The anal cake drama has always been a hoax, and was only designed as a high-profile violation of people’s religious rights. It was never a very good ruling.

You have to wonder, however, if these judges are overruling the anal agenda just before the midterms to hype up the anal voter-base.

A California judge has ruled in favor of a bakery owner who refused to make wedding cakes for a same-sex couple because it violated her Christian beliefs.

The state Department of Fair Housing and Employment had sued Tastries Bakery in Bakersfield, arguing owner Cathy Miller intentionally discriminated against the couple in violation of California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act.

Miller’s attorneys argued her right to free speech and free expression of religion trumped the argument that she violated the anti-discrimination law. Kern County Superior Court Judge Eric Bradshaw ruled Friday that Miller acted lawfully while upholding her beliefs about what the Bible teaches regarding marriage.

The decision was welcomed as a First Amendment victory by Miller and her pro-bono attorneys with the conservative Thomas More Society.

“I’m hoping that in our community we can grow together,” Miller told the Bakersfield Californian after the ruling. “And we should understand that we shouldn’t push any agenda against anyone else.”

A spokesperson said the fair housing department was aware of the ruling but had not determined what to do next. The couple, Eileen and Mireya Rodriguez-Del Rio, said they expect an appeal.

“Of course we’re disappointed, but not surprised,” Eileen told the newspaper. “We anticipate that our appeal will have a different result.”

Sure, I could understand if he was forcing his employees to work 7 days without a day off. That would be something reasonable to look into the guy over. But that is not what seems to have happened here. He voluntarily decided to work 7 days a week in a highly populated area so he could make more cash and do what he enjoyed doing.

Obviously, this situation is ridiculous and men being forced to pay for working is another sign of the decay of our civilizations. Or maybe just a sign that the French are out of control and need to be sanctioned before they go completely off the rails.

An Oakland, California-based baker with a history of creating unconventional cakes and pastries has been hit with criticism on her Facebook page after she shared a video over Instagram of a birthday cake decorated with the phrase “Kill Nazis” frosted on it.

Ashely Shotwell found her Facebook page flooded with approximately 200 negative reviews and one-star ratings, after what she suspected to be “alt-right” groups made a video of her “Kill Nazis” cake go viral. According to the San Francisco Chronicle, “Those reviews have been countered by 1,200 five-star ratings from friends and customers. Shotwell says she had about 20 ratings, prior to Thursday.”

Nazis = “Anyone who voted for Trump.”

Oh, so the negative reviews have been countered with good reviews by other communists?

As of Monday, video of the black-and-red frosted cake by Ashley Shotwell has been viewed nearly 20,000 times on social media. The video was first posted on Wednesday.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, a customer requested the “Kill Nazi” cake after being inspired by a “Resist Fascism” cake on Shotwell’s Instagram page.

Several of her other creations include vagina donuts and penis and condom cakes. One cake in particular features a woman’s legs spread with her private parts in full view. Another cake feature’s Satan’s star.

It’s time we take a firm stand against this type of perverse confectionery. Because if anything can counter our meme magic, it’s sugar-laden bakery products shaped like John Oliver.

As the reader is likely aware, Christian bakers have faced severe persecution across the White world under Jew-devised anti-discrimination laws which seek to bully them into endorsing faggotry.  This has happened in both the UK and the US, forcing hardship on family businesses for the purpose of punishing them for their beliefs.

Well, now in Colorado, where Christians had been persecuted over cakes, a Christian customer has switched-up the game and gone to a gay bakery and demanded he be made a Bible-shaped cake which features anti-faggot messages, the queer website Out Front Colorado reports.

A man came in to Azucar Bakery, and found the Bible-shaped cake in a catalog, and asked that it be made to read “God Hates Homosexuality” above anti-gay imagery. The shop’s owner, Marjorie Silva, refused, telling the IRL justice troll that they would bake the cake and leave it blank and he could have a package with the materials to write on the cake himself.

He then threatened legal action and walked out, according to employees. He allegedly returned two more times to demand his “equal rights” to have a fag-hating religious cake produced by the homosexual bakery, and was shown out.

The heroic man has now filed a discrimination complaint with Colorado’s Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).

Silva received a letter from the agency, and posted a reply.

From it:

I can … tell you that the customer wanted us to draw two males holding hands … with a big ‘X’ on them. I told him that we do not like to discriminate in this bakery, we accept all humans and that the message and drawing is extremely rude.

Well, lady, Christians believe that a man sticking his penis in another man’s butthole and then demanding that the entire world congratulate him for doing so is “extremely rude.” Which is why we don’t want to make such cakes. But you’ve forced us to make such cakes. And now the bell tolls for thee.

She closed the letter:

I would like to make it clear that we never refused service. We only refused to write and draw what we felt was discriminatory against gays. In the same manner we would not … make a discriminatory cake against Christians, we will not make one that discriminates against gays.

“We never refused service, we only refused to service his religious beliefs” – ha! Could the Christian bakers who got sued by the ACLU for not doing the anal cakes not say the same? They weren’t refusing the customer outright, they were refusing to do imagery that violated their personal value system. Just like you’ve just done.

And hey – it’s against the law!

DORA will make its decision on whether to press charges within 30 days.
