Antonio Misquez

You need to be on guard around these people at all times.

CBS 5:

A 17-year-old who allegedly shot and killed a man who was trying to assist people involved in a car crash in Tempe will be charged as an adult.

Tempe police said 17-year-old Antonio Misquez was booked and is facing 2nd degree murder charges in relation to the May 8 incident. The victim who tried to help and ended up being killed has been identified as 22-year-old Joseph DeLegge.

A police spokesperson said DeLegge was a witness to a hit-and-run crash that happened around 5:15 p.m. on Scottsdale Road at Playa Del Norte Drive, just south of the Loop 202 Red Mountain freeway. The crash involved a black Dodge Dart and a white Hyundai. Right after the wreck, five people got out of the Hyundai and ran away.

DeLgee stopped to help the driver of the Dodge Dart, then police say he left to try and follow the people who ran away from the collision. He was able to catch up with three of them. That’s when police say, “DeLegge removed and displayed a firearm from his waistband and told the three to sit on the curb while he called the police.”

As DeLegge was calling 911, a 17-year-old boy, later identified as Misquez, also fled from the Hyundai arrived at the parking lot. DeLegge turned his attention toward him, displayed the handgun, and told him to sit down.

Police said after DeLegge turned his attention back toward the other three, Misquez removed a revolver from his pants pocket, approached DeLegge and shot him through the right cheek. DeLegge was rushed to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Officers caught up with the teens and were able to detain them. Misquez tried to discard a backpack with the gun in it by throwing it into Tempe Town Lake, but police were able to find it.

Misquez has been charged with second-degree murder, tampering with evidence, a minor possession of a weapon under 21, possession of marijuana, possession of a narcotic drug, hit-and-run, and driving on a suspended license.

Adrian Guzman

Unlike joggers, beaners actually are capable of using shotguns.

Those (few) extra IQ points make all the difference.

Coloradoan:

A Loveland man found guilty of first-degree murder and attempted murder for a September 2018 shooting has been sentenced to life in prison.

Adrian Guzman, 36, was sentenced Monday morning, two months after a jury found him guilty of first-degree murder for fatally shooting Clarence Westbrook and attempted murder for shooting and seriously injuring Christopher Green.

Guzman was sentenced to life in prison for killing Westbrook — receiving the required sentence in Colorado for a first-degree murder conviction — and 47 years in prison for the attempted first-degree murder conviction, according to court records.

…

In footage from indoor and outdoor surveillance cameras of the Loveland home, which was shown to the jury, Westbrook’s girlfriend Julie Etchison is seen walking into a room and then walking out with a box containing a toy helicopter on Sept. 27, 2018, the night of the shooting. She and Westbrook, who is seen signaling her to come with him, leave the room and the camera frame, exiting the house.

Moments later, Guzman is seen exiting from an adjacent room, where he had been watching surveillance footage of the home. He was holding a shotgun and followed the two outside.

The outdoor camera did not record the shooting, but the indoor camera captured audio of two gunshots followed by screams.

Jose Juarez

He’s also facing weapons charges.

But that’s the least of his problems right now.

Battle Creek Enquirer:

The man named by police as a person of interest in the death of Alison Sargent is facing weapons charges.

Jose Juarez, 25, was arraigned Tuesday in Calhoun County District Court on charges of receiving and concealing a firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon. He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

Calhoun County Sheriff Department Det. Jon Pignataro said Thursday that Juarez was charged after a gun was recovered in a case of felonious assault in Springfield in February.

…

Pignataro said Juarez, an acquaintance, remains a person of interest in the death of Alison Sargent, 25, of Pennfield. Her burned body was found along River Road in Emmett Township but investigators have not disclosed the cause of death.

Police said at the time they also were looking for her car but have not disclosed if it was ever recovered.

The mother of two daughters had been reported missing two days earlier and her body was found by a passer-by off the edge of the road and in a small ravine. Police believe she was killed in Bedford Township.

Members of the Calhoun County Major Crimes Task Force conducted the investigation and a $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for Sargent’s death.

Luis Roman-Ramos

He was arrested for the murder after getting caught shoplifting.

Such is the life of a criminal beaner.

WWLP:

A Springfield man was arrested in Lunenburg for a shoplifting Thursday afternoon and charged for the murder of a taxi driver in Springfield back in February.

According to Springfield Police spokesperson Ryan Walsh, on Thursday, Lunenburg Police Officers were called to a supermarket in their town at 12:15 p.m. for a shoplifting in progress. Officers then detained 32-year-old Luis Roman-Ramos who was one of the two shoplifters that allegedly attempted to steal more than $100 in alcohol.

According to Walsh, the name that Roman-Ramos was initially giving police was unable to be confirmed so officers arrested him. While in their police car he gave them his real name and officers found he had an active warrant from the Springfield Police Department for Murder.

On February 28, Springfield Police Officers were called to a one-car crash at the intersection of Oakland Street and Kensington Avenue at 12:35 a.m. where they located a taxi and the driver with stab wounds to his legs. Walsh said 68-year-old William Montana succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.

The Homicide Unit investigated and found Roman-Ramos was the lone suspect and requested a warrant for his arrest.

“Dark-Skinned Male” Strikes White Woman with Metal Pipe, Steals Her Pizza https://www.anglinarchive.com/2020/05/02/dark-skinned-male-strikes-white-woman-with-metal-pipe-steals-her-pizza/ Sat, 02 May 2020 00:00:00 +0000

How dumb – or hungry, I guess – do you have to be to do something like this outside a restaurant that you regularly visit?

Daily Mail:

Shocking new video footage shows the moment a man armed with a metal pipe strikes a woman over the head and steals her pizza as she exits a restaurant in Tucson, Arizona.

The Tucson Police Department released surveillance video this week of the April 21 incident on Twitter to request the public’s help in locating the suspect.

‘Tucson we need to catch this guy!’ tweeted the cops along with the 20-second footage.

The video starts with the woman about to leave the restaurant, which police say is located at South 12th Avenue and West Ajo Way on the city’s south side, around 3.45pm.

Cops don’t name the pizza shop. However, Tucson.com identified the restaurant as Peter Piper Pizza.

The man appears to be opening the door for the woman as she is exiting when he suddenly attacks her and gets away with her pizza pie.

The woman was doing ‘ok,’ a spokeswoman for the pizza shop says.

The pizza chain’s ten locations have since beefed up security and added personnel in response to the attack.

The suspect, a regular at the restaurant, was described as a dark-skinned male, possibly Hispanic, with a wrinkly face standing around 5 feet 6 inches or shorter, wrote Officer Ray Smith in a tweet.

Oscar and Sylviane Lozada

If it’s brown, violent and speaks in broken English, a white woman will marry it.

WBRZ:

A man accused of killing his wife in 2011 and then fleeing the country with their child was due to appear before a judge Monday, but due to the spread of novel coronavirus, his court appearance has been rescheduled.

Oscar Lozada, charged with the murder of his wife, Sylviane Lozada, has been given a new trial date of Monday, July 13.

Public court records indicate that Lozada is scheduled to appear in Judge Anthony Marabella’s courtroom on the aforementioned date.

The rescheduled date is due to a pandemic-induced mandatory suspension of all jury trials in Louisiana until June 30th.

A grand jury indicted Lozada in January of 2019 for the murder of his wife, who went missing in 2011.

Officials say after Sylviane vanished, Lozada fled to Venezuela with their young daughter where authorities were unable to apprehend Oscar for seven years.

Law enforcement hit a break in the case in 2018 when investigators found him living in Mexico, where he was apprehended and extradited to the U.S.

Francesca Hernandez (a woman, apparently)

Poor people, eh?

Gotta love ’em.

Fox 4:

A 32-year-old Kansas City woman charged in connection with a Clay County homicide last month has now been charged in connection with the deadly shooting of a Blue Springs’ man in his sixties.

Jackson County prosecutors announced Wednesday afternoon that Francesca Hernandez faces second-degree murder, armed criminal action, stealing a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of a firearm.

According to court records, Blue Springs police responded Sunday to a trailer parked near the Walmart on NE Cornado Drive and found the victim, 65-year-old Wayne S. Tindell. Medical officials determined that he died of a gunshot wound to the head.

A man who knew Tindell, told police that a woman known as “Frankie” had been with the victim. The man told police that he was interested in a dog the victim had and was looking to get rid of because if was chewing up his trailer. The three smoked methamphetamine together and at some point the man said “Frankie” pulled out a gun, which made him feel uncomfortable so he left with the dog and walked home. He told police he was so high from the meth that he stayed up talking to the dog and lost track of time.

Surveillance video later showed Hernandez near the victim’s residence and in the victim’s truck.

Hernandez was taken into custody by Kansas City police on Tuesday where they found a 9 mm handgun in her possession.

Marcos Gutierrez

A nude, rifle-toting beaner high on LSD.

These shield maidens sure choose their men well.

Denver Post:

An Aurora man has been charged with first-degree murder in the stabbing death of a 20-year-old woman.

Marcos Gutierrez, 21, was advised Monday in Adams County court, by video appearance, of the charge against him, according to a 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office news release.

On April 11, Aurora police responded to a 911 call and went to an apartment in the 1900 block of Peoria Street where they found Airica May Beaty bleeding from stab wounds, the release said. She was taken to University of Colorado Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

When officers arrived at the apartment, they found Gutierrez naked and covered in blood, lying in a fetal position on the kitchen floor, according to an arrest warrant in the case.

The arrest warrant alleges, based on interviews with two witnesses who were inside the residence at the time of the incident, that the defendant and victim were both under the influence of LSD.

At one point, Gutierrez allegedly loaded a rifle and said that he was going to shoot himself. He was disarmed and a short time later came upon Beaty from behind, reaching around and slitting her throat with a knife. The pair fell to the floor.

“Why did you do that, what did you do,” said Beaty, according to the affidavit.

Gutierrez has been charged with one count of first-degree murder after deliberation.

Alfredo Perez Delacruz

Another gentleman goes off the rails due to lockdown-related psychosis.

Actually, on second thought, I think he just went off the rails because he’s a beaner.

San Antonio Express-News:

Officials have identified the officers and a suspect involved in a fatal shooting in San Marcos on Saturday evening.

One officer was killed and two others were critically injured when they responded to a domestic disturbance call at the Twin Lake Villas Apartments around 6:05 p.m. Saturday, police said. The suspect, preliminarily identified as Alfredo Perez Delacruz, attacked police with a rifle before dying of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot, officials said.

Officer Justin Putnam, 31, was killed. He graduated from Texas State University and joined the San Marcos Police Department in 2014. Hailing from Austin, Putnam was engaged to be married and was the son of an Austin Fire Department veteran.

“We lost a fine young man, faithful officer and friend last night,” interim Police Chief Bob Klett said. “Our hearts are heavy as we pray for Justin Putnam’s family and for our two officers fighting for their lives today.”

Officers Franco Stewart and Justin Mueller were injured in the ambush. Both are in critical but stable condition at Ascension Seton Hays hospital in Kyle, police said.

Stewart, 27, joined the San Marcos Police Department in December after serving with the McAllen Police Department for two years in addition to a brief stint with U.S. Border Patrol.

Mueller, 38, has been with the department for 13 years, starting as a telecommunications operator in 2007. He became an officer in June 2019.

Officers believe Delacruz, 46, used several aliases and are still working to confirm his identity and criminal record.
