There is supposed to be a total ban on abortion in Poland.

But if a psychiatrist says having a baby will make a woman feel sad, then apparently it is illegal to not give her an abortion?

Poland is in the midst of a very serious identity crisis.

Reuters:

Polish authorities have imposed a significant fine on a hospital for denying an abortion to a woman whose pregnancy may have endangered her life, marking a shift in a country with some of the strictest termination rules in Europe.

Poland’s previous nationalist government introduced a near-total ban on abortion in 2021 and embedded conservative social values in law during its eight-year rule.

Abortion issues have sparked mass protests in recent years and women’s rights played a key role in the 2023 election campaign that brought a pro-European coalition government to power.

The 41-year-old woman, who was 14 weeks pregnant, sought an abortion at Pabianice Medical Center.

“The woman presented a certificate from a psychiatrist, which clearly stated that continuing this pregnancy was a threat to her health or life,” Antonina Lewandowska of Federa, the Foundation for Women and Family Planning told Reuters.

Despite this, the hospital requested additional documentation and refused to perform the abortion. She ended up getting it at a different hospital.

The National Health Fund deemed the refusal unlawful and fined the hospital 550,000 zlotys ($136,578). The Medical Center plans to appeal the decision.

…

The de facto ban introduced in 2021 allowed terminations only in cases of rape, incest, or threats to the mother’s health or life. However, even in these situations, women often faced the “conscience clause,” permitting doctors to refuse abortions on moral grounds.

To address this, Prime Minister Donald Tusk’s government recently introduced a regulation to penalise publicly funded medical centres that refuse legal procedures with fines up to 2% of their funding.

…

In April, parliament sent four bills to liberalise abortion laws to a bipartisan committee, showing cooperation within Tusk’s coalition despite deep splits over the issue.

The process may extend until a new president is elected next year, with current President Andrzej Duda expected to veto any changes to abortion legislation.

Any Polish right-winger should support an immediate exit of the EU and an alliance with Russia.

There is no way to implement any serious right-wing agenda while America is overseeing the politics of Poland via the EU system.

Poland: Tens of Thousands of People Protest Against Planned Legalization of Abortion https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/04/16/poland-tens-of-thousands-of-people-protest-against-planned-legalization-of-abortion/ Tue, 16 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0000

While the Germans are out demanding more and more abortion, the Poles are doing the opposite.

It’s very strange that these two countries have entered into a suicide pact together, given that their populations have such vastly different value systems.

AP:

Thousands of Polish opponents of abortion marched in Warsaw on Sunday to protest recent steps by the new government to liberalize the predominantly Catholic nation’s strict laws and allow termination of pregnancy until the 12th week.

Many participants in the downtown march were pushing prams with children, while others were carrying white-and-red national flags or posters representing a fetus in the womb.

Poland’s Catholic Church has called for Sunday to be a day of prayer “in defense of conceived life” and has supported the march, organized by an anti-abortion movement.

“In the face of promotion of abortion in recent months, the march will be a rare occasion to show our support for the protection of human life from conception to natural death,” a federation of anti-abortion movements said in a statement.

They were referring to an ongoing public debate surrounding the steps that the 4-month-old government of Prime Minster Donald Tusk is taking to relax the strict law brought in by its conservative predecessor.

Last week, Poland’s parliament, which is dominated by the liberal and pro-European Union ruling coalition, voted to approve further detailed work on four proposals to lift the near-ban on abortions.

The procedure, which could take weeks or even months, is expected to be eventually rejected by conservative President Andrzej Duda, whose term runs for another year. Last month Duda vetoed a draft law that would have made the morning-after pill available over the counter from the age of 15.

A nation of some 38 million, Poland is seeking ways to boost the birth rate, which is currently at some 1.2 per woman — among the lowest in the European Union. Poland’s society is aging and shrinking, facts that the previous right-wing government used among its arguments for toughening the abortion law.

You actually have women at this protest, which is amazing. That demonstrates, as a definite matter, that Poland has managed to hold on to some traditional values, even while they have surrendered their national decision-making to the US and Germany.

Organizers said 50,000 people joined

It won’t last forever, however.

When you make a deal with the devil, the devil always comes to collect.

Poland should abandon their alliance with the Great Satan and make peace with Russia.

As crazy as that may sound, more and more young Poles are seeing that this is the only way they can possibly hope to defend their civilization from the machinations of the Anal Empire.

Poland: Duda Vetoes Law That Gives Minors Access to Morning After Pill as Tusk Protests https://www.anglinarchive.com/2024/04/04/poland-duda-vetoes-law-that-gives-minors-access-to-morning-after-pill-as-tusk-protests/ Thu, 04 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0000
Poland’s president, Andrzej Duda

Poland keeps saying they’re a conservative country.

The issue is, there is no country allied with the US that is a conservative country, because the US is Satan, and it turns all of its allies to the dark side.

Poland is willing to have total whoredom and total anal in order to take revenge on Stalin.

It’s unclear if Polish people are aware that Stalin is dead.

European Conservative:

The arrival of a liberal government in Poland has been accompanied by an offensive to reverse the social policies of the previous government under the Law and Justice (PiS) party. In a step to oppose this, conservative President Andrzej Duda on Friday vetoed a law aimed at liberalising access to the morning-after pill.

The coalition that came to power in Poland in December has made no secret of its desire to see Poland ‘move forward’ on abortion and the promotion of homosexuality—in a break with the policy of the previous government. On February 22nd, the lower house of the Polish parliament passed a law by 224 votes to 196, authorising access to the ‘morning-after pill’ from the age of 15 without a prescription, whereas until then, a doctor’s prescription was required to obtain it.

On Friday, March 29th, in response to the parliamentary vote, Polish President Andrzej Duda, a member of PiS, vetoed the law. He explained in a press release that he “cannot accept legal solutions allowing children under the age of 18 to have access to contraceptive drugs without medical supervision and without taking into account the role and responsibility of parents,” by virtue of “standards for the protection of children’s health.”

The presidential text states that no satisfactory argument has been put forward as to the need to open up the supply of such a pill to 15-year-old girls and that it must echo parents’ requests. Duda is therefore calling for the law to be re-examined while saying he is open to the administration of such a pill to women over the age of eighteen.

This places the president in a tug-of-war with liberal Prime Minister Donald Tusk, who has no intention of conceding defeat on what is considered to be a highly sensitive and symbolic issue. The issue of softening restrictions on the morning-after pill is seen by the liberal government as the first step towards dismantling the child protection legislation currently in force in Poland, where abortion is only permitted in cases of rape, incest, or serious danger to the mother’s health. Following Duda’s veto, Tusk suggested the need for a “plan B,” not in the form of a law but in the form of a regulation scheduled for early May, which would allow the morning-after pill to be dispensed directly by pharmacists.

Well, Tusk is the future of the country.

Duda – a “right-wing” ally of the US – is an anachronism.

The US has no right-wing allies, it only has anal servants who get fisted.

Poles will need to decide whether sacrificing everything is worth taking revenge on Stalin. Probably, the Polish people have a right to know that Stalin is already dead. But no one is likely to tell them this important information.

Soon, Poland will be as democratic as Germany.

And it’s only gonna get worse from here

So much for “based Poland.”

This country has devolved faster than Ireland.

A few years ago, it was “gay free zones,” now the whole country is a hetero free zone, and sluts are running buckwild.

Their abortion ban is going to be over soon. Even under their abortion law, there are already more abortions per capita in Poland than there are in Russia.

You simply cannot serve two masters: God and America (Satan). You have to choose one.

Poland chose Satan, and now they’re dealing with the consequences of that decision.

AP:

Poland’s lawmakers voted on Thursday to approve over-the-counter access to the morning-after pill for ages 15 and above in a step to liberalize Poland’s strict reproductive law inherited from the previous nationalist conservative government.

The vote in the lower house was the first step in the plans of the new pro-European Union government to loosen the anti-abortion and anti-contraception law, which is among Europe’s toughest.

The lawmakers voted 224-196 in the Sejm with one abstention to liberalize access to the hormonal contraceptive, called ellaOne.

…

The new contraception regulations still need approval from the Senate, which is expected to grant it, and from Duda.

It’s so over.

These bitches got what they wanted

But…

I haven’t lost hope.

I think there are a lot of young Poles, who hate faggots and women and do not have this fixation with Russia as the big bad daddy.

At some point, they are going to be far enough removed from Stalin that it’s just not going to matter that much to anyone. Further, Stalin never made anyone take it up the ass.

The thing that’s going to have to be sacrificed is the idea that Poland should be an empire. That just isn’t the way the modern world works, firstly, and besides, you can’t build an empire by taking free money from Germany and America. Empires have to be built on something: culture or war, generally. You can’t build an empire with handouts. It’s moronic and actually insane that this is the thinking of so many in the Polish government and intelligentsia.

But I know a lot of young Poles who understand that Russia is not the enemy. If anything, Russia would almost certainly be willing to give Galicia to Poland. I don’t see any reason why, if Poland agreed to come out of NATO and sign a neutrality pact, Russia wouldn’t support them grabbing that territory. If Poland doesn’t take it over, it’s just going to become a terrorist base anyway, and have to be decimated by Russia at some point.

Poland: Conservatives Lose Majority in Parliament https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/10/17/poland-conservatives-lose-majority-in-parliament/ Tue, 17 Oct 2023 00:00:00 +0000

Probably people are sick of the war or they want to do big time anal fisting.

I don’t know.

Reuters:

Poland’s ruling Law and Justice (PiS) party won most votes in Sunday’s national election but fell short of a majority, final official results showed on Tuesday, confirming that the liberal, pro-EU opposition is on track to form the next government.

The official results from 100% of voting districts gave PiS, a nationalist, socially conservative party, 35.38% of the vote, while the liberal Civic Coalition (KO) was in second place with 30.70%.

The centre-right Third Way took third place with 14.40% and the New Left had 8.61% of the vote. The far-right Confederation had 7.16% of the vote, the results showed.

Regardless of the reasoning, it seems likely that people are going to regret this.

Once the faggots start coming for your kids, even a lot of women are like “wait, they’re going to take our kids and rape them? Did we sign up for this?” (The answer is “yes, you literally signed up for this, lol.”)
