$1.9 trillion sure is a lot of money.

Where is all of the money going, I wonder?

Just to Jewish bankers and Indian scam artists, I guess?

Washington Post:

Congressional Democrats will renew their focus this week on passing President Biden’s $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief bill, as they face a mid-March deadline when enhanced unemployment benefits expire, if Congress doesn’t act in time.

With former president Donald Trump’s impeachment trial out of the way in the Senate, Democrats are preparing to push the legislation through a few final procedural hoops before an expected floor vote next week in the House. From there, the legislation would go to the Senate.

Biden is participating in a CNN town hall Tuesday night to discuss the coronavirus, the economy and other issues. He is likely to use the opportunity to promote his relief plan, which includes a new round of $1,400 stimulus checks as well as hundreds of billions of dollars for schools, city and state governments, coronavirus testing and vaccine manufacture and distribution.

The proposal would also increase emergency unemployment benefits from $300 to $400 a week and extend them into the fall.

Despite divisions within the House Democratic caucus, Democrats have largely unified behind the legislation. Nine House committees passed their individual portions of the bill last week, fighting back GOP attempts to alter it with dozens of amendments targeting everything from abortion to the minimum wage to the Keystone XL pipeline.

Democrats defeated all the GOP amendments save for one, a relatively minor measure in the Agriculture Committee aimed at compensating farmers impacted by derecho storms last year.

Republicans repeatedly said they were frustrated their views weren’t being considered as Democrats pushed the legislation forward without GOP support. Democrats defended their approach, saying they need to act quickly to inject more money into the health care system and stabilize the economy with millions still out of work.

“Economists, left, right and center, have all embraced a similar position, and that is we have to go big,” House Ways and Means Chairman Richard E. Neal (D-Mass.) said in an interview.

“Trying to spend money on a problem that’s international in scope and not caused by malfeasance or corruption requires a national response,” Neal said.

Is anyone talking about or even thinking at all about the effect that this is going to have on inflation? Or is the assumption just that $1.9 trillion in value will be added to Tesla stock, and then it will all just work out?

I’m starting to wonder if it’s possible that the people running our country are just not really very responsible.

I mean, if the economy was capable of absorbing this amount of new money, and that this is good for the economy, then why weren’t we just doing it all along?

Just so you understand the kind of new money we’re talking about here, let me post some images.

This is one million dollars:

This is 100 million dollars:

This is a billion dollars:

This is a trillion dollars:

We’ve printed about 15 trillion dollars since the coronavirus hoax started. Now we’re printing two trillion more.

And no one knows where this money is going.

You’re not getting it. I’m not getting it.

And it appears to be a secret who is getting it.

Typically, the way things work is when you increase the supply of something, the demand goes down.

what this means, theoretically, is that because demand for the dollar is going to go down, the value is going to go down, which will then mean that things cost more money.

That is good for people who live on debt, because it effectively lessens the amount that they owe.

It’s not good however for people who live on dollars.

It seems like the easier solution, if you cared about society, would have been to just never have a coronavirus hoax in the first place.

But now, what it looks like to me, is that the dollar is going to go into hyper inflation, which will mean that it will become useless

This would of course provide an excuse for the government to replace our current paper currency with a new digital currency, which would be hooked into a global financial system.

If that was the goal from the beginning, this would all make sense.

Otherwise, the only explanation is that they are insane.

You can figure it out.

I just report the facts.

But it’s also possible that AOC is just a big silly dumb-dumb head and Joe Biden is just a doddering old senile fool, and they’re just too gosh darn dumb to know what’s going on

UK: British TRAVEL AGENCIES Want Bailout Money! HA! https://www.anglinarchive.com/2020/08/24/uk-british-travel-agencies-want-bailout-money-ha/ Mon, 24 Aug 2020 00:00:00 +0000

In their quest to collapse the economy, the governments of the West are pouring bailout money into companies that will not possibly ever be profitable again.

Imagine giving money to a travel agency, with the outlook being what it is right now. Not only will people not be allowed to travel in the future, no one will have the money to travel.

BBC:

The UK’s travel industry has reached a “critical point” and is calling for further support to stem job losses.

Measures to curb the pandemic have already led to the loss of around 39,000 jobs, said travel industry trade body Abta.

About 65% of travel firms have had to make redundancies or start a consultation process.

Abta said the industry desperately needs “tailored support” or many more jobs would be lost.

The Association of British Travel Agents (Abta) warned that more job losses were set to come as the government’s furlough scheme is phased out, unless new support measures are introduced.

“With the government’s stop start measures, the restart of travel has not gone as hoped for the industry, and sadly businesses continue to be adversely affected and jobs are being lost at an alarming rate,” said Abta’s chief executive Mark Tanzer.

“Coming towards the end of the traditional period for peak booking, we have hit a critical point as existing government measures to support businesses begin to taper off, the consequence of which, according to this survey of ABTA Members will be ruinous for more people’s livelihoods.”

Abta said many travel firms had not yet restarted after the lockdown, with cruise firms and school travel operators still closed for business.

They haven’t given them the money yet, but the government should be straightforward with the people about what they’ve done: they have totally collapsed the economy. None of it is coming back for a very long time, and actually, with this communist revolution, it’s never going to come back. We’re entering into a situation of total poverty and the government is then going to install colored people to rule our countries and ensure that we never come out of poverty as we move into some kind of New World Order system.

The British Oxfam and the United Nations are admitting openly that people in the third world are going to starve to death on a mass scale because of this lockdown, but we’re pretending like everything in the West is going back to normal?

I can understand letting people down gently, but this situation is just absurd.

People should be told that the jig is officially up and this boat is obviously sinking.

Coronavirus Relief Bill Gave $70.3 Billion in Tax Breaks to 43,000 Millionaires, Average of $1.6 Million Each https://www.anglinarchive.com/2020/04/17/coronavirus-relief-bill-gave-70-3-billion-in-tax-breaks-to-43000-millionaires-average-1-6-million-each/ Fri, 17 Apr 2020 00:00:00 +0000

The first thing you want to do when the economy starts collapsing is to give piles of free money to the extremely rich.

Unless the economy isn’t collapsing. In which case, the best thing to do is to inject capital into the capitalist elite.

Basically, no matter what is going on, the solution is to give fistfuls of cash to the very, very wealthy.

Freedom isn’t free.

New York Post:

At least 43,000 American millionaires who are too rich to get coronavirus stimulus checks are getting a far bigger boost — averaging $1.6 million each, according to a congressional committee.

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act trumpeted its assistance for working families and small businesses, but it apparently contains an even bigger benefit for wealthy business owners, the committee found.

The act allows pass-through businesses — ones taxed under individual income, rather than corporate — an unlimited amount of deductions against their non-business income, such as capital gains, the Washington Post said. They can also use losses to avoid paying taxes in other years.

That gives the roughly 43,000 individual tax filers who make at least $1 million a year a savings of $70.3 billion — or about $1.6 million apiece, according to the Joint Committee on Taxation.

Hedge-fund investors and real estate business owners are “far and away” the ones who will benefit the most, tax expert Steve Rosenthal told the Washington Post.

Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) called it a “scandal” to “loot American taxpayers in the midst of an economic and human tragedy.”

So, how’s that $1,200 working out for you, goy?

Is it enough to last you through three months of lockdown?

Good! I’m so glad to hear it, really.

I bet you wanted $1,600,000 instead. But, you see, you don’t really need that money. Hedge fund and real estate investors, they need that money. Why, you ask?

You see, these financial elite are actually the hard working, bootstraps-towing elbow-greasers of the economy. If it weren’t for real estate investors, who would be there to buy up living space, and rent it out to you?

Then, how would you pay your rent?

I bet you didn’t think about that, huh?

We Should be Thinking Really Hard About Who We Bail Out https://www.anglinarchive.com/2020/04/13/we-should-be-thinking-really-hard-about-who-we-bail-out/ Mon, 13 Apr 2020 00:00:00 +0000

This guy always came across as such a try-hard faggot who has low self-esteem and thus spends millions trying to project an identity of being a 70-year-old ladies’ man. It is a manufactured public image that would only ever appeal to the lowest common denominator, which tells you where his head is at: he uses his billions to dazzle stupid people into thinking he’s cool.

Both America and Britain are talking about big time bailouts for mega-corporations.

We need to think hard about who we decide to bail out following the corona-crisis. A very obvious one that you don’t really even have to think about is commercial airlines – that should be a hard “no.”

When this is over, very few people are going to have work that they need to travel for and no one is going to be going on vacations. People will not even be traveling domestically to see their families. More likely than not, they will move to wherever it is their families live, for the network of support, which is going to become very old-fashioned.

If this guy gets a bailout, it is literally flushing money down the toilet.

The Guardian:

From his private island in the Caribbean, Sir Richard Branson is trying to convince the UK government to give his Virgin Atlantic airline a £500m bailout to help it survive the coronavirus pandemic and the economic fallout of the lockdown.

The billionaire, who also wants £700m from the Australian government to bailout Virgin Australia, has the backing of bosses at Airbus, which makes Virgin’s planes, and Rolls-Royce, which makes its jet engines, who have warned ministers that if the airline collapsed it could drag them down too.

At the weekend, Manchester Airports Group chief, Charlie Cornish, added his name to the list of travel industry bosses desperate for Virgin to survive, saying in a letter to chancellor, Rishi Sunak, that Virgin flights “are directly benefiting the economies of Manchester and the surrounding region”.

He said: “Virgin Atlantic’s growth in capacity has been essential in allowing Manchester to become one of the best-connected European airports to the US.”

…

But Branson’s plea has prompted a substantial backlash, with many pointing out that the entrepreneur has paid the exchequer no personal income tax since moving to the tax free British Virgin Islands (BVI) 14 years ago.

Former shadow chancellor John McDonnell told the Guardian it was unacceptable that “rich billionaires [were] milking the system” at a time of national crisis.

Yes, it is unacceptable.

It’s also unacceptable that we’re only seeing articles and government condemnations about the few random goyim billionaires, while the mob of Jew bankers goes unquestioned. But that is to be expected.

Another obvious thing we do not want to bail out is the movie theater industry.

MovieWeb:

Is AMC Theatres about to declare bankruptcy? AMC is reportedly in talks with Weil, Gotshal & Manges in an attempt to work through a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. This would help the theater try and manage its massive debt load of $4.9 billion while trying to successfully reopen at the same time. Movie theaters across North America have been shut down since the middle of March and a reopening date has yet to be determined. Two weeks ago, AMC was optimistic about being able to open again in June, but it’s unclear if that will end up happening now.

It was reported last week that AMC Theatres had their credit downgraded, which meant they would probably have to shut down. AMC closed all of its 630 theaters on March 17th and furloughed 25,000 workers. Sources claim that the chain has ceased paying rent to landlords, which is why the Chapter 11 talks are currently happening. Sources also claim that AMC is “at risk of breaching its debt covenants as it burns through cash,” amid the world’s current state of affairs.

Theaters are dead forever, period, and not coming back, ever.

There are many such industries. Basically, all forms of recreation that require significant disposable income are going to go.

Things that we will need:

  • Food
  • Utilities
  • Electricity
  • Housing
  • Public transportation
  • Video games ($10-$60 apiece, potentially hundreds or thousands of hours of use)
  • Streaming services ($12 a month, unlimited hours of use)
  • Public parks (free, unlimited hours of use)
  • Gyms ($10-20 a month, unlimited hours of use)

So, those things should get money. Everything else is going to go.

It Would be Great If They Just Bailed Us Out Directly

I’ve been thinking about the concept of bailouts, particularly in America (my home country). I don’t think there should be any corporate bailouts at all. I think that it would be possible to keep the dollar from collapsing if you only bailed out individual people, using a UBI system. If you gave every person $2,500 a month, you could print that amount indefinitely. With 200 million adults in America, that would only be 500 billion a month. You could then simply allow the people to rebuild the economy from the ground up.

Of course, it is stupid to talk about that, because our government is run by shills who are not going to do that. But it is interesting to think about, because I’m certain it would work. Of course, it would work a lot better if you sent home the tens of millions of immigrants, who are basically dead weight, and would not be involved in the rebuilding, but would be parasites or running scams.

Instead, the opposite of everything I just said is going to happen: useless banks and corporations will get bailed out, people will get little or nothing beyond government soup and drug-riddled homeless shelters, and immigrants and women will continue to get special privileges.

Trump aiming at Mary Barra.

Jews are not happy that workers continue to support Trump despite the media telling them orange man bad.

AP:

Since General Motors announced its decision this week to shut down its hulking Lordstown plant — the anchor of this northeast Ohio town — workers on the line have had nothing but questions. Will they have jobs come spring? Should they put in for transfers and move their families to Texas or Tennessee? How much should they spend on Christmas?

One they haven’t yet answered: Who is to blame?

GM said Monday it would cut up to 14,000 workers in North America and marked five plants for possible closure, including the Lordstown plant, which previous rounds of layoffs already had left operating with just one shift. Once-full parking lots around the plant now sit largely empty. Assembly plants in Detroit and Ontario and transmission plants near Baltimore and in Warren, Michigan, also could be shuttered.

Makes sense once you look at their CEO.

Mary Barra, General Motors’ CEO.

Michigan, like Ohio, was among the states with large numbers of once-reliably Democratic union workers who backed Trump two years ago. But Michigan seemed to be swinging back to the left in the November midterm election, when Democrats won the governor’s office and other statewide races and picked up two congressional seats.

Ohio seemed to be holding firm for the GOP. Democratic Sen. Sherrod Brown — a possible 2020 presidential candidate — won re-election, but Republicans won the governor’s race and four other statewide offices for the third straight time, an outcome Ohio Democratic Party Chairman David Pepper attributed partly to Ohioans’ loyalty to the president. “The Trump factor,” he said.

In northeast Ohio, where Democrats for decades took 60 percent or more of the vote, the GOP picked up steam. While statewide Democratic candidates won in Mahoning County, where Youngstown is located, it was by much smaller margins than four years ago. County GOP Chairman Mark Munroe credits Trump and a “newfound sense of optimism.”

“If anything, support for the president has gotten stronger,” he said. “People have an appreciation for what the president has done. I think he’ll do even better in 2020.”

Ohio has shed auto-making jobs on Trump’s watch, while Michigan, California and Kentucky have seen growth.

Trump does appear to be getting credit for the economy, even from those who aren’t personally benefiting.

With low unemployment and a largely strong stock market until relatively recently, nearly two-thirds of midterm voters nationwide considered the economy to be good, according to VoteCast, the Associated Press’ survey of the electorate. And while just 44 percent of voters said they approved of his job performance overall, 55 percent gave him high marks on the economy.

In rural and small-town America, the heart of Trump’s support, a solid majority — 58 percent — of voters making less than $50,000 said they approve of his handling of the economy. That’s only a slightly smaller share than rural voters overall.

In Ohio, backing for Trump and his handling of the economy was strong. Even as voters nearly split evenly on their opinion of Trump overall, 57 percent gave him good marks on the economy.

“I don’t think he can perform miracles,” said Lordstown Mayor Arno Hill, a Trump supporter who, like others in this community near Youngstown, is hopeful GM will assign the plant another product to replace the Chevy Cruze, a model workers here produce but the company is abandoning. He blames market forces, not Trump or GM, and says the community is otherwise doing well.

“If we were giving out grades, I’d give (Trump) a B right now,” Hill said. “If Lordstown gets another product, I’ll give him an A.”

Trump criticized GM and the company’s chief executive officer, Mary Barra, after the shutdown announcement, noting on Twitter that the company isn’t closing plants in China or Mexico.

“The U.S. saved General Motors, and this is the THANKS we get!” he wrote. The president also said this week he wants to cut federal subsidies for the company, and signaled he may place tariffs on car imports.

The U.S. has been pouring tons of money into the auto industry since George W. Bush. It saved General Motors and some say the auto industry itself.

The auto industry right now.

The auto industry’s continual need for government money is a clear sign that something’s not quite right with it. Times are changing. Maybe it’s the upcoming self-driving cars. Maybe it’s something else.

Blaming Trump for this doesn’t make sense, and blaming him for General Motors throwing a tantrum after he refuses to continue throwing money at them so they can pretend they’re a functional business and that this is not happening is preposterous.

Union leaders and Democratic officials say Trump should have done more, and sooner. After the latest round of layoffs in July, Union President Dave Green sent a letter to Trump asking him to get involved and noting a large number of union members voted for him. Trump’s silence on the situation, Green wrote, was “disturbing.”

Hard to disagree with that statement.

Obama already gave tons of money to General Motors and they spent it on golden parachutes and bonuses. The company has been sinking for a while and they’re now hitting Trump trying to pull the same shit they pulled with president nigger. They want a bailout.

Libertarians will say “don’t pay them, let them drown” – but there’s a better solution. General Motors wants the government to give them money so they can continue giving a little money to its workers? Then let’s cut out the middle man. Socialize General Motors by executive order. Get the US government to seize it entirely for being an inefficient corrupt sack of shit.

If the auto industry can no longer exists without US government’s money, then why is it not property of the US government and its people?

Whackjob: Alexis Calls for Another Referendum – This Time, Against Himself https://www.anglinarchive.com/2015/07/30/whackjob-alexis-calls-for-another-referendum-this-time-against-himself/ Thu, 30 Jul 2015 00:00:00 +0000 Andrew Anglin

"Shut it down, you say? How about I shut ME down!"
“Shut it down, you say? How about I shut ME down!”

The criminally insane communist dictator of Greece has called for a new referendum – this time, against himself.

Financial Times:

Greece’s Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras has thrown down a challenge to his critics by calling a “referendum” of Syriza party members on Greece’s latest bailout agreement, saying his government had made “difficult choices” to protect the country from bankruptcy.

Addressing the party’s 200 strong central committee at a specially called meeting on Thursday, he proposed a Yes-or-No vote on the €86bn bailout to be held on Sunday.

Greek radio and television stations interrupted their regular programmes to broadcast Mr Tsipras’s speech live from the party gathering at a cinema in central Athens, a sign of how the meeting is seen as critical to the country’s stability.

The premier appealed to committee members to speak up openly, saying: “Anyone who wants a different government or a different premier should say so. Those who believe this is the worst memorandum [bailout] of all should say so now.”

Just as the last referendum made no sense, this one makes no sense.

In fact, this one makes significantly less sense, given that this is a worse deal than the Greeks already voted “oxi” on a couple weeks ago. The senselessness is compounded by the fact that the deal has already been signed. Also compounded by the fact that Alexis has already shown that he will do the opposite of what people vote in referendums – but wait, maybe that makes this one make more sense, as he knows that people who are against him won’t even bother to vote.

I don’t know.

Yanis: Bailout is Good for the Golden Dawn https://www.anglinarchive.com/2015/07/14/yanis-bailout-is-good-for-the-golden-dawn/ Tue, 14 Jul 2015 00:00:00 +0000 Daily Stormer

The end is now.
The end is now.

It is simply an obvious fact that no better thing could have happened to the Golden Dawn than for Alexis to break completely, to sign a deal even worse than the one the Greeks voted no to.

It was an insane act against the Greek people by the last party even making the claim to be for them.

A Golden Dawn in Greece is now all but a done deal.

The Guardian:

Austerity measures demanded of Greece by its European creditors will strengthen the far right, the country’s former finance minister Yanis Varoufakis has said.

Varoufakis also dubbed the bailout agreement reached in Brussels this week as a new Treaty of Versaille, and a coup d’état which used banks instead of tanks.

The Greek government has found itself in a dire political situation after it was forced to accept draconian austerity measures as part of a bailout offer even harsher than the one a national referendum voted no to last week.

The outspoken former minister, who resigned from his role after the national referendum, despite it returning the result he was calling for, told the ABC the far-right Golden Dawn party could “inherit the mantle of the anti-austerity drive, tragically”.

“If our party Syriza, that has cultivated so much hope in Greece – to the extent that we managed to score 61.5% in the recent referendum – if we betray this hope and if we bow our heads to this new form of postmodern occupation, then I cannot see any other possible outcome than the further strengthening of Golden Dawn,” Varoufakis said.

Speaking to Radio National’s Phillip Adams in his first post-resignation interview, Varoufakis also said he “jumped more than he was pushed” when he resigned from the ministry.

Prime minister Alexis Tsipras “didn’t have what it took, sentimentally, emotionally, at that moment, to carry that no vote to Europe and use it as a weapon,” said Varoufakis.

“So I … decided to give him the leeway that he needs to go back to Brussels and strike what he knows to be an impossible deal. A deal that is simply not viable.”

May victory come swiftly and brutally.

The Greek Tragic Comedy has ended in an autistic manner.

Alexis has folded completely, literally agreeing to every single aspect of the original deal he first rejected and then took a referendum on and the Greek people rejected.

What a stupid end to this stupid mess.

I guess we all knew it would end like this, but the whole thing had just gotten so weird I didn’t know what to think.

The question now is: will Greeks riot?

What is now not a question is that the Golden Dawn is now assured to be the country’s second party, and may well end up the first. Just as soon as they get out of prison. Or, while they’re in prison.

drachma prices in greece

Businesses in Greece are now listing prices in Drachma, Zero Hedge reports.

At the same time, the Greek government is claiming they don’t have the ability to print Drachma.

At the same time, the ATMs are going to run out of euros at any moment.

Alexis is back offering deals again, but no one takes it seriously because he already did this. Maybe he is scizophrenic like a fox or maybe he is just a troll. If this is a gigantic circus show staged to make it look like he is some hero, and he will eventually just agree to whatever the EU and the Jews want, it was still quite a spectacle. And he deserves credit for that.

I’m just hoping it is finally happening.

So sick of waiting.

Is it party time yet?
Is it party time yet?

The good news is, the “top economists” are now saying that a “Grexit” is the most likely option. And despite the lack of printing presses, Greece is making plans for an alternative currency.

No one knows.

It’s exciting.

Oxi-day

If there’s one thing everyone can agree on, it’s that the Euro is bad for everyone.

EU Observer:

Pablo Echenique, a leading member of the far-left Podemos party in Spain said on Twitter: “The Greek brothers are telling financial dictators that one doesn’t play with democracy and dignity”.

…

Rafael Mayoral, a fellow Podemos leader, who was in Athens on Sunday (5 July), said “joy is in the air”.

Gabi Zimmer, the president of the far-left Gue group in the European Parliament, in her statement also attacked the “EU’s ruling elites”.

…

For her part, Marine Le Pen, the leader of the far-right National Front party in France, welcomed Greece’s “beautiful” lesson in democracy.

But she said it means “the failure of the euro”.

She urged EU leaders to sit “around the negotiating table, take stock … and organise the dissolution of the single currency”.

Geert Wilders, the leader of the Dutch anti-immigrant party, the PVV, tweeted that the Netherlands will quit the euro next: “No = Grexit. After that Nexit”.

His British counterpart, Nigel Farage, the leader of Ukip, went further.

He said the No means the “EU project is now dying”.

…

Alexei Likhatchev, Russia’s economy vice-minister, joined Le Pen and Farage in wishing the euro ill.

Greece has “taken a step towards leaving eurozone”, he said, according to French media.
