The Pennsylvania Supreme Court vacated the aggravated assault conviction of Bill Cosby on Wednesday, overturning what had been considered a milestone win in the long and difficult battle for dozens of women who had accused the comedian.

The comedian, now 83, has been accused by 60 women of misconduct including groping, sexual assault and rape dating as far back as the 1960s.

Cosby has repeatedly denied all allegations of non-consensual sex repeatedly and did so again on Wednesday following his release.

When Cosby was convicted in 2018, activists considered the jury’s decision a landmark decision in a movement in hold powerful accused abusers accountable for their sexual predation.

It was a landmark.

This is a reverse landmark.

Women are going to have to come up with another hoax!

This entire prosecution was a sham.

For all but one Cosby accuser, the statute of limitations had passed by the time a deluge of accusers went public in 2014 and 2015. That was Andrea Constand, who alleged Cosby drugged and molested her at his Pennsylvania home in 2004.

There were less than two weeks before the statute of limitations expired in Constand’s case, which was taken to prosecutors a decade earlier but never resulted in a criminal trial, when Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele filed charges against Cosby.

Steele was likely motivated to bring Constand’s case to trial, despite prosecutorial difficulties, in part because of the dozens of women who came forward against Cosby, NBC News legal analyst Danny Cevallos said.

“This was probably seen as a piece of symbolic justice,” Cevallos said. “That if they could find one person for whom it might quietly vindicate or somehow bring justice to the women who could never bring their case because the statute expired.”

The vacated conviction Wednesday had nothing to do with the credibility of the women who came forward, Cevallos said, and everything to do with the unique circumstances surrounding the decade-long journey to bring the case to fruition.

Well, it sure did destroy the credibility of this whore.

The Jews put up Bill Cosby on television in the 60s as part of their scheme to make White people believe that Blacks could be totally normal people, just like them.

A jury found Bill Cosby guilty Thursday of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman at his home near here 14 years ago, capping the downfall of one of the world’s best-known entertainers, and offering a measure of satisfaction to the dozens of women who for years have accused him of similar assaults against them.

On the second day of its deliberations at the Montgomery County Courthouse in this town northwest of Philadelphia, the jury returned to convict Mr. Cosby of three counts of aggravated indecent assault against Andrea Constand, at the time a Temple University employee he had mentored.

The three counts — penetration with lack of consent, penetration while unconscious and penetration after administering an intoxicant — are felonies, each punishable by up to 10 years in state prison, though the sentences could be served concurrently.

Also, what’s the deal with “concurrent” sentences? What’s the difference between serving one ten- year sentence, and 50 ten-year sentences, if they’re all served “concurrently?” Seems like a Jew trick to keep Blacks out of jail.

The judge at Bill Cosby’s sexual assault trial is bristling at repeated defense requests for a mistrial as the jury asks to rehear yet more testimony on its fifth day of deliberations.

Judge Steven O’Neill said Friday that he’ll let jurors work as long as they want as they try resolving a deadlock that threatened to end the case without a verdict.

After a lunch break, jurors are expected to rehear testimony from accuser Andrea Constand and her mother about phone calls with Cosby.

O’Neill criticized the Cosby team for what he says is a “misperception that there’s a time limit” on how long deliberations can last.
Cosby lawyer Brian McMonagle argued the court was “being asked to review the entire trial” with the jury’s repeated requests to rehear testimony.

Earlier Friday, Cosby thanked his fans and supporters.

I think as a general rule for life, you kinda shouldn’t be a total obsessive. You should do your best at everything, but don’t let anything become an obsession.

One exception to the no obsessions rule: If you are a man, it is totally fine to have an obsession with meaningful work. And if you don’t, you will slowly kill yourself.

There is a Philip K. Dick book called Galactic Pot Healer that deals with this concept. It was one of his most underrated works, in my opinion.

So I mean, I like the whole “is x degenerate” phenomenon as a way of analyzing the culture at large, but applying it to yourself personally will most likely drive you completely insane. We are all damaged because we were born to damaged people in an age of the damaged.

If you are blessed with autism, just try to, you know – chillax.

Boomers everywhere were thrilled that they could finally point to a black man as a good role model and moral authority, even if it was in a completely far-fetched fictional setting. Cosby started to get high off of his own farts and really believed himself to be the sweatered simian savior of the black race. This manifested itself in what is referred to as the “Pound Cake Speech,” a talk given to the NAACP where Cosby tried to tell niggers to quit being so niggery.

In a rare interview, Bill Cosby suggested that racism may be to blame for the sexual assault claims that have engulfed his career and said that he won’t testify at his trial next month.

The 79-year-old comedian spoke with SiriusXM host Michael Smerconish. The interview is Cosby’s first since 2015, when dozens of women came forward to describe being assaulted by him. Cosby largely retreated from public life two years ago, but he now faces trial in Pennsylvania for allegedly drugging and assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004.

During the 30-minute conversation, Cosby was asked whether he believes that racism has played a role in the allegations. “Could be, could be,” he answered. He described the charges as “nefarious” and said, “I just truly believe that some of it may very well be that…. When you look at the power structure and when you look at individuals, there are some people who can very well be motivated by whether or not they’re going to work or whether or not they might be able to get back at someone.”

Bill Cosby is heading to trial on charges he sexually assaulted a woman over a decade ago.

The disgraced comedian, 78, learned the news inside a Norristown, Pennsylvania courtroom on Tuesday after Montgomery County prosecutors spent the morning presenting their case to the judge and laying out why they believe they have enough evidence to send the case to trial.

Cosby decided to waive his right to a formal arraignment after the judge’s decision, which would have taken place on July 20.

Cosby is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his mansion in January 2004 and is facing three felony counts of aggravated indecent assault.

If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.

The prosecution decided not to call Cosby’s accuser to the stand on Tuesday, instead having Detective Katherine Hart read the affidavit Constand gave when she reported the alleged assault by Cosby.

That decision later led Cosby’s lawyer Brian McMonagle to call the proceedings a ‘travesty of justice.’

Leaving the courtroom McMonagle said; ‘They had 12 years to bring a case, they didn’t. And what [the prosecution] presented today was evidence of nothing.

‘They had 12 years to bring an accuser to confront Mr. Cosby, they chose not to.

‘There was no evidence of a crime here. And the inconsistencies that plagued this investigation from the beginning continue to plague it now. This case should end immediately.’

A model who has accused Bill Cosby of drugging her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008 sued the comedian on Tuesday for sexual assault.

Chloe Goins’ lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles seeks punitive damages for a variety of problems she says she has endured since the incident, including mental anguish, loss of self-esteem and dignity.

Goins’ lawyer, Spencer Kuvin, would not specify how much money the model is seeking.

“It is far too early in the process to address any questions regarding the potential for monetary damages that may result from this lawsuit,” he told FOX411. “Now that we’ve filed this lawsuit, our primary focus will be to force Mr. Cosby to publicly address the facts of the sexual assault that occurred in 2008 and hold him accountable for his vile actions.”

The lawsuit states, “Bill Cosby touched an intimate part of Chloe Goins’ body while she was seriously disabled and/or unconscious.”

Goins’ lawyer insisted there is still a chance the model’s claims could put Cosby behind bars.

The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office said last week that it is reviewing a police investigation into Goins’ allegations for a possible criminal case against Mr. Cosby. There is no timetable for when a decision will be made. Goins met with police detectives in January.

“The matter is now under review by the state’s attorney…” Kuvin said. “The DA now has the file for review from the Los Angeles Police Department. We are hopeful that they will bring charges against Mr. Cosby.”

Heidi Thomas says after 31 years she has put it all behind her. But, the Castle Rock resident does believe that the latest development about comedian Bill Cosby and allegations of sexual assault are a long time coming.

“In one word: finally,” Thomas said.

The Associated Press tried for years to unseal a deposition Cosby gave in a 2005 civil lawsuit filed against him by an employee of Temple University. The employee accused him of sexually assaulting her. In the deposition, Cosby admits under sworn testimony that he obtained prescriptions of Quaaludes for the purpose of giving them to women for sex.

“There are many women who have been badly, badly damaged by that man,” Thomas said.

In 1984, Thomas, then known as Heidi Johnson, was an aspiring actress and model living in Littleton. She says her agency contacted her stating that Cosby wanted to give her private coaching sessions to help her with acting.

“I was expecting to do a monologue and then receive coaching the way you would from a director,” Thomas said.

The then 24-year-old flew to Reno, Nevada where Cosby was performing and met him at a ranch house where he was alone. Thomas said he wanted her to read a script where she depicted an intoxicated woman. She says he did not like her initial reading.

“He said, ‘have you ever been drunk?’ And I said, ‘no, I really haven’t,'” Thomas said.

Thomas says that’s when he poured her a glass of white wine.

“I took a sip and I don’t remember anything until things get very graphic,” Thomas said.

“Janice is not only alleging that Bill Cosby drugged and raped her in 1982, but he re-victimized her in 2014 by sending out his representatives to publically ridicule her. That’s called defamation,” Bloom further explained.

Bill Cosby gave an interview to ABC’s Good Morning America, and was asked about the seemingly endless number of women (mostly White) who have accused him of drugging and raping them.

Cosby’s answer was gibberish – something about driving a car into a 3 inch lake. He could well have added “zibbidy bee-bow.”  Though he is 77, he has appeared to be clear-minded in the recent comedy performances he’s done, and yet the answer came across as senile. Cosby is an actor, and so was likely faking senility to avoid answering the rape question.

More than thirty women have come out and accused him of slipping them a mickey and sticking it to them over the past six months, following a Black comedian doing a bit about Cosby as rapist.  All of the allegations are for crimes which are past the statute of limitations, so Cosby cannot be charged.

How shameful it must be for Blacks to see that the one guy who was supposed to be standing up for progress in the Black community is just another violent criminal.

Bill Cosby’s comedy tour continues, as do the standing ovations, but that hasn’t silenced his growing number of accusers. Another woman has come forward to share her story about being a victim of “America’s dad.”

Cindra Ladd, a former entertainment executive in the movie business and the wife of Blade Runner, Braveheart, and Chariots of Fireproducer Alan Ladd Jr., penned an essay detailing her alleged rape by Cosby, who she also claims drugged her, when she was a 21-year-old living in New York City in 1969.

Like many of the accusers, Ladd said Cosby, who was married to his wife Camille at the time, befriended her and was a “perfect gentleman,” she wrote on Huffington Post. One night when they were headed to a movie, she came down with a headache and when she considered canceling, he told her he had a “miracle cure his doctor gave him,” in the form of a capsule. When she questioned him about what it was, “He asked, ‘Don’t you trust me?’ Of course I did. This was Bill Cosby.”

“For more than 45 years I have tried to recall exactly what happened that night,” Ladd wrote. “To this day it remains a blur. I have a vague recollection of feeling like I was floating while walking through Times Square and watching some kind of Japanese samurai movie with him. I don’t remember where the theater was nor very much of the evening.”
