Previously: Israel has Begun the Mass Bombing of Lebanon

Most people saw the bombing of Lebanon on Sunday and thought it was the beginning of a serious campaign by the brutal and yet vastly morally superior chosen ones that run Israel.

The Jews of Israel all thought Bibi was going all in, but here we are two days later, and the bombing has not continued.

It’s unclear what the short term game is.

The Guardian:

Benjamin Netanyahu is facing a political backlash in Israel for the limited nature of Sunday’s airstrikes against Hezbollah, amid calls for a broader offensive in Lebanon.

Some of the fiercest criticism came from the far-right wing of the prime minister’s own fractious coalition, which is also increasingly divided over the status of Jerusalem’s holiest site.

…

The prime minister was widely blamed on Monday, from both the centre and right of the political spectrum, for the limited goal of Sunday’s air raids, which disrupted Hezbollah’s planned aerial assault, but had done nothing, the critics said, to allow up to 80,000 residents of northern border towns, displaced from northern Israel since October, to return home.

…

Benny Gantz, a retired general, former minister in Netanyahu’s coalition and one of his main rivals, described the airstrikes as “too little, too late”.

It’s funny, because Gantz is the one who the Democrat Party in the US is saying should replace Bibi.

— B.M. (@ireallyhateyou) July 28, 2024

It does not seem like he would care more about deescalation. Especially when he is publicly demanding Bibi escalate more.

In a video statement during a visit to northern communities, he said: “We must keep up the advantage of the initiative that was taken and increase the political and military pressure to push Hezbollah away, to return northern residents to their homes safely.”

Netanyahu’s far-right national security minister, Itamar Ben-Gvir, joined in the criticism.

“Israel must not be content with a single, pre-emptive sortie. We must bring a decisive war against Hezbollah that will remove the threat in the north and allow the residents to return home safely,” Ben-Gvir said.

Yes, well. Ben-Gvir has been openly calling for war this whole time.

What I hear, from people who might know, is that the IDF is very tired from Gaza and does not want a new war. This is certainly what many from the military are saying publicly. A few days ago, an Israeli general got a lot of attention for coming out and claiming in an op-ed that Israel was on the brink of collapse.

Though that particular general has not served in the IDF since 2019, many people think this represents the current thinking of a lot of the high-up officers.

Everyone lies about casualties during war, but most observers agree that Israel has lost a lot more soldiers in Gaza than it planned to.

So then, what is the point of half-assed measures in Lebanon?

Well, apparently, Bibi is trying really hard to get Iran to attack Israel, so that the US will get more heavily involved in the region. There isn’t really another explanation. The complainers are right: a one-off bombing does not solve the Lebanon problem. Northern Israel remains evacuated.

Nearly 8 kilometers into Israel is a new “de facto border” that has been established due to Hezbollah attacks. And Hezbollah has the ability to hit a lot deeper into Israel if they want to.

The only solutions are to either stop the killing in Gaza and try to get Lebanon to deescalate, or to completely wipe out Hezbollah. Given the abysmal state of the war in Gaza, wiping out Hezbollah seems like a ridiculous goal for Israel to have. But they’re not going to stop in Gaza. So they do not have any other choice but full war with Hezbollah.

That is what Gantz and the “far-right” are saying, and it is very obviously true.

There is no further Israel can go and they can’t go back (or they refuse to), so the only option now is to figure out how to get the US military directly involved.

Israel: Benny Gantz Quits War Cabinet, Whining Over Lack of “Day After” Plan for Gaza Shitshow https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/06/10/israel-benny-gantz-quits-war-cabinet-whining-over-lack-of-day-after-plan-for-gaza-shitshow/ Mon, 10 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0000

“Don’t let our people be torn apart.”

Politician Benny Gantz accused Israel’s PM Netanyahu of mismanaging the war in Gaza as he quit the war Cabinet and called for new elections. pic.twitter.com/8hOp2W8S7I

— DW News (@dwnews) June 9, 2024

I have said from the beginning that Gaza was just phase one of a Netanyahu operation to get the US into war with Iran.

Nothing about that has changed, and nothing about it can change, short of the US stopping weapons shipments to Israel (which can’t happen).

Gantz could be throwing a tantrum over something we’re not aware of, he could be making a power-play with the Biden Administration to try to seize leadership, he could just personally hate Bibi, Bibi could have forced him out because he wants him replaced – there are all sorts of different possibilities here, and we won’t know why until some other high-ranking official gets pissed off and tells the media the real story.

It’s not about lacking a “day after” plan for Gaza, however. No one in the Jewish government ever thought it was possible to have a “day after” plan for Gaza. They have over a decade of white papers explaining why this invasion was impossible.

The Guardian:

The Israeli politician and former military chief Benny Gantz has followed through on a threat to resign from Benjamin Netanyahu’s emergency war cabinet, leaving the prime minister more reliant than ever on far-right elements of his coalition government.

Gantz, a major Netanyahu rival, former defence minister and leader of the centre-right National Unity party, joined the three-man war cabinet as a minister without portfolio in the aftermath of Hamas’s 7 October attack, a move he said was for the sake of the country’s unity.

But as Israel’s war effort in Gaza dragged on, disagreements over strategy and how best to bring the 250 Israeli hostages home spilled into the open, culminating in Gantz accusing the prime minister of pushing strategic considerations such as a hostage deal aside for his own political survival. Last month, he gave Netanyahu an ultimatum of 8 June to present concrete “day after” plans for the Gaza Strip.

Gantz delayed his resignation speech by a day after the unexpected rescue of four Israeli hostages in an operation that the health ministry in Gaza said killed 274 people and injured another 696. The withdrawal of his party also means Gadi Eisenkot, an Israel Defense Forces (IDF) general and war cabinet observer, and the minister without portfolio, Chili Tropper, are also stepping down.

“Netanyahu is preventing us from progressing towards a true victory,” Gantz said in a televised address on Sunday night. “For this reason we are leaving the emergency government today, with a heavy heart, yet wholeheartedly.”

Gantz also called on Netanyahu to set a date for elections, adding: “Do not let our nation tear apart.”

Oh, sure. Calls for elections are going to make him want to free the hostages and end the war.

That doesn’t even make sense. As long as the war is ongoing, there cannot be elections.

The move does not immediately pose a threat to Netanyahu, as the prime minister still controls a majority coalition in parliament. It does, however, affect the Israeli government’s respectability on the international stage; centrist Gantz is well liked in Washington, where he was seen as a useful brake on Netanyahu, and his absence means the prime minister’s far-right allies are likely to now have more sway over the trajectory of the war in Gaza and the growing threat of war with Hezbollah in Lebanon.

What this does, in effect, is speed up Bibi’s need to escalate the war outside of Gaza and into Lebanon (or even the West Bank).

Whatever the goofy media may claim, this does not present a “problem” or even a “challenge” for Bibi.

This is what Chuck Schumer and others in the Democrat Party have been demanding – that Gantz take over.

He has all of the same policies as Bibi, and he’s actually in Bibi’s war cabinet, but he’s a possibly less brutal personality, which will make the genocide easier for American Jews to sell.

The problem is: there is no evidence that Bibi wants to leave, nor is there evidence that a significant portion of the Israeli people want him to leave. He had all those problems for a long time, with the protesters (who were apparently funded by America). But the protests are pretty much over, aside from the families of the hostages (and a few of their supporters).

If there is an election, Bibi will most likely win it. The Democrats don’t have the ability to show up at 3AM with boxes of ballots like they do in America.

The Guardian:

Israeli minister Benny Gantz, a member of the war cabinet and main rival of prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, has called for snap parliamentary elections in September, as pressure builds over the war in Gaza.

“We must set a consensual date for the month of September, or if you prefer for the first anniversary of the war,” Gantz, said on Wednesday during a speech from his office in Israel’s parliament.

Netanyahu has been facing pressure from several sides in recent weeks, particularly since Saturday, where demonstrations brought together thousands of people calling for the prime minister’s removal.

It includes protests demanding boosted efforts to secure the release of hostages taken in Hamas’s 7 October attack that sparked war in Gaza.

The prime minister’s Likud party rejected the call for an early election, but it was welcomed by the leader of the US Senate, Chuck Schumer, who last month urged new elections in a strident criticism of Netanyahu’s handling of the conflict.

“When a leading member of Israel’s war cabinet calls for early elections and over 70 percent of the Israeli population agrees according to a major poll, you know it’s the right thing to do,” Senator Schumer wrote on X.

It should be clear: this is all theatre.

Gantz has the same policies as Bibi as regards the war.

Schumer agrees with the war.

The Americans have simply lost control of their own party. Most people on earth are against this insane slaughter in Gaza, and that includes most Democrat voters.

The Democrats would like to put a kinder face on the slaughter.

But if they do these elections, and Bibi wins – then what?

What happens then?

Israel: Controversy Over Conscription of Ultra-Orthodox Jews Threatening Coalition https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/03/09/israel-controversy-over-conscription-of-ultra-orthodox-jews-threatening-coalition/ Sat, 09 Mar 2024 00:00:00 +0000

There are more and more reports of an increase in the number of people leaving Israel.
After the announcement of the start of compulsory conscription of Haredim and ultra-Orthodox Jews into the Israeli army, representatives of these communities are also actively leaving Israel.… pic.twitter.com/xkzdrzDcup

— SlavicFreeSpirit (@SlavFreeSpirit) March 5, 2024

We’d all hope these Jews would start fighting with one another. There was some hope there would be a movement against the war inside of Israel, and there is no evidence that is happening. In fact, the opposite is occurring, with Israelis moving further right.

There are some troubles between rightists, however.

CNN:

Ultra-Orthodox Israelis have long held a privileged position in that society.

Their religious schools, or yeshivas, get generous government subsidies. And yet young men of the Haredim, as they are known in Hebrew, are in all practical terms exempt from mandatory military service.

That exemption has bedeviled Israeli society since its founding. But a legal deadline to come up with a more equitable social compact, at least in the eyes of the Supreme Court, now looms at the end of March.

Powerful members of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government have made clear they will not help him kick the can down the road without broad political support.

“This is the one issue that has the biggest potential of bringing down the coalition,” Yohanan Plesner, head of the Israel Democracy Institute (IDI), told CNN.

That sounds like hysteria.

The can has been kicked for decades, so not kicking it now would be absurd.

Ultra-Orthodox Jews view religious study as fundamental to the preservation of Judaism. For many of those who live in Israel, that means study is just as important to Israel’s defense as the military.

In Israel’s nascent days, Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion agreed with Haredi rabbis to exempt from military service 400 men studying in religious schools, or yeshivas. In 1948, there were few Haredim in Israel – many were and remain opposed to the state on religious grounds – and the exemption had little practical impact.

In 1998, Israel’s Supreme Court ripped up the longstanding exemption, telling the government that allowing Haredim to get out of conscription violated equal protection principles. In the decades since, successive governments and Knessets have tried to solve the issue, only to be told again and again by the court that their efforts were illegal.

At the same time, the Haredi community has grown significantly. They now make up 24% of recruitment-aged Israelis, according to the IDI. Arab Israelis are exempt from mandatory service. In practice, anyone who tells a recruiter that he studies at yeshiva – anyone who presents themselves to be ultra-Orthodox – can get out of service.

Now, those piecemeal attempts to maintain the Haredi exemption may be running out. The latest government attempt to paper over the problem, in place since 2018,  expires at the end of March.

The day before Netanyahu’s press conference, Yoav Gallant,  Israel’s defense minister, made clear that he did not have his prime minister’s back.

“Any draft bill that will be agreed to by all members of the emergency coalition, I will agree to,” he said. “But without an agreement by all coalition members, the security establishment under my leadership will not support the bill.”

The implication was that the man that polls suggest is most likely to succeed Netanyahu as prime minister – Benny Gantz, who is part of the emergency coalition, but not the pre-October government – will have veto power over any solution to the issue.

Netanyahu was vague in his response.

“We will set goals for recruiting ultra-Orthodox men into the IDF and civilian service,” he told reporters. “The worst thing that can happen to us now is to go to general elections during the war, which means losing the war.”

Gantz, who just concluded a highly controversial trip to the United States and United Kingdom that his government declared to be unsanctioned, has made clear that “all parts of society should take part in the right to serve our country,” and that “this is not a matter for the court but for the leaders.”

What’s the view of Israeli public opinion?

Most Israelis agree that the situation is untenable.

In a February poll conducted by the IDI, shared exclusively with CNN, 64% of Israeli respondents and 70% of Jewish Israeli respondents said that the Haredi exemption “should be changed.” The pollsters spoke with Israeli adults – 600 in Hebrew and 150 in Arabic.

…

In the poll conducted by IDI, 68.5% of Haredi respondents said that their exemption to military service “should not be changed.” Just last weekend, Haredi protesters opposed to conscription blocked a major highway near the largely ultra-Orthodox city of Bnei Brak.

There have been pretty serious riots over this in the past, and the Haredi have always won out by getting the can kicked, even though everyone in Israel is against this.

There is no way they are not just going to kick the can this time. Making this a big domestic issue right now makes no sense. Israel is not short of soldiers. If the war gets bigger, it’s going to be you fighting for them, goy.

The issue irritates people, because it is just a scam, but it’s otherwise irrelevant.

Israel: 4th Enrichment Event in 3 Weeks Leads to 2 Dead and 10 Injured https://www.anglinarchive.com/2022/04/09/israel-4th-enrichment-event-in-3-weeks-leads-to-2-dead-and-10-injured/ Sat, 09 Apr 2022 00:00:00 +0000

Is Israel letting these attacks happen on purpose?

Why else would they be happening right now, in the midst of everything else?

Euronews:

Israeli security forces say they hunted down and killed early on Friday a Palestinian man who had opened fire into a crowded bar in central Tel Aviv, killing two and wounding over 10 in an attack that caused scenes of mass panic in the heart of the bustling city.

It was the fourth deadly attack in Israel by Palestinians in three weeks, and came at a time of heightened tensions around the start of the Islamic holy month of Ramadan. Later in the day, thousands of Palestinians from the West Bank were set to enter Jerusalem for the first Friday prayers of Ramadan at the Al Aqsa Mosque.

Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett was set to convene with top security officials on Friday morning. It was not immediately clear whether Israel would proceed or alter its plan to allow Palestinian worshippers to enter Jerusalem. Protests and clashes in the holy city during Ramadan last year eventually ignited an 11-day Gaza war.

“We will widen our actions against the wave of terror through offense, defense and intelligence,” Defense Minister Benny Gantz said ahead of the meeting. “The price that we will extract from the attackers and those who send them will be heavy.”

Oy vey!

Thursday’s shooting took place in a crowded bar on Dizengoff Street, a central thoroughfare that has seen other attacks over the years. Thursday night is the beginning of the Israeli weekend, and the area was packed with people in bars and restaurants.

In videos spread on social media, dozens of terrified people were seen running through the streets as police searched for the attacker and ordered people to stay indoors.

Hundreds of Israeli police officers, canine units, and army special forces, had conducted a massive manhunt throughout the night across Tel Aviv, searching building by building through densely populated residential neighborhoods.

Early Friday, authorities said they found the attacker hiding near a mosque in Jaffa, an Arab neighborhood in southern Tel Aviv, and killed him in a shootout.

Israeli police chief Kobi Shabtai said his forces, the army and the Shin Bet security agency had spent a “difficult night” tracking down the assailant.

“We succeeded this morning, through intelligence and operational cooperation, to close the circle and to kill the terrorist in a shootout,” he said.

The Shin Bet identified the attacker as Raad Hazem, a 28-year-old Palestinian man from Jenin, in the occupied West Bank.

It indicated he had acted alone, saying he did not belong to an organized militant group and had no prior record. It said he had entered Israel illegally without a permit.

There are now a total of 13 dead in this “latest wave of attacks.”

I suppose we know why Palestinians would want to do this.

But Israel is very good at keeping this sort of thing from happening, so when it just starts happening regularly, all of a sudden, it seems to be not a coincidence.

It seems likely they are preparing to blame Iran for this, and try to get in on this World War situation that is unfolding.

Jews Put Giant Zioblimp in the Sky to Protect Themselves from Arab Bottle Rockets https://www.anglinarchive.com/2021/11/06/jews-put-giant-zioblimp-in-the-sky-to-protect-themselves-from-arab-bottle-rockets/ Sat, 06 Nov 2021 00:00:00 +0000

It’s amazing what Jews can come up with if the American goyim give them enough money

It’s a ZIOBLIMP!

They have to do this because everyone is trying to kill them for no reason.

Their only path is the path of the Zioblimp.

RT:

The exact specifications of the aircraft, which was dubbed ‘Sky Dew’, haven’t been announced, but it was described as one of the largest of its kind. Its radars are said to be able to detect incoming long-range missiles, cruise missiles and drones.

The system, jointly developed by Israel and the US, has undergone successful tests in recent months and is planned to be put in service in the north of the country soon, according to the ministry.

Sky Dew will complement existing Israeli land-based detection systems by putting additional sensors at a high altitude. Such elevated radars “provide a significant technological and operational advantage for early and precise threat detection,” said Boaz Levy, CEO of the Israel Aerospace Industries, which helped develop the system.

Defense Minister Benny Gantz has hailed the blimp as “another technological breakthrough that will strengthen the defense of Israel’s skies and Israeli citizens.” The new system “fortifies the wall of defense that Israel has built in the face of the distant and imminent air threats being built by its enemies,” he said.

What a disgusting balloon.

I’ve had just about enough of these Jews and their murder balloons.

I hate this Jewish balloon. I liked Roger Waters’ Jew balloon.

Also, I hate the new leader of these Jews.

They should bring back Bibi.
