The Guardian:

Police in Kentucky recently shot a man to death in his home while they executed a search warrant that appears to have been intended for a different address.

Doug Harless, 63, lived in London, a southern Kentucky town of about 8,000 residents, and was killed by police officers at his home at 511 Vanzant Road on the night of 23 December. However, audio from local Laurel county emergency dispatchers – and obtained by Kentucky news stations – shows that the search warrant was intended for 489 Vanzant Road, as was repeated multiple times on a recording of the audio.

The owner of 489 Vanzant Road told news station WKYT that no one had lived at that address for months.

The Guardian contacted Kentucky state police – which is investigating the London police’s killing of Harless – but did not immediately receive a response.

Surveillance video provided to local news by Harless’s neighbor showed officers arriving at his home at about 11.50pm, banging on the door and announcing themselves over the sound of barking dogs. The video shows officers moved around the perimeter of the house – with others on the porch – before the sound of five gunshots erupted. Separately, a voice is heard on dispatch audio saying: “Shots fired. 489 Vanzant Road.” Harless received medical attention at the scene but died there.

Police initially did not say whether Harless was armed. But, in a press release three days after the shooting, police alleged that he “produced a firearm and pointed it at officers”.

As the investigation continues, residents of the small town said they were struggling with Harless’s killing and the questions that remain over it.

According to Harless’s obituary from Hart Funeral Home in Corbin, Kentucky, he left behind a daughter, grandson and five siblings – as well as a daughter and grandson described as “bonus”, which is a term often used for stepchildren and stepgrandchildren. A comment left on the obituary page reads: “So sorry! What happened was insane!”

Neighbors and friends told local news stations that they believe Harless was a victim and not a criminal. “He’s a great man. He didn’t deserve that,” his longtime friend Shane Cornett told WKYT.

People need to remember that the only reason the government is able to do anything is that they have a standing army of lunatics who will come to your house and kill you.

If the government is criminal – and believe me, it is – then the cops are nothing more than a criminal gang.

There are many of these outrageous events of the cops killing random innocent people every year, but these are just examples of the kinds of people who get hired as cops. The issue of cops is much bigger than innocent people being murdered.

The basic fact of reality is that everything that happens is a result of the existence of the cops. Trannies, mass immigration, taxes, Israel first, whatever it is, none of these things would be happening if it were not for the cops, which create an environment of fear, necessarily. This fear culture, where people are afraid of the government because they have an army of psychopaths that will kill you if you don’t do what they tell you to do, overwrites the popular will.

It’s called “tyranny.”

They tell you it’s justice. But the people don’t believe it is justice. The people support Luigi.

The basic proposition of modern America is “cops will protect you from blacks.” But they don’t appear to be doing that. And that wasn’t really a very good deal in the first place: “you have to live in a tyranny where the government will do whatever it wants to you or we will release the blacks on you.”

Whenever someone says “America is a proposition nation,” that is the “proposition” they are referring to.

It is just an obvious fact that normal white Americans can form posses to manage the blacks. We did that for a long time, actually.

This is why they call them “badge niggers.”

The cops are a gang and they can do anything they want to you.

(I get that this guy was black and therefore a danger, but that’s beside the point.)

Las Vegas police are investigating a shooting in which an officer killed a victim of a home invasion who had called 911 for help.

Officers showed up at the home and found a man struggling with a woman over a knife. An officer opened fire and struck the man, killing him at the scene. Only later did they discover the man who was killed lived at the home and was struggling to fend off the woman who had broken into his home.

The man and woman knew each other and had been in a relationship, police say.

The incident happened Tuesday around 12:40 a.m.

Police say Brandon Durham, 43, had called 911 and reported multiple people outside his home shooting, then told the 911 operator that someone had entered his home through the front and back doors and he was locking himself in the bathroom.

He also told the 911 operator that he was home with his 15-year-old daughter, according to police. Officers kicked open the door after arriving on scene and hearing someone screaming as well as damage to vehicles parked outside the property, police said.

The police are the ones investigating. Not the citizens, the peers of the murdered man. The police are doing the investigating.

This is why they say “crime is not as bad as the 1990s”: firstly, no one calls the cops anymore to report crimes because everyone knows the cops won’t do anything to the blacks. Further, people know that if they call the cops, they are likely to become victims of the cops.

The situation with the cops is out of control. This is no different than some kind of Fallout situation where marauding gangs patrol the highways and do with you as they please.

In the original American government, you only had the Sheriff. The current state and city cops are all de facto members of the fedgov gang.

The police must be abolished.

This nigga was killed by cops while cowering in his house after calling the cops. George Floyd was committing a felony and died of a drug overdose while resisting arrest.

How do people see that scam and not think everything is a scam?

I’ve been thinking about that story of that poor guy strangling that gross, old, overpriced hooker to death in Vegas, and I think I need to put out a PSA on what to do if you accidentally kill a hooker.

You do not want to talk to the police about anything. Do not say anything at all to them. Do not attempt to explain yourself.

You have to call 911 if she’s unresponsive, but you don’t have to explain to the 911 operator what happened. It will take a while for the ambulance to get there, and it will take the cops even longer. They’re probably going to assume it was an overdose, because hookers use a lot of drugs.

Before the cops get there, you need a criminal lawyer on the phone, telling them you’ve got a dead hooker in the room. No lawyer is going to tell you to talk to the police, so it doesn’t really matter if it’s a good lawyer. You can get a better one later. You just needs a lawyer to protect you from the police.

If you accidentally or even purposefully kill a hooker, it should not be a life sentence. If you choked her to death, there are very good arguments that it was consensual, which means it’s manslaughter, which is a whole lot lesser charge than murder. Even if you beat her to death, you’ve got arguments. People do BDSM with hookers. Even if you weren’t doing that, and you were just drunk and angry and decided to beat up the hooker for some reason, there are arguments.

This goes beyond “dead hooker in the hotel room” situations. It’s everything. Never talk to the cops, in any situation where you could be accused of a crime (even if you don’t think you have been accused of a crime, don’t talk to the cops). If you are poor, make them give you a state lawyer. The state lawyer will be garbage, but you can tell them “I’m not saying shit.” They can’t make you.

You don’t really have rights in a general sense in this country. Ironically, once you’ve been arrested and charged with a crime, you have more rights than at any other time, because there are so many people and so much money that are dependent on the court system, so criminal law has to have some rules. Civil law, not so much. But criminal law is the last system in the country that still sort of works. It doesn’t really work, but it works better than anything else in this country.

This also obviously applies if the feds show up at your house and ask you about something you posted on the internet:

• “Am I being detained?”
• “I want a lawyer.”

That’s it.

DO NOT EVER TALK TO THE COPS.

An off-duty police officer knelt on a 12-year-old girl’s neck while restraining her after a lunchtime fight at a school in Kenosha, Wisconsin, surveillance footage released by the school district shows.

Kenosha Unified School District released redacted footage Friday that shows Shawn Guetschow trying to break up a March 4 fight, before he tussles with the child and kneels on her neck for about a minute and a half.

The clip shows two students – one in black and the other in gray – shoving each other at the lunchroom of Lincoln Middle School, before Guetschow and another staffer sprint over and pull the students apart while they trade blows.

Geutshow, a Kenosha officer who worked as a security officer at the school, then pulls the girl in the white down, pushes her head against the floor and holds his knee on her neck before he handcuffs her and walks her out of the cafeteria, video shows.

Jerrel Perez, the girl’s father, has called for criminal charges against Guetschow for using the neck restraint that was banned for Wisconsin law enforcement officers last year.

Perez said his distraught daughter is in therapy and is seeing a neurologist for her injuries.

Guetschow, 37, was initially placed on administrative leave by the district before he resigned from the part-time gig with the school on Tuesday, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.

A Colorado man who is deaf and uses sign language to communicate said two Idaho Springs officers slammed him to the ground during an arrest despite his attempts to tell them that he could not understand their commands.

The man, Brady Mistic, said he was wrongfully jailed for four months over the incident on Sept. 17, 2019. He is suing Officers Nicholas Hanning and Ellie Summers, as well as the city of Idaho Springs and the Clear Creek County Board of Commissioners.

The suit, filed this month in U.S. District Court, says the incident began just after 7:30 p.m. Mistic was alleged to have run a stop sign before he pulled into the parking lot of a laundromat. Unaware that police had followed him into the parking lot, Mistic got out of his vehicle and began walking toward the laundromat, according to the lawsuit.

“As Mr. Mistic exited his car and walked past a dumpster in between his vehicle and the police vehicle, toward the laundry door, he was blinded by police vehicle lights and/or a spotlight shone by the officers,” the suit says. “He had no idea what was happening, what the police were doing, or if the officers’ presence had anything to do with him.”

Mistic stopped walking and used his hands in an attempt to communicate with the officers, the lawsuit says. Mistic uses American Sign Language to communicate, is unable to read lips and can vocalize only a few words, according to the suit. He usually writes messages on a piece of paper to communicate with people who do not know sign language, it says.

The lawsuit claims that without any “warning or attempt to communicate,” Hanning grabbed Mistic by the sweatshirt and threw him on the ground, causing Mistic’s head to hit the concrete.

Most of these “bad cop” stories have faded from the top of reddit since Joe Biden took office, being replaced with “hero police” stories.

As far as I’m able to tell from my daily redditing: Once a group of metaphysically evil racists who hunted and killed innocent people of color because they hated the color of their skin, regular cops now sit among the ranks of the FBI and CIA as brave defenders of democracy.

If I could point to a specific time which the changeover took place, it would obviously be January 6, when formerly racist, skin-hating murderers transformed, body and soul, into defenders of Our Values and Who We Are.

The redditors were joyous that the killer of Ashli Babbitt would go unpunished (this was before they found out he was black).

More than hunting down racists, however, reddit seems most pleased with the way that cops, a group often referred to as “Badge Niggers” by freedom-lovers, have enforced the brutal coronavirus mandates. Leftists cheer wildly when formerly racist cops arrest business owners, or beat people on the streets for not wearing masks.

It’s quite something to see leftists switch like this so quickly, and not acknowledge the switch.

I guess they feel that cops went from enforcing a right-wing agenda to enforcing a left-wing agenda. That didn’t actually happen – cops have always done whatever the government told them to do. But what’s more, leftists claimed, outright, that cops were evil racists. Like, that individual cops personally hated dark skin colors, and that’s why they became cops – so that they could abuse and kill the diversely skinned.

All this switch proves, however, is that leftists really are just bots. They will repeat whatever authority says, at any time, and if the narrative of authority switches, their “opinions” will switch. This is because they don’t really have “opinions.” There is no filter between “what the government/media says” and “what comes out of a leftist’s mouth.”

This: it is futile to argue with these people.

And yet, the entire conservative media establishment is obsessed with trying to argue with leftists, as if they are, eventually, going to formulate arguments that will convince them.

These people are jerking you off. That is what Sean Hannity, Breitbart, Ben Shapiro, Steven Crowder, etc., etc., etc., are doing. If it’s entertainment, okay. But they are not presenting it as entertainment. They are presenting it as a political strategy – to use arguments to convince leftists of the error of their ways.

It’s sabotage.

Leftists will believe anything, there is no point in arguing with them, and anyone who argues for arguing with them is trying to waste your time on purpose.

Chaotic scenes erupted around Melbourne’s most famous war memorial this afternoon after police deployed tear gas into a crowd of hundreds, ending a tense stand off.

The scenes come after protesters converged on the Shrine of Remembrance just after 1pm, with many heard chanting “lest we forget”, as protests continued in the city for a third day in a row.

Veterans and police have slammed the protesters for “disrespecting the sanctity” of the memorial.

A flare was set off and explosion-like sounds were heard as protesters ran from the shrine just before 4pm.

Many ran through traffic on a nearby road, where a car crashed into a tram in the chaos.

Police began patrolling the surrounding streets on a Bearcat.

They issued more than 200 arrests following the protest today.

Two police officers received head injuries after being hit in the head, while a third was hospitalised with chest pain.

It appeared to be the first time today the protesters had been completely surrounded.

Protesters have been heard chanting “we want peace”.

A few bottles were thrown at officers.

Police picked off some protesters in the crowd and arrested them.

A female protester was dragged out of the crowd while sobbing.

At one point even God Himself joined in on the protest, triggering a magnitude six earthquake for teh lolz.

A magnitude 6.0 earthquake struck near Melbourne on Wednesday, Geoscience Australia said, one of the country’s biggest quakes on record, causing damage to buildings in the country’s second-largest city and sending tremors throughout neighbouring states.

The quake’s epicentre was near the rural town of Mansfield in the state of Victoria, about 200 km (124 miles) northeast of Melbourne, and was at a depth of 10 km (six miles). An aftershock was rated 4.0.

As Trump pushes for a crackdown on often violent protests over the death of George Floyd, police officers from New York to Los Angeles to Houston are making gestures of solidarity with demonstrators incensed at the latest case of an unarmed black man dying while in police custody.

“I took off the helmet and laid the batons down. Where do you want to walk? We’ll walk all night,” Chris Swanson, the white sheriff in Flint, Michigan, shouted to a group of protesters on Saturday.

Then Swanson did just that, setting off walking with them, to cheers. He even posed for a selfie with a young black protester, and gave the thumbs up sign.

In Des Moines, Iowa, police chief Dana Wingert took a knee before a crowd of demonstrators along with other officers and explained it this way: “Us joining them in a symbolic way, that’s the least we can do.”

In an intense scene captured on camera Monday in New York, the city’s white police chief Terence Monahan knelt and clenched hands with protest leaders, arms raised high, as a way to show support and shared outrage at Floyd’s death.

“Moments like that are how I know we will find a way through,” tweeted the city’s mayor, Bill de Blasio, in response.

In some cases, the police outreach appears wholly genuine — a case of individuals pledging their solidarity with the anti-racism cause, and seeking an absolution of sorts for police abuses past.

At other times, the kneeling has served to defuse soaring tensions — raising the question of whether it is more of a de-escalation tactic.

This is positive reinforcement for a negative behavior.

They are learning that if they riot, the police will just submit to them in the day and let them loot all night.

At this point, it’s not even a racial issue. You could probably train Swedes to loot and riot, if you just showed them Swedes getting free stuff and being knelt to by the police on Sven TV.

A few of them would try it very carefully, and then when they saw that it worked, pretty soon even the timid and law-abiding among them would be out there, making off with the plasma TVs. If you tell people that they rule over you, they will usually say, “okay.”

If you want people to not do a thing, you need to give them a response they don’t like.

Here’s an example.

When black people started saying “black lives matter,” we knew it was a lie.

Then black people started killing blue people, and there was a “blue lives matter” backlash against the blacks.

And we wondered “do blue lives actually matter?”

Most people thought “no, actually, not really.”

Now, it seems that the blue people are taking on the techniques of the black people, engaging in a strategy of hoax crimes.

A Kansas police officer who initially claimed McDonald’s employees wrote “F*****g pig” on his cup has resigned, the city’s police chief said.

“In (our) investigation we have found that McDonald’s and its employees did not have anything whatsoever to do with this incident, this was completely and solely fabricated by a Herington police officer who is no longer employed with our agency,”

Herington Police Department Chief Brian Hornaday said in a news conference Monday.

The incident, the chief said, has been an “obvious violation of … public trust.”

“Our job is solely to do this job with the utmost integrity because if you can’t trust the cops, who can you trust,” he said.

Literally anyone else?

I would trust a black person before I’d trust a cop, in all honesty. At least there is a chance that a black person is not a member of a dangerous gang. Plus, even if the black is a member of a dangerous gang, he’s not a member of the same dangerous gang that’s working for Jews to take away all of my freedoms.

After McDonald’s conducted its own investigation, the owner and operator of the Junction City franchise said in a statement the fast food chain was “glad that the evidence confirmed our evaluation that McDonald’s and our crew members were absolutely not involved.”

“We took seriously our role to be transparent and fully cooperative with Chief Hornaday throughout his investigation, and we look forward to continuing a strong relationship with the department,” Dana Cook said.

The police chief said the department’s investigation concluded that the incident was “meant to be a joke.”

He did not release the officer’s name, saying the matter was now “a personnel issue.” He said the officer was a resident of Junction City and had been with the department for about two months. He is not facing any criminal charges at this time, Hornaday said.

Yes, no charges for hoaxing a hate crime against the innocent staff of a McDonald’s.

No punishment ever for the cops, who operate with impunity, spying on us and beating us on the streets.

And before “not all cops are like that” – well, not all blacks are like that either.

I’m sure there are good cops, I’m sure there are good black people, but what we’ve witnessed over the last several decades is a program to cleanse the police forces of “good men” and replace them with ZOGbots.

This probably doesn’t apply to many sheriff’s departments, because the sheriff is an elected official. But all State and City cops are now part of mandatory federal training programs that teach them they are at war with the population of the United States. They’ve been militarized against us.

We are living in an absolute police state in this country, and the people most oppressed by it – the right wing – are constantly running to defend the people who are being paid to implement it.

I don’t advocate hostility towards police, and I’m sure there are still some good ones.

But you cannot trust these people.

Police have gone completely nuts.

On Thursday, they got involved in a high-speed chase and then a shootout in the middle of the highway in Miami.

They killed the two jewelry store robbers. And they killed two innocent people. While 19 of them fired over 200 rounds at a UPS truck that had a hostage in it.

The media is doing their best not to report that the cops did this, just saying “two other people died.”

Family members and friends are mourning the loss of a UPS driver and young father, killed after being taken hostage by two armed robbers in Miramar.

WFOR reported the name of the driver as Frank Ordonez, one of four people killed in the incident. His brother told CBS Miami he’d been a driver with UPS for the past five years.

However, Thursday was Ordonez’s first day as a UPS driver.

Ordonez leaves behind a one-year-old daughter.

The ordeal began as an armed robbery and possible shooting at Regent Jewelers in Coral Gables on Thursday afternoon. A female employee suffered injuries in the armed robbery.

Police said the armed robbery suspects then carjacked a UPS truck as the driver was making deliveries.

Police said the two armed robbery suspects stole a U-Haul truck before carjacking a UPS truck.

The police chase ended with the armed robbery suspects and police exchanging gunfire on Miramar Parkway, just west of Flamingo Road. According to CBS Miami, 19 officers from five different agencies fired into the UPS truck. The number of shots fired could exceed 200 rounds.

The two armed robbers were killed. A civilian motorist was also killed in the shootout.

It was literally shown on TV that they were holding the driver hostage, but the cops just went ahead and shot him anyway.

Right in the middle of that crowded road they opened fire on the truck.

You can tell that’s him crawling out, because he’s got the brown UPS shirt on.

They didn’t just kill the hostage – they killed someone in one of the surrounding cars!

The police are out there bragging that none of them died.

This is nuts. It’s a miracle they didn’t just shoot everyone there, then go on Twitter bragging, like “don’t worry guys, we’re all fine.”

What kind of country allows their “law enforcement officers” to just shoot random people?

The cops are all brown people.

I assume everyone involved was a brown person. The identities haven’t been released of the other three dead, but I assume they were some form of Latino. They would be the only ones who would think they could get away with robbing a jewelry store in 2019.

Miami-Dade county is only 13.1% white, and probably all of those are Jews, Russians or Russian Jews.

If this looked like a scene out of the third world, that’s because that’s what it was.

The robbers and the cops both appeared to believe they were playing Grand Theft Auto. The robbers thought they could rob a jewelry store and then just run away and hide somewhere. The cops thought the robbers had 5 stars so it was time to drive them off the freeway and just start opening fire like madmen.

I guess that’s just the way real life works, now that everyone is brown.

But look: we have the video footage showing that the cops (and maybe the local news) were chasing the UPS truck in a helicopter. They obviously weren’t going to lose them. The guys weren’t going to shoot down a helicopter.

What you’re supposed to do is wait for them to get stuck, then clear out civilians and negotiate for the hostage. You’re not supposed to stop them in the middle of a busy highway and start opening fire and killing the hostage and random people.

And it should go without saying that it is better to let them get away with the jewels than to open fire in a crowded highway. Though with the helicopters on them, letting them get away was never an option anyway (I don’t know why the robbers didn’t know about police helicopters from GTA).

This is just really a shocking scene, even given how incompetent, hateful and colored I already know America’s Finest actually are.

Not a day goes by without the police going out of their way to give the civilian population the heeby-jeebies. Why do they need a robot dog? Was it really necessary to teach it how to open doors?

Is the policing situation so bad that they can’t send policemen outside the precinct anymore?

We need to start asking questions.

Massachusetts State Police is the first law enforcement agency in the country to use Boston Dynamics’ dog-like robot, called Spot. While the use of robotic technology is not new for state police, the temporary acquisition of Spot — a customizable robot some have called “terrifying” — is raising questions from civil rights advocates about how much oversight there should be over police robotics programs.

I don’t actually think that replacing the police with robots is necessarily a bad idea. We just don’t know what the robots are going to be programmed for.

The state’s bomb squad had Spot on loan from the Waltham-based Boston Dynamics for three months starting in August until November, according to records obtained by the American Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts and reviewed by WBUR.

The documents do not reveal a lot of details on the robot dog’s exact use, but a state police spokesman said Spot, like the department’s other robots, was used as a “mobile remote observation device” to provide troopers with images of suspicious devices or potentially hazardous locations, like where an armed suspect might be hiding. 

More like the police are getting ready for the gun confiscations and want to send robot dogs to collect people’s firearms instead of putting their own fat asses on the line when they’re only 5 years away from a plush retirement.

Once these robo-dogs are deployed, the gun confiscations will go smoother, because normal people hesitate to shoot at animals – even the robo-kind.

This is no doubt part of the plan.
