18 days in detention and 80 hours of community service—that’s what a Dutch prosecutor finds to be a reasonable punishment for the young man who a year ago attacked Forum for Democracy (FvD) leader Thierry Baudet with a glass bottle.

The prosecution is asking for 138 days of juvenile detention, of which 120 days conditional, and 80 hours of community service for what text messages, along with the boy’s own statements, led to a charge of premeditated aggravated assault. The case against a second suspect has been dropped due to lack of evidence, Dutch media outlet NOS reports.

A mere two days before the Dutch national elections last fall, Baudet, the leader of the eurosceptic, anti-mass migration party, was speaking at a bar in the northern city of Groningen when the then-15-year-old, pretending to want a selfie with the politician, picked up a bottle and hit Baudet over the head. The Antifa group AFA Noord, present in the bar to protest Baudet’s appearance, initially claimed responsibility but later retracted their statement.

A month prior, Baudet suffered a concussion after being attacked in Ghent by a Ukrainian man who struck him with an umbrella. The situation raised questions about the lack of security for the firebrand politician. That assailant was let go with a warning.

Australia’s highest court ruled Wednesday that migrants can’t be forced by law to wear electronic tracking bracelets or to comply with curfews.

The ruling is a blow to the government, whose lawyers have unsuccessfully argued that laws imposing curfews and tracking technology are justified to protect the community.

Five of the seven High Court judges ruled that the tough restrictions placed on more than 100 migrants, usually because of their criminal records, were unconstitutional because the conditions amounted to punishment. The constitution states that punishment must be imposed by judges, not lawmakers.

The restrictions were part of emergency laws hastily passed in December in response to another High Court ruling that non-citizens could no longer be detained indefinitely as an alternative to deportation. That ruling in the case of a stateless Rohingya man reversed a 28-year-old High Court precedent that allowed indefinite detention where there were security concerns.

Wednesday’s ruling means the government can no longer electronically track the more than 200 non-citizens with criminal records who were released and, for a variety of reasons, couldn’t be deported.

Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke said he would introduce legislation to Parliament on Thursday that “will allow for an adjusted process for electronic monitoring devices and curfews to be used.” He did not detail those adjustments.

The latest High Court case was brought by a 36-year-old stateless man, identified as YBFZ, who was born in Eritrea. His family initially fled to Ethiopia because they feared persecution in their homeland as Jehovah’s Witnesses, and they arrived in Australia as refugees in 2002.

His refugee visa was canceled in 2017 due to convictions including burglary and recklessly causing injury, part of a criminal record that extended for more than a decade. He was held in custody until 2023, when the High Court outlawed indefinite detention.

Italy’s conservative government is complaining that an Italian citizen, Ilaria Salis, accused of participating in brutal far-left attacks in Budapest, is facing so-called harsh conditions in Hungary’s prison system.

Among the critics of the woman’s treatment, which included her being handcuffed and shackled when she appeared in court, is Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, who told the Italian parliament that the 39-year-old Salis faced “degrading and humiliating” treatment from the Hungarians.

According to their sources, the conversation also touched on the case of Ilaria Salis, who is on trial for attacks that targeted seven people by a group of ultra-violent Antifa members. Their victims, who were misidentified as right-wing activists, were severely beaten with hammers and other blunt objects, leading to serious injuries and hospitalization last year in February.

However, several right-wing and conservative Italian politicians have said that it is not their place to judge the judicial process and prison conditions in another country.

Italian MEP Susanna Ceccardi said she missed the shocking photo of the handcuffed woman in the Italian press, but that few published the video of innocent Budapest passers-by being beaten to a bloody pulp by far-left attackers.

She pleaded not guilty in court on Monday.

“Their aim was to assault selected victims by various means capable of taking their lives, in order to inflict on them the humiliation of serious, life-threatening injuries,” the Hungarian court announced in a statement.

Prosecutors are asking for an 11-year sentence for Salis, whose next court date is May 24.

“My daughter also stated during the trial that she is innocent. I think she will get out from this as innocent,” said the suspect’s father. “And my daughter is very strong… I’m sure that she will manage the situation and will cope with it.”

Italy is lucky that Hungary didn’t consider sending this bitch to their country an act of war.

An Oklahoma mother is suing her local school district after a 17-year-old male “transgender” student allegedly “severely bea[t]” her 15-year-old daughter in the girls’ bathroom.

The lawsuit accuses Edmond School District of failing to enforce a law signed by Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt on May 25 that requires Oklahoma public school students to “use restrooms that match the sex listed on their birth certificates.”

According to a police report, the “transgender” student assailant became angry with the victim after she refused to answer a question, telling the male student she “didn’t want to speak with [him] and why,” according to Fox News.

The male student asked her if she “wanted to fight,” and went on to hit her in the face, kick her, and pull her hair, the report continued. The victim said the force of the punch rendered her unable to fight back.

A friend of the victim also reportedly tried to help during the altercation, but was struck twice in the face.

One victim suffered injuries to her “eye, face and head with a possible concussion,” according to the police. The assailant was thereafter charged with assault and battery, as well as disorderly conduct.

The mother of the 15-year old victim is seeking $75,000 in damages for “severe physical and mental injuries, severe physical and mental pain and suffering, and severe emotional distress” that she says was inflicted upon her daughter.

According to the lawsuit, the assailant had “made previous threats of violence” against the victim at school, and police searched him for weapons after his threats against the victim were reported “by another student.”

Edmond Public Schools Superintendent Angela Grunewald addressed the incident in a December video featured on News 9 YouTube.

“You may ask yourself how can that happen?” said Grunewald.

“It’s hard to explain, but if a parent comes in and enrolls their child as a certain gender, and when you look at that child by all social norms they look and present themselves as that gender, it’s not something that you would question,” she added.

A school representative shared in December that the student had only begun attending the school days before the attack.

While the police did not find the assailant’s sex listed on their birth certificate, a paternity affidavit confirmed the “transgender” student was male, and his mother likewise told police that her son was “born male but identified as female.”

According to Grunewald, birth certificates are not required for high school enrollment in the district, “So there was no birth certificate in the (student’s) file at the time to verify one way or another.”

The assailant’s mother claimed her son had suffered “a lot of mental and emotional abuse” and accused one of the victims of recently “bullying her child for being transgender,” Fox News reported.

The Edmond School District confirmed to Fox News Digital that the “transgender” assailant no longer attends the school, but that the district does not comment on ongoing litigation.

The “Let Women Speak” rally was held October 26 in Tacoma, Washington. Kelly-Jay Keen-Minshull, a women’s activist in the U.K., hosted the event with the purpose of reclaiming women’s voices from the transgender and gender ideology movement.

“Women are being silenced through tech, so we’re taking our voices back to the public square,” Keen-Minshull told Fox News in an interview. “Many of those women [who attended] lost their jobs, they lost their livelihoods, they might have lost their children to this pernicious cult of transgenderism, and they just want to talk about it.”

However, the event was met with hostility from those with opposing views. Participants moved to another part of the location because of the noise created by trans activists, and then ended the event following multiple acts of violence.

According to the women’s rights activist, one of the participants “got her fingers crushed by a man’s bare hands. He literally got her hand in his and crushed it and broke her fingers.” A video posted on Twitter by Andy Ngo shows two young men target a woman in a crowd. They both ran away when the victim screamed and others came to her aid.

According to a statement from the Tacoma Police Department to the Daily Wire, local law enforcement “had officers on scene monitoring the event. Police responded to calls from victims wanting to report a crime. This included a victim who reported an assault and damage to a cell phone. An arrest was made of a 27-year-old male, and the suspect was booked into jail.”

During her interview with Fox News, Keen-Minshull described gender ideology and transgenderism as a “dishonest narrative that anybody can choose their biological sex.”

“I don’t know how much worse it can get; you’ve got male rapists in women’s prisons,” she said when asked where she expected the movement to lead in the future. “I think people across the country have got to wake up pretty damn quick, join their school boards, and start talking about this to anybody and everybody as much as humanly possible to try and stop it.”

“The broken bodies of children cannot be repaired once they start on this journey of puberty blockers, cross sex hormones and surgeries.”

“I’m far more afraid of the things that are happening than the consequences to me personally,” she added. “Staying silent is really not an option anymore. I would be much more afraid of doing that.”

Authorities say a group of underage robbers who could be responsible for a disturbing string of crimes in southwest Houston told investigators that they committed the crimes just for kicks.

Investigators with the Harris County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office say a group of young suspects have been preying on residents for the last four months. Some of the victims are elderly.

In one case on Sept. 9, 76-year-old Ray Johnson was out for a regular evening walk in the Westbury area when he was beaten with his own walking stick by four suspects. They pointed a gun at him and demanded money.

Even police dispatchers are targeted by blacks.

A Clarksdale police dispatcher is recovering after a brutal beating while she was on duty last week.

“It breaks my heart that someone would even do that to another human being,” Clarksdale resident Crystal McDaniel said.

Just like any other day, Barbara King was the only dispatcher on duty Wednesday morning.

But on that day, police say Stacy Clark came into the department asking for property that had been left in the building.

King tried reaching an officer, but they were all on patrol.

Police say, that’s when Clark started beating her. Luckily, she had the strength to dispatch officers for help.

A man who beat a pregnant woman and tried to rape her will be heading to a mental health facility instead of prison.

Anthony Smith in accused of attacking the woman near the LeBlond pool on Riverside Drive in June.

On Tuesday, a court found that Smith committed felony assault and attempted rape. Those charges would carry a maximum penalty of 16 years in prison.

But the court also found Tuesday that Smith is mentally ill. He will instead be committed to Twin Valley Behavioral Healthcare Hospital.

The victim, who was nine months pregnant at the time of the attack, said she was walking her dog when Smith attacked her. The victim said Smith attempted to rape her and when she fought back, Smith hit her over and over in the face.

The victim was beaten so severely she had to be hospitalized.

A man who police say assaulted a grandmother at the Beech Grove Walmart is now under arrest.

It happened Wednesday around 2 p.m. and was shown during a Facebook Live stream.

The video, posted on a page belonging to Phillip Weaver with a comment “This was fun” shows a man sneaking up behind the woman.

He can then be seen pouring a bag of flour over the grandmother’s head as she shrieks. The man can be seen in the video laughing as he runs from the store.

An off-duty IMPD officer working at the Walmart was alerted by staff.

In his report, the woman was crying and told him this happened while she was buying clothes for her grandchildren. The officer says he was then able to identify the suspect as Phillip Weaver.

Only blacks would think of pulling knives on 4-year-olds to punish them.

It is ridiculous we trust them to be anywhere near schools.

The former preschool director who used a knife to threaten two 4-year-olds will never work in childcare again and likely get probation.

Adetokunbo O. Akinnaso, 64, the former director of Dawn to Dusk Christian Childcare and Learning Center in Plainfield, pleaded guilty Wednesday to two counts of fourth-degree child abuse in Superior Court in Union County, the Union County Prosecutor’s Office said Friday. The prosecutor’s office has agreed to recommend probation at her sentencing Sept. 28.

In an attempt to discipline two young children Feb. 28, Akinnaso put a steak knife into their hands and told them she would cut their fingers off and throw them in the trash if they kept misbehaving, according to authorities and a report by the Department of Children and Families Office of Licensing. They weren’t injured.

She was immediately removed from her job, a school district official said.
