A Hamilton County judge permanently struck down Ohio’s so-called “Heartbeat” law that banned most abortions after six weeks of pregnancy, saying it conflicts with the constitutional amendment passed by Ohio voters.

Universal suffrage democracy is always a tyranny, because the vast majority of peasants have no stake in the society. This is why in the original American republic, only landowners were allowed to vote. Landowners are going to necessarily be more intelligent people than landless peasants, and they are also going to have a stake in the future of society.

If you have mass media and allow not only peasants but women to vote, you just have a ridiculous and cartoonish system where the outcomes of elections are based on people’s emotions. You also have a system where no one can be blamed for anything, and no one has any ability to petition grievances. It’s the worst of all worlds.

The lack of any meaningful oversight whatsoever allowed democracy governments to form these various organizations like the CIA and the various other intelligence agencies, as well as massive bureaucracies, which are totally unaccountable to anyone at all, and are a black box. If every single congressman was replaced with an upstanding citizen, they could in theory vote to abolish the CIA and fire everyone who works in various departments, but there is no way under the current system anyone but shills will win elections. Further, the fact that the intelligence agencies exist now means that every government official can be blackmailed or threatened into going along with the program.

It is all broken.

I’m totally against universal suffrage democracy. I think a “democratic republic” where only landowners can vote is probably fine, though an “autocracy” like China is also fine.

Note: China has social mobility without voting in national elections. The fundamental problem with traditional monarchy and a system of nobility is that there is no social mobility, and the only people who can move up are peasant women lucky enough to get pregnant by a noble. China has developed a system that is basically monarchy but without a strictly defined class system. Please also note that the idea that monarchies are oppressive is simple nonsense. Democracy is the most oppressive system. A lack of social mobility might be “oppression” in some vague sense, but the idea that monarchs were ever able to do whatever they wanted is just a lie.

This all having been said, the United States and now the West as a whole has moved drastically away from the established norms of universal suffrage democracy and into a system of dikastocracy, where the government is run by judges. Random judges no one has ever heard of can just override the laws introduced by the democracy government.

Reuters:

An Ohio judge permanently struck down the state’s ban on abortion after about six weeks on Thursday and criticized its Republican attorney general for attempting to circumvent the will of Ohioans who voted to enshrine abortion protections in the state constitution.

Judge Christian Jenkins of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas in Cincinnati said, opens new tab the Republican-backed 2019 state law would interfere with women’s ability to receive abortions and discourage doctors from performing them, in violation of a constitutional amendment approved by voters last year.

Judge Christian Jenkins

The office of Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, a Republican, acknowledged that the ban itself could not stand in light of the ballot initiative, but had argued that 14 other provisions of the state law should be upheld.

Those included requirements to have doctors check for fetal heartbeats before performing abortions, inform patients seeking abortions when their fetuses are viable, and have patients wait 24 hours after seeing a doctor before undergoing an abortion.

Jenkins said those provisions were unconstitutional because the ballot measure’s broad wording prohibits any burden on the ability to exercise the right to have an abortion.

This is a garbled mess.

The constitutional amendment was passed in November of 2023, a non-election year, with 56% of the vote. Now, a year later, this rando judge decides that it overrides the 2019 law passed by the state legislature. The 2019 6-week law was passed before the overturning of Roe v. Wade, as a “trigger law” that would come into effect if Roe was overturned and states were again allowed to regulate abortion.

According to the way the system is setup now, the judge is presumably correct that the constitutional amendment overrides the 2019 law. But why is it up to him, and not put to a referendum? Why did it take the courts a year to decide something that is obvious?

There was debate about the rules, so allowing one guy no one has ever heard of to be the ultimate decider who can permanently dictate state law does not make any sense.

So, I don’t know how much you’re keeping up with this election. I’m not really keeping up with it all that much. I don’t think voting is real, so I’m just going to wait and see who the Jews pick, and then analyze it from there.

But, insofar as I am keeping up with it… it’s everything that I predicted. Both candidates are talking a lot about the concerns of Israel, while both scramble for the middle.

Kamala is now talking about hardcore border security. She’s saying she’s changed all of her views, and is no longer a “Biden Style Radical Extremist.” She’s basically claiming she didn’t have any power under Biden and didn’t really want to do this hardcore leftist stuff.

Meanwhile, Trump is an anti-racist, pro-homosexual abortionist.

New York Post:

Former President Donald Trump suggested Thursday that he’ll vote in favor of a Florida ballot measure aimed at overturning the state’s six-week abortion ban.

“I think the six week is too short. It has to be more time,” Trump told NBC News when asked how he intends to vote on the November referendum. “I want more weeks.”

“I am going to be voting that we need more than six weeks,” the former president added.

…

Last week, Trump touted on Truth Social that, if elected, his administration would be “great for women and their reproductive rights.”

It’s hard to say if this would be a good move if the election was real. I don’t think he would be saying this if he thought the election was real. Probably.

If the election is only about appealing to Jews, who you want to select you as president, then Trump abandoning his most devoted base in favor of wanton abortionism is a good move.

He’s got the hardline Israeli Jews on board. He wants the leftist Jews to at least not be afraid of him.

This is exactly what you would expect to happen if the election had nothing to do with voting and was entirely decided by Jewish overlords.

This individual going by the fake name “JD Vance” continues to make the Trump campaign look like a bunch of bumbling retards. He can’t open his mouth without saying something dumb and retarded.

Of course, it doesn’t really matter. “Vance” was chosen because he’s obsessed with Israel, and because elections are totally fake, both parties only have only one constituency, which is Jews.

However, virtually every politician is an Israel fanatic, so it doesn’t really make a lot of sense why you would choose such a weird person, if that is the only qualification.

AP:

Republican vice presidential candidate JD Vance says Donald Trump would not support a national abortion ban if elected president and would veto such legislation if it landed on his desk.

“I can absolutely commit that,” Vance said when asked on NBC’s “Meet the Press” whether he could commit to Trump not imposing such a ban. “Donald Trump’s view is that we want the individual states and their individual cultures and their unique political sensibilities to make these decisions because we don’t want to have a nonstop federal conflict over this issue.”

The Ohio senator also insisted that Trump, the former president who is the Republican nominee this year, would veto such legislation if it were passed by Congress.

“I mean, if you’re not supporting it as the president of the United States, you fundamentally have to veto it,” he said in an interview that aired Sunday.

Why would he say that?

Isn’t there room for some kind of “strategic ambiguity” here?

What is the point of insulting the base in this way?

Can’t he just leave it at “it’s up to the states” without saying “Trump will veto it”?

This actually looks like direct sabotage.

“God have mercy on this nation if this is now the position of what was the Pro-Life Party,” wrote Family Research Council president Tony Perkins in a post Sunday linking to a story on Vance’s comments.

While Trump has repeatedly boasted about his role in overturning Roe, he has, in recent days, pushed back on Democrats’ warnings that he will go even further to restrict access if he wins a second term.

“My Administration will be great for women and their reproductive rights,” he wrote Friday on his Truth Social platform, appropriating language used by abortion rights activists and the left.

Yes, I get that Trump is saying that. Trump is not great at this either.

But he’s not saying “veto.”

The election is fake and it doesn’t matter.

But it is hilarious that Trump picked the worst possible person for his VP.

Frankly, with RFK on board, there is a nonzero chance Trump will dump “Vance” and add Kennedy to the ticket.

This “Vance” character is complete poison. Everyone hates this guy.

UK: Women Call for Ministers to Decriminalize “Abortion” After Woman Jailed for Murdering Baby https://www.anglinarchive.com/2023/06/14/uk-women-call-for-ministers-to-decriminalize-abortion-after-woman-jailed-for-murdering-baby/ Wed, 14 Jun 2023 00:00:00 +0000

Christians will never be able to explain why it should be illegal to murder children.

They just say “muh sky daddy.”

There are no arguments as to why murder is wrong, if it makes a woman feel happiness.

The Guardian:

Ministers are facing calls to “step up” and decriminalise abortion in Great Britain after a woman was jailed for terminating her pregnancy, as an influential Labour MP said she hoped her party would act if it won power.

The call by Dame Diana Johnson, who previously tried to repeal the 1861 Offences Against the Person Act with a backbench bill, said ministers should act to change laws that were also having a “chilling” effect on doctors, midwives and others.

Caroline Nokes, the Conservative chair of the Commons women and equalities committee, said abortion legislation was “very out of date” and should be overhauled, after a woman was jailed for procuring drugs to induce an abortion after the legal limit.

Who knew the UK of all places had relatively conservative abortion laws?

I guess the US is probably the only country that allows third-term abortions. This woman was 8 months pregnant.

But still. You just assume in any Western country, women are allowed to do whatever they want.

There was outrage on Monday after the woman, a mother of three, was sentenced.

She received the medication under the “pills by post” scheme, which was introduced during the Covid pandemic for unwanted pregnancies up to 10 weeks, after a remote consultation.

The woman, 44, pleaded guilty in March under the Offences Against the Person Act and will serve half of her 28-month sentence in custody and the remainder under licence. She had originally pleaded not guilty to a charge of an offence of child destruction.

…

The number of women and girls facing police investigations and the threat of life imprisonment under abortion laws has risen over the past three years, according to the British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS).

In 2022, a woman who used abortion medication in a failed attempt to end her own pregnancy was reported to the police by her medical team.

In the case of the woman jailed on Monday, prosecutors said she had knowingly misled the BPAS by saying she was below the 10-week cutoff, when she believed she was about 28 weeks pregnant.

Doctors later concluded the foetus was from 32 to 34 weeks gestation (between seven and eight months) at the time of termination. In England, Scotland and Wales, abortion is generally legal up to 24 weeks but is carried out in a hospital or clinic after 10 weeks.

Stoke-on-Trent crown court heard how the woman had discovered she was pregnant in December 2019 before arranging a telephone consultation with BPAS in May 2020.

How stupid are women that they can’t decide whether they want to murder their child?

“I’ve spent 8 months considering it, and I’ve decided to go ahead and murder my child.”

We are very much at the point warned of in the Bible where evil is celebrated as good and good is denounced as evil.

We’ve been there for a while, but now it’s just getting ridiculous.

It’s basically illegal to say that it’s bad to kill children.

KCUR:

A North Platte television news director was fired by her station for helping collect signatures for a ballot initiative to ban abortions in the neighboring town of Curtis.

A television news director from western Nebraska will clean out her desk Monday night after the station fired her over the weekend for helping collect signatures for a ballot initiative to ban abortions in the neighboring town of Curtis.

The vice president and general manager of KNOP, a NBC affiliate, in North Platte confirmed Melanie Standiford was fired for violating company policies on Friday – the same day the Flatwater Free Press quoted Standiford about a petition drive in Curtis.

Standiford, 50, and a mother of nine, said she didn’t report on the specific ballot initiative. However, a review of KNOP’s website shows Standiford reported on the issue multiple times.

“The lady that does the anti-abortion prayer chain in North Platte, Nebraska, said to me: ‘I thought you were pro-choice,’” Standiford said. “Everybody in North Platte thought I was pro-choice because I was so balanced and so careful to make sure that I never showed anything but that. I was very fair.”

Curtis, a town of around 800 people in Southwest Nebraska’s Frontier County, will vote to ban abortion this November. Standiford collected signatures for the ballot initiative at her church.

She told the Flatwater Free Press that everyone in Curtis knew Standiford was a Christian and anti-abortion. In her mind, the Curtis ordinance would be so widely supported that it wouldn’t be controversial.

The Flatwater Free Press also asked Standiford about her involvement with the petition and how that impacts her coverage as a news director.

“You’re probably right, I probably, maybe shouldn’t have even done that,” she said. “But who knew it would be an issue?”

Curtis, also home to the Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture, is one of six towns where voters will determine the fates of local abortion bans, although some legal experts question the effort’s impact on abortion access.

The North Platte Bulletin reported and social media posts indicate there were some North Platte-area residents who objected to Standiford’s firing and gathered outside the station’s building on Monday.

Shannon Booth, the KNOP vice president and general manager, said in a statement that Standiford has been fired and she wishes the best for her.

“KNOP can confirm that our long-standing company policy encourages civic involvement among our employees, so long as such activities do not give the appearance of interfering with journalistic impartiality,” Booth said in a statement. “In furtherance of that qualification, KNOP’s news personnel are not permitted, at any time and regardless of beliefs, to actively engage in any political activity for any candidate, party, or ballot initiative.”

…

“I planned on anchoring the news and producing the news on Saturday and Sunday because I let one of my employees have the weekend off,” she said.

In her eyes, she was able to separate her personal beliefs and professional life. She also said she didn’t force anyone else to sign the petition – she just merely presented the option.

You need to understand: the US government does force businesses to have very specific hiring practices. We do not have any free association. If you run a business, you are forced to hire black people, colored folks, BIPOCs, and even straight-up coons. They force you to hire women and faggots. Now they are forcing you to hire trannies. The government will sue you for not hiring the people they tell you to hire, and then it’s really impossible to fire them.

We do not live in a libertarian society, at all. The government is deeply involved in the employment practices of businesses. And yet, the government refuses to protect people from getting fired for their political views.

Meanwhile, you have all of these very powerful Jewish organizations, from the ADL and SPLC to the Human Rights Project and The Center for Reproductive Rights, which lobby businesses to fire people who say the wrong thing in their private lives, while always threatening that their co-ethnics in the Jew media will wage a defamation campaign against any business that refuses to fire the people they tell them to fire.

There is zero benefit to a business in refusing to fire people. When it comes to publicly traded companies, it’s more or less illegal to refuse to fire someone that the pressure groups demand you fire, as you are violating a fiduciary duty by bringing down the media smear machine onto the company. For a small business, you’re just committing suicide.

Given all of these very clear and specific factors involved, one can only conclude that the government is involved in a conspiracy to destroy the livelihoods of anyone who disagrees with the Democrat Party.

The Salem-based Satanic Temple is suing Indiana and Idaho in federal court over their abortion bans, arguing they violate the religious rights of people in those states.

…

The temple, a nontheistic religious group that often gets confused for the Church of Satan, has used religious freedom arguments in a similar lawsuit challenging Texas’ abortion ban earlier this year.

The other side: A spokesperson for Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita told the Indianapolis Star the U.S. Supreme Court decided abortion isn’t protected under the Constitution. “This new lawsuit merely offers weaker arguments for the same discredited right,” the spokesperson said.

Details: In latest lawsuits, the temple argued each state’s ban violates the rights of people who took contraceptives and still became pregnant, denying the right of an “involuntarily pregnant woman” to engage in the “Satanic Abortion Ritual.”

The temple’s ritual includes the tenet, “One’s body is inviolable, subject to one’s own will alone.”
The temple accused the states of violating the 13th Amendment, discriminating against impregnated contraceptive users and the states’ own religion protections.

The temple also accused the states of unconstitutionally “taking the property of involuntarily pregnant women” (i.e. their bodies) without just compensation, noting that people get paid thousands of dollars to be surrogates, per court documents.

An established right to privacy, that Indian lady who locks up all the blacks says.

New York Post:

Vice President Kamala Harris on Friday attacked Supreme Court justices for rescinding federal abortion rights, saying their June ruling is causing “suffering” as states impose dramatic restrictions on the procedure.

“I think this is an activist court,” Harris told NBC anchor Chuck Todd in an interview that will air more completely on Sunday.

“We had an established right for almost half a century, which is the right of women to make decisions about their own body as an extension of what we have decided to be, the privacy rights to which all people are entitled. And this court took that constitutional right away. And we are suffering as a nation because of it.”

Harris said the ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson “causes me great concern about the integrity of the court overall.”

After a draft of the abortion ruling leaked, crowds of pro-abortion rights demonstrators rallied outside the suburban Washington homes of conservative justices in an unsuccessful effort to change their minds.

And a deranged 26-year-old abortion rights activist was charged with attempted murder in June after calling the police to say that he was outside Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home with Glock 17 pistol, ammunition, a knife, tactical gear, pepper spray, zip ties, a hammer, a screwdriver and duct tape.

They’re setting things up to stack the court, which is probably some kind of conspiracy, frankly.

I think SCOTUS is in on the conspiracy.

Right now, it is good for the Democrats to have Roe v. Wade banned. We’re also apparently banning gay stuff, which the Democrats also think is good for them.

At the very least, when they commit fraud this November, and then in 2024, they can say “oh we didn’t commit fraud, people just actually voted for us despite all of our horrible policies because they were afraid of abortion laws.”

This issue might be enough to stir people up to get Gretchen Whitmer out of office.

Sometimes I feel like abortion is the only thing that Republican voters care about at all.

AP:

A Michigan judge on Friday blocked county prosecutors from enforcing the state’s 1931 ban on abortion for the foreseeable future, after two days of witness testimony from abortion experts, providers and the state’s chief medical officer.

The ruling follows a state Court of Appeals ruling this month that county prosecutors were not covered by a May order and could enforce the prohibition following the U.S. Supreme Court ruling overturning Roe v. Wade.

“The harm to the body of women and people capable of pregnancy in not issuing the injunction could not be more real, clear, present and dangerous to the court,” Oakland County Judge Jacob Cunningham said during his ruling Friday.

David Kallman, an attorney for two Republican county prosecutors, said an appeal is planned.

“The judge ignored all of the clear legal errors and problems in this case, it appears to me, simply because the issue is abortion,” Kallman told The Associated Press following the hearing.

Cunningham filed a restraining order against county prosecutors hours after the Aug. 1 appeals court decision and following a request from attorneys representing Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.

…

The 1931 law in Michigan, which was triggered after the U.S. Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, bans abortion in all instances except the life of the mother. The dormant ban was retroactively blocked from going into effect in May when Judge Elizabeth Gleicher issued a preliminary injunction.

I don’t know why Whitmer would even be putting herself in the middle of this. I guess she thinks it’s good for her campaign. It probably isn’t.

The FBI is raiding former presidents and sitting congressmen and is basically going to put everyone in prison.

But the real thing you need to be worried about is the abortion police.

The abortion police are the real danger to freedom in America.

AP:

The case of a Nebraska woman charged with helping her teenage daughter end her pregnancy after investigators obtained Facebook messages between the two has raised fresh concerns about data privacy in the post-Roe world.

Since before the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in June, Big Tech companies that collect personal details of their users have faced new calls to limit that tracking and surveillance amid fears that law enforcement or vigilantes could use those data troves against people seeking abortions or those who try to help them.

Meta, which owns Facebook, said Tuesday it received warrants requesting messages in the Nebraska case from local law enforcement on June 7, before the Supreme Court decision overriding Roe came down. The warrants, the company added, “did not mention abortion at all,” and court documents at the time showed that police were investigating the “alleged illegal burning and burial of a stillborn infant.”

However, in early June, the mother and daughter were only charged with a single felony for removing, concealing or abandoning a body, and two misdemeanors: concealing the death of another person and false reporting.

It wasn’t until about a month later, after investigators reviewed the private Facebook messages, that prosecutors added the felony abortion-related charges against the mother.

History has repeatedly demonstrated that whenever people’s personal data is tracked and stored, there’s always a risk that it could be misused or abused. With the Supreme Court’s overruling of the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision that legalized abortion, collected location data, text messages, search histories, emails and seemingly innocuous period and ovulation-tracking apps could be used to prosecute people who seek an abortion — or medical care for a miscarriage — as well as those who assist them.

“In the digital age, this decision opens the door to law enforcement and private bounty hunters seeking vast amounts of private data from ordinary Americans,” said Alexandra Reeve Givens, the president and CEO of the Center for Democracy and Technology, a Washington-based digital rights nonprofit.

WHY DID FACEBOOK TURN OVER THE MESSAGES?

Facebook owner Meta said it received a legal warrant from law enforcement about the case, which did not mention the word “abortion.” The company has said that officials at the social media giant “always scrutinize every government request we receive to make sure it is legally valid” and that Meta fights back against requests that it thinks are invalid or too broad.

But the company gave investigators information in about 88% of the 59,996 cases in which the government requested data in the second half of last year, according to its transparency report. Meta declined to say whether its response would have been different had the warrant mentioned the word “abortion.”

…

Though many companies have announced policies to protect their own employees by paying for necessary out-of-state travel to obtain an abortion, technology companies have said little about how they might cooperate with law enforcement or government agencies trying to prosecute people seeking an abortion where it is illegal — or who are helping someone do so.

In June, Democratic lawmakers asked federal regulators to investigate Apple and Google for allegedly deceiving millions of mobile phone users by enabling the collection and sale of their personal data to third parties.

The following month, Google announced it will automatically purge information about users who visit abortion clinics or other locations that could trigger legal problems following the Supreme Court decision.

Governments and law enforcement can subpoena companies for data on their users. Generally, Big Tech policies suggest the companies will comply with abortion-related data requests unless they see them as overly broad. Meta, for instance, pointed to its online transparency report, which says “we comply with government requests for user information only where we have a good-faith belief that the law requires us to do so.”

Online rights advocates say that’s not enough. In the Nebraska case, for instance, neither Meta nor law enforcement would have been able to read the messages had they been “end-to-end encrypted” the way messages on Meta’s WhatsApp service are protected by default.

“Meta must flip the switch and make end-to-end encryption a default in all private messages, including on Facebook and Instagram. Doing so will literally save pregnant peoples’ lives,” said, Caitlin Seeley George, campaigns and managing director at the nonprofit rights group Fight for the Future.

BURDEN ON THE USER

Unless all of your data is securely encrypted, there’s always a chance that someone, somewhere can access it. So abortion rights activists suggest that people in states where abortion is outlawed should limit the creation of such data in the first place.

For instance, they urge turning off phone location services — or just leaving your phone at home — when seeking reproductive health care. To be safe, they say, it’s good to read the privacy policies of any health apps in use.

Is it weird that the media is instructing people on how to break the law?

Isn’t this illegal?

Can’t the AP be charged for this?

Supreme Court Ends Roe v. Wade! Half the States to Ban Abortion! https://www.anglinarchive.com/2022/06/24/supreme-court-ends-roe-v-wade-half-the-states-to-ban-abortion/ Fri, 24 Jun 2022 00:00:00 +0000

It is done.

Hoes mad.

The maddest ever.

AP:

The Supreme Court has ended constitutional protections for abortion that had been in place nearly 50 years in a decision by its conservative majority to overturn Roe v. Wade. Friday’s outcome is expected to lead to abortion bans in roughly half the states.

The decision, unthinkable just a few years ago, was the culmination of decades of efforts by abortion opponents, made possible by an emboldened right side of the court that has been fortified by three appointees of former President Donald Trump.

The ruling came more than a month after the stunning leak of a draft opinion by Justice Samuel Alito indicating the court was prepared to take this momentous step.

It puts the court at odds with a majority of Americans who favored preserving Roe, according to opinion polls.

Then why don’t you pass a bill in Congress? Because you’re lying.

Alito, in the final opinion issued Friday, wrote that Roe and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, the 1992 decision that reaffirmed the right to abortion, were wrong the day they were decided and must be overturned.

“We therefore hold that the Constitution does not confer a right to abortion. Roe and Casey must be overruled, and the authority to regulate abortion must be returned to the people and their elected representatives,” Alito wrote.

Authority to regulate abortion rests with the political branches, not the courts, Alito wrote.

Joining Alito were Justices Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett. The latter three justices are Trump appointees. Thomas first voted to overrule Roe 30 years ago.

Chief Justice John Roberts would have stopped short of ending the abortion right, noting that he would have upheld the Mississippi law at the heart of the case, a ban on abortion after 15 weeks, and said no more.

Justices Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan — the diminished liberal wing of the court — were in dissent.

Three Jews who want to kill babies

It is a good day.

Hoes have literally never been this mad. They’re crying in public because they fear they won’t be able to murder their own children anymore.

When these are your enemies…

You’re doing something right.

Claiming you can’t stop your body from getting pregnant means you’re empowered.

HOES MAD HOES MAD HOES MAD

HOES MAD HOES MAD HOES MAD

HOES MAD HOES MAD HOES MAD

America has the lowest quality hoes on the entire planet earth.

I’m not going to say that this is not some kind of 4D chess move by SCOTUS shills to try to influence the midterm elections by riling up the mob. I think it probably is that.

But it doesn’t even actually matter, because it is the right thing to do.

Killing babies is really, really evil, and it’s why our nation has been damned. If we start doing less of it, we might just be a little less damned.
