed, which is what we tried to show all along, and that’s that he never went looking for a confrontation. It was a struggle,” he said. “What happened after that, again from shock and adrenaline, is tragic.”

Police Officer Jeffrey Westerfield leaves behind four daughters.

Authorities say they didn’t have to go far to make three arrests in the fatal shooting of a Gary police officer: Police found them all in a home less than a block away.

Sheriff John Buncich described one of the men as a “person of interest” in the slaying of Officer Jeffrey Westerfield, who was killed as he sat in his patrol car Sunday morning.

Buncich said the other two were arrested along with the suspect about 3 p.m. at a home in the 2600 block of Jackson Street, around the corner from where Westerfield was killed.

“All three are being questioned,” Buncich said Sunday evening. No charges have been announced.

He said the department, which led the investigation, received a “series of tips” that led them to the residence. “It was some good police work. Very intense police work that paid off,” he said.

Westerfield, 47, was found slumped in his car by a motorist around 5:45 a.m. at the intersection of 26th and Van Buren streets, Police Chief Wade Ingram said at a morning news conference.

Westerfield was pronounced dead at 6:36 a.m., according to the Lake County coroner’s office.

Westerfield was in the driver’s seat of his patrol car, but Ingram could not say if his service weapon was found on him. Shell casings were recovered from the scene, he said.

“A citizen called police and said they saw an officer parked at that location,” Ingram said. “The citizen got out of his car and noticed the officer was unresponsive and called 911.”

The officer had answered a call to the area earlier in the day and police were investigating whether it was related to his death, Ingram said.

“We don’t think it was a traffic stop,” the chief said. “It may have stemmed from something earlier. . .We do have several leads.”

Westerfield had been on the force for 19 years and had four “beautiful daughters,” Ingram said. His birthday was Sunday.

Capture
He was killed by three of these.

Mayor Karen Freeman-Wilson said the officer’s death “is devastating to the department, it’s devastating to the community.”

Kimberly Robinson, who trained with Westerfield, said he was a “happy family man, a nice guy.”

Westerfield had been married to a Gary police sergeant and had recently gotten engaged, Ingram said. “Officer Westerfield made the ultimate sacrifice this morning.”

Westerfield’s fiancee, Denise Cather, told WGN-TV she is trying to keep her children calm after telling them the bad news. She is angry, she said, and wants answers about the death of the man she called her “best friend.’’

“I want the man or the kids or whoever it is. . .I want them caught,’’ she said. “I want them to look at me in the eye and tell me why they killed my fiance.”

Cather said she wanted everyone to know what a wonderful person Westerfield was.

“My oldest daughter, he took her as his own too,’’ she said. “He took my grandchildren as his own. He was a fantastic man,’’ Cather said. “He was wonderful, he had a heart of gold. He’d help anybody — all they had to do was call.’’

Cather and Westerfield had been engaged for two years and had known each other for about 20 years. They were going to be married Aug. 24. “We were in the middle of moving, we just bought a house,’’ she said.

The two were going to go to dinner for his birthday and ride their bikes to the lake, something they liked to do as much as they could. “We’d go out there, have ice cream and look at the water.’’

Cather got the news shortly after waking up Sunday morning. “Wake up, look out your window and see six squad cars outside your house? You pretty much know what happened,’’ Cather said. “That’s a way to wake up, right?”

“This is senseless…I just lost my best friend.’’

Off-duty Vermilion Parish sheriff’s deputy Allen Bares Jr. was shot multiple times and left for dead by feral Black thugs who had just burgled a house.

What did these creatures think they were going to achieve by killing a White cop? Did they seriously think they would be able to get away with their burglary, if they just shot and killed that one Police officer?

Its not like they just shot him once so they could make their get away, they shot him multiple times and left him for dead.

Crimes like this will not be prevented by hiring more Black Police officers, they can only be prevented by ensuring there are no Blacks living anywhere that White people are.

Quintygi Richard and Miguel Comeaux have been arrested for helping the suspects avoid capture.

From KATC:

Two more people have been arrested in connection with the Monday shooting death of off-duty Vermilion Parish sheriff’s deputy Allen Bares Jr.

According to State Police, Quintygi Richard, 24, and Miguel Comeaux, 28, both of Abbeville, were arrested on charges of accessory to first-degree murder for helping the shooting suspects elude capture on the day the shooting took place.

Comeaux turned himself into detectives at the Abbeville Police Department shortly after 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. No bond has been set.

Quintygi Richard was arrested at a home in Abbeville and is being held on a $100,000 bond.

Quintylan Richard, 20, and Baylon Taylor, 19, were arrested Monday night on charges of first-degree murder and burglary.

Bares, a 12-year veteran of the Vermilion Parish Sheriff’s Office, was near the intersection of South Hospital Drive and Cougar Drive outside Abbeville when he saw Taylor and Richard acting suspiciously.

Baylon Taylor has been arrested for first degree murder and burglary.

State Police say Bares identified himself to the suspects and contacted the Vermilion Parish Sheriff’s Office. He requested that deputies be dispatched to the location to investigate the situation.

When deputies arrived, they found Bares had been shot multiple times. Taylor and Richard allegedly stole Bares’ vehicle and fled after the shooting.

The vehicle was located a short time later in south Abbeville. Several agencies from multiple parishes responded to the area and established a perimeter. Taylor was taken into custody without incident in Abbeville. Richard was located in Kaplan and was taken into custody without incident.

Detectives later learned that both men burglarized a home on South Hospital Drive shortly before shooting Deputy Bares.

Bares was transported to Abbeville General Hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries.

He is survived by his wife and two children.

This case remains under investigation.

Detective Charles “Chuck” Dinwiddie died after being shot by the Black thug when he went to search his apartment for drugs.

The man accused of shooting four Killeen officers, one of whom died from his injuries, as they served a search warrant at his Killeen apartment, has pleaded not guilty to charges of attempted capital murder.

Marvin Louis Guy was arraigned on charges Thursday in Bell County.

The Black says he is not guilty of murder. Maybe he didn’t realize that shooting someone in the face could kill them.

Authorities went to an apartment in the 1100 block of Circle M Dr. to serve a search warrant on May 9. When Detective Chuck Dinwiddie and another officer tried to enter the apartment, Guy and a 49-year-old woman opened fire on authorities, hitting Dinwiddie in the face and Officer Odis Denton in the leg.

Detective Charles “Chuck” Dinwiddie succumbed to his injuries at Scott & White Hospital on May 11.

Officer Denton is expected to make a full recovery. The two other officers who were shot at were treated and released, thanks to their protective gear.

Police Officer Victor Decker. Why do these scum always kill our nice guys, never our human refuse.

The widow of slain Norfolk police Officer Victor Decker said she’s been told charges will be dropped Monday against a man accused of killing her husband.

Raymond Lewis Perry faces several counts including capital murder in the 2010 slaying. Prosecutors dropped charges in March against Kareem Hasson Turner, the other man accused in the case.

Prosecutors soon after said they would no longer seek the death penalty against Perry. Now, Dawn Decker says the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office has informed her that Perry’s charges also will be dropped.

Attorneys and other officials are under a judge’s order not to discuss the case. An unplanned motions hearing was added late Friday to Monday’s Circuit Court docket.

Decker was found dead in October 2010, shot while off-duty after attending a fundraiser at the former Atlantis Gentlemen’s Club on Oceana Boulevard.

His case went cold for nearly two years. Perry was charged in summer 2012 with capital murder, first-degree murder, robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Turner was charged a few months later with murder, use of a firearm and robbery.

victor2copy-lowres
Taken from a tribute a friend made to him.

Both maintained they did not kill Decker. Their attorneys said the case against them was built on the testimony of jailhouse informants, who should not be trusted.

When he dropped the charges against Turner, Commonwealth’s Attorney Colin Stolle said his office had discovered that one witness, and possibly two, had been lying. Without their testimony, he did not have enough evidence to prosecute.

Stolle said a week later he would no longer seek the death penalty for Perry because of those same two witnesses.

Turner walked free from the Virginia Beach city jail in March, but Perry is serving nearly 97 years in prison for other crimes.

Perry’s trial had been scheduled to begin Sept. 30.

The widow of Officer Curtis speaks after the hearing.

Dontae Morris will be put to death for the 2010 murders of two Tampa Police officers.

Morris showed no emotion as Judge William Fuente sentenced him Friday morning. Last year, a jury convicted him of murdering TPD Officers Dave Curtis and Jeff Kocab. The jury recommended the death penalty.

“Jeff and Dave, they died as heroes. They died protecting those who can’t protect themselves,” said TPD Deputy Chief Brian Dugan after the sentencing.

Kelly Curtis spoke on behalf of both officers’ families minutes after learning her late husband’s killer will be executed.

“We’ve been able to find closure on our own with the help of our faith. But it is very comforting to know that our justice system has worked today,” she said.

Curtis also thanked the community and the TPD family for its support throughout the years.

“Dave and Jeff died as heroes trying to protect this community and it is our hope that they are always remembers in that manner,” Curtis said.

TPD tweeted after the hearing:

“Although today we breathe a sigh of relief, our hearts still weep for Jeff and Dave. #GoneButNeverForgotten”

Mayor Bob Buckhorn released the statement below in response to the sentencing today of Dontae Morris:

“Our entire community was changed the day that Dontae Morris took the lives of our officers. Each step along the way has brought us to where we are today. It began with the manhunt and later the arrest of Morris, and in November, with one voice, the jury said that he will never have the opportunity to inflict evil on our community again. With today’s sentencing, there is justice and finally, closure.

“After it all, let’s choose to celebrate the lives of Dave and Jeff, and to be grateful for the years they shared with their families, their friends, and our community.”

Morris is currently serving a life sentence for an unrelated murder. He’s also awaiting trial on two other unrelated murder cases.

Morris will be transferred to the Florida State Prison. He’ll returned to the Hillsborough County Courthouse in December for a pre-trial hearing for one of his other cases.
