Interview the parents gave to the ADF a few months ago

Look, this is a tranny country. It’s a tranny world.

If you’re not a tranny, you have to go to prison until you become one.

Christian Post:

The highest court in Switzerland has ruled that two parents from Geneva must embrace their 17-year-old daughter’s sex change or face potential criminal charges after she was taken from them.

The parents, who have remained anonymous, appealed to the 38-member Swiss Federal Supreme Court after two lower courts mandated that the girl’s documents must be handed over to change her sex, according to Alliance Defending Freedom International, which is providing them legal assistance.

After her parents declined to put her on puberty blockers and objected to their daughter’s school attempting to socially transition her, the school reportedly called the Swiss child welfare agency, and the school and the agency brought a case against the parents in court.

The girl was removed from her parents’ custody and placed in a government shelter when she was 16, according to ADF International.

This is The Science they used to deduce she needs to mutilate herself

Despite arguing that the Swiss Federal Constitution and international law allowed them to oppose their daughter’s gender transition, the high court maintained that they were not permitted to intervene in the case because of the country’s separation of powers.

“The situation complained of cannot therefore be remedied by interpretation. Nor can it be concluded that there is a loophole per se that would have to be filled by the courts,” the court said.

“It would therefore be up to the federal legislature, if necessary, to amend the system as it currently stands under the Act, from which the Federal Court cannot derogate, since it is not its role to interfere in matters that are the responsibility of the federal legislature. It follows that the complaint must be dismissed.”

The girl’s father said they were “heartbroken” over the court’s ruling, according to ADF International.

“We love our daughter and only want what’s best for her. We know this decision is not in her best interest,” he said. “That we could face criminal charges for simply trying to care for our daughter shows how deeply embedded transgender ideology is in Swiss institutions and the real harms it causes. We are considering our next steps.”

This situation might seem rare, but it can happen to anyone.

They can take your kid and turn it into a tranny, and put you in prison.

These Western societies are satanic and they simply are not safe.

There are no guarantees on anything.

They will just come and crush you.

Finland: Hate Speech Charges Dropped Against Politician Woman Who Quoted the Bible https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/11/15/finland-hate-speech-charges-dropped-against-politician-woman-who-quoted-the-bible/ Wed, 15 Nov 2023 00:00:00 +0000
Päivi Räsänen

Okay, so, I guess you’re still allowed to read the Bible in Finland.

That’s good news, right?

Catholic News Agency:

A court of appeal dismissed all charges of “hate speech” and “ethnic agitation” against Finnish lawmaker Päivi Räsänen on Tuesday in what has been hailed as a victory for free speech.

The Finnish member of Parliament had been charged in 2021 after publicly sharing in 2019 her biblical, religious views on marriage as between one man and one woman.

Though Räsänen, 63, was unanimously acquitted by a Finnish District Court in 2022, prosecutors appealed her acquittal to the Helsinki Court of Appeal. The former minister of the interior faced the possibility of tens of thousands of euros in fines and two years in prison.

Two years in prison for quoting the Bible. In Finland, a country that isn’t really even very politically correct (just innocent and generally confused and bedazzled by modernity).

This is the extreme nature of our plight.

On Nov. 14, the Helsinki Court of Appeal unanimously ruled to uphold the 2022 acquittal, finding that it had “no reason, on the basis of the evidence received at the main hearing, to assess the case in any respect differently from the district court. There is therefore no reason to alter the final result of the district court’s judgment.”

The charges against a Finnish Lutheran bishop named Juhana Pohjola were also dismissed by the court of appeal on Nov. 14. Pohjola had also been tried for hate speech for publishing a pamphlet written by Räsänen in 2004 that advocated for the biblical understanding of sexuality and marriage.

Juhana Pohjola

“I am deeply relieved,” Räsänen said Nov. 14 via a statement from her legal representatives, the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) International. “The court has fully endorsed and upheld the decision of the district court, which recognized everyone’s right to free speech.”

…

In the 2019 tweet that landed Räsänen in legal troubles, she criticized her denomination for embracing LGBTQ+ ideology, asking how these views could be reconciled with Scripture. In the tweet, she referenced Romans 1:24-27, which clearly states that homosexual activity is against God’s will.

Really, this shouldn’t even be considered a win, and the fact that this is considered a win should be considered a big loss.

If you’re having a discussion about sending people to prison for being Christians, you’ve already lost.

A win for Christians would be something like, say, removing women’s right to vote, or abolishing the age of consent. When you’re losing very badly, “losing a tiny bit less” is not a win. If a sports team is down by 40 points, they don’t say “we’re winning” after scoring one point.

Mexico: Politician Convicted of “Gender-Based Political Violence” for Calling Tranny a Man https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/06/28/mexico-politician-convicted-of-gender-based-political-violence-for-calling-tranny-a-man/ Wed, 28 Jun 2023 00:00:00 +0000
Rodrigo Iván Cortés

You watched the third world transform. We wrote about it. It happened during coronavirus. The US was funding all these revolutions in the third world, latin America in particular, demanding women’s rights and a tranny nightmare.

Now, here it is.

It’s wild how fast they can do the job.

Christian Post:

A former Mexican congressman convicted of “gender-based political violence” over social media posts referring to a trans-identifying congressional representative as a “man who self-ascribes as a woman” is calling on the international community to intervene concerning “systematic violations of fundamental rights.”

Rodrigo Iván Cortés, the current head of the political advocacy group Frente Nacional por la Familia (National Front for the Family), addressed the Organization of American States last Wednesday as he awaits an appeal of his conviction.

“[In Mexico] the freedom of expression of citizens is canceled and their free participation in the democratic conformation of laws is prevented,” Cortés said, according to ADF International, the advocacy group supporting him.

“Unfortunately, I suffer this in my own flesh in the cases that are being carried out against me and the organization that I preside over, the National Front for the Family, for objecting to initiatives that ostensibly violate human rights.”

The charges against Cortés stem from a series of social media posts in 2022, where he allegedly “misgendered” congressional Salma Luévano, a Mexican congressional representative.

This is the tranny he “misgendered.” This tranny is a member of Mexico’s parliament.

Cortés’ social media posts were in response to a draft bill in Mexico’s Congress, presented by Luévano, which critics say sought to categorize the teaching of Christian views on sexuality as “hate speech.” Cortés’ organization expressed its concern about the bill on Twitter, claiming it was a significant infringement on freedom of speech and religious liberty in Mexico.

Luévano filed a complaint against Cortés over a series of nine posts on Twitter and Facebook that he claims violated the right to be acknowledged as a woman and a “denial of identity.”

Mexico’s Specialized Regional Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judicial Power agreed that Cortés was guilty of gender-based political violence and digital, symbolic, psychological and sexual violence against Luévano, ADF International reports. The chamber found that the social media posts undermined “the political and electoral rights of women, and the unencumbered exercise of their public office.”

The case was appealed to the Superior Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judicial Power, and a ruling is expected in the near future.

“Disagreement is not discrimination, and peaceful dissent should never be penalized as violence,” ADF International legal counsel Kristina Hjelkrem said in a statement.

“It is deeply disturbing that Cortés, who is exercising his right to peaceably share his views on a matter of significant current debate, has been convicted as a violent political offender when in fact it is his opponents that have a history of perpetuating unrest within Mexico’s political institutions. We eagerly await a ruling on his appeal.”

Luévano, along with another trans-identified representative, María Clemente, are well-known figures in Mexico’s Congress for their bold approach towards political opponents.

This is the other tranny in Mexico’s parliament. They have 2.

They are members of the left-wing MORENA party, which is working toward laws to protect “sexual rights,” a proposal that has been vocally opposed by the Cortés’ group.

“The real purpose of this process is to silence me from saying what every concerned citizen needs to hear — that these proposed laws are driving forward a radical agenda, which poses a very serious threat to the wellbeing of our society, especially our children,” Cortés was quoted as saying.

Yes.

I am well aware that it is a radical agenda, and that these laws are being driven by the United States AKA “The Jews.”
