Zachary Davis, a sheriff’s deputy at the Clark County (Ohio) Sheriff’s Office, composed some “racist” tweets last month regarding the ridiculous chimpout in Baltimore. Some county residents notified the sheriff after hearing of the tweets, calling for Davis’s firing.

Clark County Sheriff Gene Kelly acquiesced to the pressure and fired Davis. He subsequently released the following statement.

Downtrend:

“If you’re posting these type of statements then I don’t feel you can serve this community,” Kelly said in a statement. ”We are public servants — we represent this community and serve this community.”

“I had nothing to say to him except that I’m disappointed and that it will not be tolerated,” Kelly said. “I found it offensive. Swiftly and surely, he was terminated. I’ve done everything I can do to try and correct this problem. It hurts us and this community and there’s no place for it.”

Such racism. So intolerance. Wow.

The Jewish rat Viola Rothschild, who lives in China, was shaken to her very core to find out that Chinese people don’t feel the same way as Jews about the Baltimore riots, and in fact acknowledge behavioral differences between racial groups.

Writing for Foreign Policy, Rothschild is simply astounded that oppressed slant-eyed Chinamen wouldn’t side with oppressed colored people against the White oppressor, and instead would view Black behavior as something that Black people are responsible for.

She writes:

Several days ago, a Chinese friend and I were discussing the protests in Baltimore that erupted in response to the death of resident Freddie Gray in connection with his April 12 arrest by city police officers, who have since been charged with crimes including manslaughter and murder. My friend said he was first surprised that such a level of civil unrest could occur in the United States. But “when I saw that all the people protesting and getting arrested were black people,” he added, “it made more sense. That would never happen with white people.” (I was unable to convince him otherwise.)

“Convince him otherwise” in this case means “convince him that White people would riot and burn down their own neighborhood if a White man died in police custody.”

The fact that everyone knows that White people don’t do that and wouldn’t do that means nothing.  It is important to believe that they would, even though it is obviously not true, because holding this false belief contributes to the belief in racial equality, which Jews falsely allege contributes to racial harmony (in fact it does the opposite).

But the Chinese are swallowing that pill.

My friend is well educated and is, in most respects, a reasonable person. But like many other Chinese, he has a facile preconceived set of notions about black people that stem from a historical lack of contact. There’s little or no effort here to distinguish between Africans, African-Americans, African-Europeans, Afro-Caribbeans, or recent African migrants to China. They all fall under a homogenous umbrella – hei ren, or “black person” – attended by a variety of sweeping stereotypes, including a proclivity for violence and crime.

Yes, Chinese do not make a categorical distinction between people who are genetically identical and behave in an identical fashion based on their geographic location.  Presumably, they do make a geographical distinction, Ms. Rothschild – for instance, if you asked your Chinese friend “what is the difference between a African Black and a Haitian Black?” he would probably respond “one lives in Africa and one lives in Haiti.”

The idea that they do not all have a proclivity for violence and crime is simply a lie.  Statistics prove that wherever Blacks are, they engage in violence and crime.  The proportionality of this is based on the amount of opportunity to engage in violence and crime (so rural Blacks commit less crime than urban Blacks, simply due to having less opportunity).

These are just facts.  And of course the feminized West will simply deny documented facts in order to get the social treats you Jews reward them with for doing so, but the Chinese simply aren’t interested in playing this game, which they perceive as a form of insanity.

She then she tells us of a Chinese column she read in the People’s Daily about the Baltimore riots, and is shocked by the comments section.

What I saw online was broadly consistent with my findings in the field. The majority of netizen comments focused on the race of the protestors, not the underlying reasons for the protests, or the fact that they occurred Stateside. And they were nasty. More than one user chalked the behavior up to “black people being black people,” while posts referring to “black devils” were not hard to find. One user complained that black people “lack self-discipline and family values,” adding, “this group is pouring into China. I hope the government will take steps to prevent this.”

Oh the horror.  The sheer horror of it.  Chinese people see Blacks rioting and say they don’t want them coming to their country and doing the same.

The sentiment may be perfectly logical in every possible be respect, but what is much more important: it is pure hatred.

Unsurprisingly, it looks as though the insane charges of murder and manslaughter filed against six Baltimore cops for allegedly driving a van wrong may be dropped completely after a police investigation does not jibe in any way with the outrageous claims of Black Power feminist Baltimore’s State Attorney Marilyn Mosby.

Mosby, like all Blacks and women tend to do, just made a bunch of stuff up to suit her emotional needs. Because of her emotional drives, she was totally incapable of forming the thought that when White people looked her insane claims, they would be all like “bitch, please.”

Already, defense attorneys are filing motions seeking to exploit differences between the separate state attorney and police investigations.

Lawyers for two officers have challenged a key finding of State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby’s case: that a knife found on Freddie Gray was legal in Maryland and therefore the officers didn’t have a right to arrest Gray. The police investigation found that the knife is illegal under Baltimore city code.

Ha! That alone means that the entire basis of the case – that he was wrongly arrested – is a hoax!

But watch the entire media continue to say “Freddie Gray, the small unarmed innocent Black child who was wrongfully arrested by racist White cops…”

Officials familiar with the probes also say the homicide investigation run by police investigators at most contemplated a manslaughter charge, not second degree murder as Mosby charged one of the officers, Caesar Goodson. To win conviction for murder, prosecutors must prove intent to kill. Manslaughter relates to unintentional killings.

“Intent to kill.” Let that sink in. This wacky bitch expects you to believe the officer purposefully drove the van wrong because he wanted the unarmed teen to die by hitting his head against the wall of the van. Because he was filled with hatred for the color of the small child’s skin.

In addition, homicide investigators who were briefed by the medical examiner’s office believed the examiner’s autopsy report would likely find the cause of death to fall short of homicide, according to one official familiar with the case.

Instead, Mosby said that the medical examiner concluded that Gray’s death was a homicide and that Gray’s fatal injury to the head occurred in a police transport van that was taking him to the police precinct.

According to an official with Maryland’s office of the chief medical examiner, where Gray’s autopsy was performed, information was shared with police investigators throughout the process, a common practice. But the official said there is only one conclusion on manner of death and that was contained in the final autopsy report delivered to Mosby on the same day she announced her decision to bring charges.

She also put a drunken Black criminal in charge of running the case!

Another issue could arise from the team Mosby relied on to lead her case: one of her top investigators, Avon Mackel, is a former high-ranking Baltimore police officer who was stripped of his command post in 2009 for failing to follow through on a robbery investigation that two of his officers mishandled and did not report. A Baltimore Sun report said police in the district were accused of classifying serious crimes as lesser in order to log lower crime rates.

In October 2009, four months after his demotion, Baltimore County police sent a SWAT team to Mackel’s home, responding a drunken incident in which he was seen holding a gun, according to a police report of the incident obtained by CNN.

Officers said an intoxicated Mackel refused to cooperate and was visibly upset, according to the report provided in response to a public records request. An officer then “observed the barrel of Mackel’s handgun hanging over the edge of the molding at the top of the steps and saw Mackel pull the gun out of sight,” the report said.

Police used a Taser on Mackel while he was on the phone with his father “crying and yelling,” before he barricaded himself in his bedroom. The report doesn’t say how the incident ended, but police said there was no arrest. A spokesman for the Baltimore County Police Department said “the [SWAT] tactical unit did assist with this incident, which ended peacefully.”

Ha!

But the gates of hell will open up when this thing collapses. And everyone is openly admitting it.

Because American Blacks are spoilt children.

That has lead to concerns among some city officials that if Mosby’s case fails to hold up, community reaction could explode again.

“If this case falls apart, then does Baltimore burn?” one official said.

Mosby’s spokesman was defended the irate female.

“While the evidence we have obtained through our independent investigation does substantiate the elements of the charges filed, I refuse to litigate this case through the media,” she said in the statement. “The evidence we have collected cannot ethically be disclosed, relayed or released to the public before trial. As I’ve previously indicated, I strongly condemn anyone in law enforcement with access to trial evidence, who has or continues to leak information prior to the resolution of this case. These unethical disclosures are only damaging our ability to conduct a fair and impartial process for all parties involved.”

Yes, I’m sure that you have an ace in the hole which proves that the officers purposefully killed this man by driving a van wrong because they were so filled with hate for the color of his skin.  Sadly, I’m thinking you might have to reveal this powerful secret evidence you have before the trial.

Don’t worry though.  I’m sure when you release this secret, damning evidence, you will be totally vindicated.

Sigh.

More evidence for the masses of just how ridiculous Black people are, I suppose. The masses apparently need more such evidence.

And when this case comes crashing down, so will Baltimore, and so may the rest of America.

I recently posted a picture of one of the Baltimore rioters looting, and assumed it was toilet paper he was carrying.  They were all stealing toilet paper.  Which is hilarious enough.  Then, a commenter pointed out that it was actually adult diapers he is carrying.

And this is a true fact.  This masked, shirtless Negro is carrying adult diapers, looted from CVS.  You can see the picture and description of them on Amazon, where they are $56 and described thus:

Why was this man stealing adult diapers, you ask?  Surely he is fit enough he doesn’t have to worry about his bowels giving way.  The answer, presumably, is that he just wanted to steal something (either that, or he thought it was toilet paper).

Black psychology is based on their biological development in Africa, and much of survival in Africa was based on taking things from other people.  As such, Blacks just like taking things that belong to other people.  Fulfilling your biological programming makes you feel good.

There was also, obviously, the idea that they were getting something from Whitey, and they like taking from Whitey because they feel he has more than they do and that this is unfair to them.  Their minds are so simple and primitive that they are incapable of processing the fact that some people have more than others because they lived their life differently, and even if they did understand that, they wouldn’t care.

In order to better understand Black people, I would recommend watching anything on the YouTube channel of the New York Black radio show the Breakfast Club.  It’s entertaining, and you will learn about the way they think and interact with each other.

They are not evil.  They aren’t monsters.  They are just extremely different than us.  Their entire thought orientation is completely different than ours.  And the fact is, having them around us is dangerous, and not something that anyone would ever think made sense if they were being objective.

Yesterday, we reported on The Dersh’s statements that Marilyn Mosby’s decision to charge six officers with murder for driving a van was a travesty.

As it turns out, all other experts agree with him, and this whole thing is falling apart like the Space Shuttle Challenger.

Honestly, I am still personally shocked that she went for murder. It is just really unbelievable that she was capable of announcing it with a straight face.

Why exactly was a grand jury not convened, as happened with Michael Brown? How does American law allow this stupid Negress Mosby to just be like “dem muffugguhs dun did a mardar on hes blackass”?

Legal experts say the case is fraught with challenges. A widely shown video that captured the nation’s attention shows Gray, 25, being loaded into the van, but not what happened once he was inside. Other than the accused officers, the only known witness is a convicted criminal later placed in the van’s other holding cell, unable to see what was happening with Gray.

By bringing charges less than two weeks after Gray’s death, Mosby, 35, said her decision showed “no one is above the law.”

“To the people of Baltimore and the demonstrators across America: I heard your call for, ‘No justice, no peace,'” the prosecutor said. “Your peace is sincerely needed as I work to deliver justice on behalf of this young man.”

Within hours, the city’s police union questioned the prosecutor’s impartiality, accusing her of a rush to judgment and demanding she recuse herself from the case.

Even some of those who support Mosby’s stand worry further violence might erupt if she fails to win convictions.

To win a conviction, city prosecutors will have to convince a jury that van driver Caesar Goodson acted so recklessly that he knew his actions could take Gray’s life. The classic example often taught in law schools is that a person who drops a flower pot off the balcony of a skyscraper onto a busy sidewalk below, or someone who fires a gun into a crowded bus.

“That’s really the sort of shocking charge,” said Andrew Alperstein, a Baltimore defense attorney and former prosecutor.

Across the nation, it is very rare for law enforcement officers to be charged following fatal encounters with suspects, much less convicted by jurors often predisposed to give extra weight and credibility to the accounts provided by police.

In the Gray case, the video evidence is much murkier, with no visual evidence the officers purposely hurt him. Expert witnesses are likely to disagree on whether Gray was seriously injured when the officers pinned him to the sidewalk and cuffed his hands behind his back. Gray was recorded being hefted toward the waiting van, his feet dragging along the ground.

In her statement of facts, Mosby alleged the officers later also bound Gray’s feet together and placed him in the van face-down, rather than buckling him into a seat belt, as required by departmental procedures. That would have left Gray unable to brace himself as he slid around on the floor during the van’s travel through Baltimore. She also recounted the multiple stops made by the van, even after it likely became clear Gray was in distress. Nearly an hour passed before Gray received medical attention.

Glenn Ivey, a defense attorney and the former chief prosecutor in Prince George’s County, Maryland, said Mosby’s prosecution would likely be considered successful if she were to secure any felony conviction against the officers that results in lengthy terms in prison. Second-degree assault carries a maximum sentence of 10 years.

“Typically in police cases, if you get a conviction on almost any of the charges, it’s viewed as successful, because police cases are hard to win,” he said.

Even in Baltimore, where juries tend to be skeptical of police officers, they can still make compelling defendants and persuasive witnesses, said Ivey, who is currently a candidate for Congress in Maryland’s Washington suburbs.

Andrew Levy, a longtime Baltimore defense attorney and adjunct professor at the University of Maryland School of Law, said lawyers could argue that their individual clients cannot be held responsible for Gray’s death.

“If you dissect this from the initial pursuit to the initial detention to the arrest to the transfer to the vehicle, that’s a pretty complicated timeline, and I think we’re going to hear lots of defense from individuals basically that will distill down to, ‘It wasn’t my job. I was just following orders,'” Levy said. “Those are not frivolous defenses in a context like this. Not everybody is necessarily responsible for everything.”

Defense attorneys for the officers will likely use Mosby’s public statements about the case against her in requests that the venue for the trial be moved outside of Baltimore. Though such changes of venue are relatively rare, there have been several examples of such motions being granted in cases that have garnered intense media coverage or where local officials are deemed to have made public statements that could unfairly influence potential jurors.

Two things are for certain here: there is no way these cops are going to be convicted of anything, and when they are acquitted we are going to see the biggest chimpout thus far in all of history.  Hopefully they’ll manage to hold off the acquittal until it gets cold (I am pretty certain they will), but this is going to be nationwide.

As the whole world is aware, the Black Power State Attorney General Marylin Mosbey has decided to charge the cops who took Freddie Gray for a ride with homicide.

Mosbey is a hardcore Black bitch associated with the NAACP and other aggressively anti-White terror groups.

She is married to Baltimore City Councilman Nick Mosby, who himself recently went on TV to defend rioters burning down every bitch in Baltimore.

Hilariously enough, 3 of the 6 being charged are themselves Basketball Americans.

The thing about that issue there is that even Blacks themselves can be anti-Black racists hellbent on exterminating all Black people, including their own selves.  Or whatever.  I don’t know.  Let’s just wait and see how they explain this.

Had Freddie Gray been robbed, beaten and left to die in the streets of his Baltimore neighborhood, no one would be mourning him today.

No one would be marching for Freddie. No one would be using Freddie as the new poster child of “Black Lives Matter!”

No one would care, three weeks later, but his family and friends.

It was the manner of his death, suffering a fractured spine in police custody, that makes Freddie matter. For he can now be credibly cast in the victim’s role in the great new narrative against America — that ours is a society of unequal justice where racist cops routinely brutalize black men and boys and are rarely called to account.

In this narrative, the liberal is always the hero.

Hillary Clinton knows the narrative by heart and has rushed forward to cast herself as the champion of black America.

As The Washington Times reports, Hillary declared Wednesday she would help to end a “pattern” of cops killing black men.

“There is something wrong when a third of all black men face the prospect of prison during their lifetimes. And an estimated 1.5 million black men are ‘missing’ from their families and communities because of incarceration and premature death. …

“My heart beaks for these young men and their families. We have to come to terms with some hard truths about race and justice in America.”

We certainly do, Hillary.

She specifically mentioned Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown.

But Trayvon died when he was shot sitting on top of and beating senseless a neighborhood watch guy, “martial arts style,” and banging his head on the sidewalk as he screamed for help.

Michael Brown died of gunshot wounds when, after knocking over a convenience store and throttling the clerk in Ferguson, Missouri, he tried to wrestle a gun from a cop, and, told to halt, charged the officer.

This latest great narrative against America — that the men in blue are a threat to us all, especially black America, rather than the last line of society’s defense from its criminal class — is but another big lie, rooted in a tiny truth.

Yes, some black men and boys are killed every year in clashes with cops. And, yes, blacks are incarcerated in far greater proportions and suffer, on average, more early deaths. But who is killing them?

When black men and boys are shot to death, overwhelmingly, it is by other black men and boys.

Their premature deaths are due to the violent culture in their own communities, not rampaging white cops.

As for incarcerations, every imprisoned male has confessed to or been convicted of a crime. And many of the drug charges for which blacks are in prison were a result of their being allowed to plea bargain to a lesser offense.

Freddie Gray had a rap sheet of a dozen arrests.

Fifty years ago, Lyndon Johnson declared at Howard University, “We seek … not just equality as a right and a theory but equality as a fact and equality as a result.”

In pursuit of equality of result there began one of the most massive transfers of wealth in all history. Trillions of tax dollars were plunged into programs of social uplift. The results in black America?

Where the illegitimacy rate was 23 percent in 1965, it is 72 percent now, and the gap between black and white test scores endures. In the black community, the dropout rate, crime rate, drug use rate and incarceration rate are now far higher now than in 1965.

And one notices something else in America. The lawns are being mowed, potholes filled, ditches dug, fast-food served, dishes washed and buildings cleaned increasingly by folks who are newcomers. It is they who are, in Jesse Jackson’s phrase, “movin’ on up.”

Looking back to when LBJ’s Great Society was launched, and the moral, social and cultural revolution of the 1960s began, what has liberal ideology done for black America?

Their work ethic has been eviscerated by an endless flow of social welfare benefits. Those benefits have often removed the incentive to find or hold a job, and the necessity to have a breadwinner, a father in the home.

The social and cultural revolution of the 1960s undermined the black churches and depopulated them of their young.

The expulsion of the Bible and of all religious and moral instruction from public schools left black children defenseless against the lure of the lifestyles of gang leaders and rap singers.

The conscience- and character-forming institutions that inculcated the beliefs and values that sustained black families through the Depression, the war and the 1950s have collapsed.

Result: Many black neighborhoods are unsafe for those who live there.

Hillary’s answer: “It’s time to end the era of incarceration in America.” But how will returning scores of thousands of convicts to their home communities make them safer — not to mention ours?

Given how it all worked out, are we really ready for Hillary and another giant leap forward into Great Society liberalism?

Blacks may have burned down a bitch, but White cops did something much worse: they tried to stop them from doing it.

Or, wait, aren’t the cops standing down and “giving space” to the bitch-burners?

What is this cover even suggesting, exactly?

What hasn’t changed is that Blacks are still violent animals.

I sure hope this brutal murder of the unarmed child Freddie Gray isn’t yet another dumb Negro hoax manufactured by the Jew media for the purpose of inciting Blacks to riot. That would be devastating to all of the peaceful protesters in Baltimore, who spent so much time and energy burning that bitch down.

A prisoner sharing a police transport van with Freddie Gray told investigators that he could hear Gray “banging against the walls” of the vehicle and believed that he “was intentionally trying to injure himself,” according to a police document obtained by The Washington Post.

The prisoner, who is currently in jail, was separated from Gray by a metal partition and could not see him. His statement is contained in an application for a search warrant, which is sealed by the court. The Post was given the document under the condition that the prisoner not be named because the person who provided it feared for the inmate’s safety.

The document, written by a Baltimore police investigator, offers the first glimpse of what might have happened inside the van. It is not clear whether any additional evidence backs up the prisoner’s version, which is just one piece of a much larger probe.

Gray was found unconscious in the wagon when it arrived at a police station on April 12. The 25-year-old had suffered a spinal injury and died a week later, touching off waves of protests across Baltimore, capped by a riot Monday in which hundreds of angry residents torched buildings, looted stores and pelted police officers with rocks.

Police have said they do not know whether Gray was injured during the arrest or during his 30-minute ride in the van. Local police and the U.S. Justice Department both have launched investigations of Gray’s death.

Jason Downs, one of the attorneys for the Gray family, said the family had not been told of the prisoner’s comments to investigators.

“We disagree with any implication that Freddie Gray severed his own spinal cord,” Downs said. “We question the accuracy of the police reports we’ve seen thus far, including the police report that says Mr. Gray was arrested without force or incident.”

Baltimore police said they will wrap up their investigation Friday and turn the results over to the Baltimore state’s attorney’s office, which will decide whether to seek an indictment. Six police officers, including a lieutenant and a sergeant, have been suspended.

You know, I wouldn’t really care if White cops were just randomly executing Black street criminals. But the reality is that this whole entire thing is manufactured. It is virtually always a complete hoax, and even if it isn’t a complete hoax and the cop actually did something wrong, it is never as if the Black didn’t have it coming anyway.

We may find out in future days that Freddie Gray was an innocent unarmed child brutally murdered for no reason by White racist cops who hated the color of his skin, but that seems very unlikely.

I noticed on my newsfeed the other day that a few of my far left friends were sharing pictures saying the protests were peaceful. Except as someone who has been watching LiveStream coverage of the entire events unfold, I can tell you personally they weren’t peaceful at all. I noticed a few things that Irk me about what was being shared. The first thing is by this woman, Caitlin Goldblatt.

So among the first thing I’ve noticed, this Caitlin Goldblatt woman is claiming to be the woman in the glasses helping this man get his pink shopping bag and black purse back from the 90 pound woman and evil redhead devil. She’s been claiming the “protesters” have been peaceful despite a chair literally flying in the background in this picture.

Except one thing, it’s not true at all. I found a youtube video showing contradictory evidence of everything this woman, and several other people that work with her at the place called “City Paper” has been spreading lies about.

Here’s the video. I’ll label some important times below for your sake so you can decide for yourself.

It would seem the bag belongs to this woman in the skirt. It can be seen at around 20 seconds.

He has so much in this video I’m not even going to bother screencap it all, I’ll just list some times for you.

At 5 seconds in, he runs in and starts jumping on a single person with several other protesters, in which a few seconds later he walks off with their jacket. Surely this man wouldn’t steal.

At 25 seconds he’s seen picking up a trashcan, and throwing it at a bystander who yells “This is not protesting! This does nothing!”

He follows up by punching the man in the face at 29 seconds.

He claims the red haired lady was antagonizing protesters. He also works for City Paper, as I’ll show below. But as for the video, you can see this woman appearing to try and calm things down at around 40 seconds.

Surely these two that work for the same media outlet wouldn’t lie and pin everything on a single person?

Don’t bother trying to reach out to either of these two City Paper employees, they’ll just block you, call you trolls, threaten to get you fired, or tell you you’re just trying to protect you’re white privilege.

She is one of the main people sharing these pictures, and getting tons of reshares from people who don’t want to do fact checking. I mention her because if you follow the riots, you’ve probably seen a friend share one of her pictures claiming they were peaceful protests.

She is also tied to City Paper. She mentions the man arrested as “Her friend” in an event where the man claims to be beaten.

The man isn’t actually beaten, they’re just doing their hardest to try and turn the blame on the police and say they’re just peaceful protests. You can see that link here.

I decided to investigate to confirm they were all tied together. After realizing his friends were all from City Paper, I dug deeper and found he does indeed work at City paper.

Ironic that the fact checker is the one going into the protests and spreading blatant lies to people. So why does this matter?

The City Paper has been stirring hate and bending facts since Mike Brown. You can go on their site and search Mike Brown to see some of their biased reporting.

They’ve been telling people of Baltimore the “protesters” are peaceful, villainizing any cops including Darren Wilson, and making people with a criminal record list a mile long into martyrs for people to riot to.  It would be a damn shame if their readers in Baltimore realized the protests are not actually as peaceful as they make them out to be.
