The latest string of smash-and-grab attacks on high-end stores in California should not be called looting as that would be racist, two criminal justice experts told the media and police.

The lecture on linguistics came after the San Francisco Bay area police departments had described a series of brazen thefts at luxury retail outlets over the weekend as looting. Lorenzo Boyd, a professor of criminal justice and community policing at the University of New Haven, told ABC7 news channel on Tuesday that the term has strong racial connotations and is typically used when “people of color or urban dwellers are doing something.” Boyd, a former deputy sheriff in Boston, went on to claim that when people of different ethnicity “do the exact same thing,” such criminal acts are rarely called looting.

Martin Reynolds, co-executive director of the Robert C. Maynard Institute of Journalism Education, concurred, saying that it “seems like it’s an organized smash-and-grab robbery. This doesn’t seem like looting.”

Both experts concluded that the media ought to be careful in their choice of words, as “people draw their own conclusions, if the terminologies that you use are tethered to people’s understanding of how they have been used in the past,” Reynolds opined. The two experts surmised that some outlets had chosen the word ‘looting’ intentionally, in a bid to link the crime spree to the Kyle Rittenhouse trial.

Boyd and Reynolds’ advice caught flak online, with many conservatives on social media saying that the experts’ comments were nothing but political correctness gone mad or a diversionary tactic intended to shift the focus away from the actual crime problem.

Over the weekend, Southern California saw multiple ‘smash-and-grab’ attacks on luxury stores as well as at least one pharmacy, where groups totaling as many as 50 criminals, brazenly snatched garments, jewelry and other goods, and then fled the scene in cars. It even came to physical violence when dozens stormed a Nordstrom store on Saturday night, kicking and punching two employees and pepper-spraying another one.

Some have suggested the criminals are knowingly taking advantage of California’s law that took effect in 2014 and which stipulates that an individual caught shoplifting goods that are worth less than $950 in total will get away with a misdemeanor charge. Critics say this lenient approach only serves to bolster thieves.

California Governor Gavin Newsom vowed on Monday to come down hard on the robbers, adding that he wants “people prosecuted and we want people to feel safe.”

If he wanted that, then why did he create the situation in the first place?

He refused to name others in the crowd, but according to the report said they had all come from a party on the city’s south side.

The negro is never responsible for its own behavior. Ever. It’s always caused by “racism,” the “legacy of slavery” or pilgrims. The negro doesn’t have to live with its own kind in Africa. The American negro should thank whatever wooden idols their savage tribes worship for this privilege every single day. Lifted out of the all against all on jewish slave ships and brought to the land of White prosperity, far from the pathology the genetic alien generates when left completely to their own devices. Even the most marginally “well-behaved negro” can expect to be promoted far above their abilities and be completely secure in this unearned position no matter how inept. Don’t worry, Whites will cover the predictable failure, until their aren’t any and it all crashes down like in Detroit or Baltimore.

When the negro turns on the talmudvision they can expect to see their kind presented front and center. We support a failed race, give them special rights and endless “cash money” gibs me dats and there is no discernible improvement in their predictable behavior. The time for a half-slave (White tax payers) and half-free (negro tax suckers) country must end. All bets were off after a chair-hurling brawl broke out Friday night at the grand opening of a Fat Tuesday New Orleans-style daiquiri bar inside the Resorts World Casino in Queens, officials said.

About two dozen people were involved in the 10 p.m. brawl at the Ozone Park casino next to Aqueduct Racetrack, cops said.

There were approximately 300 people waiting in long drink lines when the fighting erupted, cops said.

“It looks like 15-20 people were actually fighting amongst 300-400 patrons who were terrified and trying to get out of the way. It looked way worse than it was,” a police source told the Daily News.

According to a mid level appeals court in Florida, a chimpanzee is not a person and is not entitled to basic legal rights, despite having some similarities to humans.

Presiding Justice Karen Peters declared in her decision: “Needless to say, unlike human beings, chimpanzees cannot bear any legal duties, submit to societal responsibilities or be held legally accountable for their action”

All of that could just as easily apply to Negroes and be demonstrated by taking a look at their recent behavior.

They clearly do not understand the purpose of the legal process as getting to the truth of a matter, but instead view it as being a means for revenge, as shown by their refusal to accept the lawful verdict in the Michael Brown case and before that, in the Trayvon case. They have no tradition of having any systems of law and at no point in history have they ever shown the ability to dispense justice, or even shown that they have a basic sense of conscience.

They have no societal responsibilities whatsoever, being incapable of forming a society that functions at a level beyond that of a troop of chimpanzees, where the biggest chimp rules the roost and does whatever he likes to the weaker ones.

Just like chimpanzees they drop their waste wherever they are with no thought for how that will build up over time. If they are alright now, then why would they care about anyone else or what happens in the future? There are plenty of examples of them robbing White good Samaritans that have stopped to help them, with no thought for how that will prevent other Blacks from being helped when they need it. They have no interest in adopting the unwanted infants of other Negroes and are the race that donates the least organs and blood for transplant, yet has the most need of them.

Societal responsibility is just not something they understand.

The whole point of their recent ‘protests’ has been that they do not think that they should be held legally accountable for their actions. If they want to resist arrest, then White police should just stand back and let them do so, if they want to steal an officer’s gun, then the officer should just hand it over to them. Instead of realizing that they have a huge problem with criminality by the massive discrepancy between White and Black arrests, they want to make it a law that the police cannot arrest them. If a witness to a crime says the criminal was Black, then they want the police to go and arrest someone White, because it would be ‘racial profiling’ to arrest someone that actually fit the description given of the criminal.

They obviously do not think they should be held legally accountable for their actions and there really is nothing they have ever done that says that they should be. It is through projecting our own humanity onto them that we have deceived ourselves into thinking that they should be treated as human beings.

A human being is someone who shows humane traits, like kindness, mercy, pity and benevolence. Never in the entire history of the world has the Negro race ever shown any of those traits, yet we have mistakenly conferred upon him the same legal rights that we have earned for ourselves.

Even the decision from the court makes the point that legal rights only apply to human beings, yet Negroes as a race have never shown any humanity ever.

“In our view, it is this incapability to bear any legal responsibilities and societal duties that renders it inappropriate to confer upon chimpanzees the legal rights — such as the fundamental right to liberty protected by the writ of habeas corpus — that have been afforded to human beings,” the judge ruling on the chimp case wrote.

Giving the Negro liberty in our societies has given him the liberty to behave like an animal, yet be treated as a human being. Even he knows that this is not right and constantly agitates to have the responsibility of being human removed from him. It has done him no good at all and been disastrous for us, we are now in more danger in our own homelands, than if we were in a war zone.

Giving the Negro the rights and responsibilities of a human is about as logical as doing the same for a chimpanzee.

A Joliet woman warned the cops they’d be sorry if they took off her handcuffs, police said, and then proceeded to show them she was right.

When she was freed from her cuffs, Gloria Spiva, 54, of 1111 Magnolia Ave. allegedly flailed at police with her urine-soaked sweatpants and “flicked feces at officers” after spreading it on the walls.

Spiva was in police custody following an early Saturday morning arrest on a charge of criminal damage to property. She allegedly broke two windows at a Cardinal Lane property owned by the Housing Authority of Joliet.

After she was arrested, Spiva told an officer, “You bitch, go f—k yourself. Keep the cuffs on or you’re not going to like it,” police said.

But officers uncuffed Spiva anyway, police said, at which time she relieved herself in her sweatpants and swung them at the cops, then smeared feces at them and sent it in their direction.

Spiva was subsequently charged with obstructing justice and aggravated battery to a police officer. She was taken to the Will County jail.

A 33-year-old Millvale man is wanted on on suspicion of starting a fight that led to a brawl during a punch-and-cookies reception after a kindergarten graduation Monday, prompting an elementary school to be placed on lockdown.

Raymond Walker is charged with assault and inducing panic in the 11:30 a.m. disturbance at Mt. Healthy North Elementary School, 2170 Struble Road in Springfield Township, court records show.

Walker is accused of starting a fight with another man, Dominique Garrett, and injuring him, according to police.

The dispute sparked a brawl involving up to 20 others after the 150 kindergartners graduated and were snacking on punch and cookies in the school cafeteria.

“The assault did induce panic during the assembly, causing several in attendance to be pushed,” Springfield Township police wrote in a sworn statement filed in Hamilton County Municipal Court. “The school was placed on lockdown and then eventually evacuated.”

Walker left the school before authorities arrived. His last known address is the 1900 block of Neyer Avenue in Millvale, on Dominique Garrett, Cincinnati’s west side.

Bare-ly believable footage has been revealed of an angry naked man chasing a car in Hither Green and then attacking a punter at a nearby bookies.

The nude walker was spotted hanging out on Hither Green Lane and the video, apparently taken earlier this month, shows the occupants of a car baiting him with a series of vile abusive taunts, appearing to hurl a newspaper at him.

But they may have got more than they bargained for, as the camera then captures the man banging on their car before chasing them down the street.

The group’s abuse of the man continues and he stops outside a bookies, confronting a punter before taking a swing at him and getting involved in a scuffle.

“Run him over, fam,” says one of the occupants as the car reverses to capture the fight on camera.

The final shot sees the naked man walking down the middle of the road with a pair of shorts clutched in his hand.

Reaction to the video, which has been shared more than 1,000 times online, has been mixed with some finding it funny and others concerned for the nudist’s welfare.

One user wrote: “This is really sad, and people take such things and find it funny, he obviously has some mental health problems, hope someone gives him the help he needs.”

But the person who uploaded the video speculated the man may have been caught in an amorous encounter. He wrote: “Bwoiiii……him could’ve been caught at a next man gal’s yard. Had to do a quick getaway. Lol!”

Other social media users claim to have spotted the man before. One wrote: “He must be the same man my friend keeps talkin about seeing…..he must also be the same man I saw last week sunday on the sane road. Wearing nothin but an afro, 4 hats…yes 4 hats a jeans jacket and a thong…. but I was driving and couldn’t get my phone out quick enough.”

Police are hunting a woman who was pictured urinating on a busy high street in front of horrified shoppers.

Carrying two shopping bags in tow, the woman relieved herself in front of dozens of onlookers in Northampton on Thursday.

Witness Kevin Mabbutt took the picture before posting it on Facebook.

He said: “I just couldn’t believe it. I can’t understand how anyone could do something so horrible.

“I just had to get my smartphone out and snap a photo.”

The photo has been shared widely on social media with many expressing disgust.

Police said they are still trying to identify the woman.

A police spokesperson said: “We received a call from a member of the public who was offended by a woman urinating in Abington Street, Northampton on Thursday and are working to identify her.

“CCTV is being analysed to try to find out who she is.

“At this stage it is unclear as to whether any action will be taken should she be identified.”

Note that the Police spokesman makes a point of saying that the member of the public was offended by it and that they are unsure of what to do about it. This is because the idea of a woman urinating on a street in front of shocked spectators is so offensive to civilized White people that there has been no reason to make a law against it.
