Hamilton police say they’re looking for two suspects after a male had his bike stolen while attempting to rob a bank on Dec. 18.

The would-be bank robber tried to escape after his attempted bank robbery in the Hamilton Mountain went south, only to find his bike had been stolen, police said in a news release.

Police say officers responded around 12:30 p.m. on Dec. 18 to an attempted robbery at a BMO bank on Upper Paradise Road.

A male entered the bank, wearing a long scarf over his head, sunglasses and a surgical mask, leaving the bike he arrived on outside, police said.

The suspect went up to the bank teller, “passed a note demanding cash,” police said, and threatened the employee, suggesting he had a weapon.

The suspect was then confronted by other bank employees and left the bank “empty-handed,” police said.

He exited the bank and went to get his bike, but another male had stolen it, police said. With no other choice, the male who attempted to rob the bank fled south on Upper Paradise, on foot, the release added.

The racial situation in white countries was already cartoonish.

A man who became one of America’s most wanted fugitives when he robbed an Ohio bank more than 50 years ago was finally identified by US Marshals — six months after he died, officials announced Friday.

Theodore John Conrad was 20 and working as a teller at the Society National Bank in Cleveland, when one Friday in July 1969, he pulled off one of the biggest heists in the city’s history, by quietly filling a paper bag with $215,000 in cash and leaving.

It wasn’t until the following Monday, when Conrad didn’t show up for work, that the bank checked it vault and discovered the cash — equivalent to more than $1.7 million in 2021 — was missing.

By then, the former employee already had a two-day head start ahead of law enforcement — and they would never catch him.

His case went cold, eluding investigators for 52 years. It became part of Cleveland lore, and was featured on TV’s “America’s Most Wanted” and “Unsolved Mysteries.”

Detectives followed leads on Conrad’s whereabouts across the country, including Washington DC, California, Texas, Oregon and Hawaii, the US Marshal Service said in a statement.

Turns out all those years, Conrad had been living under the name Thomas Randele in the quaint Boston suburb of Lynnfield, Massachusetts. He’d had a family and worked as a golf and tennis professional and car salesman, according to Randele’s obituary.

US Marshals said they positively identified Randele as Conrad two weeks ago.

He died of lung cancer in May 2021 at the age of 71.

It’s funny and fitting that he got away clean, only to be identified months after death.

Columbus Police are looking for the suspect who robbed a Huntington Bank.

At 2:10 p.m. on August 25th, police say a man entered the bank inside of the Giant Eagle on Stelzer Road in east Columbus. He then approached a bank teller, giving her a note demanding money before showing her a gun that was in his waistband. The employee gave the suspect an unknown amount of money before leaving the store on foot.

The robber was described as a black man in his mid 20’s, 6’0″ skinny, with a goatee and dark complexion. He was wearing a blue and white baseball hat, neon yellow hooded sweatshirt, tan pants and black shoes.

A man wearing a Denver Broncos baseball cap robbed a Rio Rancho bank on Thursday afternoon, according to a news release from the FBI Albuquerque division.

The suspect was described as a white or Hispanic male in his early to mid-30s, approximately 5’5″ to 5’6″ tall, with a thin build and acne scars on his cheeks.

At 4:51 p.m., the suspect walked up to the First Convenience Bank inside the Walmart store at 901 Unser Blvd. He presented a demand note to a teller, who handed over an undisclosed amount of money to the suspect, according to the news release.

Police are searching for the suspect of a bank robbery that happened on Saturday morning in East Hempfield Township.

Police say the robbery took place around 10:30 a.m. at the Citizen’s Bank in the 600 block of Centerville Road.

A man entered the bank and demanded money from an employee at the counter.

Investigators describe the suspect as a middle-age black man, approximately 5’10”, with a medium build. He wore a red bandana over his face, a dark blue winter cap, sunglasses, dark blue or black sweatpants and a long sleeve shirt.

I’m frankly surprised this nagger has been able to rob three banks without being caught by the feds yet.

Blacks are usually too dumb to get away like this.

Police and the FBI are trying to find a serial bank robber who just struck for the third time in nine days.

A surveillance picture of the suspect shows him robbing the Citizens Bank branch on South Easton Road in Glenside Tuesday morning.

Detectives think the same man also robbed the PNC bank on North Broad Street last Monday and Santander Bank on South Easton Road in Wyncote last Wednesday.

Just before 2 p.m. on Monday, the bank at 1501 S. Detroit Ave. was robbed of an undisclosed amount, according to Stephen D. Anthony, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Cleveland Division.

According to the FBI, a lone black male entered the Citizens Bank and demanded money from tellers.

The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene on foot. There were no injuries reported.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 40s, approximately 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighing 200-210 pounds. The suspect has a mustache and beard and last was seen wearing a tan hat with a dark bill, blue T-shirt and sunglasses.

The FBI and the Lorain police are looking for the suspect who robbed a Chase Bank Monday.

The suspect entered the bank carrying a black revolver at 12:30 p.m. He is a black male, under 40 and was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, tan pants, a black ski mask and gloves.

He left the bank in an unknown direction.

Robbing banks is pretty high agency.

A west suburban man and woman have been charged with robbing three banks in May using a stolen AK-47 rifle.

James D. Williams, 41, and Alexis T. Handelman, 21, are accused of three armed takeover bank robberies in a three-week period, according to a statement from the FBI. They are both residents of Bartlett.

The duo has been charged with robbing an Old Second Bank branch May 11 at 323 E. Norris Drive in Ottawa in north central Illinois; a NorStates Bank branch May 21 at 5384 Grand Ave. in north suburban Gurnee; and an Aurora Bank and Trust branch May 31 at 2287 W. Galena Blvd. in west suburban Aurora, authorities said.

Leading up to the robberies, Williams stole an AK-47 rifle and rented different vehicles, according to the FBI. In at least one of the incidents, he attached stolen license plates to a vehicle he’d rented.

At least one shot was fired during the Aurora robbery, but no injuries were reported, Aurora police said at the time.

The Tucson Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance identifying a suspect they said robbed a bank on Thursday, June 7.

TPD said around 10:10 a.m., officers responded to a report of a bank robbery at the U.S. Bank located inside the Safeway at 2140 W. Grant Rd.

TPD said a woman approached the two victim tellers and demanded money. She was given an undisclosed amount of money and fled the store on foot, TPD said.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic or Native American female, 50-60 years old, 5’3″ and 200lbs.
