They didn’t kill him because he was robbing a construction site and then ran away and then acted like he was going to pull a gun on them.

They killed him because they hated the color of the skin.

The poor boy was just out jogging in work boots, as he does every day, and he was murdered by haters for no other reason than the color of his skin.

Also, someone filming this is also evil and deserves the ultimate doom.

The white father and son who chased and killed Ahmaud Arbery in a Georgia neighborhood each received a second life prison sentence Monday — for committing federal hate crimes, months after getting their first for murder — at a hearing that brought a close to more than two years of criminal proceedings.

U.S. District Court Judge Lisa Godbey Wood handed down the sentences against Travis McMichael, 36, and his father, Greg McMichael, 66, reiterating the gravity of the February 2020 killing that shattered their Brunswick community. William “Roddie” Bryan, 52, who recorded cellphone video of the slaying, was sentenced to 35 years in prison.

“A young man is dead. Ahmaud Arbery will be forever 25. And what happened, a jury found, happened because he’s Black,” Wood said.

The McMichaels were previously sentenced to life without parole in state court for Arbery’s murder and had asked the judge to divert them to a federal prison to serve their sentences, saying they were worried about their safety in the state prison system. Bryan had sought to serve his federal sentence first. Wood declined all three requests.

The sentences imposed Monday brought an end to the second trial against the men responsible for Arbery’s slaying, which along with the murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis and fatal shooting of Breonna Taylor in Kentucky fueled a wave of protests across the country against the killings of unarmed Black people.

“The Justice Department’s prosecution of this case and the court’s sentences today make clear that hate crimes have no place in our country, and that the Department will be unrelenting in our efforts to hold accountable those who perpetrate them,” U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland said in a news release. “Protecting civil rights and combatting white supremacist violence was a founding purpose of the Justice Department, and one that we will continue to pursue with the urgency it demands.”

In February, a federal jury convicted the McMichaels and Bryan of violating Arbery’s civil rights, concluding they targeted him because of his race. All three were also found guilty of attempted kidnapping, and the McMichaels were convicted of using guns in the commission of a violent crime.

“I’m very thankful,” Arbery’s mother, Wanda Cooper-Jones, told reporters outside the courthouse after all three sentences had been imposed. “It’s been a long fight. I’m so thankful God gave us the strength to continue to fight.”

The hearings marked the first time the men involved in the deadly chase expressed any remorse to Arbery’s family. Only Travis McMichael, who fired the fatal shots, chose to remain silent when given a chance to speak in court.

Greg McMichael told Arbery’s family their loss was “beyond description.”

“I’m sure my words mean very little to you, but I want to assure you I never wanted any of this to happen,” he said. “There was no malice in my heart or my son’s heart that day.”

Bryan said he was sorry.

“I never intended any harm to him, and I never would have played any role in what happened if I knew then what I know now,” Bryan said.

Travis McMichael’s attorney, Amy Lee Copeland, said a lighter sentence would be more consistent with what similarly charged defendants have received in other cases, noting that the officer who killed Floyd in Minneapolis, Derek Chauvin, got 21 years in prison for violating Floyd’s civil rights, though he was not charged with targeting Floyd because of his race.

Greg McMichael’s attorney, A.J. Balbo, also cited the Chauvin sentence as well as his client’s age and health problems, which he said include a stroke and depression.

Yes, Derek Chauvin was the core hater.

During the February hate crimes trial, prosecutors fortified their case that Arbery’s killing was motivated by racism by showing the jury roughly two dozen text messages and social media posts in which Travis McMichael and Bryan used racist slurs and made disparaging comments about Black people.

Prosecutor Christopher Perras said the trial evidence proved “what so many people felt in their hearts when they watched the video of Ahmaud’s tragic and unnecessary death: This would have never happened if he had been white.”

A state Superior Court judge imposed life sentences for the McMichaels and Bryan in January for Arbery’s murder, with both McMichaels denied any chance of parole.

Copeland argued unsuccessfully for Travis McMichael to remain in federal custody, saying he has received hundreds of threats that he will be killed soon after arriving at state prison and that his photo has been circulated there on illegal phones.

“I am concerned your honor that my client effectively faces a back door death penalty,” she said, adding that “retribution and revenge” were not sentencing factors, even for a defendant who is “publicly reviled.”

Arbery’s father, Marcus Arbery Sr., said Travis McMichael had shown his son no mercy and deserved to “rot” in state prison.

“You killed him because he was a Black man and you hate Black people,” he said. “You deserve no mercy.”

We are heavily on track towards a utopia where it is totally impossible for black people to ever be charged with any crime, and white people go to prison for even talking to black people.

The good news is: as soon as we completely abolish the police, it won’t make any difference that blacks are legally allowed to do any crime, because blacks only commit crimes because police exist.

The white guys who defended themselves against the rabid savage Ahmaud Arbery lost their case.

This was a major hoax. But it wasn’t quite as egregious as the Kyle Rittenhouse hoax.

The media is foaming at the mouth about the evils of being white.

Three white men were found guilty Wednesday of felony murder in the shooting death of Ahmaud Arbery, a Black man who was running in their neighborhood when they confronted him last year.

The nearly all-white jury convicted Travis McMichael of malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, false imprisonment and criminal attempt to commit a felony.

His father, Gregory McMichael, and their neighbor William “Roddie” Bryan were acquitted of the top charge. All now face up to life in prison.

“Even though this is not a celebration, it is a reflection to acknowledge that the spirit of Ahmaud defeated the lynch mob,” civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump, who is representing Arbery’s father, Marcus Arbery, said outside the courthouse Wednesday afternoon.

Wanda Cooper-Jones, Arbery’s mother, said that her son “will now rest in peace.”

“It’s been a long fight. It’s been a hard fight,” she said. “I never saw this day back in 2020. I never thought this day would come. But God is good,” she said.

The McMichaels and Bryan chased Arbery in pickup trucks after they spotted him in their neighborhood outside Brunswick, Georgia, on Feb. 23, 2020. Travis McMichael shot Arbery, 25, who was Black, with a shotgun at close range. Bryan filmed the fatal encounter on his cellphone.

This is the infamous “jogger” case for anyone who does not recall. Arbery was looting construction sites. He was wearing work boots, and the media said he was just out for a jog, and just stopping in to check on some construction sites on the way. The men confronted him, and Arbery made moves like he was going to kill them, and he got shot.

Here’s a pretty good breakdown of the details. We covered it in some detail at the time, but I can’t find our articles.

Anyway, they probably shouldn’t have shot him. He deserved to be killed, but they shouldn’t have shot him. I don’t think murder is fair here, but they did shoot him.

Bizarrely, after the verdict, Arbery’s father gave a speech declaring that all lives matter, and that the case was not about race.

About a year after the shooting death of Ahmaud Arbery became national news, and nearly 15 months after he was shot while jogging down a street, Georgia has repealed the vague law being used to defend the men charged with murder in his killing.

Republican Gov. Brian Kemp signed the overhaul he championed at the Georgia Capitol on Monday, alongside a bipartisan group of state lawmakers as well as Arbery’s mother, Wanda Cooper-Jones, and sister, Jasmine Arbery.

This is the selfsame Brian Kemp who refused to audit the fraudulent Georgia presidential vote.

He’s a crime lord governor.

“I think the state of Georgia is moving in the right direction by passing this particular bill,” Cooper-Jones said at the Capitol. “Unfortunately, I had to lose my son to get significant change. But again, I’m still thankful.”

At the ceremony, Kemp said, “This bill makes Georgia the first state in the country to repeal its citizen’s arrest statute.”

“Today we are replacing a Civil War-era law, ripe for abuse, with language that balances the sacred right to self-defense of a person and property with our shared responsibility to root out injustice and set our state on a better path forward,” he said.

Brian Kemp won the election by less than 2%. I don’t think he’ll win the next one, and we’ll all better off for it.

The law, which allowed any citizen to “arrest” another if a crime was committed “within his immediate knowledge,” has been replaced with specific language to provide for citizen detainment in specific circumstances, including shopkeepers who witness shoplifters and restaurant owners and employees who witness “dine and dash” customers.

The men accused in Arbery’s killing have said they thought Arbery had committed a burglary when they chased him through a neighborhood near Brunswick, though no evidence of that crime has emerged.

He was definitely trespassing on private property. Even if you believe he was just out for a jog in his boots and got curious about a construction site and entered it without any intent to case it for a robbery, he did trespass.

It marks the second Georgia law to change in a bipartisan manner following Arbery’s death. The state General Assembly passed a hate crimes statute last summer in Arbery’s name.

“Too often we spend time under the Gold Dome arguing over differences. But the outpouring of bipartisan support that this bill received, I believe, is a testament to the fundamental character of our state,” Kemp said Monday.

“Today, Georgia is doing what is right.”

In a statement, Democratic state Sen. Tonya Anderson said, “Last year, upon the passing of hate crimes legislation, the [Georgia Legislative Black] Caucus made a pledge to end the practice of citizen’s arrest. [On Monday], with the signing of his name, Gov. Kemp has helped us keep that pledge. We are now the first state to repeal citizen’s arrest and I hope not the last.”

Anderson, the chair of the caucus, said, “I ask the governor and my fellow legislators to continue pursuing the goal of criminal justice reform. There is more work to do and we are prepared to do it, together as one Georgia.”

Citizen’s arrest is something that all high-trust societies have.

After writing about the VICE News layoffs this morning, I came across a piece reminding me just how hilarious it is that this vapid and trifling website is crashing and burning.

One Tess Owens (tess.owen@vice.com) wrote 650 words about people jokingly calling black people “joggers” following the Ahmaud Arbery incident, portraying it to be a vast racist plot, and referring to anyone who makes this hilarious joke as a “white supremacist.”

Here’s a taste:

White supremacists have a new code for the n-word. It’s “jogger” — a direct reference to the death of Ahmaud Arbery, the young black man who was shot dead in February while he was running in a suburban neighborhood in Georgia.

They’ve celebrated Arbery’s death in the worst places on the internet, and turned his killers — a retired cop and his son — into white supremacist folk heroes.

Over recent years, online extremists have been constructing a shared, private language that they use to dog-whistle in public, online arenas without having to worry about getting banned for hate speech. “Jogger” is just the latest example.

She goes on to interview some Jew about how whites are always killing blacks for literally no reason.

Of course, it wasn’t “white supremacists” who created the euphemism “jogger.” It was the mainstream media who barraged us with news bits referring to him as “a jogger.” When his mugshot began to circulate, people looked at it and said, “yep. That’s a jogger alright.”

The incredible part is that while hawking deranged conspiracy theories tied together with bubble gum and a piece of old shoe string, this multimillion-dollar media operation cannot even manage to get basic facts correct and traffics in strange run-on sentences.

It’s a small thing, but that’s literally the point of being a niche journalist. You’re supposed to have a specialist understanding of the material you cover. Women are so incompetent in the workplace that even my mind stands blown. They are literally only hired for these jobs because the government will punish you if you don’t hire them.

What this means is that Tess Owens is not even vaguely aware of 4chan culture, and yet as a middle-aged woman, her “career” is covering topics related to 4chan culture for this detestable website.

But I digress.

Tess Owens is exactly what you would expect her to be: an overweight, middle-aged white woman living the dream in New Yawk City. That’s the big apple, kid. The one and only city that never sleeps.

From the pictures available of her online, you can see that she’s attempting to avoid having too many pictures of her online, no doubt because of the weight issues she’s developed due to an affinity for wine and comfort food. She’s clearly the sort that likes a good jog, if you catch my drift.

This woman’s existence is as meaningless as that bullshit she wrote about politically incorrect jokes being a secret code she’s used to unravel an underground white supremacist conspiracy.

Her entire Twitter feed is filled up with whining about the layoffs.

I must tell you this: I was fully arrested by this article on VICE News. I have been knee-deep in the lockdown for weeks now, looking at the information and attempting to game out where this hoax is going and how we can resist it. To see this middle-aged nagging woman lecturing on the evils of making politically incorrect jokes on the internet, promoting the theory that blacks are randomly murdered by whites for no reason and that jokes lead to these murders, was quite a shock to the system. It’s like being on a sinking ship that’s also on fire and having the staff come up to you and tell you it’s time to pay the minibar tab – when you know damn well you didn’t take anything out of that minibar.

We’re now in a brutal nightmare world where the government has locked us all in our houses under the guise of protecting us from catching the flu. There is an ongoing controlled demolition of the economy, and we already have higher levels of unemployment than during the Great Depression. The entire system has been shut down so hard that we are already looking at food shortages. The government is installing a massive surveillance grid, the media is talking about forced vaccinations, and the prime minister of Israel, a nation to which we are a vassal state, is talking about implanting children with computer chips.

There is going to be no room whatsoever in the future that is coming down on us now for hoaxes about internet jokes leading to murder. There is going to be no room for idiotic fake hate crimes, where white men who defended themselves from a black attacker are charged with murder. The reason there will not be room for these things is that they are fake problems or “luxury problems.” They’re problems that people invent when they are not dealing with real problems, so that they have something to chatter about.

On some level, the right-wing, in responding to the inane, droning outrage pornography produced by the likes of VICE News, was playing a similar game. Of course, the behavior of black people is a real issue. They commit massive amounts of crime, including murdering white people for racial hate reasons on a daily basis. But for the most part, we are middle class people who have only limited interaction with the blacks. Although any of us could potentially be randomly murdered by a black person, in general, blacks are not an immediate threat to our safety, and we speak out against the likes of VICE News’ whining liberal nonsense for idealistic rather than practical reasons.

Arguing over these things is something that is officially finished for both parties. We are now dealing with very practical problems, as 150 staff members of VICE found out this week. The fascinating thing here is that both the people who devoted their lives to hoaxing racist murder and those who opposed them are largely going to be dealing with the same problems. Obviously, women and men with the hormonal makeup of women (liberals) are going to be more comfortable surrendering their freedoms to the government. But nobody is going to be comfortable with poverty. That said, right-wingers are going to be better equipped for dealing with all forms of hardship, for the simple fact that they are harder people.

New cultural battle lines are in the process of being drawn. Immigration, black crime, child trannies – these are all issues you bicker over during the good times. The new division is going to be between those who embrace the government controlling every aspect of their lives and trust the plan and those who want their freedom and think we would be better off rebuilding our country through an open economy rather than rolling around in squalor under a socialist mega-government.

It’s probably at least a couple of years off, but ultimately, we know that this is leading to a situation where the government is going to compel people to have computer chips implanted in their hand. Those who take the implant will have access to their UBI and various other privileges, while those who do not will be forced underground, into a parallel society. Christians, myself included, will view this as the Mark of the Beast prophesied in the Revelation of John of Patmos, whereas to system-believers, it will be seen as a way to finally be released from the prison created by this totalitarian system.

As we’ve seen, neo-Nazis, who ostensibly took a right-wing position on blacks and immigration in the old world, have decided to trust the government in this new world. Probably, a few of those who were leftist in the old world will also take a pro-freedom position in the new world.

It is going to be fascinating to watch all of this unfold, as the reality slowly sinks in for these horrible leftists, and they start to realize that their biggest concern is most definitely not Ahmaud Arbery, or inventing conspiracy theories about the secret agendas of people who make jokes on the internet.

It goes without saying that childless middle-aged overweight alcoholics are not going to have any natural place in the coming society, given that they are unnatural creatures, the actual definition of dead weight and air theft. The only place they have now, as outlined above, is created by the government forcing men to give them a place. There are going to be a whole lot of drug-addicted teenage white girls willing to be the sex pals of joggers.

When things go real far south, used up middle-aged women like Tess Owen are not going to find any comfort in that community.

I legitimately believe a lot of these old hags are going to try to appeal to the chivalrousness of right-wing oriented men in the apocalypse realm. I trust everyone knows the drill.

However, when we see joggers doing it, everyone understands they are there to menace the locals.

It’s not clear when this happened, as the only people reporting on it are the blacks, for example at the jogger news site newsone.com, and they’re not bothering to use dates or even say specifically where it happened. Based on the dates of the articles and tweets, it probably happened on Monday, or over the weekend.

We should look at these joggers, and understand our own feelings about them, then realize that there are a lot of people in this country that are “race blind” and have this same feeling when they see whites marching with weapons.

I explained in my piece that despite people pretending otherwise, carrying guns to protests is not an American tradition. It first happened in the Obama years, but has only gotten to be a widespread phenomenon in the last few years, with many white men who are struggling with their masculinity feeling that this makes them look powerful and strong.

However, this is a jogger tradition. Joggers have carried guns at protests going all the way back to the sixties, with the Black Panthers.

The whites who bring guns to these anti-lockdown protests have a “jogger mindset,” and think that by carrying a powerful weapon they can disguise their own powerlessness as individuals.

To the people who can see through the ruse, these jogger-minded protesters look pathetic and weak. To those who cannot see through the ruse, they look like unhinged lunatics. Neither look is a good look for a lockdown protest that is supposed to be expressing the will of the masses of people.

White people are never going to get anywhere acting like a bunch of dumb joggers.
