Alan Dershowitz said there was currently enough evidence to indict former president Trump based on his reading of the highly redacted FBI affidavit.

“Any grand jury in DC would indict Trump on the evidence that he had classified material in violation of various statutes,” Dershowitz, 83, told The Post by phone Saturday — but cautioned the Department of Justice from pursing the case.

The Harvard law professor cited the failure of the probe to meet what he called the Nixon and Clinton tests, the former being the need to establish broad bipartisan support, and the latter being a demonstration that Trump’s conduct is materially worse than Hillary Clinton’s own past mishandling of classified information.

Getting a search warrant is easy to do, and a grand jury will indict a ham sandwich so that is why we need prosecutorial discretion,” said Dershowitz, a Trump ally and part of the former president’s defense team during his first impeachment trial.

Dershowitz said public anger should be directed not at Judge Reinhart for sighing off on the search, but rather Attorney General Merrick Garland for seeking the warrant in the first place.

“By the DOJ’s own regulations, you don’t seek a search warrant unless that’s the only way you can get the material,” Dershowitz said.

The highly redacted FBI affidavit justifying the raid makes clear the feds were looking for classified government secrets they believed were on the premises of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago golf estate.

I assume that’s probably true.

You don’t raid someone if you’re not planning on indicting them.

Who knows when that will happen.

Alan Dershowitz, the lawyer and friend of deceased Jewish pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, has made the claim in an interview that the government has the Constitutional authority to force vaccinate the people.

The prominent Jewish lawyer appeared this week on the Crowdsource the Truth podcast to spread this false claim.

“Let me put it very clear,” Dershowitz said. “You have no right to endanger the public and spread disease, even if you disagree. You have no right not to be vaccinated, you have no right not to wear a mask, you have no right to open up your business.”

The show’s host, Jason Goodman, who is also Jewish (although he presents himself as being on the side of Christians), asked him to clarify.

“If you refuse to be vaccinated, the state has the power to literally take you to a doctor’s office and plunge a needle into your arm,” Dershowitz claimed.

It is a shocking claim to make, that the government has this authority. It is obviously false, given that nothing in the Constitution gives the government the right to violate the integrity of our bodies. I think that should go without saying.

However, the fact that you now have high level lawyers, who have known links to pedophile rings making claims such as this indicates that this is definitely a topic that is on the table for discussion, and we fully expect the media to manage this discussion and steer the public towards endorsing a mass forced-vaccination agenda.

Dershowitz’ ominous statements come after video surfaced from 2017 showing a high level CDC official, Carol Baker, stating that the way to get everyone vaccinated is to “get rid of all whites in the United States.”

President Donald Trump himself recently made the bizarre claim that he would be deploying the military to vaccinate the public when the vaccine is ready. I am not clear on what this is supposed to mean, and Trump did not elaborate, though when we speak of the military we certainly imagine that force is implied.

On CNN he told Wolf Blitzer that he had a commitment in the state Thursday and it was difficult to change his flight because the Super Bowl is on this weekend in Miami.

He also complained about how CNN had reported what he said, prompting Blitzer to say: ‘We were playing what you said.’

The attorney who defended Jeffrey Epstein, OJ Simpson and Claus von Bülow’s absence from the Senate floor came after the most extraordinary moment of the question session on Wednesday.

Dershowitz delivered a stunning defense of President Donald Trump in the Senate that would essentially make it impossible to impeach a president for anything he might do to boost his reelection prospects. It was a contention quickly and forcefully denounced by a range of legal scholars and historians who said there were clear limits on presidential authority.

Dershowitz said on Thursday that his remarks have been misinterpreted, but Democrats seized on them as they pressed their case for Trump’s removal from office for tying the release of military aid to Ukraine to an investigation of his political rivals.

His starting point was the benign assertion that every politician believes his election is in the public interest, but he pivoted abruptly to Ukraine, and began to frame an argument that would rewrite most conventional understanding of the scope of presidential power.

As novel as it was, his premise in many ways tracked the views of Trump who has said he was not bound by some constitutional constraints that other presidents have readily accepted. And several Republican senators seemed to find merit in what Dershowitz said.

The person in the chamber who in other settings might have a lot to say about the matter, Chief Justice John Roberts, was instead rendered essentially a spectator as he watched the arguments play out.

‘If a president does something which he believes will help him get elected, in the public interest, that cannot be the kind of quid pro quo that results in impeachment,’ Dershowitz said Wednesday as senators put questions to Democratic House lawmakers who are prosecuting the case against Trump in the Senate and to Trump’s defense team.

I’m certain that this argument didn’t help Donald Trump.

I understand what he’s saying, and I’m sure it’s probably true. It was really clever (read: Jewish) in a way that you have to basically be in awe of. But it came across terribly.

And it was just totally unnecessary, since Donald Trump isn’t going to be removed from office. Putting out these kinds of memes about how he can just do whatever the hell he wants and no one can stop him serves no purpose.

You’d think that the team would have reviewed this line of defense and been like “lol, no, you can’t say that.”

I said when Trump picked Dershowitz that it was weird to be associating with him when he’s still in the middle of this Epstein scandal. I didn’t really expect it to become an issue.

That whole situation was completely retarded. Instead of investigating all of the rapes and murders linked to the Clintons, they investigated a blowjob.

Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged teenage “sex slave” claims she was ordered to sleep with powerful men — including a former US senator, the former governor of New Mexico, a prominent hedge fund manager and a late longtime MIT professor.

The identities of the men were revealed in some 2,000 documents unsealed Friday in Manhattan federal court related to Virginia Giuffre’s defamation lawsuit against British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell.

In a deposition, Giuffre, née Roberts, claimed she was trafficked to MIT professor Marvin Minsky, who died in 2016 at age 88, as well as former Maine Sen. George Mitchell, ex-New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson and money manager Glenn Dubin.

She also claimed to have had sexual relations with Jean Luc Brunel, a modeling agency honcho credited with discovering Christy Turlington and Milla Jovovich.

Giuffre has previously claimed that she had sex with Prince Andrew and noted attorney Alan Dershowitz.

The court docs also detail disturbing allegations against Maxwell, the daughter of late publishing tycoon Robert Maxwell.

Robert Maxwell was also a Mossad agent, as his daughter appears to be.

A house manager for Dubin’s wife, Eva, testified that a 15-year-old girl told him that Maxwell tried to “force her to have sex with Epstein through threats” and swiped her passport to hold her hostage.

The girl was distressed, the worker — Rinaldo Rizzo — recalled, and “sat in the stool exactly the way the girls that I mentioned to you sat at Jeffrey’s house, with no expression and with their head down.”

The girl told him she had just been “on an island” and didn’t know how she got to Dubin’s house.

“She said, ‘They asked me for sex; I said no,’” Rizzo told lawyers.

He later added, “She was shaking uncontrollably.”

A maid surely doesn’t gain anything by making that up, does she?

In a motion to toss Giuffre’s suit, lawyers for Maxwell said Giuffre “produced no evidence substantiating any of her fantastical claims that she had been trafficked by Epstein, or by Maxwell, to any of these men or any others.”

“No witnesses vouched for seeing plaintiff in the company of politicians George Mitchell or Bill Richardson to whom plaintiff claims she was sent,” they wrote. “No witnesses vouched for seeing plaintiff in the company of politicians George Mitchell or Bill Richardson to whom plaintiff claims she was sent.”

Giuffre’s 2015 suit eventually settled outside of court.

Richardson and Mitchell could not be reached for comment. Dubin and Brunel didn’t immediately return messages.

Minsky’s widow, Gloria Rudisch, denied to The Post that he had sex with Giuffre or any of the other girls at Epstein’s residences.

She said that she and Minsky visited Epstein’s residences in New York and Palm Beach “three or four times at the most” and that they always went as a couple.

There is no reason to believe Giuffre, but there is certainly no reason to doubt her. She would have been making money as Epstein’s sex toy, and after that she could have just blackmailed them for money instead of going public and created less risk for herself. (She did eventually settle for money.)

You’ve also got a witness – the maid – confirming it.

Most of these accused persons are not even Jews, which leaves us with the impression that this was indeed a blackmail ring. Probably, the Jews were just in it for the free sex, and were also helping Epstein the apparent Mossad agent look important.

Confronted about allegations that he orchestrated a sex trafficking ring that brought girls to him and his high-profile acquaintances, financier Jeffrey Epstein repeatedly refused to answer so as not to incriminate himself, according to court records released Friday.

A partial transcript of a September 2016 deposition in a lawsuit was included in hundreds of pages of documents placed in a public file by a federal appeals court in New York.

The 66-year-old was arrested July 6 and has pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking charges in a case that has brought down a Cabinet secretary and launched fresh investigations into how authorities dealt with Epstein over the years.

Epstein was asked in the videotaped deposition whether it was standard operating procedure for his former girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell, to bring underage girls to him to sexually abuse.

Epstein replied “Fifth,” as he did to numerous other questions, citing the constitutional amendment protecting people against incriminating themselves.

He also was asked whether Maxwell was “one of the main women” he used to procure underage girls for sexual activities.

“Fifth,” he replied.

And he was asked whether Maxwell met one of the females she recruited for massages at the Mar-a-Lago resort owned by President Donald Trump in West Palm Beach.

“Fifth,” he replied.

Asked if he was a member of Mar-a-Lago in 2000, he replied once again, “Fifth,” according to the transcript.

Over 2,000 pages of documents made public by the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals pertained to a since-settled lawsuit against Maxwell.

Epstein is charged in federal court in Manhattan with recruiting and abusing dozens of underage girls in New York and Florida in the early 2000s.

His lawyers say the charges should never have been brought because Epstein is protected by an agreement he reached with federal prosecutors in Florida a dozen years ago. U.S. Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta resigned last month after coming under fire for overseeing that deal when he was U.S. attorney in Miami.

Attorney Martin Weinberg has said Epstein has not committed crimes since pleading guilty to charges of soliciting a minor for prostitution in Florida in 2008.

That’s probably actually true.

I have no idea how it was legal to bring these charges.

But it’s good they did.

These documents were just released a few hours ago, so we’re just looking at the big highlights now. I haven’t gone through them yet, nor has anyone else who would have an interesting take, so we’ll definitely be following up on this soon.

As far as the list of people named – this is a good start. It’s certain that he would only allow certain girls to have sex with a certain number of famous people, so that if something like this happened, the whole thing didn’t fall apart. There’s a significant number of Jews who are very angry that The New York Times published a cartoon accurately depicting the political relationship between Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu. A group of Jews including Alan Dershowitz were so mad that they staged a protest outside of The New York Times office.

Alan Dershowitz was among dozens of protesters outside the offices of The New York Times in Midtown Manhattan who decried the newspaper’s publication of a cartoon with anti-Semitic imagery.

The demonstrators on Monday night chanted “shame on you” and carried signs reading “Anti-Israel, Anti-Semitic, NYT Guilty” and “NYT guilty of 120 years of hatred,” as well as a sign with a yellow Star of David that read “NYT, should I be wearing this too?” among others.

The image, which appeared Thursday in the opinion section of the newspaper’s international print edition, depicted Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as a dachshund-breed guide dog wearing a Star of David collar and leading a yarmulke-clad President Donald Trump.

The newspaper in a first statement acknowledged that the image was “offensive” and “included anti-Semitic tropes.” A second statement on Sunday said the newspaper was “deeply sorry” and that the decision to publish the image was the product of “a faulty process” resulting in “a single editor working without adequate oversight.”

Dershowitz, a former Harvard law professor and major Israel advocate, spoke at the rally and said the cartoon “is very painful for me.”

“I have written many, many dozens articles for The New York Times. … I’ve been a strong supporter of The New York Times,” he said. “But when I saw that cartoon yesterday, it just put me in mind of a very dark time in Jewish history. And I asked myself, ‘How could it have happened?’”

He added: “The only good thing The New York Times has ever done for the Jewish people is that it put a lie to the notion that the Jews control the media and use it to support their own interests.”

He’s basically crediting The New York Times with helping conceal the fact that all the big media outlets in the United States are run by Jews. And his suggestion that Jews are running these operations without their own interests in mind is patently absurd. These media outlets have been a key weapon used by the Jews to help shape public opinion and advance Jewish interests. One example of this is how they sold the American people on invading Iraq back in 2003 based on bullshit lies about weapons of mass destruction. This lie was largely promoted by Judith Miller, a Jewish writer for The New York Times. And that’s just one of many examples.

But what Dershowitz is really asking is how a newspaper like The New York Times, which is controlled by the Jewish Ochs-Sulzberger family, could publish such a cartoon (this Jewish family controls over 90 percent of the stock that elects 70 percent of the company’s board).

From a Jewish perspective, The New York Times committed the football equivalent of an own goal. They inadvertently exposed an inconvenient truth about Jewish power over America and drew even more attention to it when they removed the cartoon and apologized for publishing it.

The Jew Brett Stephens penned a bizarre op-ed in the NYT demanding that the newspaper reflect on this mistake. A funny demand considering that Jews are largely incapable of self-reflection.

In his effort to do damage control, Stephens described a view advanced by the paper’s critics that, despite The New York Times being a Jew-run newspaper, they deliberately concealed reporting on the alleged Holocaust during World War II.

Stephens wrote:

For some Times readers — or, as often, former readers — the answer is clear: The Times has a longstanding Jewish problem, dating back to World War II, when it mostly buried news about the Holocaust, and continuing into the present day in the form of intensely adversarial coverage of Israel. The criticism goes double when it comes to the editorial pages, whose overall approach toward the Jewish state tends to range, with some notable exceptions, from tut-tutting disappointment to thunderous condemnation.

For these readers, the cartoon would have come like the slip of the tongue that reveals the deeper institutional prejudice. What was long suspected is, at last, revealed.

A Jew-run newspaper like The New York Times would not have concealed stories about Jews being gassed in shower rooms so they could be turned into soap and lampshades. They would have absolutely published any story to help advance the anti-German narrative. The only reason why they didn’t publish these stories during the war is because the Holocaust never happened, and the narrative about it wasn’t formed until after the war was over. By publishing this commentary, Stephens has only made this fact that much clearer.

But it doesn’t end there. The New York Times published a second cartoon of Netanyahu that has caught the ire of Jews.

They’ve been whining about it on Twitter almost as much as the Trump-Netanyahu cartoon.

All of this kvetching from these Jews should be greatly enlightening to the goyim. They literally believe that any criticism of them is anti-Semitic and can’t be allowed. They’ll even whine about cartoons that aren’t intentionally meant to be anti-Semitic that are published in a newspaper owned and run by members of their own race.

Throughout the Russiagate hoax fiasco, there’s been an endless number of unflattering political cartoons depicting Trump with Russia’s leader Vladimir Putin. Many of these cartoons were published by The New York Times. Nobody complained that these cartoons were anti-White, even though they easily could have been interpreted as such. And nobody staged protests outside of The New York Times demanding an immediate end to the publication of such cartoons.

In one case, The New York Times published a disgusting cartoon depicting Trump and Putin as homosexual lovers. By any decent set of standards, this cartoon is far more offensive than the ones the Jews are complaining about. And unlike the Trump-Netanyahu cartoon, which reveals truth, this cartoon depicts lies. Neither Trump nor Putin show any signs of being homosexuals, and the idea that Trump is an agent of Russia has been totally debunked.

This whole episode reveals how self-entitled the Jews believe themselves to be. If they were smart they would have just ignored these cartoons. But instead, they drew all sorts of attention to them and raised questions about all the subversive activities in which their race is involved.

Make no mistake, the Jews are angry – not because these cartoons represent lies, but because they represent truth. And in the mind of the Jew, the truth is anti-Semitic and must not be allowed to be seen or heard in any form.

Many potential Ivy League students will, at some point during the application process, realize that politics has become much more important to these institutions than intelligence or prior academic success.

You could have a 4.0 GPA, belong to an aristocratic bloodline and have an IQ that puts James Woods to shame, but if you’re on record for saying, “you know, I think only 5,999,999 Jews perished in the Holocaust,” then it’s game over, goy.

Sadly, 10 prospective Harvard students learned this truth the hard way after posting a bunch of non-kosher memes to a private Facebook chat.

At least 10 students lost their chance to attend Harvard College after posting “obscene memes” to a private Facebook chat, the main Harvard student newspaper reported.

The memes included jokes about pedophilia, child abuse, sexual assault, and the Holocaust. One message referred to a Mexican youth being hanged as “piñata time”.

The memes were shared as part of a private Facebook chat where admitted students in the class of 2021 shared edgy jokes as part of a “just-because-we-got-into-Harvard-doesn’t-mean-we-can’t-have-fun kind of thing”, an admitted student told the Harvard Crimson.

So, these students, who I’m sure are all White, have had their academic ambitions dashed because associates of Harvard snooped on their private conversations.

I’d expect that sort of Big Brother activity in the UK or Germany, but America?

Of course, it all makes sense when we discover – much to our complete shock, I’m sure – that Jews are over-represented in all facets of Ivy League life, including the student body itself.

Funnily enough, there is one Jew who isn’t too happy about this event.

At least two Harvard professors, however, questioned the decision to withdraw the offers. Alan Dershowitz, an emeritus professor at Harvard Law School, told the Guardian that losing admission to Harvard was a “draconian punishment” for “very bad taste jokes that students were sending to each other”.

“It sounds like Harvard is intruding too deeply into the private lives of students,” said Dershowitz, who has represented a series of high-profile clients, including OJ Simpson.

It’s interesting that Alan Dershowitz, who is buddies with Jeffrey Epstein and allegedly traveled on his Lolita Express, defended students who joked about pedophilia and child abuse.

It could be a coincidence, but I’m more inclined to believe it is a Cohencidence.

Call me hopelessly cynical, but I have suspicions that this turbo-kike’s intentions are less than pure at the best of times.

The Tab, a news site run by university students, published what it said were screenshots of the memes.

I’d love to see the political memes that those students posted. I’d bet at least 75 percent of them are Daily Stormer-tier.

Even the most successful, well-adjusted members of Generation Z are getting sick of the Semitically correct filth that surrounds them, and exchanging racially-charged memes is an effective way to rebel against that filth.

Though it remains unconfirmed, this strange cartoon, in which a Jew is pulled along by some kind of stereotypical badger, is believed to be one of the Facebook group’s favorite memes.

A member of the Facebook group chat, whose name was not included in the piece, told the Crimson that the Harvard applications committee emailed students who were part of the group in mid-April, asking them to submit a statement “to explain your contributions and actions for discussion with the Admissions Committee”.

A week after that, “at least ten” members of the group received letters rescinding their offers of admission to the class of 2021, the source told the Crimson.

The moral to this story (because all stories about students getting Jewed for being un-PC need to end with a moral lesson) is that revealing our power levels during college, even in supposedly “private” Facebook group chats, is never a good idea.

We need lawyers, accountants, academics, writers and other professionals on our side. But we won’t be allowed to even enter these fields, let alone graduate from them, if we have a recorded history of being pro-White.

We need to play it smart. Jews succeeded in controlling our societies because they infiltrated it from within and kept their long-term agenda to themselves.

Let’s do the same.

Don’t be like Matt Hale, who was denied his law license (despite passing the Bar Exam) because he publicly admitted he was becoming a lawyer to defend pro-White activists from unconstitutional charges.
